Could you talk a little about your MCI from your Fnaf au?
This isn’t exactly what you asked, but here’s my timeline! It’s altered a bit over the years and characters have changed roles, but this is my little AU:
1983: Evan “Jack” Afton is bitten while Henry murders Charlie behind the pizzeria. Charlie mistakes her killer for William. Fredbear’s Family Diner closes and the springlock suits are moved to Freddy’s. Jack continues to haunt Michael and creates night terrors for him.
1984: Circus Baby’s Rental opens and Elizabeth “goes missing.” William, after losing his second kid, becomes consumed with finding Elizabeth and fails to notice Henry reprogramming the animatronics. Funtime animatronics steadily kidnap/kill kids from 1984~86.
1985: Official first Missing Children’s Incident™. Henry lures five kids (Gabriel, Jeremy, Susie, Fritz, and Cass) and stuffs their bodies in the suits. William is suspected but never convicted, Freddy’s is shut down.
Early 1986: William, suspecting foul play and feeling guilty, goes to the now closed Freddy’s location to search for clues. Charlie and Co, believing their killer to be William, scare him into the suit and he is springlocked. Using William as a scapegoat, Henry has the walls sealed up so that William can “remain at large” should the case be reopened. Becoming more paranoid that he will be found out, he hunts down Michael’s friends from the bite of ‘83 and hides their bodies in the not-yet-released toy animatronics.
1987: After the disappearance of his father, Michael finds William’s frantic theories over Elizabeth’s whereabouts and decides to go look for her. Scoopage occurs.
After discovering the truth of the incidents, the not-yet-rotting Michael takes a job at the new Freddy Fazbear’s under the guise of Jeremy Fitzgerald. (The dayshift guard, also named Jeremy, gets bit by Mangle) Michael comes back later as “Fritz Smith” and sneaks Charlie out with him.
~1988: Ennard (without Baby) sneaks into Michael’s apartment and asks to stay. Michael begrudgingly lets Ennard live in his closet.
~1991: Circus Baby finds Michael’s apartment and demands to stay. Michael and Ennard begrudgingly let her.
1993: Mike takes a job at the reopened Freddy’s. Finds out that his uncle (Phone Guy) died there not too long before him. Mike continues working there for a while until he gets fired for “tampering with the animatronics” and the place gets shut down. He sneaks Phone Guy’s ghost out with him and hides him in his apartment.
2017: Michael takes a job at Fazbear Fright under the name Eggs and “meets” Springtrap. Neither recognize each other and form a friendship. This culminates in the two of them burning the place down and Michael sneaking William back to his apartment, where Phone Guy reveals both of their identities to each other.
2019: Michael, in an attempt to lure Henry and kill him, franchises a Freddy’s location and steadily sneaks his animatronic family members in. It’s the most successful Freddy establishment and becomes incredibly popular. When Henry tries to burn the place down, the Afton family captures him and forces him to burn in the restaurant with them. Despite everything, everyone but Henry survives. Henry’s soul escapes into the computer.
2020: Realizing they now have to live “normal lives” in the aftermath of the fire, Michael and William retrofit illusion discs so the whole family can pose as living people.
2023: After developing into a malicious computer virus, Henry/Glitchtrap poses as a Fazbear Entertainment email address and commissions a VR studio to make the FNAF series. On top of using this to possess the beta testers, he uses this to spin the narrative that William was the murderer and that he was the hero that stopped him. Michael joins the VR team as “Iggy Wilson” in order to stop Henry.
I don’t really have anything for Security Breach. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wish there were more people like you who were open to exploring dynamics between two characters in an alternate universe where they are not bound by familial relationship/title or whatever it's called. I get it tsams/tlaes have a lot of family things going on and a-specs things but eh what do I expect from a fandom that started the hate on sunxmoon shippers? I'll continue shipping sunxmoon, eclipsexsun, solarxmoon and solarxearth(thanks to that one anon from before for introducing me to this) not as family related, and the fandom can suck it
Honestly.
Like one person told me "Moon and Solar are brothers" once.
And?..
They're not.
That's like saying Ink and Dream or something from the Undertale Au verse are brothers cause they're alternate realities of eachother and people ship them all the time???
"but they have the same face"
So???
So does Lolbit and Funtime Foxy. They're a couple in SBshow verse.
Mickey and Minnie mouse have the same face and no one raises stink about the most classic example of same face syndrome.
They're robots and I think physical appearance matters very little to them in the grand scheme of things. But that might just be my demisexual ass talking.
On a side note, I know the VA for Earth, Aka: Kat has been very "ship and let ship" with the fandom. And I think that's why in the Solar therapy session, she clarified that she knows Solar isn't biologically related. Technically none of them are, she just wants to consider him part of the family.
I remember awhile back the fandom was so hostile to people who saw Lunar as an adult and would draw him in adult situations. (Like taxes/half joking you know what I mean)
And I believe that was the last big drama the actors like Davis was directly involved in before he took a step back from that and told the fandom to sort it out themselves. And I really don't blame him. There are people who are crazy and just feel entitled to things.
And in more recent episodes, Lunar has stated more frequently that he is an adult animatronic of sound mind who can make his own decisions, so that they can put that issue to bed with the discourse.
(I personally think that gen1/2 Lunar was very much a kid psychology and through the course of the course of the show, and due to his experiences and truama he grows up in two years and he's a young adult now. This reflects in every time he has a model change or appearance.)
See this is what I mean when I say they are robots. Robots can grow up from 13 to 24 (approximately) in the span of two years. Robots can change their mind about family dynamics and say "you know what I think that i don't feel like a cousin, as what I feel for Moon is more intense then familiar bonds. So I change my mind." And this is allowed. This is allowed. Like I would not think this way about human characters.
People in the transformers fandom are really familiar with this concept as well. At least the few people I talk to from an outsider perspective. The transformers robots change their relationships in canon to eachother all the time from what I hear.
And yes. I know tsams is focused on themes of family and found family and togetherness. Like I'm not media illiterate. I know what one of the themes are. For some reason, people think I don't know tsams is about family.
Like bruh.
This whole show took two years for them to build the family and support network they all have with eachother when before the show was a toxic family relationship with Sun and Moon only. And I think it's beautiful how it evolved and how many characters there are and how big the family is now!
It's great!
And I do separate in my brain what's going on in canon and what's going on in my shipping brain.
This doesn't mean I can have fun on the side. With silly speculations and silly headcanons.
Giggling to myself and twirling my hair about the "what ifs" and aus
Staying out of the main tags and talking to my own friends with my own company.
While also analyzing the show and leaving tsams lots of long lovely YouTube comments about what the show is actually about.
Also. Consider this.
Since the multiverse is canon in tsams, in definition, by their own rules, there is a universe where everything in tsams is the same, except your ship is canon.
Evil!Sun even said that Sun and Moon being brothers is more rare across dimensions then we initially assumed.
So they're either enemies, strangers, they killed eachother, or something else.
They only are brothers after their canon event of separating and agreeing to work together. So there are some universes where that never happened.
Meaning most likely that our Moon's portal runs on a central finite curve.
So take that as you will.

The Baron’s Daughter
Regency!Silco x Fem!Reader NSFW
Tumblr media
A very belated birthday gift for the sweetest, most patient @thesaltybuns ! Thank you for being such a darling, special part of this fandom 🖤 Here’s a little three part regency AU fic to celebrate you and all your beautiful art. I’ll be dropping a chapter a day for the next three days. Cameo appearances by Sevika and Singed, and some familiar henchmen too.
Tags: No Y/N, regency themes, arranged marriage, canon typical violence, blood, illness, virgin reader, longing, slight angst, smutty funtimes in later chapter sshhh
Part 1/Part 2/Part 3
Addendum 1
You’d never laid eyes on Silco until your wedding.
You’d hoped, entertained the notion for weeks after your father had broke the news of the marriage arrangement to you, that the man might come calling to meet you, or at least to set eyes upon his bride to be. At first you’d wishfully thought perhaps there might be a bit of wooing. Flowers, maybe, shy conversation. The days passed and the silly romance of that childish idea faded into a more sober hope that maybe you’d at least get a staid parlor introduction over tea.
The date of the wedding had crept closer and closer and soon you found yourself simply hoping perhaps he might swing by after a hunt to see your father and perchance you’d catch him briefly.
More days, more nothing.
Not a letter, not a single bridal gift. Nothing.
The first time you clapped eyes on him was the walk up to the altar on your father’s arm. Silco stood impassively up beside the minister, waiting, sharp profile aloof and set of his thin mouth severe. He did not turn to watch you walk toward him, and indeed, the dark patch covering his left eye prevented any manner of peripheral observation of your slow procession toward him. But instead of turning toward you, he simply pivoted to face the minister. Hands laced behind his back unmoving save for a slight, impatient tick of fore and middle gloved fingers in counter time to the bridal march the organ played.
He wordlessly accepted your hand when your father offered it, and let it drop the second custom no longer demanded it be held aloft.
Your father was a wealthy land baron with three sons, and you the only daughter and youngest. You’d known quite well for most of your life that your marriage would not be a thing of heady romance, but rather a ploy to build the family name, or coffers - or both. Silco was of no name at all, an industrialist, or so you’d heard, with wealth condensing so rapidly under his hand that there were rumors against its legitimacy and origins. Rumors of his origins too, but those you’d learned less about.
He repeated the vows quietly, did not spare you a glance as you watched the mismatched halves of his face curiously. Badly scarred across nearly the whole left side of his face, yet not unhandsome. The eye that refused to look at you was a soft teal, tired in its set, or else exceptionally disinterested, but not unintelligent. No, everything about the man beside you plighting his troth spoke of a resounding and almost menacing level of clever intelligence and hunger.
Far too nervous repeating your own vows back to him, eyes upon the minister as you followed his lead, to sneak another glance at Silco and see if he even deigned to watch you.
You held your own hand up yourself for his ring, no cradling touch under your palm, no hand to hold yours after the gold band slid over your knuckle.
The kiss he offered you upon the steps of the church after the ceremony was a dryly perfunctory peck on the cheek through your veil that he’d never sought to lift.
The touch of it burned softly on your skin as you sat alone during the wedding breakfast, your new bridegroom too busy talking business with other men in attendance, your father now included, to be seated at the head table beside you for a first meal together.
The coach ride back to his home was one of solitude as well. He’d not even helped you into the carriage, leaving it to your lady mother and father to see you up into the carriage and off to your new life with kisses and smiles and the unsubtle subtlety of whispered well wishes for the night to come. Silco meanwhile, had mounted his horse, preferring to ride rather than be confined to the boredom of a carriage with a new bride he’d not said one word to directly, and seemed impatient to be away, as if the whole day had been little more than a tiresome strain on his precious time.
Still, you caught his eye through the window as the carriage door closed and swore there was a flash of something there in that cool oceanic gaze that was not calculating, nor boredly irritated. No, instead it felt almost pitying? Or apologetic. It was there and gone too fast to track as he turned and wheeled his horse to the road with spurs dug in.
