so let me tell y’all what happened lol 😋

okay so quick recap if you remember last time I went it was tuesday and that’s when me and me and camilo got into a fight at mirabel’s birthday party lmao BUT, IT WAS WEDNESDAY, NOW IF YOU REMEMBER CAMILO WANTED THIS TO BE “our day” segun el

so like I woke up to the man himself shaking me awake that was the scariest shit thats ever happened to me it was like a jump scare when I opened my eyes

I sleep like a log sometimes so I didn’t hear him like come in or anything he was saying like “wakeupwakeupwakeup” which is really annoying of him but whatever

so my eyes are now open and my fucking soul let my body for a second then I told him to get his ass out and I started throwing things on my night stand at him so he like ran out and then said sorry when he made it out

so now that I’m alone I’m thinking which encanto dr is this (since yk we have the first one and the other one) but I had to slap my face a few times to test if I was dreaming or not

so I got dressed and all and I went downstairs and said my hellos to everyone and hugged them bc yk I missed my homies

so since it was breakfast I was helping cut strawberries with dolores and luisa, and I like asked them what day it is and then dolores told me it was wednesday and then said “good luck” to me and walked away so now I’m just standing there like 🧍🏻‍♀️

but then I heard a knock on the door and it’s mariano’s family so now I’m like happy to see them so I wave and stuff but then that didn’t last long because valentina and her family where behind them 👎🏼

now me and camilo, we’re cool yk it’s awkward as hell but like I don’t have anything against him anymore it’s just HER she’s so mean and for what

so I’m continuing to cut the strawberries with luisa and she told me that she didn’t like her either HA but anyways

i don’t care if her and camilo date as long as she keeps her ass far away from the chair that says my name on it BUT NOOOOOO

when me and luisa got done we had the bowls of strawberries in our hands and I WATCHED her sit on my chair

but casita is not one to take this stuff lightly either so next thing I own the tiles under her are moving and casita THROWS her off

SO NOW ALL OF US ARE LIKE 😦

BUT THEN VALENTINA’S MOM LOOKS AT ME AND SHES LIKE “you did that”

like no lol but she got what she deserved

so I’m like telling her no I can’t control what casita does BUT THIS WOMAN DOESNT LISTEN TO ME

and then she goes on about how I always envied her daughter and whatever 😭

but what REALLLYYY caught me by surprise was when she brought up me not having like parents

WHICH IS REALLY FUNNY OUT OF CONTEXT

but she said it like under her breath so the rest of us didn’t hear it but dolores did

so now dolores is mad

and she said something like “qué dijiste”

NOW IM JUST IN SHOCK LIKE I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENING

so the rest of us are confused but then pepa asked her what she was talking about but apparently she said “ella no tiene el amor de su madre para que no se porte mal”

and julieta took it more personally then I did I don’t remember exactly what she said but it was like “creo que preferiría no tener una madre que tener una madre como tú”

so now valentina’s mom is angry

but like she didn’t get the chance to say anything because abuela told her to leave

and then casita opened the doors for them ay ay

but I’m just like looking at my baby maria poor girl looked like she was gonna cry :(

but they were taking too long for casitas liking so casita throws them out and is only gentle with their dad and maria

so then casita slams the door and after that it is DEAD silent and everyone was looking at me and I didn’t know what to do 😭

I just walked out of there but I took a strawberry with me because those are really good

I wasn’t like sad or anything I was just overwhelmed and my head hurt

more funtime found family au stuff but this time focusing on funtime freddy and michael's relationship. it's incredibly rambly and turns into off-kilter dialogue but i gotta get this off my chest.

tw mentioned child abuse/death

• doesn't actually like michael (at first) even tho i draw them hanging around each other a lot

• bon bon is the only reason he does loaf around him. (bon bon and bonnet being the only ones who like Michael in the beginning.) They're attached to each other so it's inevitable that they would hang around mikey.

• ft freddy plays really mean spirited jokes on michael bc he's not allowed to harm him. he has to get real creative. (ft freddy has a lot of anger inside of him. people write him off as being dumb and goofy but really that's just a mask that he put up so he didn't scare people away. of course the funtimes know how he is, knows who he is right to his core bc they're all connected on a deeper/technological level.)

• (slaps funtime freddy. this bear can fit so much trauma and abandonment issues in him!)

• can be incredibly vindictive when he wants to be and takes out a lot of his agression on Michael. michael shares the afton name (bc he sure as hell doesn't look like william in my au lol) and that alone is enough for ft freddy to bully him.

• (the funtimes blame william for abandoning them so ft freddy takes it especially personal when his ankle biter comes around to "liberate" them. and on some deeper level freddy is just terrified that michael will abandon them all, just like willy did. he never voices this of course. opting to show his apprehension and fear in a more destructive way, pushing Michael further away.)

• canon ft freddy: sinister but still goofy and knows how to have a good time

my ft freddy: goofy and repressed anger issues, doesn't know how to enjoy himself without causing someone some kinda pain.

• michael gets fed up with being terrorized eventually and confronts him, and ft freddy drops the silly act for a bit just ready to blow up at him. (he can't even place why he's still so angry at michael when really he's been nothing but hospitable and accomodating to their wants and needs but fuck he's just so wound up he doesn't know what to do) michael compares him to william during the argument (cruel and vindictive just like william wanted) and ft freddy nearly rings his neck, absolutely seething but bon bon doesnt let that happen of course. (idk if this is confirmed canon but bon bon was designed to placate freddy. he raises his voice even slightly and bon bon's petting his face, stopping him from getting even more agressive)

• ft freddy shuts down after the confrontation ends (emotionally, anyway) and the blow out itself is completely anti climatic, nobody getting hurt. he ends up isolating himself from the others with bon bon hovering around like a concerned mother hen. Baby and the others give him space but michael (after he cools down anyways) won't leave him alone.

