i had this dream abt sesame street doing a collab with some company that made sleep accessories and beds, and the Bert and Ernie one was this twin bed perfectly separated in the middle with one side themed after each of them.

for the commercial it showed them sleeping in it, but they were lying like this;

I was today years old when I learned the Norwegian co-production of Sesame Street has been in a Copyright Prison of the PBS’ making since 2004 and the majority of the episodes produced are essentially lost media. that would explain why a childrens’ show that had such a big impact on Norwegian pop culture (and my young, developing brain) in the 90′s just completely faded into obscurity in the early 2000′s. also I can’t help but wonder if there’s some correlation between this and why No American Muppet Media has been released in Norway since.

animal and gonzo are both extremely good but my favourite muppet is either gonzo too or kermit !! beaker too actually fdsjkl he's up there too, and i have a soft spot for janice from dr teeth's band !! ALSO ROWLF i love dogs and i love playing the piano so he also holds a special place in my heart hfsdgjkl

if i had to choose a top favourite though it'd probably be Gonzo !! and then maybe beaker in second, kermit in third, and then janice and rowlf tie for fourth ? maybe? im bad at ranking FDSKL

WAHHH! The update has me in shambles over here! I haven’t had time to draw something new, so I’m sharing this again but now you can actually see the puppeteers haha!

I’m so interested in the puppeteering aspect of this story, and I think it’s even more deep when you consider how many people are working these silly guys. For reference, I looked at images of Jim and the gang puppeteering Bert and Ernie from Sesame Street. I love learning how this stuff works!

Anyway, the art itself isn’t a spoiler, but I’ll tag this as such just in case.