Mr. Silco’s holdings were not the same as your father’s large estate, though the house was no mean thing. It lay in the city though, not on a large land holding. And not in a particularly fine part of town… old, though it was no slum, simply one of those parts of town that had fallen to disrepair over the years and was now only slowly becoming reclaimed. The house was a large manor, oddly arranged on the point of a triangular city block so that its main doors sat directly on the point and the house was pressed on both sides by streets as it expanded outward, promising a strange array of rooms and architecture.
The household staff proved to be as odd as the home itself. A sinister lot; the valets all lumberingly massive brutes or else unhealthily skinny and slovenly looking wraiths, with no discernable butler among them. No ladies maid for you, though there were a few other women on the staff, looking just as rough and roguish as the men, as if they’d all found their way in from the lanes and never raised to service.
You were shown in by one of their lot and left in the hallway to watch your luggage carried inside, ignored as thoroughly as if you were one of the trunks or else a piece of new furniture no one quite knew where to place yet. Standing there, gloves in your hands, the kidskin wringing in slow tightening twists between nervous fingers, you waited, and let attention wander to the house itself.
Large, dark, but not unwelcoming. Rich, deep woods and wine-drenched colored fabrics interspersed with faded jeweltones that lent the candlelight a deeper warmth. The whole place had an air of slight elderly shabbiness to it, most recently plastered over with the wealth and slightly ostentatious air of rich trappings. The parquet floor was worn, varnish faded along the paths taken by many feet. High above you a soot darkened mural splayed across the foyer ceiling and beckoned back into the great halls.
You followed it, neck craning, stepping blindly out of the way of the staff as they ignored your presence. Let the artwork lead you on. The collections on the walls were an odd assortment, clearly acquired from a variety of estates and former owners, not a single portrait bearing any familial relation to your new husband.
One by one you explored the rooms; parlors and sitting rooms, a large formal dining room and a largely vacant and disused music room. A library conjoined with a comfortable study, and further back doubtless there were the kitchens and staff rooms. A billiard and games room jutted off the study, looking very well and frequently used indeed. The only room downstairs save for the dining room that had a fire lit.
He found you there, as you placed a hand upon one of the white ivory balls upon the billiard table and rolled it gingerly from side to side.
“Apologies for keeping you waiting.”
The sound of his voice made you jump, had you spinning to find him standing in the doorway, divested of his hat, gloves and overcoat from the ride. Clearly he’d not been in such a hurry to find you that he hadn’t found time to make himself comfortable. His smile was thin, taut, nothing of mirth living in the shape of it.
Silhouetted in the doorframe in shirtsleeves and waistcoat he cut a strikingly lean figure. Sharp set of shoulders and posture one of petulant authority, waist and hips narrow and legs long. He was a beautiful, sharp-edged slice of a man, and your words stuck in your throat as his hand slid from where it had rested upon the outside of the doorframe as he stepped inside.
You’d later come to learn that pace of his, the unhurried luxuriant roll of it, a stalking manner of walk that purred quiet power and intent.
“I see you’ve found your way around.” Quiet pitched velvet gravel in his tone that would have been flat save for the elegance with which he spoke and the slight touches of dark humor every now and again that caught his inflection.
“I’m sorry, I was tired of waiting and in the way.”
“Don’t be. This is your home now, I suppose.” He drew the ivory ball you’d lifted your hand from toward himself and spun it off across the table to clack lightly into the gathering of red balls at the far corner of the green felt. “You’re free to go where you like, though I ask you stay out of my office on the second floor. All the bedrooms are up there as well, I expect you’ll want to rest, if you’d like me to show you.”
Not tired in the least, but it seemed the agreeable thing to do, not to mention it felt as if you might have to find your own way to your new bedroom later if you declined the offer.
“Yes, please.”
He hummed something of approval and turned, let you follow him out of the room and back toward the hallways.
“Have you lived here long?” You asked, trailing in his wake.
“Not very. It belonged to an… an old acquaintance of mine previously, though.”
“I see.” You very much did not see. “Why did he decide to leave?”
“He died.” The reply was cold, matter-of-fact, and laced with something darker beneath its chill civility.
“Oh. I’m sorry.”
“I’m not.”
That got you to hold your tongue, unsure what to think, and rather too alarmed to pry further. Silco led you up the stairs, taking a candelabra from one of the waiting servants to climb up into the stretching shadows as the late afternoon began its slide into evening. He pointed out his office as you passed it, left many of the other rooms unexplained, and showed you straight to the bedroom, opening the door for you and stepping aside. The trunks had been brought up but left unpacked, and a paltry fire was lit in the small fireplace with a singular candle left beside the bed. The room was well appointed, comfortable and large but held the air of a room only recently divested of dust and not very thoroughly at that, air stale.
Silco set the candelabra down upon the bureau just inside the door.
“Dinner is served at eight. You may join me, if you like.”
It was such an odd thing to say. Why wouldn’t you join your husband to dine on your wedding night, or any other night? You paused within, beside your luggage, and turned to stare questioningly at him. He seemed to take no note of the strangeness of his offer, continuing.
“Breakfast will be brought up to you in the mornings, lunch and tea are your own affair. Speak with the servants if you need anything otherwise. We keep late hours in this house, but none of that should disturb or concern you.”
“Did you wan-”
“You’ve settling in to do.” His already fleeting attention upon you slid to your things as he cut you off in your attempted offer that he stay and you get to know each other a little. “I’ll leave you to it.”
The door shut behind him with a soft click of finality that brooked no argument, leaving you alone in the gathering dark.
Eight o’clock was ages away, and it gave you time to both rest and unpack the majority of your things, to finish airing out the room with open windows and arrange things how you liked. In the end you were grateful to do it yourself since no other distractions existed to numb your growing unease and nervousness. Not to mention it did make you feel a bit more at home; to be left to make the space what you wished rather than beholden to the stiff formality of a ladies maid to tut her tongue and sigh as you bade her move things about or fix them.
By the time the little clock on the mantle had chimed eight you were rested, had re-dressed from the road for dinner, and were eager to see him again, to finally share a meal. You thought to find him already waiting in the dining room, but instead the space was empty. Room lit and table laid, food upon it. You were grateful the place settings were not at an informal opposite ends of the table but rather beside one another. His at the head and yours at his right hand.
It was closer than customary for two dining alone, but if he wished to have you in a seat where he could more easily see you it felt like an improvement over all the little ways you’d gone overlooked recently. You waited by your chair, waited long enough you were beginning to worry he didn’t actually plan to join you.
It was a quarter after until he strolled in, back in a smartly brushed coat, no longer the informality of shirtsleeves. He seemed surprised to find you standing there, waiting, but came to pull out your chair for you.
“You could have begun without me.” He pushed the chair carefully beneath you before assuming his own seat, reproach mild.
“I didn’t like to be rude, sir.” You replied quietly, holding forth your wine glass that he might fill it after his own.
He smiled thinly and poured the lovely rich claret nearly to the brim of your cup. Far too much. You’d have a headache later if you weren’t careful.
“Silco.” He corrected you, even if your deference seemed to please him, “We rarely stand on precedent in this house. I daresay you’ll find things a touch more relaxed around here than what you might be used to.”
You repressed the urge to remark that you already had found that to be the case and instead helped yourself to the nearest plate before offering it to him.
“I’m sure I’ll be very comfortable here.” You attempted, hollow politeness a bastion you’d been raised and trained to so thoroughly it was now second nature.
Silco breathed a dry, near silent little laugh as he carved the slice of cold ham on his plate into bite sized pieces, the fine dark brow over his teal eye quirking upward a touch.
“If you say so. The best I can offer is that no one here will bother you.”
You gazed at him in silent confusion. Half the things he said seemed to have a meaning only known unto him, and the other other half seemed to intimate some manner of sinister underpinning he had no intention of elaborating on. No one will bother you? Why should anyone bother you in your own home?
The meaning became a touch clearer later, after the remainder of the dinner had passed in an ever-increasing weight of silence, and you’d gone up to ready for bed after he excused himself to the study for a smoke and brandy. After you’d dressed yourself for your wedding night in the most comely nightgown you owned; a nearly sheer confection of a thing that your mother had gifted you, no doubt eager that you might get to the business of making her grandbabies and no delay. After you’d blown out a few candles to leave merely a romantically gloomy glow in the room, and sat perched upon the bench at the foot of the bed nervously awaiting him. After those nerves hit their crescendo and began the slow slide toward first concern and then down into disappointment as the hours ticked by, and disappointment subsided into exhaustion when you finally climbed into bed alone and blew out the guttering last stub of a candle.
No one will bother you. Not even your husband. Not even on your wedding night.
It felt mortifying the next morning, to lie there alone and pretend to be asleep as one of the household lit the fireplace, and later brought your breakfast tray. Unable to even look the servants in the face, a bride gone unwanted.
By the time you rose, had some tea and toast and dressed, you’d talked yourself into at least three excuses for why he hadn’t joined you, and lined up a few more in the wings for good measure. Perhaps he’d been tired, perhaps all the ever important business of his had pulled him away, perhaps he’d simply thought you deserved a better rest after a long day and a big change of circumstance.
So many excellent little reasons to hand to explain away his disinterest in you. And each of them fell away one by one with every subsequent night you were left to climb into bed alone after sharing a near silent supper with Silco.
You tried to uphold conversation on your end, and to his slim credit he was never dismissive or rude to your attempts. You simply struggled to meet him on common ground, as the whole of his focus and every day seemed to be swallowed by his work, which you knew precious little of. Asking after it did nothing to help, as that one topic he did refuse to discuss with you, gently but firmly shutting down any inquiry more prying than how his day had gone. He did not seem the kind of man to speak frivolity to and you were well out of gossip with not a single scrap of mail from any family or acquaintance for the first full week. And so after a few days of faltering attempts you both fell into a measured silence broken only occasionally by polite demands.
And he was always polite with you.
For all his assurance that first night that his house stood on no grounds of formality he never came to dinner in a state of undress, never seemed unsober, always pulled out your chair and served you before himself, made sure your cup was full and begged your pardon if he had to leave before you had finished. He never swore, even on days when his mood seemed black as a thundercloud and you hardly dared speak to him for the severity of his expression.
He never laid a hand upon you either. Not in anger, nor in affection.
And so with nothing else to do, you settled into learning of him, slowly. Gathered scraps of his story to yourself like sifting tiny flecks of gold from the silt of a riverbed. Tales of his past that you could glean from the servants, the fact he had a ward you had yet to meet, a young girl as inherited, it seemed, as the house you lived in, from that late acquaintance of his. Rumors of what he did for the very lucrative living he made abound, and the sound of them scared you off chasing down the truth too hard.
He became enigma; puzzling, frustrating center of your little world.
And his refusal to share your bed the most frustrating thing of all.