• See the thing is: Michael understands. Michael understands more than anyone what it's like to feel so deeply, what it's like to hate and hate and to keep hating until that rage is your whole life. It's suffocating. and he had to deal with that all on his own, choking on his own grief and rage without anyone to guide him. (his brother is dead bc of him and he carries that with him everywhere he goes, in everything he does.)

• They're living in the countryside of France at this point in time, far off from any wandering eyes, a thick forest surrounding their home. Freddy has a few hiding spots that he scouted out within the first few days of staying there. And that's where Michael finds him, hiding out in a small alcove by the a creek, throwing rocks at the trees (and sometimes wildlife).

• freddy doesn't aknowledge him, ignoring him like a child would and bon bon frets nervously between them, not wanting another fight to break out. Michael tells them that he's not here to fight anymore, he just wants to talk. you like to talk, don't you? and freddy doesn't say anything, running his fingers through the dirt, absentmindedly.

• michael asks bon bon to leave so that they can have a private convo and bon bon freaks out like absolutely not, he might hurt you and michael asks freddy directly like "are you going to hurt me?" freddy still isn't talkative, and he's rigid when he shakes his head no after a bit of silence. Bon Bon asks if he's alright with him leaving and freddy just shrugs, still staring at nothing in the distance. bon bon hesitates for a few moments before finally leaving, telling Michael to call out to him if he's in danger but michael rushes him along.

• it's just them now, nothing but the sounds of nature around them. michael asks how he's feeling and freddy shrugs again. Michael strikes up a one sided conversation, stepping closer and closer to him over time not really getting any kinda response out of him but eventually, during his rambling, freddy finally looks at him and says "Y-You just don't get-get it." and then goes back to the silent treatment.

• Michael's quiet, having made his way up to standing right next to freddy (he's only a tiny bit taller than him when he's just sitting like that). he nods his head, considering something for a while until finally he goes "Did I ever tell you about what it was like? Ya know. Being William Afton's golden child?" freddy doesn't say anything but he pauses from drawing circles in the dirt, tilts his head just a fraction to let mikey know he's listening.

• michael stares at the creek. "He wasn't the most outwardly loving father. Wasn't really the nicest one, either. But, I wanted his approval so bad, I'd do anything for it." Freddy slowly turns his head to watch him carefully. that's got his attention. "I did a bunch of stupid shit back then, all cause I wanted to be noticed by him. But all that attention went to my little-" and michael draws in a sudden breath, pained. stays silent for a moment, working up the courage to speak. "I did something awful to my brother. All for my father. And it's an awful thing to say but his death didn't matter. Pops didnt bat an eye and Mom was too far gone by that point after Elizabeth...." he looks back in the direction of the cottage. "Well.... you know what happened to Elizabeth." Freddy's stare is hard and unyielding. "He's gone now and I was the only one who cared enough. His fuckin' abuser cared more for his passing than his own father did."

• "He threw me into the basement. Did you know that?" Michael bounces from one foot to another, anxiety written into his very bones. he's lost in his rambling now, having never spoken these words out loud to anyone. "I killed his son and he locked me away in the dark for three years." Freddy fully turns to give Michael his undivided attention, stock still, hanging off of his every word. "I got out. Eventually. I ran away and lived on the streets for years until someone got a hold of me. Told me my old man was missing, presumed dead. Got a pretty penny from the fazbear business he co-owned with Mr. Emily. Things were going good, I guess. I was overwhelmed for the most part, didn't do anything other than bounce around from hotels every few days. In some way, I felt like he was still out there, watching me. I just kept running. And then i found out about you." He glances at freddy and looks away quickly when he finds an unblinking visage staring back. "Found out about all of you. Locked away in a storage facility for over 30 years. In the dark. All alone." an incredibly long silence stretches out between them, freddy fidgeting, hyperaware of every noise going on around them.

• "You think I don't get it. But I do. I think I understand you more than anyone could." Michael's staring back at him, raw emotion across his face, eyes soft with empathy and that's what makes Freddy turn away from him. Suddenly uncomfortable. "I don't want to fight with you. Not you. Not Ballora, or Foxy, or Eli-" He visibly winces, but regains his composure. "...I just... need you to understand that I want to help."

• Freddy's never been so quiet, and it's such an odd sight. Michael's not sure if he should say anything else or if he should leave the bear alone. the bear speaks up, finally "W-We could've kill-killed you."

• "That was always a possibility, yeah. I woulda deserved it." Freddy's not sure if he likes the way Michael talks about himself sometimes. "I needed to get you guys out of there, though. That was more important than whatever could've happened to me." Michael huffs. "Besides, if I hadn't bailed you guys out then I would've never gone to Paris. Ballora has good taste in real estate, I think." and despite everything, freddy lets out a sudden breath that could've been mistaken for a sensible chuckle. Michael smiles anyway.

• Things settle down afterwards, though there's no bite to Freddy's jokes now. They're not as close as Michael wants, Freddy still keeping his distance, keeping his walls up but it's something.

• Freddy starts watching horror movies with him late into the night and until dawn. Doesn't let Michael sleep in afterwards and he might just regret this but it makes Freddy happy. Things go back to normal in the cottage, as normal as things can be for a motley troupe like them anyways. Michael starts laughing at his jokes more.

I love re:zero so please feel comfortable sharing your thoughts because even if no one else does I sure as hell will enjoy them

oh i genuinely love it too i think its fun (in terms of the story from an outside perspective, not what happens in it, subaru is very clearly not having a fun time) i like the characters and the themes a lot, my personal favorite is the whole theme of "perception of the self through the other" which is like so prevalent in it (but really laid on thick in arc 6 and gluttony:if). and im the type of person that LOVES series and characters i can analyze into bits, i honestly could write an entire novel on that shit. that and part of my enjoyment of it probably does come from a bias of having enjoyed it with my brother tho bc it was fun watching it w him

its a weird show to talk abt tho bc of the association it has with all those weird nerdboys who completely missed the fact that the series is a critique of them because they were too busy jerking off to rem :/ like omg i like the show a lot but i hope to god no one lumps me in with that bunch bc of it 😭 not that i dont think the series doesnt have its fair share of flaws in that regard either, i still am critical of it and all that. and i can totally understand why some people would not have the tolerance for certain stuff in it, both in terms of its issues and its more gruesome moments, so its not a series i recomend to everyone.

still i legitimately love all the characters in it a lot and i think theyre what i enjoy about it the most. the entire emilia camp (save for rosewal. he knows what he did.) just owns my heart honestly. like, i cant even tell you for certain which my favorite is because i love them all. even garfiel who i thought was annoying at first (but then we find out hes actually an 8th grader so everything about him makes sense in retrospect). or ram who i think is totally underrated compared to rem like they both rock equally. and emilia after her character development in arc 4 and frozen bonds, she didnt shine a lot in season 1 but season 2 literally gave her like 90 minutes straight of backstory and development and now i completely understand subaru's willingness to throw away his life for her, i would too.

even subaru whos meant to be unlikable at first totally won me over, because he legitimately grew as a person. and i think the fact that we got his backstory in arc 4 was the PERFECT timing for it, because if we got it at the beginning it would have either been seen as an excuse to justify his behavior (which thankfully the series paints as explicitly in the wrong) or wouldnt hit as hard because youre not meant to like him. but after seeing him cry with his mom and dad youre just like wow hes literally just a kid, like, hes only 17. the trial is absolutely what finally got me to be a subaru fan lol. even before that there were things i liked abt him tho like how he cared about the village kids and how he was able to see rem's individuality. he was never a bad person at heart he just had some of that good ol fashion toxic masculinity early on and im glad he got over it and learned to not see people (esp women) as characters... now if only the nerdboys watching would do that too.

Star Tear AU - Alt. Timeline: Todoroki ver. [Part 1]

This is an AU I wrote on the todomomo discord server eons ago. Anything posted to this blog will be transcripts of old original work and not really edited, save for formatting. I have no guarantees if I will ever finish these AUs either so these will only be kept as an archive.

Star tears in which Todoroki falls for Momo first.

shortly after the exam with Aizawa he doesn’t know what he’s feeling but just admires her strength and quick thinking

and him hanging out with Deku and Iida at lunch means Todo hears all the nice and good things Momo does when she and Iida to discuss class prez stuff

which intensifies this ??admiration?? and respect more

and he just?? Holds onto those feelings unable to figure out what they are until idk maybe holidays where 1A and 1B throw that holiday hotpot party

and Momos really cute lookin’ in that Santa hat she made with the festive turtleneck

and so that feeling inside Todo grows into something more??? bc "oh shit she cute".... and Todo’s blushing while looking at her from afar. Probably.

so Todo talks to Fuyumi abt it and Fuyumi’s like: “I think you like her Shouto”

and he writes to his mom abt it and Rei's like: “she sounds like a lovely girl Shouto”

and he texts Natsuo abt it and Natsu's like: “aw little bro has a crush”

but all the while this is happening, Momo's gotten closer with Iida over class prez stuff and hero stuff and everyone in 1A (read: mina and hagakure) think iimomo might be a thing???

ofc Momo denies it and making excuses politely like "no no ofc not we're being responsible class prez and vice prez" but she’s kinda stuttery while doing so, so no one buys it

and no ones brave enough to ask Iida except Ochako but he gives some straight laced answer like "i admire her work ethic and respect her as a hero and vice prez" but he also has some tint of blush across his cheeks

so idk fast forward to graduation where Todo's been holding onto these feelings for Momo since first year and iimomo is still very very likely

so its all cherry blossom petals flying around and congratulatory celebrations

and when Todo sees Momo amongst the sakura trees smiling like he's never seen before (bc they're finally officially heroes!!) he thinks she’s beautiful

but just as he's about to approach her, Iida approaches her and Todo can see she's blushing and he knows its really not good to eavesdrop on one of his best friends and the girl he likes

But... he's curious.

or so he lies to himself.

Ofc what he hears isnt what he ever wants to,,,,

cuz Iida just confessed to her.

and she feels the same.

and a star tear slips from Todo's eye as he walks away.

he stops mid step as he touches his cheek bc he didnt even realize he was crying

but what are these tears??? What’s happening?? He's never had these before bc even though Todo is an emotional crier, he doesn’t cry that often.. only when he is completely overwhelmed with emotion

so he has this dumbfounded expression staring at his fingers as these star tears are twinkling out of his eyes catching sunlight and sakura petals

until he hears "Youre a fucking idiot" from a few steps away

Bakugou.

(Baku really likes eavesdropping ok its not the first time lol)

Baku: theyre called star tears.

Todo: You know what these are?

Baku: it happens when you like someone and that person doesnt like you back, idiot.

Todo: ... oh.