You supposed you ought to be grateful, that perhaps any young woman ought to be grateful not to be put upon to share herself with someone who by all reason was a total stranger… but. But you wanted him. In those silent hours every night before sleep took you, you’d come to realize quite profoundly how badly you really did want him, and not just in the manner of fulfilling some marital piety but because of the way the sound of his voice made your skin warm, because of how the shape of him and the way he moved pleased you so deeply to watch. How gazing at his face over the dinner table made your fingertips burn soft fire at the desire to touch, to trace his profile and pull his collar open, to run along the sharp thin shelf of his lower lip.
More than all this the yearning to be touched trumped all.
Those elegant, fastidious hands of his and their constant, easy motions an almost embarrassingly obvious distraction of yours, feeding the coals of quiet fantasies you would have been smart not to entertain. Yet you could not help yourself, and those lonesome nights began to turn from disappointment to frustration as surely as the green on summer leaves rioted into fall color.
By the third week you’d begun to resort to little wiles to see if you could not entice his affections. You laced the tops of your corsets tighter, chose dresses with the lowest possible cut of neckline so that you were all but spilling from them in generous offer. With nothing but time on your hands you could dote upon your appearance, every curl perfectly coiled, every tendril of hair laid just so in softness against your skin where it fell artfully from the piled intricacy of whatever style you could manage without the aid of a ladies maid. Scent chosen carefully, cheeks pinched to a soft flush, lips made pretty and plush with a softening beeswax balm, every little detail that could possibly catch his eye put on full display each evening.
And beyond the superficial, you had taken to exploring the house more, haunting its hallways, refusing to be relegated to just your bedroom, the ladies parlor, and the dining room on evenings.
One night, when you could not take the silence of your room another second, you had shrugged on a shawl and padded out of your room with a candle, determined to ransack the library for some form of diverting literature, perhaps even find a book worth discussing with Silco over your singular shared meal.
The rest of the house was dark and silent in the late hour, even the light from under the door of his forbidden office was out. The worn parquet and elderly oriental carpeting felt delicious under bare feet in a riot of sensation, and the chill of the night was just enough to feel soothing but not biting. Such a surprise then, to find a few candles already lit in the study, and just off of it, the billiard room a spill of bright light.
Curious, you set your candle down on the desk of the study and wandered toward the games room to find Silco within alone, bent over the billiard table with a cue in hand, lining up a shot. A glass of whiskey sat upon one edge of the table and a freshly lit cigar lay in an ashtray along the side table, smoke rising like heavy incense in a lazy, wavering line that plumed outward at its zenith.
He glanced up in surprise as you darkened the doorway and you, in turn, froze.
That black eyepatch of his was off.
You’d imagined all manner of thing beneath it in the few weeks you’d been here; a gaping dark socket, a milky white dead eye, perhaps nothing but a stretch of skin where the lid had been sewn shut… even perhaps just a normal eye incapable of sight and so ever distractingly off center or lolling wildly that he kept covered in an effort to maintain his precious air of irreproachable dignity.
Never in all your wildest imaginings had you thought to encounter the lidless, black sclera orb that gazed back at you with its hot glowing coal of an iris. It stared through you unblinking, watching your mouth part open and shock rush your features in spite of yourself.
Silco straightened, and almost immediately dug a hand deep into one pocket of his breeches for the eyepatch he’d removed.
“No. No, please.” You rushed a step or two in, the fraughtness of his desire to cover himself upsetting.
He paused and turned the contrast of cool teal and hot orange-red back upon you distrustfully.
“Please don’t.” Your tone softened from that initial pleading, and he slid his hand from his pocket empty.
“If you insist.” It was not pitiable, his tone, nor terribly harsh. Simply that cold, slightly clench-jawed habitual tenor.
Lips rolled inward as you fought to settle attention either upon him or the billiard table, unable to pick a focus. He was back in shirtsleeves, cravat gone this time and high, stiff collar open to reveal the lean column of his throat, sleeves rolled to just below his elbow, forearms corded muscle and sinew. He was a terrible beauty, made more terrible by that demonic half gaze that did nothing to ruin the attractive lines of his scarred face.
“Playing alone?” You asked, timidly grasping at conversational straws.
“Practice.” He explained flatly, “Makes perfect, or so they say.”
The smile you offered him was gentle in its curve as you turned to step to the cue rack, and selected one carefully to match your height and reach. His unscarred brow quirked upward.
“Care for an actual game?” You asked, examining the tip of the cue to avoid his quizzical and slightly scoffing gaze.
“You play?” Not bothering to keep the slight hint of incredulity from his voice, he set the table with its three balls back to start position and watched you grin.
“I’ve three elder brothers, Mr. Silco. If they desired to play doubles I was often called upon to fill the fourth. They regretted teaching me, in the end. Didn’t much like being showed up in a game ladies aren’t supposed to play.”
That earned you the first honest little laugh from him you’d ever had and it bubbled up against the bottom of your heart with delighted pride.
“Then by all means.” He stepped back and gestured to the table in a slight sweep of those long fingers you found so entrancing, “Ladies first.”
It was a fine game. He spared you not at all, pulling no shots, and you paid him the same respect, even if you could feel the vacillation between his delight and frustration as you steadily pulled ahead in points. Won match after match until he at last admitted defeat, tossing his cue upon the table in exasperation, but ultimately awarded you a polite quiet applause as well.
Glowing with pride, you reached into the corner pocket to retrieve your last shot, only to still as his fingers closed warmly over your wrist above where you hand lay buried in the latticed leather pocket of the table. A glance upward found him terribly close before you, yet you could not tear attention away from his touch, from the soft circle of a stroke his thumb made absently on the tender skin of your inner wrist.
That slow building ache that had begun weeks ago doubled in size and weight within, stealing strength from knees and breath from your throat.
You’d been conscious of him throughout the game, of his occasional nearness, of how he’d bent over your lean once, to judge a shot you were lining up for himself, of his gaze from across the table as your bend at the waist no doubt offered a lovely view down the neckline of your nightgown. You’d be lying if you said you hadn’t watched him in the same manner as he took his shots. But this, this was wonderfully and intentionally close, and that blessed contact sparking warm fire that tingled up your arm and tickled in the crook of your elbow.
“To the victor goes the spoils.” He murmured quietly, and for a breathless second you’d thought perhaps you might’ve won the favor of a kiss. Face tilted upward and you nearly committed the embarrassment of offering a slight pursing of lips… when his hand left the grip of your wrist to dig into the hip pocket of his waistcoat and set two guineas upon the green felt.
Your incredulous gaze ticked from the coins to his countenance and back again as your hand withdrew from the corner pocket, the ball you had been retrieving well forgotten.
“I… I don’t want your money.” Voice touched by a bit more of your offense than you’d meant to show. It ruined your sweetness and you berated yourself for it even as you wrestled with his actions.
Silco, for his part, looked only mildly displeased, but not offended.
“Whyever not?”
Unable to help the way your brows furrowed in consternation as you looked up at him, you struggled with your composure, heat flooding your face far too obviously. So easy to fluster, so quick to temper, a foible you’d managed to keep well hidden with practice and hard lessons at the hands of your governesses, but unbreakable in the end.
“It was enough to play for the pleasure of your company. Sir.” Eyes ticked between his mismatched ones trained down upon you as something suspiciously close to surprise touched the usual stone of his expression. “If you had won, what would I have had to offer you?”
“What indeed.” He murmured after half a beat, turning your pink flush red, “I’m sure we could have come to an equitable arrangement.”
You were just opening your mouth as your brain struggled mightily with the notion he might have been keen to take you to bed had you just let him win, a sinking feeling that perhaps you’d wounded his pride and tricked yourself out of the very thing you longed for, with your inability to play anything but fair, when all of a sudden he cut the knees right out from under you.
“Perhaps a week in which you did not pester me for details of my work, or that I did not get reports of you bribing the servants for stories of my past?”
No sooner had he warmed your heart than he saw fit to punch it straight from your chest.
The pool cue in your hand slammed against the felted flagstone table with a resounding crack of a whip. It only made him smile, the villain.
“Why take a wife if all you desired was to be left alone?”
The words were out of your mouth before you could stop them, hot and angry as that horrible eye of his.
Silco’s smile turned cruel, the frequently hidden teeth of his showing slightly, too large for the rest of his finer, more aquiline features, and the front pair chipped as if he’d been beaten badly in a brawl at some point in his past.
“Because neither my happiness nor your own came into the question of the union, my dear. Only your father’s gain. Not that I lost anything in the bargain. Far from it. What's a quiet meal at the end of the day weighted against one more business partner tied to my plans?”
You were breathing hard, world a sickly tilt and heart hammering in your ears as he pressed the tips of fingers to the softness under your chin to keep your face full upon himself mercilessly. And something about the way your anger melted into an undeniable ache of mourning at the sudden cold wash of the reality he sluiced over you seemed to give him pause. You could feel the sting of tears welling against your lower lashes, and the bite of nails within the clench of fists trembling at your sides. No need to try to wrench your face from the plinth of his fingers, the press of them eased and dropped on their own as his pleasure in hurting you faltered.
It was enough of an out to allow you to spin and take to your heels.
He caught you at your bedroom door, startled you by stopping your shove of it closed behind yourself, unaware he was even on your tail, let alone so close behind, far too lost in your own misery and whirling thoughts to have heard him behind you.
“Wait.” It was sharper than anything he’d ever said to you, the closest he’d come to a demand, and instead of pushing the door spitefully against him as was your first inclination, you paused, stopped, and released the pressure on your side of the door, stepping back as you fought tears valiantly, unwilling to give him any satisfaction in seeing you cry.
Far from looking hungry to cause you more harm, he seemed almost contrite, uncomfortable in what he’d done and even moreso in what was so clearly a role he was unfamiliar with as penitent. Your shawl that you’d forgotten in your rush to leave the billiard room was clenched in his hand. He hesitated awkwardly in its offer to you and you couldn’t find it within yourself to take pity upon him and relieve him of that burden, wrapping arms around yourself as you took another step away.
His arm dropped at your failure to reciprocate and accept the scrap of clothing back, his gaze upon you unreadable, but touched at its very edges with perhaps the closest a cold hearted creature such as himself could come to regret. He opened the shawl between both hands and stepped forward, draped it over your lifted and bunched shoulders and let it wrap warmly around you, hands smoothing its fabric over your upper arms in a touch that had one of the tears clinging to your lower lids shiver and drip free, before the contact fell away, hands tucked safely behind his back once more.
“Why were you downstairs so late tonight?” He asked quietly, eyes carefully avoiding the misery of your expression as they ticked up and down the rest of you, “In such a pretty little nightgown.”
The compliment shocked you after his cruelty, and had you wondering if he wasn’t baiting you into another row, or perhaps just offering you a backhanded nicety to condescend. You hated having to second guess the singular compliment he’d ever offered you. Hated where the promise of the night had led. You were suddenly very tired, tired straight down to the bone with dashed hopes and a bleak future stretched long and terrifying before you.
“I just wanted to find a book to read.” You admitted weakly, voice failing you with a soft crack. Unable to lift eyes from the floor between your bare toes and his boots, you simply closed them wearily. “Something to read and share with you.”
He didn’t make a perceptible sound, but the air in the room shifted. A moment later you heard his boots on the floor and opened eyes to find him disappearing out the open door. Shoulders slumped as you buried your face in your hands, fighting the ragged lump of a sob lodged in your chest, only to hear him clear his throat a moment later and look up to find him back, a book held out between you both.
“This has long been a favorite of mine. If it's reading you want, there’s a better selection on my office shelves than the ones downstairs. Simply ask.”
You reached out and took the novel from him, eyes straying from its worn and well loved cover to his face. For a second he looked as if he would say more, but ultimately turned away.
“Stay?”
You don’t know why you asked it, why you kept on wanting someone so hateful to keep your company, but you did. In spite of all of it, you did. So badly.
“I think I’ve imposed enough on your good graces for the evening.” He refused, but gently, and lingering in your doorway with his back turned, paused and fished those two guineas out of his pocket once more to lay them on the dresser.
The breath you drew at the return of the spiteful little coins was shivering.
“I don’t want your prize.”
He hummed a little noncommittal rebuttal of a noise, tinged with mirthless humor.
“Take it anyhow.”
He shut the door behind himself, leaving you clinging to that paltry excuse of an apology, leaving you to climb into bed alone again and curl around the gift of the book clutched to your chest. To come to grips with the chill reality of your situation and to curse your father through bitter, silent tears.
His only daughter’s happiness was never going to be any match for your father’s greed and business acumen. He smelled blood in the water surrounding Silco’s dealings and so he came swimming to join the feast, eager to use you to tie himself to the next big investment. Nary a thought or care for where that might have left you.

Glamrock Freddy x animatronic reader
But
It's following the glammike au
Michael and reader could've been together before the scooper incident and died together in the fire, maybe reader also got scooped by some of the minor funtimes (yeendo, bonnet, lolbit, etc).
And then both are possessing a animatronic in the pizzaplex.
Michael being Freddy.
And reader maybe being based off of Lefty, having a bigger chest cavity and having a second animatronic inside them that would be the puppet. (Maybe if Gregory ever climbed inside their chest cavity, the puppet could him to make sure he won't get hurt).
Maybe reader could be the daycare's bodyguard, so they would wear some jester based clothes..?
Anyway, when Freddy kind of realizes of who he is, reader would experience the same realization, (maybe when they are with all of those endos, and reader is just trying to calm Freddy down and they let slip that sometimes they have existential crisis), so then they just have this super soft and sweet moment referring to eachother with their real names while Gregory is just:
"ಠ_ಠ. The hell y'all doing? Who's Michael and y/n? Y'all were at eachother's throats a minute ago, why y'all acting like a old married couple?"
I just really love hurt/comfort fica with couples/friends that were separated for a long time and they just have their own moment.
FINALLY I am motivated to write Glammike content <3
.........
Glamrock Lefty.
Yep. That was you.
Gregory had no idea you even existed, or that you were the Daycare Attendant’s “bodyguard”. But after he fixed the lights and turned them back on, you suddenly appeared to escort him out, all while Sun reprimanded him for breaking his one rule.
Outside the doors, you were about to take him to the lost and found section when you found yourselves approached by three angry Glamrocks..and a concerned one who called out to him by name.
Obviously you knew something was wrong with all of them. Since the concert, none of them have been acting right. And now they were demanding that you surrendered him despite insisting he was safer in your hands.
Freddy seemed to be the only normal one, but you refused to let go of him. Though there was no more time to argue as the power was being redirected to the recharge stations, and Moon suddenly emerged from the daycare with intentions to take Gregory away from you.
He wouldn’t back off when you ordered him to, which convinced you the boy was in serious danger.
So you hid him in your chest cavity and took off.
Your small marionette animatronic companion--aka Glamrock Puppet--was also hidden within, but she still provided enough space for Gregory and played some soft music to calm him down. He seemed offended, insisting he wasn’t “a baby”, and she stopped.
This kid was really arrogant. Even moreso after you denied his requests to take him back to Freddy.
“My security protocols won’t allow it.” You simply tell him, despite Puppet discreetly communicating to you that Freddy was the only one not acting strange.
For all you knew, his normally friendly demeanor could be a front. Just like Chica insisting she contacted Gregory’s family even though your database revealed he has no known relatives accounted for. Yet she attempted to lead him astray with that innocent voice of hers.
So when Freddy somehow found you two, thanks to Gregory’s Fazwatch, you’re less-than-happy and immediately interrogated him. You were especially suspicious on why he’d make him infiltrate the daycare for a security pass.
It make sense why this widespread “virus” wouldn’t infect you. Your programming was made to combat bugs like this. But for Freddy to explain he malfunctioned and somehow kicked the glitch out?? It was most unusual and you didn’t trust him at first.
Though after giving proof he’s on your side and that getting those passes was the only way Gregory could safely leave, you finally freed the human and allowed him to go to him. Freddy smiled with relief and waved to the Puppet, who sat curled up inside your chest compartment.
Still, you were wary and decided to join the duo in their quest to escape. Although you were built to keep the Attendant safe from disgruntled parents, protecting innocent children was your priority.
It’s just in your nature.
.............
Your adventures through the Pizzaplex soon landed you three in the warehouse: a place where active animatronics obviously weren’t supposed to go. Yet you refused to let Gregory out of your sights, so you carried him around to give Freddy’s battery a rest.
When it was safe, you let him exit your chest cavity to look for hidden giftboxes and dufflebags. While waiting for him you gazed at the many endoskeletons hanging on racks, feeling a bit uneasy.
You weren’t meant to see what was down here.
All these metal creatures that framed you, Freddy, and the others lived in this very place. It was bizarre, knowing you used to be “born” as one of these. ‘Was I always like this?’
“They’re all the same.”
Hearing Freddy’s murmur of disbelief, you saw him touch the shoulder of a deactivated endo, watching as it swayed lightly. He started questioning a lot about himself, feeling something foreign in his programming creeping its way out.
Yet he couldn’t stop his ramblings.
“Have I always been a Freddy? Am I Monty with a different shell? What if I am not the first Glamrock Freddy?” His hand trembled slightly. “Are there more of me at other pizzerias? Do we all feel the same? Am I special? If I am mass-produced..am I still art-?”
“Freddy."
He suddenly felt a gentle shake on his armor pad and he gazed at you, eyes wide. “L-Lefty..do you feel it, too?”
“I know what you mean.” You nodded in reassurance. “I always felt like I was..someone else. That I used to be someone else, you know? Not just another Roxanne or Chica, but..an actual person. The Puppet..she tells me things when I’m in sleep mode. Whispering somebody’s name to me. I don’t see the significance of it.”
Freddy’s ears twitched slightly as he tilted his head. “A name? What is it?”
“[Y/n]. I-I know it probably doesn’t mean anything to you.” You looked away bashfully, missing the flicker of recognition in his eyes. “I’m not sure if it’s a guest we recently met or a new employee, or-”
“No. [Y/n] is a familiar name to me, too. Almost like...the name Michael-l-l-”
Hearing his voice glitch, you turned back to him, seeing him put his hands against his head, like he was in pain. “Freddy? Are you okay?!” You asked in alarm, though you abruptly felt pain in your own head, too, and winced.
Was this the virus finally attempting to take back control? Was it taking advantage of your confusion?
What would happen to Gregory if he found you both like this?
Where is he, anyway?
You needed to find him before-
“[Y/n], wake up..it’s alright. No need to panic.”
The pain stopped.
You felt Freddy’s hands on your shoulders. His voice was no longer his, but one with a soft British tone that was somehow all-too-familiar to you. And you slowly looked to see his eyes now glowing a soft white.
Gasping softly, you smiled. “Michael..is that really you?” Your own voice had changed, too, as you finally recalled who you once were. Yet you didn’t panic.
In fact you felt...happy.
“Yes, it’s me.” He laughed softly with tears in his eyes. “Thank goodness I found you again. It seems we can’t keep ourselves away from this company.”
“No..no we can’t. We’re too attached to it, even spiritually.” You chuckled. “How did you get to be Freddy while I’m stuck as an upgraded version of a cheap bear animatronic?”
“Heck if I know. At least we’re not walking corpses anymore.” “Michael” took his hands away, though he blinked as you grasped them with your own.
Somehow, it just felt right to do this.
“Yeah, this is a much better tradeoff.”
Indeed, that time when you two were living “skinsuits” was such a distant memory now. But you could never, ever forget the look on Michael’s face when he saw that you met a similar fate as him.
After he didn’t come back home after his final shift, you went to CBEAR to find answers...and discovered a room full of blood and hollow Funtime animatronic shells.
Then you ended up getting “scooped” by some unique characters like Bonnet, Yenndo, Electrobab, Lolbit and the Minireenas--misfit creations left behind who used you to hide and escape just like their friends did.
As one could imagine, this forced coexistence made your life a living hell, your body violently rejecting them after a week of playing “pretend”. And for a while you thought that was the end of you. Doomed to roam the streets as some eternal punishment.
But then Henry contacted you about opening a fake pizzeria. There, you realized your beloved was there all along. Like you he wasn’t truly alive, though you recognized each other nevertheless and had a lot of time to catch up.
And, well, the rest was history, with both of you finally putting the horrors of the Fazbear franchise to rest as it all went down in flames.
Yet it rose from the ashes once more and dragged you back from the grave, into an animatronic much like the one designed as a cage for the Puppet. And you were stunned at how much technology has changed after all these years.
There had to be a reason you both only awakened now, but at least you were with Michael again.
At the moment, that’s what mattered most. Nothing else did.
He knew this too and pulled you into a hug, sighing. It was difficult with both of your bulky frames, but you managed. “I missed you so much, [y/n]. I’d kiss you right now but..that would be kind of awkward.”
“I know, Mikey. I missed you, too.”
For some time, you shared the embrace, completely forgetting about everything else in the world...
Until a boy’s throat clearing reached your ears and you both backed away to see Gregory standing there, dumbfounded. “Uh I’m ready to move on. But who the hell are “[y/n]” and “Mikey”??!” His eyebrows were furrowed with immense confusion. “One moment you’re both fighting over protecting me, and the next you’re acting like...like...some old married couple!”
“Gregory! We’re not old.” Freddy pouted, his eyes and voice returning to normal, as did yours.
“Yes, don’t say such silly things.” You noticed the Glamrock Lefty Fizzy Faz can in his hands and beamed, crouching down. “We’ll explain everything..later. But I’m curious, what does my Fizzy Faz brand taste like?”
Although suspicious as to why you changed the subject so quickly, Gregory decided not to push it. Instead he cracked open the soda and took a sip, humming in thought. “It’s..blackberry. Not the worst thing in the world.”