Baku: get that shit sorted or you'll go blind

(And for those who are curious, yes maaaayyybe Bakugou has a case of the stars in this timeline too, that’s how he knows. To whom? I'll let you decide bc honestly, I just want todobaku brotp bonding over unrequited love)

so now Todo thinks he might be fucked. One of his best friends confessed to the girl he likes too and she likes him back and now Todo has this disease that might make him go blind and might get in the way of heroing (which they've all secured post graduation positions by now) and what can he do about it?

nothing, says the doctor he sees. The disease is not curable and the only way to stop it is to have your feelings returned else you'll go colour blind and then completely blind, so he's told.

ya he's really fucked.

maybe its a good thing then, that he doesnt cry often. It makes it easier to ice over these feelings, freeze them in time with the memories of U.A.; of his last congratulations to her and her smile at the end of the ceremony an hour after he overheard that confession

maybe its another good thing that right after graduation, everyone went off to their own positions as side kicks with agencies across japan, focusing on heroing

but its 3 months after graduation that Iida tells Deku and Todoroki that he is seeing Momo when they meet up every Friday to catch up

its 6 months after graduation that its publicly announced in Hero Magazine that Ingenium and Creati are dating

its 9 months after graduation that he sees Iida and Momo attending the Hero Association's rising stars gala as a couple and are seated at the same table as them

(Bakugou is scowling at him across the table.)

Todo tries. He really does. To be happy for them.

but he's angry at himself that he can't be happy for them. That it saddens him to see Momo glowing under the ballroom lights but its not himself to make her shine like that, its Iida. That he sees she is the one to make Iida genuinely happy in the way his eyes light up when he smiles at her.

and all three times Todo goes home, lies down alone in his room, an arm slung across his forehead as the star tears leak from his eyes.

he starts to lose seeing colour at 12 months.

after 24 months he needs glasses for colour correction (and ironically gets a sponsorship with the brand. The fashion magazines print headlines for weeks "Hot-Cold Hero Shouto Fall Fashion! See page 7 spread for his newest spotted specks and turtle necks")

at 36 months Iida breaks the news. Iida's gonna propose to Yaoyorozu and wants him, Deku, and his brother to be his groomsmen

she said yes.

and a part of Todo washes away with the star tears flooding him room and twinkling against the tatami.

he tries to stay out of the wedding planning as much as possible. He'll go to the tuxedo fittings as requested and still keep up hearing the updates when seeing Iida and Deku for their weekly get together on Friday nights.

But for anything involving Momo's presence, there will always be a "sorry i have a mission that week", "sorry im visiting my mom", "sorry Endeavor needs to see me about the agency"

... all excuses Bakugou knows, but the others pay no mind. They are rising heroes near the top of the billboard by now

month 48. Wedding day.

she's stunning. Gorgeous. A near goddess walking down the aisle on her big day.

but she's not walking down for him. No its for iida.

there was the ceremony, the cheers, the congratulations, the reception. Fairy lights around the dance floor and along the walls, champagne glittering after the sound of a cork

Todoroki stands off to against the wall as the night dies down, a glass in hand, watching the newly weds grace the dance floor.

someone slides up beside him, he feels the presence. Bakugou.

"She's beautiful isnt she?"

"Yeah."

. . .

a star tear falls from Todoroki's eyes, twinkle hidden among the fairy lights and champagne glitter.

she's beautiful, but maybe its a good thing I can't see

somebody said: what if she knows everything that had happened and the reason why he couldn't continue his career is bc of her?

me: ok you’re asking for it

Momo, 3 months pregnant with iimomo baby, announces with Iida the news to their friends

the soon to be parents want to choose godparents for the baby so Iida gets to choose the baby’s godmother and Momo gets to choose the godfather

and ofc along with the announcement Momo asks Todoroki to be the kid’s godfather

he can’t say no to her.

the same week later Todo and Momo's agencies are requested to deal with this one villain case while Ingenium's agency deals with another in another town (later turns out the cases were connected)

small talk, civil, very professional between Momo and Todo when they’re in the debriefing

at this point Todo's pretty much completely blind and uses some special contact lenses from Hatsume to help "see"

but the contact lenses can only do so much as to detect light movement and shadows and it reallllllllly doesnt work well when he's using his fire

so Todo already had tossed around the idea of running away to the mountains like Roy did in the FMA 2003 ending, "mysteriously" retiring bc really his vision cannot keep up

until this last mission with Momo

and really its been nearly a decade now since they last worked together side by side (not since U.A. he thinks).. so just let the blind man be selfish one last time

and so smth smth missiom happens, Todo and Momo fighting side by side

but Momo senses there’s something off with Todo's movements? His reflexes are slower.. it doesnt seem like he's prediciting the opponents moves like he used to.. he's more so reacting and retaliating than attacking..

she chalks it up to that they havent fought side by side in a long time and his style must’ve changed and really, she doesnt know him anymore... not like she used to

smth smth 3 months pregnant Momo gets hurt, knocked unconscious for a bit

Todo saves her

and when she comes to, while Todo's holding her, star tears fall onto her cheek from Todo's eyes.

She's shocked. Reaches up to gently graze a finger tip at his left cheek.

"Todoroki-san, these are?"

and again its like Todo didnt realize he was crying. He jerks away from her hand and brushes her off with "its nothing”. Changes the subject with "are you ok?"

Momo: yes.. i think so

Todo: and the baby?