“Sounds delicious.” You stood back up. “Now let’s go. This room isn’t too..healthy for our programming. It’s best to keep moving.”
Freddy nodded in agreement, letting Gregory climb back into his chest cavity before the three of you ventured further into the warehouse, wondering what else you’ll discover.
Within your suits, you and Michael just smiled. For now both of your spirits will remain dormant, and sooner or later you’ll find out why you were here.
But for now you’ll take good care of Gregory. He wasn’t about to become another missing child.
Not on your watch.

My FNAF Hyperfixation has inspired me!
So I've been reading a bunch of FNAF time travel fix-it fics. If you don't know what I am referring to, they are basically fics where Michael/William/Henry/basically anyone else finds themselves in the past by some circumstance. They then try to fix the future.
Now that you know what I'm talking about I can actually get to the point. I have decided to write a FNAF time travel fix-it fic. It is tied to an AU, so don't come at me about "canon". Here is a sneak peek at it.
-
Michael wished he died in the fire. Well, technically he was already dead. He had no pulse and he couldn't breathe. His brain had long since stopped working and he got his energy from Remnant rather than digesting food. In all reality, he was a stubborn spirit trapped within his own corpse.
Michael hadn't died in the fire that Henry had set. Hell, his body was barely harmed. All he remembered was passing out before waking up in a random alley. Michael realized someone saved him, but now he was even more alone than ever before.
When the Mega Pizzaplex opened on top of Michael's old restaurant, he knew there would be trouble. Sure enough, there was. Michael took a job as a security guard and found that, while they weren't murderous, the animatronics weren't quite right.
Michael also found his fellow guard, Vanessa, to be a little shifty. She turned out to be way more than shifty when she pushed him into the daycare ball pit from a height that would have maimed or killed anyone else.
Michael's afterlife only got worse when he emerged from the ball pit and found that he was back in Fredbear's Family Diner in 1980.
-
This short introduction obviously doesn't tell you all the fun little headcanons that I have for this fic. I guess you'll just have to read it to find out. Of course, I haven't written in yet. But! I am so hyped about the movie that I think I'll probably finish the first chapter before twenty-four hours have passed.
[Edit: My entire document on Microsoft Word deleted itself from reality... RIP. So... I'm rewriting the first chapter all over again. :> And trust me, I looked through all of my files and drives. Let it be known, I have turned on auto-save cause it sucks to rewrite dialogue, and know for a fact that it's not the same as it was. Also, I lost a doc with half of my headcanons for a different fnaf au. Sadness.]
Real quick, I do have only a little bit of important information for anyone who wants to understand the timeline. (Also so I can remember the basic timeline I made for myself.)
Original Timeline
1968 - Michael is born.
1973 - Elizabeth is born.
1974 - Charlie Emily is born.

1993 - Michael uses the name 'Mike Schmidt' and works at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. (FNAF 1)
1993 - William dies in the Spring Bonnie suit
2000 - Michael works at Fazbear's Fright. (FNAF 3)
2010, Late December - Michael opens Freddy Fazbear Pizza Place. (FNAF 6, Pizzeria Simulator)
2010, Early January - Henry sets the fire, and Michael survives. (Still FNAF 6, Pizzeria Simulator)
2020, July - Michael works at the Mega Pizzaplex and is pushed into the ball pit only six days before the events of Security Breach.
Time Travel Timeline
[To be edited as chapters are added. Peek under the cut only if you have read the most recent chapter, or if you don't give a shit about spoilers.]
1980 - Michael arrives in the past. He is not happy.

If THG's characters are a fanfic writers/readers, what do you feel would be their AO3/ffn account name and icon?
Also, what would be their preferred read (example : rating = K, T, G, M, E; type = canon, canon-divergent, modern AU etc.) and what kind of comments would they leave on a fic?
You can include as many characters as you can or want.
Thank you so much 😊
@curiousnonny
Peeta and Katniss share an account. Katniss was going to just keep reading on guest mode but then AI came along, people started locking their fics, and she didn't want to wait for an invite to ao3 so she just uses Peeta's. Peeta's icon is a picture of a Turner sunset painting and his username is cheesebuns.
Katniss mostly reads fluff and cute stuff, found family, friendships, sweet romances, just the characters being happy with as little angst as possible. She leaves kudos on work she really likes but otherwise is a ghost. She does not mess with real-life people fanfic or y/n/reader fanfic. Peeta reads just about anything as long as it doesn't get too dark, spreads kudos freely, bookmarks moderately, and leaves thoughtful comments to the author. When Katniss goes into their history to find a fic she'd lost, she finds a PWP Peeta read that intrigues her, and when Peeta notices that fic is at the top of the history, questions her about it as he hadn't read it that recently. She gets embarrassed at first, but the conversation leads to some of their own sexy funtimes. After that, they show each other smut that has piqued their interest in what they want to try with each other, letting them figure out how they feel before they try it.

Does Elizabeth or the Crying Child(Evan)play a major role in your AU?
Yes and yes but the crying child is not Evan. Both of them play similar roles to their canon counterparts, since the AU is a combo of my interpretation of canon and me just kinda doing whatever.
While Elizabeth is important to Michael as his little sister, she’s more important to Charlie’s role in the story. Elizabeth was Charlie’s childhood friend and hella protective over her despite being the younger one, because while Charlie was a good kid she was scatterbrained and prone to anxiety, always running around trying to make things better, and became a target for bullies because she didn’t stand up for herself. They’re mirrors, Elizabeth in pastels and light, doll-like styles and Charlie usually buried in a raincoat or similar big jacket, dressed in mostly dark grey or black because it’s hard to get dirty and ill-fitting, too-big skirts and shirts. But Elizabeth has green eyes, Charlie a green admission bracelet, both are the older sister in their family, with Elizabeth two years older than her brother, Charlie a few minutes older than hers, and both love their fathers dearly. Charlie was clearly the favorite, where Elizabeth saw herself as clearly the least favorite. Charlie came to Henry for comfort, and Abby sought out William for approval. Charlie was found by the Security Puppet, modeled after a jester or mime, in the rain after her death, and Elizabeth was killed by Circus Baby, modeled after a harlequin. The Puppet was the guiding light for the missing children, Baby the ringleader of the Funtimes. Where Charlie led, Elizabeth manipulated and lied, and while Charlie was driven to madness by despair, Elizabeth had been there a far longer time than her. In that way the poor girls were little more than mirrors of their fathers in their afterlives, but Elizabeth by the end didn’t want to be her father’s puppet anymore, and was crushed by the disillusionment Charlie had felt from the beginning.
Obviously there’s more to each girl, especially Lizzie given she’s one of my favorites, than just being parallels to each other, but they have a LOT in common and it’s very important to the both of them.
Cassidy- the crying child- doesn’t really have any parallels like that, but his story coincides with Michael’s.
Neither of them want to be their father. Unlike Elizabeth who just wants to be loved, Michael hates William’s expectations and wants to rebel, and Cassidy doesn’t want to be whatever William wants, but feels like he is alone and won’t be loved no matter what. “If I do this will you love me” vs “I don’t want you to just love me on these terms” vs “you’re not going to fucking love me anyway.” While Cassidy has a tough side, he’s afraid of hurting others because of the way he’s been hurt. He’s moody, unstable and an emotional wreck with early onset depression and anxiety and childhood ptsd. Where Michael is loyal, Cassidy is self-sufficient, where Michael yells, Cassidy cries and hides away. Cassidy is pushed to be a vulnerable mess by his hatred for Michael, who is so emotionally closed off and mean because he cannot deal with Cassidy’s “bratty” crying and… trauma responses… and this stems from the losses the family has suffered and how such a traumatic situation has destroyed the family form the inside.
When Cassidy died, Michael’s tough facade fell apart. He became what he’d hated of Cassidy- avoidant, shy, quiet, moody. He had hated Cassidy because he didn’t want to feel that way himself. He had projected his grief over Elizabeth disappearing and his trauma from William’s abuse onto Cassidy, because he had been at the center of it- having claimed to see Circus Baby “eat” Elizabeth- the way Michael was now at the center of this case.
Over the next two or three years, Michael would subconsciously repress the details of Cassidy’s death, like the bite, the day it happened, the hospital visits, the ambulance, the manslaughter charges that were dropped, his coffin up until his body fucking disappeared and Michael never saw him again, the twenty minutes he spent trying to “put him back together” and wake him up as the ambulance made its way to them from Cedar City, the estimates the doctors threw around for when he’d wake up that slowly turned into the rapidly approaching date of his death, or the fact that he’d died the day they told Michael he had roughly three days left, which would have made it eight days he’d survived instead of five.
But in 1987, when Michael’s closest friend suffered debilitating brain damage in an accident later known as “the bite of ‘87,” the strange circumstances of the situation like the animatronic mouth they dislodged from his skull having no mech, just a limp latex mask, were questioned from the beginning. However, Michael believed he knew what had happened. The same thing that had taken the lives of his other friends who’d been there the day Cassidy died.
Cassidy was still there.
Cassidy’s tragedy was what made Michael aware of the truth, and time and time again, Cassidy’s voice is the one Michael hears, and Cassidy is the one he reaches out to when he’s helpless.
“Can you hear me? I don’t know if you can hear me…
“I’m here now.
“I need you to call back. Do something, ANYTHING- try to kill me if you want. I know you’re here, Cassidy. I just need proof so I can keep going.
“I need to know what I’m doing is right so I can save you.”

I’m curious about the conspireshipping non-human au.
Ah thank you!
This one is mainly just a concept, not much plot to be honest, but it makes me v. happy <3 The four boyos are different mythical creatures of some kind and become a family together. Breakdown under read more cause I want to give all the info!
Ryou - He's half-fae / half-human. After his mom and sister die, his dad (the human half) moves them to the human realm. His dad gets obsessive about resurrecting them and tries using a demon to do it. It goes haywire and the demon ends up bonded to Ryou and his dad dies in the crossfire. Ryou is pretty naive on all things fae, since his dad didn't teach him much, so his magic is very unpredictable and he still hasn't figure out how to fly but his wings are pretty and his newfound freedom is all he's ever wanted.
Bakura - The shadow demon that gets bonded to Ryou. Because of the bond, he can freely move between the mortal and demon plains. At first he's pissed about being bonded and plans to kill Ryou, but... Ryou sees this as a fun adventure and Bakura is down for a free pass to hang out in the mortal plain whenever he wants. They very quickly ~~ fall in loooove ~~. He can have both a shadow form or a more physical form for funtimes.
Marik - Dragon!!! I envision him like a baby Ra (since he's still young in dragon years), but can shift to a human form. He has a hoard of all the shiny things. He was kidnapped by a human cult that collects mythical creatures when he was very young and held in a containment facility.
Yami Marik (Kek) - Basilisk, but in the way of Owl House? He can shape shift as he likes and feeds on magic. He's also a (literal) asexual creature and was made in the same facility where Marik is held. The humans underestimate how powerful he is and when he decides it's escape time, he frees Marik too. At first it's just to eat his magic, but dragons are full of magic and he takes all he needs and Marik is still alive. Kek decides he's sticking with Marik - whether he likes it or not. Marik returns to his siblings but there's too much of a disconnect now because of what he went through and he needs some time away. Kek is VERY persistent and follows him around, and Marik is secretly pleased by the attention and grateful for the extra backup. They eventually ~~ fall in looove ~~.
Then the two duos meet and ~~ fall in looove ~~.
One of my fave sexy scenarios is that dragons have like a mating season, and so when Marik's ready to mate, he decks them all out in the jewellery from his hoard, so they're all very pretty and shiny and it's also super intimate for him to share from his hoard <3
Found family, outcasts of their own people, just happy to be together and vibe together. I dunno, this is my go to brain WIP for some happy vibes.

another day, another round of me wracking my brain trying to come up with a good fnaf timeline. this time i came to the conclusion that i should just make an au where i leave out a bunch of stuff at this point if i want to work with my own story 😭
ok this turned into a LONG rant id normally just put on my other blog but as i started here, im just gonna post it here. i also keep forgetting stuff and sometimes i come across a theory/fact that makes me go OOHH im so dumb i forgot. and it changes everything again and its probably happening again here
first, fnaf 2 is where i get stuck every single time. id love to just leave at least the toys out, sorry mangle. second, i just cant wrap my head around the whole "charlie was the first victim" idea because we get introduced to all this where we see the puppet in the toys location and the withereds.. it becomes too confusing for me. is it at the same location? was the puppet with the ogs and the toys were added later? i would say the toys are irrelevant and havent been added until the ogs were withered. anyway, i believe will could have stuffed the kids into the ogs prior to killing charlie, which would make more sense if the puppet was possessed later and then gave them life? whether the toys are or arent posessed is not important to me as much (just confuses me. like if they werent there would it change the story??), or rather it lacks some closure, like the ogs have eventually been destroyed and the spirits let free, but for the other kids (that people say are possessing the toys), we dont even know their names! or how they ended. i always think of the theories how will destroyed the ogs to take remnant from them to use in the funtimes, but nobody ever thinks of the fact that he just gets springlocked right after which would make No sense. the funtimes are an odd thing, i guess you could apply he actually took it from the toys, but why would he? is there proof? if theyre programmed to snatch kids directly, hed have enough remnant and not have to get it from previous animatronics. that said, i believe the SL location and funtimes were made early on, but had to have this kidnap/kill function only after charlies murder because if she was the first and the point of her being the first was that will found out about remnant and possession, he would want to start experimenting with it then. however, i do prefer charlies murder to be out of jealousy towards henry after losing elizabeth, which would mean the funtimes would be existing at this point (because of eliz death). or perhaps the funtimes have been a project of his (i have this little coffin theory. probably dumb, basically just each character is there to hold the body/spirit of each afton family member, baby and ballora are obvs, funfred would be cc with bonbon in the place of the walkie talkie plush to control him.. and foxy for mike, but this doesnt work unless william knows about the posession...) but baby killed elizabeth and he wanted to get her back... wouldnt then finding out about charlie and the puppet be like way too convenient? like hey, this is exactly what you need. ...and how long can a spirit persist within an object until possession using remnant? or this kind of "activation" like in give life.
now this brought me to thinking about springtrap and when exactly was he "revived". as well as other time things.. such as, i thought the spirit "degrades" over time, loses sense of self - but i guess that would apply more after the possession starts. hinted at with scrap baby, she has been baby for so long its no longer elizabeth. but springtrap, and then scraptrap, is william seemingly after decades unless his spirit possessed spring bonnie only around the time they found him? big think
and then back to the general timeline. i cant even pinpoint the very start which bugs me, so it always all starts in '83, (after fredbears existing for a bit) when i assume the bite triggered the nightmare experiments, also closing of fredbears. i think there was a freddys at that time already where the first mci would happen but as i said i like the idea of will stuffing the kids into the withereds. maybe not, maybe i gotta let that go but its just such a nice idea. theyre just there in the back, nobody cares about them, the perfect place. then he can be the one to fix them up into their fnaf 1 glory, but this applies to it even if they were stuffed there much earlier and the withering happened Because Of the decay (probably makes more sense too! so i will try to work with that instead) and you see! no puppet yet. but also no possession. hed fix them up after, put them in their own new location and go ham. as in, he also has the saferoom there with the spring bonnie suit to use. nobody suspects a thing. (i also think the golden freddy/fredbear suit could be there and thats how we got golden freddy) but you see, with this we could just throw fnaf 2 out entirely.. whether we had the withereds or not, it doesnt matter, toys dont bring much to the table other than the bite of 87, no? the puppet could work perfectly in fredbears or freddys, just waiting her turn
see what i have to live with. i already helped myself a ton by accepting that henry is just in jail after the first mci/post fredbears so i dont have to work with him too. he wasnt framed, only in charge as the owner.. and we got fazbear entertainment taking while william has afton robotics. as in, they split at some point (after the bite?) and then he works under fazent in various locations, many times under aliases. Oh which brings me to.
in this year of 2023, they finally made me care about fritz! only because its william. to me. i have no proof! other than the clickteam teaser saying "fritz", but showing dave. (if its not him im fucked.) plus, isnt all we know about him literally just an employee kicked out on the first day for tampering with the animatronics (and smelling bad)? wouldnt william do something like this? get inside, if he cant he will take another identity (a name of one of his victims even) to get in to fuck around with the animatronics. why not just go there as william?? he once owned this place..? WELL now comes another juicy part (oh god crunch is going insane) he got kicked out! he cannot be in the location. why do i think that? midnight motorist. yeah.. okay i now love the idea that rye put out there, in the house its mike and a babysitter or aunt (movie helping with the lore!!!) and the footsteps are golden freddy luring him out (movie again!! its only 2 footsteps because GF doesnt walk!! he floats!!) but that aside, im thinking of the JRs part. this doesnt matter other than a hint at other stuff, metaphors and parallels and such. JR could be fredbears previously, yeah i dont argue with any of that, but it also makes me think of it as a paralell to the toy location. a place he got kicked out of, maybe not just once, perhaps the night he killed charlie he had just been kicked out (for various reasons) which amplified his anger as we see in MM after being kicked out of JRs, ending with him killing charlie (which i think was a tiny tiny bit premeditated in the way he was jealous of henry and his happy little family, now getting this chance) much to think about
note: i dont take anything here too seriously. theorizing is always just fun so if the one person decides to read this and react in a highly negative way, just keep it to yourself. if you have strong arguments against something with proof, do bring them in, i genuinely forget about shit i read like, yesterday. i also cannot "factcheck" everything when after googling i get shit like people on quora telling me that... quote.. william was under the control of the glitchtrap virus since he was 8 years old... umm wrong!! he was forced to eat cement when he was 6!!
okay that was meant to be a closing sentence but i also thought of one more thing. and one more thing!! i was a firm and calm and collected believer of fnaf 1 taking place in '93. then came the movie, making it in the 2000s. and it changed me to the worse! i started reading up on it and found out that its all just a theory that majority latched onto and decided to take as fact. as well as the idea that springtrap was locked in for 30 years. wont factcheck rn but it was apparently 30 years from the first location being closed, not since the springlocking. which means theres no set time between that and fnaf 3. on top of that someone was saying it made more sense for fnaf 1 to take place 10 years after that, so around 2003 instead, and it made sense to me then, so yeahh...
it also ties better to help wanted onward (though fnaf3 happening later would make the previous events more mysterious, why wouldnt they look into the location sooner?) and SB not taking place in like 2050s but 2030s or so (if its true that SB is happening 10 years after the pizzaplex opening). holding onto the game!vanessa is an afton theory even stronger after the movie! i talked about it b4 but had no proof. and so we dont have any literal grandpas making babies, the sooner it goes on the better. if vanessa is ~23 during help wanted, this way shed be born sometime in the 90s or early 2000s (this kinda applies even if HW took place in 2023 right after fnaf3 but since i think it happened sooner then i would prefer to go with the 90s) and. and will could have gotten laid one last time :] and have vanessa. think about it. (yeah how old is he again... it works right? also having to put him into a straight relationship after all of this is criminal, i know. im sorry, i will do better. (lie))
in the next episode, i will go over why the mxes entity is william. good night
p.s if you read through all of this, write me an ask about whos your favorite animatronic

!FNAF SL REDUX!
Character profile #2
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Katherine Afton Schmidt, Age 43
In life, she was a very hard-working woman who tried to put 100% into everything she did. She is a very blunt person. She doesn't sugarcoat things. On the outside, she seems very cold, not talking to others too often. At her core, though, she is very sweet and holds those dear to her very close to her heart. But she can be a bit of an anxious person at times, making her a bit overprotective of her kids
As a mother, she hates when people refer to her as a housewife, not for the reason you may think. It's because she isn't that. She can't say home all day. She has to work. It just irks her when people say that because it is the type of role she wants but can't have.
Tumblr media
The good news is that she spends as much time as she can with her kids when she is home. She enjoys those moments. She also has little gifts she wears on her person, which are from her kids.
Now, onto William, I need to be clear. Katherine and William did love each other. Katherine's love for William just began to fade as time passed due to Williams' focus going from his family to his "little" immortality obsession funtime animatronics. Katherine tried to support William as much as she could.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
She let William base one of his characters off of her, and she was even the voice for Ballora.
But things would all change once Elizabeth went missing.
Tumblr media
Katherine crumbled. It was her biggest fear realized. The fear first sparked when she became a working woman. She became paranoid of the same thing happening to her other kids, but she also wanted to find out what happened to Elizabeth and possibly find her.
So one night, she headed out the last place Elizabeth was seen, Circus Baby's Pizza World, which was currently under renovations. It was a trip meant where she was to be back by morning. She searched the place top to bottom until she found something different, something strange.
Tumblr media
She descended deep into this underground facility through the elevator and searched this facility in hopes of possibly finding Elizabeth.
And she would.
Tumblr media
Though Elizabeth would already be dead. Williams knew about Katherine's little private investigation plan and followed her, where he would then kill her.
This action would result in Katherine's soul being trapped in the facility along with Elizabeth's soul. Katherine's soul would be one of the top most vengeful spirits in this Au, next to Cassidy, and she would also be one of the most dangerous ones as well.
Tumblr media
Now on to what Katherine is capable of, this stuff is simpler since her power is more limited in comparison to Elizabeth. Due to her not being a poltergeist, only a vengeful spirit.
Katherine can control pieces of tech (specifically arcade machines)
She can also dawn Silhouette forms as well, and since she isn't bound by animatronic, she is able to dawn multiple forms. Those are Silhouette Ballora, Freddy, and Foxy
Here is Katherine's living and dead color palette for purposes.