Momo, sitting up: we're ok I think

Todo, moving away: good

the mission concludes and they meet up with Ingenium’s group to wrap up the two ends. Todo slips away before Iida and Momo and approach him

theres no activity from Todoroki for the next month

neither Iida, Deku or anyone else in 1A know where he went except the Hero Association's vague comment on "Hot Cold Hero Shouto has taken a sudden indefinite hiatus"

(Only Todo’s family knows and Endeavor asked the Association to say "hiatus" instead of "retirement" bc Enji wants to believe in his son making a comeback. He didnt stop Shouto from taking off)

and ofc Momo upon hearing this is so confused??? Her last mission with him was the last time she saw him and he was crying. Why was he crying? Strange star tears twinkling and landing on her cheeks? What even is that phenomenon?

its too many questions and ofc Momo's gonna investigate. For the sake of her friend.

so she digs up all the texts she can find on star tears. Internet search all the possibilities. Consults the doctors at the hospital. Even asks Tenya if Todoroki has been acting strangely during their weekly catch ups.

but Tenya tells her Todoroki hasnt been the the meet ups since after their wedding

so she asks anyone in their pro hero circle of associates she can think of. Tsukiyomi, Burnin', heros from his agency, anyone she can think of that has worked with Todoroki before and could comment on his behaviour

no body knows. No body noticed anything different either. Sure there were some off days but the Hot Cold Hero Shouto was always on his game being one of the top 3 heroes on the billboard charts

she searches and searches, splitting time interviewing colleagues and researching the possible star tears phenomenon

until eventually her search takes her to...

Bakugou.

Of course.

Momo, pleading: please Bakugou, you know something about him dont you?

Bakugou, who at this point had been very careful trying not to get cornered knowing her investigation: save it pony tail, you’re about to have a baby. Go have people harass you about that brat in your oven instead of harassing other people

Momo, nearly begging: please. You and I both know he's strong and a good hero that would not suddenly retire. Whatever he is doing, he might need help.. please tell me Bakugou.

... theres something about pregnant women that you cant say no to.

Bakugou, relenting: tch. The half ass is somewhere in Yokohama

and thats all she needs nearly running waddling (as fast as a pregnant woman could) out the door

Bakugou, calling out after her, still reluctant: when find that half ass, i suggest you throw him a gift. Literally. Throw it at him. He deserves it.

she finds him along the port, watching the sunset in Yokohama (its really not that hard to find someone with heterochromia and two tone hair in a city, especially if youre a hero that knows what methods heroes will use to go incognito)

and for some inkling of a feeling, Momo takes Bakugou's advice. She has a carton of strawberry milk in hand.

Momo, a few feet away from him: Todoroki-san, it's been a while.

Todo, turning his head in her direction: Yaoyorozu...?

Momo, sadly smiling: the sunset is beautiful here isnt it?

Todo, brows furrowing: .. sure. Yaoyorozu what are you doing here--

Momo, interrupting him: --i brought some snacks. Strawberry milk, you liked this while we were in school right? Catch.

she tosses it at him.

he tries to reach out.

But he'es completely off. And misses

Momo, sad: Todoroki-san. You're blind, arent you?

Todo, guilty: ah.

Momo, tearing up: will you please tell me?

he still can say no to her and confesses his story

and when he's finished telling the tale of star tears, the stars above are twinkling too

she's crying and choking and sobbing through tears and its intensified by baby Iida with pregnancy hormones

But the last thing she manages to croak out at the very least is still wholly her

She apologizes

“Im so sorry Todoroki- san. I cant love you that way.”

“I know.”

END NOTES:

red is the last color Todoroki wanted to lose because it reminds him of Momo

during missions, as long as he could see her, “that’s ok” he thought. she is the only one he sees in color. that is okay with him

to him, Momo is his shining star. And there’s something tragically poetic of him losing his sight to the stars if its for his shining star Momo

He leaves the last stars in a tiny little jar like those paper stars as a gift for her with just the words on a note "goodbye Momo" the day after she finds him in Yokohama

Momo has the jar of stars forever on her bedside and looks at them with this melancholy expression. Baby Iida grows up and asks mom: "what is that jar of stars?"

Momo responds: "a gift from someone that was blinded by love"

Bakugou in this timeline had a case of star tears too but I'd like to think he got his feelings requited so he never went blind to contrast Todo

So thats why Baku is (begrudgingly) sympathetic to Todo cuz he thinks: “that could’ve been me”

The ending shot of a blind Todoroki in a dark room, all alone, eyes closed, thinking back to Momo's shining smile from UA surrounded by star light with a sad smile on his face and it fades to black

i hate to vent in public but at this point my notes app is filling up and i have no where else to let this out

i really fucking hate being mentally ill. i fucking hate that i blow up at small things and push everyone away. i always fuck everything up, one way or another. everything is always my fault.

my mother has a friend she wants us to stay with but i hate it over there. im trying not to sound like some stoner cali dude but literally the vibe there makes me physically sick. by the time we're leaving, or fuck even before then, im just so drained of any energy it's not even funny. like i cant fall asleep to save my life but as soon as we get home im passed out, provided i didnt do that in the car.

but because the situation at home isnt great either she wanted us to stay with her. and normally i just say no i dont and it never really escalates but when the whole fight that happened last week between my mother and grandfather that denial was fought by her. i told her i didnt want to go into detail and she got upset but i figured it wouldnt be a problem like any other time.

so she leaves for a week to spend some time there and i locked myself in my room for the week. it felt nice to be by myself and not on edge all the time. because being around her is also draining. fuck she even said she had an amazing time. i've been trying to convince her to go back next week lol.

i walk on eggshells around my own mother. anytime she does anything remotely wrong i have to just sit and take it, because god forbid i bring up any concern to her. she shuts down and then a few hours later im being guilt tripped into apologizing. lather rinse repeat for the 19 years ive been alive.

honestly i wouldve rather have been raised like she was and not allowed to talk about anything at all. rather than her telling me i can talk about anything and when i actually do she throws it back into my face and blows up at me.

i have so many vivid memories of her losing her shit over things ive said. like the time i first came out and she screamed at me that i wasnt transgender bc i didnt fit the fuckin description of the 2 episodes of i am jazz she watched.

or when i told her about my suicidal thoughts and i had to coax her into the driveway bc she was standing in the street saying stuff like "well i should just let a car run me over!"

oh and then the time where she was screaming though the walls of my bedroom that "you should just get emancipated! how about you just fucking leave!" i used to have a fuckin recording of that but when my fb got closed i lost it.

just recently with my new psychiatrist i told her about the bpd diagnosis, side note i fuckin knew i had it since 10th grade, her gut reaction was "yea well i have all kinds of cancer! sorry go on" she fuckin """""""apologized"""""" after that. that literally told me her actual thoughts on my mental health, and that either she doesnt believe me or just doesnt fucking care

and then if i bring it up and she gaslights me telling me that shed never say anything like that. listen idk if you know this but traumatic events kinda stick in your brain for your entire life. i can hear her screaming at me when i think about these times, i can almost see it, it's like im actually there again.

but of course it's always my fault. shes on the phone with my aunt i think talking about "well that plans just not gonna happen." so blatantly in front of me. sitting in the bathroom of her office building damn near nauseous from the stress and then were gonna go home and shes either gonna keep being angry or try and act like itll never happen.

shit like this is why im constantly high now. because at least she'll leave me alone when im high. honestly with how things are going my racist, transphobic, and man baby grandfather starts to look less horrible compared to her. because at least he wont fuckin allow me to let my guard down and then spit in my face.

im so fucming exhausted, im quite literally at my wits end. ive only been in such a deep depression in highschool and i tried to game end myself. literally what the fuck am i supposed to do. i only have like 1 friend i can talk to and i hate putting shit on her, shes got enough on her plate as is. i dont have a therapist anymore. my psychiatrist doesnt like to talk about what's going on bc hes afraid of weed and only schedules meetings that are 30 minutes long.

worst part is i cant fuckin cry. i wanna let these emotions out but after years of pushing them down my """""""normal""""""" is unbareable numbness. i dont feel anything whatsoever. i react inappropriately in most situations. im just in a constant detached state, when i finally see through my own thick shit im terrified of who ive become, that is if i can even recognize my own face.

but from a very early age it was beaten into me that showing weakness to anyone will get me hurt so i stopped. moms even commented that i dont react in normal ways. shes told me she doesnt believe i have panic attacks as often as i do because im not outwardly freaking out. firstly theres multiple kinds of panic attacks. secondly everytime im shaking and suffocating i get yelled at. told im making too big a deal out of what's going on and that i need to stop. so i fuckin suppressed it.

but of course it's all my fault for being actually unable to regulate my fucking emotions and for being so distant and unstable all the time. it’s funny when im not making up my own problems actual issues destroy me. idk man im just. im really tired.

I'm not wrapping all of Royce's presents. Just gonna throw them all into 2-3 boxes and call it good.

My mom and I enjoy savoring the present openings. We all take turns and comment on peoples gifts. Royce does not have the time for that lol and that's ok.

I feel useless because I wasnt able to give many gifts this year. I just dont have the money with working less. I know that no one will care but I love giving people gifts. I'm not even able to get bill his guiness novelty box that he wanted bc I dont have a goddamb ID to buy the booze.

Idk if I told you guys but my bag was stolen from my van (at the trailer park that I live in) a couple weeks ago and it's just been fucking awful since.

Royce focuses on everything negative. Just like his dad. He cant see what else I do for him or bill and just focuses on the bad (aka me and bill not letting him get away with stuff). Anyone have any suggestions?

My hernia is now the size of a softball. I have no idea when I will be able to manage to have surgery. Its painful and it is fucking me up mentally and emotionally.

I had been drinking every night (5+ shots of straight vodka) since being out of green and last night I didnt want to drink at all. I even poured it back in the bottle. I'm thankful.

I made a lot of mac and cheese for breakfast.

I have been threatening royce for 2 days that if he doesnt clean his room I will be returning or donating all his gifts. We've been having a rough time together and I'm trying to not let him get to me. I need to get better at parenting him bc I feel like I'm making so many mistakes when my patience wears thin.

I'm thankful that my mental health has been pretty much ok since moving in with bill. We are such an amazing team together and I'm extremely thankful

ok so, hopes & dreams for Baptiste in general, Sombra is there in the middle:

- A hero that directly cares for the oppressed and it’s shown doing that but not as an outsider coming to help = long yesssssssssssssssss

- HE A DAD. I need more parent characters in this game. Ana, Torb, and Rein (as an honorary dad to Brig) = amazing, but their kids are already up and about and the only ones able to bring them down are mom & dads. I’d love to see him as a dad of a child or teenager. Did I mention I love the parent trope I love the parent trope oh yeah you do know I have 45 Kid AUs.

- I truly hope he’s one to punch injustice in the face until it’s just again. Like Pharah. I think it’s an amazing strategy and I want them to be buds.

- I also truly hope he snags Sombra by the skin of her neck and throws her 200 meters away like Sombra bugs everybody but not Baptiste.

- and snags Symmetra by the skin of HER neck and throws her in the heat of the battle because he’s tired of listening to her.