I was wondering if Gregory exists in your Fazbear Estate AU,if that is the case, what is the reaction of the Freddys towards Gregory and vice versa?
You know, I've been debating this issue internally for quite some time now. I did want Gregory in my AU, but I wasn't sure what his role would be.
However, after thinking a lot about it recently - mainly due to this ask - I think I found the perfect spot for Gregory.
Yes, Gregory does exist. He's the adopted son of Michael Afton and his husband, Jeremy Fitzgerald. Gregory even has a sister, also adopted, but until the Ruin DLC is released, I don't know her name yet.
Gregory was adopted when he was a baby. Michael and Jeremy were in their 40's when this happened; now they're in their early 50's and Gregory is currently 9 years old. Michael and Jeremy would have adopted children sooner, but life kept getting in the way, especially for Michael with all the work he did for Fazbear Entertainment.
Gregory is more or less the same personality-wise in this AU as he is in Security Breach. The only major difference is that this Gregory has a loving human family looking out for him and nobody's trying to kill him. Also, since he grew up around a lot of Michael's work, he sees the animatronics of Fazbear Entertainment as extended family members. Would he scrap one of them if they tried to kill him? Oh, totally, without a second thought! He just doesn't want to have to think about that possibility because he loves them so much.
The Freddys at Fazbear Estate have all met Gregory before, as the boy does occasionally visit Fazbear Estate with Michael. They, along with the other animatronics, first met him as a baby, along with his sister. ALL the animatronics were in love with the two babies, and were so happy for Mike, who they all watched grow up from various points in his life, for becoming a dad. The Freddys in particular were pretty emotional, since they're all programmed to be father figures. Even Funtime Freddy, who's more of a silly uncle than a dad, was a bit weepy.
Later that same day, Michael took his new children to the Pizzaplex to meet the animatronics there. Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex had originally been Michael's idea. The Glamrocks? Also him. The Daycare Attendant - okay, that wasn't his idea. That was his sister's idea. He has no clue who came up with DJMM-- ANYWAY.
Michael was very excited to introduce the Pizzaplex's animatronics to his new babies. The animatronics, in turn, were excited and honored that Michael was letting them HOLD the babies.
Roxanne and Glamrock Chica, predictably, gushed over how cute the infants were.
Glamrock Bonnie, who was still functioning at the time, also thought they were adorable, and offered to teach Michael some dad jokes now that he'd earned the right to tell them.
Montgomery was a bit scared of the babies at first, because he didn't want to hurt them. Michael reassured him, however, and Monty ended up holding both babies in his arms. Monty stared down at them for a long time before he suddenly started crying. "THEY'RE JUST SO TINY! AND CUTE! IT'S MAKING ME FEEL THINGS! I NEED TO GO PUNCH A WALL SO I CAN FEEL MANLY AGAIN!"
DJMM played soft, happy music in response to the babies.
The Daycare Attendant was gushing even harder than Roxanne and Chica over the babies. He'd never gotten to hold a baby that was so young before. He was so... SO gentle and soft-spoken around baby Gregory and his sister. Even though he was just a stranger to them, it was clear he loved them almost as much as Michael did.
And finally... Glamrock Freddy. First, he met Gregory's sister. Glamfred couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful and adorable she was. Then Michael handed him Gregory.
"Hello, Gregory! I am Freddy Fazbear! It is nice to meet you!"
Gregory looked up at Glamfred... and smiled at him. Glamfred saw this and... well, he didn't have a physical heart, but he definitely had one in spirit, because it was melting.
Glamfred suddenly started singing to baby Gregory. His voice was low, soft, and soothing. Just a song he'd heard from one of the technicians who'd worked on him in Parts and Services, an old one, definitely not the usual glam rock fare. Michael quietly took out his phone and recorded Glamrock Freddy gently rocking baby Gregory and singing "Lullabye in Ragtime".
To this day, Glamrock Freddy has a very special bond with Gregory. They don't get to see each other as often as they'd like, but they consider each other family and are very good friends! The other Freddys think Gregory is a joy to be around, and are a bit jealous of how close Glamfred is with him. Gregory, on his part, likes to joke that he has a massive collection of dads, and he's only going to keep adding to it! All joking aside, he feels pretty lucky.

A FNaF AU idea that I need to get off my chest + a "timeline" with ages and years
There's a lot of role-swapping going on. Michael swaps with Elizabeth, Norman swaps with Sammy who is Charlie's twin brother from the books. Then Michael swaps again, but with William which means that I have included Miketrap because I always found that theory very interesting and cool despite its flaws. Mrs. Afton swaps with Elizabeth in that she's the main antagonist in Sister Location.
Everyone will possess something, excluding William and Henry. Mrs. Afton is Ballora, Michael is Springtrap, Elizabeth is Foxy, Norman is Fredbear, and Charlie is the Puppet of course. Sammy could end up being Shadow Freddy. I promise, everything will make sense once I explain what happens.
Few things I feel like I should mention:
This AU only follows FNaF 1-6, meaning Special Delivery, Help Wanted, and Security Breach DON'T exist here. UCN might be included because I like the idea of a fabricated hell for William to continuously suffer in.
The Toys' facial recognition and criminal data-base aren't a thing at all here. I feel that goes too far, considering the technological limitations.
None of the Funtimes are programmed to kill at all. Like what I mentioned, it feels way too out of line given the era and the limitations they would have back then. Also, I just had this idea to have CBPW be William's attempt branching out using animatronics of his very own design without Henry in the picture.
The Nightmares aren't real in any way whatsoever, not even through illusion discs, hence why they are called Nightmares.
The Fredbear plush isn't a listening device or a walkie-talkie for William to spy on his son with, it's just a toy.
Golden Freddy isn't just a re-colored Freddy. He's a broken and abandoned Fredbear, the very same one that committed the Bite.
Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental is NOT a bunker hidden underground. It's a fully-fledged, circus-themed attraction that opened after Circus Baby's Pizza World closed due to supposed gas leaks. To add onto that, it's also William's last ditch attempt to create a successful restaurant using his own animatronic designs and not Henry's.
Regarding the characters, William is a very mediocre dad here. He's certainly not the best, but he does try before it all goes downhill. Most of the MCI and DCI are teenagers aside from a select few. I'll try to give everybody a sort of importance to the story no matter how minor it might be. Admittedly, though, the Bite Victim here doesn't have much to do until the very end.
I know Fritz possesses Foxy in canon and, honestly, it doesn't feel right replacing him like this, so I have three ideas about what to do with him. He either dies in 1993 in the FNaF 1 location and possesses the Classic version of Foxy (but that seems lame and a bit convenient when I think about it), OR he inhabits Foxy alongside Elizabeth somehow. I guess he could also just not be a victim of William at all here, although that seems quite boring. I'm not sure how I'd be able to pull any of those ideas off. I don't know if I even want to, but I'll figure it out eventually.
Elizabeth is my favorite Afton and Foxy is my favorite animatronic, so I decided to combine them. If anyone sees this at all, I wouldn't mind criticism because I need this AU to make sense at least.
Now, we start in 1980.
Michael is 13. Elizabeth, Charlie, and Sammy are 11. Norman is 5.
Fredbear's Family Diner and Circus Baby's Pizza World exist simultaneously. Funtime Chica is also here as a part of Baby's band.
The same thing happens where Elizabeth goes to see Circus Baby, but instead of getting snatched, Michael comes to be an ass and tries to steal her ice cream. They have a back-and-forth fight until Baby starts acting out due to being so new. Michael is accidentally pulled into her stomach hatch with the ice cream, then ends up with severe head trauma. This leaves him a coma (for, specifically, 5 years). However, Elizabeth at her young age thinks Michael is dead.
After that incident, William closes the restaurant and takes his son to the hospital. At the level of decent father, he does care about his kids here, except he will forever be reminded that one of his own robots nearly killed Michael. This further drives home the fact that Henry's work will always be better than his. Meanwhile, Elizabeth feels endlessly guilty for the situation her big bro is in now. She blames herself for Michael's comatose state, and it all spirals from there.
Moving onto 1983 (Specifically, May 13).
Michael is 16. Elizabeth, Charlie, and Sammy are 14. Norman is 8.
Although Circus Baby's is closed, Fredbear's continues on for 3 years up until the day of the Bite. The very first Freddy Fazbear's Pizza has also been opened some time after Circus Baby's closing.
Michael's absence has a great effect on Elizabeth. He might have been a bully to Norman, but he's still her brother and she loves him. His absence leaves a giant hole in her life where he used to be, since he's so much easier to relate to than Norman is. She kind of tries to emulate him in her own way. She uses the same Foxy mask and becomes a bit of a delinquent like he was.
Here's the thing, she doesn't target Norman (not a lot of the time, anyway). She targets the Emily twins, Charlie and Sammy. Mostly Sammy, though.
It kind of follows the mini games of FNaF 4. Counting down the days until their birthday party.
Elizabeth uses the mask to scare Sammy, either at his house when she comes over or at the restaurant while their fathers are at work. She locks him in the parts & service room. Headless Foxy is replaced by a stuffed bunny named Theodore, who is Charlie's toy from the books. Charlie is Sammy's version of 'Psychic Friend Fredbear' in that she guides and comforts him throughout the week.
Charlie stands up for herself and her brother whenever Elizabeth tries something, yet she doesn't go as far as telling Henry about the bullying because they were best friends. She's sympathetic, almost to a fault.
Sammy is the opposite. He can't help but hate Elizabeth, even when he knows why she's the way she is. He feels betrayed since they all used to be close, but he's also sensitive and a bit of a pushover, so he receives the brunt of the bullying.
The birthday comes around and Sammy gets chomped by Fredbear, thanks to Elizabeth. Charlie is rightfully mad, but she has very conflicting feelings about their friendship now. Henry is distraught, but I feel like he'd be a little more willing to understand. Elizabeth has to live with Michael's condition and Sammy's death on her shoulders.
Fast forward to 1985.
Michael is 18. Elizabeth and Charlie are 16. Norman is 10.
After the Bite, Fredbear's closes. William and Henry now have to manage the newest location they have opened, which is Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. This restaurant houses the unwithered animatronics.
This is also the year that Michael wakes up from his coma. Only problem is, neither Elizabeth nor Norman will be there to witness it.
Elizabeth and Charlie's relationship has deteriorated a lot. Charlie struggles to forgive Elizabeth for what happened to Sammy because while she still believes there's good in her, she also thinks she probably shouldn't. Meanwhile, Elizabeth is too emotionally constipated to properly approach Charlie.
Elizabeth watches the three kids lock her out in the rain. A drunken William pulls up, kills her in the alleyway, then leaves her there. The Puppet comes out looking for her and breaks down, Charlie possesses it.
One of the reasons William kills Charlie in the first place is to basically get back at Henry.