- tbh I want him grabbing people and throwing them in general directions as his ult Blizzard please hire me my ideas are always genius

- PLEASE have him be friends with Lúcio. PLEASE have Lúcio have a slight crush on him, at least.

- Also I want him punching Moira in that very puncheable Moira face.

- If he doesn’t have a zombie skin as in Haitian voodoo zombie for Halloween Terror I’m going to be very pissed

About the Faith Mercy Justice ship (this is how i’m calling it because f u c k i t a l l once someone comes up with a better name I’ll change):

- idk i’m just thirsty

- Okay jokes apart: They’re all driven by the desire to do things right as protect the ones that need the most. I think they’d make a beautiful poly…c… couple? (I have next to zero idea of specific terms in poly in other languages, apologies).

- They’d work together and support each other suring the hard times. They’d understand each other and share experiences the others never had access to. Think of it: Baptiste and Mercy were orphaned in the war and choose to heal and protect the innocent; Pharah and Baptiste are on to, like I mentioned, punch injustice in the face to protect what’s right; Pharmercy is Pharmercy you don’t need me for that. I think the three of them would do well together.

- But like I mentioned before I’m not all that knowledgeable of poly relationships, so to develop that (if I ever feel like doing so) I’d have to do some research first.

- As I, as usual, consider every Overwatch character non-monosexual (bi, pan, etc) except when explicitly stated otherwise (like with Tracer and 76), I see no issue with putting a man in middle of Pharah and Mercy. I headcanon Mercy as an almost True Bi with a small penchant to men, and Pharah as a Mostly Lesbian But Sometimes I’m Shocked At Myself Falling For Dudes Pan. And Baptiste as a Hey I’m Gay so I- Oh Crap They’re Hot Bi.

- (“Headcanon” is the keyword here. Chill everybody.)

- Now, as I’m noticing that a few people seem bothered by the fact that I’m somehow “tainting” a “lesbian couple”, and ignoring the fact this is a fictional work with zero canonical info on how these 3 go, and that poly relationships exist, and that non-monosexual people exist, and that men who like women aren’t the bane of existence for simply existing nor are women/lesbians heavenly just because they exist, and that ot3 doesn’t imply an unhealthy or abusive or un-feminist relationship, and that this is my blog and I do what I want, AND ALSO BECAUSE IT BOTHERS RADFEMS APPARENTLY, I’M STICKING HARDER WITH IT.

back for a bit.

i was reading through my diary entries from before and my shit adhd working memory really... makes me forget that i dont actually live as good and privileged a life as i think (or my parents allege) i do

the amount of /trauma/ you can see younger me was put through as a result of my parents' breaking and broken relationship was... slightly insane? i dont think me now would be able to handle that

like my parents really... straight up never gave a fuck about my mental health? it doesnt really clock as Really Bad but threatening to throw the dog out bc ur kid is crying in the toilet and refusing to leave maybe isnt a good thing to do?

and that also neglects the fact ive had to function at "gets into oxf*rd as an intl student" level with undiagnosed adhd that is the root of many, many, many emotional issues (which again of course my parents were not kind to)

and /then/ when i stopped being judgy of everyone and started to appreciate the world around me, 2019 hit and my entire life was thrown into political crisis after crisis, the notes i had in late 2019... i was absolutely terrified then??? like im paraoid now but it was even worse then for me, mentally. and then there was corona, i lost everything i looked forward to, there was never a proper full stop to my secondary school life, and then i was launched into covid era uni life, and then when i got home i hated every moment of it bc my dad was moving out and my mom was dating someone else and i was basically living with reminders that the life i was starting to know how to appreciate was already gone forever.

and then i was stranded in the uk for a year, and still am, put into more and more stressful situations having to deal with an adult adhd diagnosis having to try out meds living alone etc. etc. etc. all while my parents continue to not really give a fuck about my mental health, etc.

and all this isnt counting the stress of studying a dse curriculum and studying at oxf.

not to give myself too many pats on the back but ive really been through quite a lot lol and im quite glad for my adhd impacting my working memory bc i dont actually rmb all this happening, im just dealing with the consequences lol

the whole i want to go home to feel safe and secure thing has probably been a running theme thing, i only really was able to identify and verbalize it as that now bc im physically away from what i call home :( when thing is i never really felt safe and secure at home for a majority of my childhood anyways...

so like 1) ive always been this emotionally unstable, its not some im only like this in uni thing, and 2) ive been forced into dealing with most if not all of the issues thatve been piled up /all in one go/ bc if not i literally cannot be a functional adult that gets thru uni,,,,it is not a wonder that im constantly stressed and breaking down rn lmaooo

oh and i forgot i was gay and trans in hk???? at a very homophobic christian girls school??????? and my crush was deeply suic*dal and i had to talk her out of suic*de like once every two days?????????

what the FUCK was going on

processing all of this in hindsight when im away from my parents, politics, my past etc. is... quite insane i just took all of this in stride. im literally going thru less insane stuff than i did as a child which is why i acc have the headspace to deal with all of this and the emotional stability to process this like this without resorting to vague convoluted poems... also meds help lol

anyways im going to go easy on myself with collections this week and a lot of stuff in the future, of course my standards wont drop but i'll be kinder if that makes sense? like i wont beat myself up over crying rn and if i procrastinate too much i'll know whats up (though procrastinstion is so, so, so stressful) and im still going thru a lot of stress and anxiety,,and while i think im not enough like jesus christ ive been thru some shit people dont usually go thru

it's like wait lemme count

oh god theres also the people pleaser religious guilt and also chinese continue bloodline etc. guilt wtf

like that's 8-9ish things i had to deal with that, with any single one, could very likely break a person completely on the mental side of things lmao

oh boy is it time 2 talk abt despair chi/aki again?? bc here we go!! (and a lot of these r based on my Mains for each character n her interactions w them)

basically. jun/ko CANNOT STAND chi/aki. like at all. she’s stubborn, she’s too Good, she’s BORING... but still, in my despair verse, she tries to convert her anyway. and in doing so, she locks her up n throws away the key, leaving a physically, emotionally, and mentally tormented chi/aki whos desperate to please her... for a while

see, jun/ko wasnt rly thorough w her despair conditioning of chi/aki bc it was taking so long, she rly cant stand her, and she’s notorious for getting bored of things. so she moved on. she put away the actual despair conditioning aspect of it and went for just plain torture, probably around halfway thru, and then she died with nobody other than izu/ru (who doesnt rly. care that much) knowing she’s even alive or where she is

so she gets out of her hole in towa city eventually, dicks around w ko and the demon hunting game for a bit, and when he leaves with monaka (who she cant stand, partially for jealousy reasons) shes like. welp!! time to go home.

n she does. but the kicker is, probably that entire time in towa city she was never directly involved in anyones death. she let the monokumas handle it. then she goes home and gets in a fight w her mom, who kinda sees how twisted she’s become, and she tries to lock her in her room. they get in a Physical Altercation and chi/aki. stabs her to death.

and even though shes reeling and actually horrified by what shes done and she probably throws up, she thinks hm!! maybe this is a way to be worthy of junko-chan, by reveling in this despair!! so she burns her house down (almost catches herself on fire in the process) and proceeds to take more active part in. u kno. tormenting ppl n stuff

and as she’s doing this, she grows more and more unaffected by the process... starts seeing ppl as npcs. u kno, like in a game. she starts to revel in the chaos n destruction just for the sake of it, NOT for the sake of despair. after a while she completely loses that aspect of her own corruption. she stops caring about despair and is just going full grand theft auto sandbox world style on everybody bc she no longer actually views them as people

granted, her mental and physical health are also in the pits during this. she doesnt take care of herself AT ALL. but it’s less deliberate “i must inflict despair upon myself for my beloved junko-chan” and more just. lol who cares what happens to me im just gonna run myself into the ground doing what i wanna do bc i’ve never felt free enough to do it before

except. she doesnt think of herself as the “protagonist” of this game. she might not view herself as an npc, but if anybodys the protagonist, its iz/uru. she’d follow him to the ends of the earth even if she complains abt it all the time. she views herself more as an (annoying, stupid, incompetent) sidekick and even tho she never says it she feels hashtag blessed that he puts up with her for any amount of time and grows attached to him as a person AND as like. a weird kind of savior sort of person. she would do anything for him in reality so long as it means he’ll stay with her. a n y t h i n g (even if she might bitch abt it while doing it)

these feelings dont rly go away post despair. she’s not nearly as violent, and she takes better care of herself most of the time, but she’s still absolutely in the frame of mind of “what i want doesnt matter. what matters is that my friends are happy. i will do literally anything for them, including die, if it comes to that”.

i woke up at ! 730 today! because i went to bed so early last night. im going to bed veery soon im finishing my protein shake and then im good to go. but i stayed in my room until noon bc i just didnt feel well and was still nervous from two days ago so eventually i went down and i made a grilled cheese. then i went bAck up and i stayed in my room again for a while longer

i ended up buying a dildo bc ive been looking on bad dragon forever trying to find another inventory model that i like cuz i really wanted a firm med nova but they just didnt have one during the sale, and i FOUND a marbled, glow in the dark medium FIRM nova w a fucking cumtube for 50$ off of the base price which was crazy??? so i just... had to buy it. ive got 2 weeks until i leave so it should get here, since its premade, and ill just put it in my checked bag when i leave

so i did that... and then i did a bunch of replies and i had one totally sadomasochistic one to do while was frighteningly kinky for what it was, and then at about 530 i went back down to get some more food. i thougghhhhttt that i would just miss my dad, but he came home early while i was cooking

of course now he has to say ‘so about the other night...’ and goes on about how i disrespect him and look at him like hes disgusting when he walks in and never talk to him. and honestly that hilarious? first of all ive been a lot nicer to him since ive been here this summer, other than the last few days, but he doesnt care about that of course. also, yes. i do think he is disgusting and im scared of him and obviously i dont want to be around him but im NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THAT or ill get like screamed at even though he. literally. called me. a piece. of shit. the other day. i mean, i dont throw fuckin insults. but whatever, i basically told him the reason i was mad was because i COULDNT HEAR THE SHOW and that he does that every single time i try to watch anything and i just wanted him to be quiet for 20 minutes. he basically just scoffed and said i need to be nicer to him. i really dont understand why he NEVER listens to me? he still treats me like im 6 and its really really awful. im an ADULT. i have opinions and i can say things and i know im in this HOUSE RIGHT NOW, BUT I DESERVE JUST AS MUCH RESPECT AS HE DOES. SO oops i hit caps. but i mean so i think i dont deserve to be called a piece of shit bc ive never called him that. at least he didnt call me a bitch again?

anyway... ate a bit of food and then went for my bike ride, which wasnt bad but my knees hurt for about thirty minutes afterwards. not sure if thats bad, but it did go away quickly so im not worried. after that i showered and apparently my new shower stuff smells really good so thats great. and then i made stir fry and came upstairs to finish all of mmy replies except for one that i hate that ive been putting off lol

oh yeah also i dont know if my mom just fucked up or what but my dad is coming to ct with me againa nd im over all of this shit