Since Mrs. Afton exists here as an actual character, I have this idea where Henry and Mrs. Afton have this plan to get the kids away from William because they know something is wrong with him; they just aren't sure what it is. William hears of this eventually. An argument breaks out between them. It's emotional and tense and volatile, so much so that an overly rash shove from William cracks her skull against the furniture.
After the fight, William buries Mrs. Afton's body in the woods. Just a strange mound of dirt to those who don't know who's in it. Ballora starts acting a little too alive later on. Ballora, the one animatronic who had been in the room with them when his wife died.
However, Charlie's death is one that William sort of regrets in a way. He had gotten drunk after finding out about Henry and Mrs. Afton, but Charlie was in the wrong place at the wrong time. William acts on his anger towards the conspiracy against him and his long festering jealousy of Henry, taking Charlie's life in the process. A 'spur of the moment' kind of thing.
That marks the start of William's downfall and descent into these destructive habits that tear the whole family apart as time goes by. William begins lashing out, and it doesn't matter who's around to see it because he will go after them. His children suffer under his watch. At worst, he's violent. At best, he's neglectful.
Elizabeth and Henry don't find out that Charlie's dead until the next day.
Some time after Charlie, William targets other children to get rid of. The murders of the MCI take place over a span of weeks or months. First is Susie, followed by Gabriel, then Jeremy, and ending with Cassidy.
During Jeremy's turn, William invites Elizabeth along for the process in hopes that she will help him with it. Elizabeth disagrees and tries to stop him from harming Jeremy. In the end, William goes too far out of control. He ends up killing both Jeremy and Elizabeth. In a bit of a panic, William hides them in Bonnie and Foxy respectively.
Next up is Norman.
William becomes more unstable, drunk, and shaken up after Elizabeth's death. He's basically a ticking time bomb. Nobody is safe, everyone is at risk around him.
He's working late one night at the restaurant with Norman since he can't leave him home alone. He continues drinking there too when he's supposed to work. Norman keeps bothering him because literally both of his siblings are gone and he doesn't know what's happening. Norman continuously asks him these questions, but William reacts too explosively and kills Norman in a drunken rage.
I don't know yet whether Norman should possess the Fredbear plush or the animatronic, so that will be undecided until I figure it out.
In my mind, William's relationship with his kids is quite complicated. Michael's near death experience caused by one of his own machines makes William real possessive/protective of them. But even if he cares for his children, he doesn't exactly understand them. They clash until William kills them, too. However, I'm not sure how to make that last point exist in a way that's sensible and believable.
After the kids are reported missing and an investigation starts, Henry closes the restaurant.
By the year of 1987.
Both families are in shambles. Henry lost both of his children, and his wife divorced him after Charlie's death. William has to deal with a confused but awake Michael, and his wife died by his own hand.
To account for Henry's absence throughout the games, I'd say he was either convicted for the MCI wherein William would frame him for it, or he simply went off the radar until Pizza Sim. William also becomes quite recluse, only active for work because he's managing both CBEAR and FFP #2 all on his own now while he plans his next move.
This basically follows the same format as the game.
Like the mini-game suggests, William returns to murder another set of 5 victims. I myself believe that the Toy animatronics could probably be possessed one way or another, so these 5 victims will be Charlie's friends from the novels. John, Carlton, Lamar, Jessica, and Marla.
Like the book, this set of victims are just a bunch of teenagers who snuck into the pizzeria to explore and William happened to be there.
The night guard, Jeremy Fitzgerald, is on shift when the teens break in. They're caught by him and Jeremy calls William to inform him of the intrusion. Oddly enough, instead of getting the police, William says he will handle the situation himself. He sends Jeremy off, disables the cameras, puts on the yellow suit, and murders the group of teens.
Jeremy comes back on Night 6 after the murders and as Phone Guy says, none of them are acting right. He's moved to the day shift, but he's bitten during a birthday party by a possessed Mangle.
Alongside more disappearing kids in another Freddy's establishment, Mangle causing the Bite is the final cherry on top. The place closes for good.
The Toys and the Withereds are kept in a storage place or a warehouse in case Fazbear Ent. would want to reuse parts from them. However, William is still the owner of FE. He decides to have the Withereds remade into the FNaF 1 gang and the Toys fully scrapped. The Puppet is moved to the FNaF 1 location later on, but Elizabeth (and maybe Fritz, too) escapes to find her father.
Further on into 1993.
This is the FNaF 1 gang and the night guard is Mike Schmidt. Mike is his own character. Just a normal guy who unknowingly signed up for this nightmare of a job.
The "Follow Me" mini-game still takes place, but there is a different purple guy this time.
After 5 full years of comatose, Michael is finally awake.
The guy is lost and has a lot of catching-up to do, even more so when it hits him that his siblings and his mother both aren't around at all anymore. Whenever, he tries asking William about it, all he gets is a vague, half-hearted dismissal. He gets more and more suspicious until William asks him to go destroy a couple of animatronics at a abandoned restaurant that closed down just recently.
It's similar to SL wherein William tells him to go somewhere to do something. While Michael is alone in the back room, the souls come after him. He puts on the Spring Bonnie suit in a panic and the springlocks go off. It's the same situation as SL where they thought Michael was William and he suffered for it.
Due to the springlock incident, William doesn't hear from Michael, but he does discover that the animatronics have been dismantled either way. Given that he's still the main guy in charge of FE, he eventually finds out about a springlock suit locked in the backroom. He doesn't really know it's Michael until it's relocated to Fazbear's Fright.
Michael goes through what William did in canon. Being locked in the back room for years until he's found and placed in Fazbear's Fright as an attraction.
Later on in 1998.
This year is when SL would take place in my AU since I don't think there's a set year in the canon timeline.
A random night guard will take Michael's place here, although I'm tempted to have them be Vanessa. They will be the one the Funtimes use to escape the place.
It follows the flow of the game. They go to this place, perform their tasks, get scared by the robots sometimes while weird things happen, then they leave. However, there are some specific parts of the game that I would change because of the fact that it's not Elizabeth who is orchestrating the whole thing. It's her mother, Mrs. Afton.
The "sentience" of the animatronics already comes from the victims of '87. When William injects them with this other batch of Remnant he got from the Classics, it combines the MCI with the DCI. It gives them these personalities made up of two sets of teens/kids. Also, Funtime Freddy and Bon-Bon are supposed to be separate entities also possessed by two different people.
Mrs. Afton communicates with the other souls in the Funtimes and forms a plan to escape the facility. That means Circus Baby isn't exactly the big mastermind behind the whole plan to get out, she only plays a part in it as they all do.
In Night 4, Ballora still gets the scooper and Circus Baby talks to the guard. However, Baby will have a different personality, given that she's possessed by two victims now instead of Elizabeth. As in, two distinct individuals are speaking just with the same voice.
In Night 5, it's mostly the same. However, after the guard 'fixes' Circus Baby and sends her to the scooping room, their shift ends right there.
The ending will be a little different here. So far, I have two ideas as to what I'd like it to be. Instead of getting scooped, it has the night guard, whoever they might be, being threatened by the Funtimes into letting them leave the facility as Ennard. Or, the Funtimes just follow them out all sneaky and leave the guard alone. Either way, they get out and go find William.
Some time in 2023.
Michael has been transferred to Fazbear's Fright as an attraction after he was found. With him, is yet another random night guard. This one might be Tape Girl.
The fact that Michael is Springtrap here changes a few things. Michael is more confused in the way he will act as Springtrap. Most of his life has been loneliness aside from the company of William. He was isolated from his siblings, friends, basically everybody for years. When he's finally let out, he dies in a springlock suit and is left for dead.
In a gameplay setting, Springtrap appears uncertain and scared when he shows up in the cameras. I'd say he's a little harder to lure with the Balloon Boy voice lines. He's more obvious in the cameras, in contrast to William's hiding and sneaking.
He's desperate to find help, and the only way he thinks he can get it is through the guard. He doesn't know what happened to his family, where they are, or if they're even alive. He's worried since he's missed out on so much.
Outside of the gameplay perspective, Michael looks for information behind the scenes. There would most likely be some references throughout the attraction to past events that he wasn't present for. Maybe some of the employees talk about rumors regarding Freddy's bad history. Perhaps there is news about the Bites or records of the missing kids, so he eventually gets his hands on those.
William finds the location and comes in to burn the place down. His reasoning for doing so is to sort of erase the history of the past Freddy's locations. Everything in the attraction is directly related to his wrongdoings, so he needs to destroy it immediately. Michael confronts him about everything he knows, but William starts the fire before he can do anything. Michael escapes with half an arm, and he roams wherever to find his father.
As for what occurs in FNaF 6,
Henry takes the brave volunteer's place in the fake restaurant. He manages the pizzera, does the salvaging, and then burns the place down when everything comes together.
As shown in the game, Henry will have to slowly build this pizzeria from the ground up until he finally has everybody right where he needs them to be.
When it comes to the salvaging, there will be obvious changes. Like instead of Scrap Baby, he's faced with a very old and very withered Foxy from way back when the first ever Freddy Fazbear's opened. Scraptrap is basically Springtrap but doubly worse for wear and missing half an arm. Molten Freddy is now just Ennard with Mrs. Afton in the driver's seat. Lefty is more or less the same since I like his design.
The completion of tasks later in the night is also going to be altered a little. With Henry as the protagonist here, no one really has the motive to attack him unless they don't know that it's him.
Until William comes along.
The news of an unauthorized Freddy's establishment drags him out of the hermit life he's been living for the past few decades. He goes to check out the place and falls right into Henry's trap. Now, everyone from the victims to the murderer himself is in position for Henry to end it all, setting the restaurant ablaze and burning it to the ground. The souls are set free and William is sent to hell.
Anyways.
That concludes my AU for now. I think this was just excessive info-dumping, but I was way too eager to get this idea out of my head. If anyone sees this, let me know your thoughts because I'd really like criticism and more ideas.

What are your theories on the Afton family? I share my main one
My main theory is that Vanessa might be Michael's daughter biologically because of the green eyes trait that female members of the Afton family have. I will be honest when I make theories about Video Game characters being biologically related to one and another I will use genetics to back up my theories
You have just unlocked the next Renegade AU Lore dump.
Renegade AU Lore Dump: The Afton Family.
TW: canon typical FNAF: Sister Location events (disembowelment, hanging as a murder method)
William Afton: William and Ina share a half sister (Will and Ina are not related, they just have someone who is related to each of them via one parent in common). Whilst he engages in some of the science side of Faz Ent, that is his wife's domain. He's more of the business guy; bring in the funding and laying out the field for research to take place. His stake in this whole deal is trying to find a secret to eternal life. It can be argued that he's found it seeing as he just doesn't die, but he wants what he inadvertently gave several of the Security Guards whom worked at Freddy's (several guards are possessed or died and were brought back OK). In chasing this immortal human form, he devises a plan to get in contact with his half sister, and ruin her half sister's descendants life in order to procure a suitable vessel for immortality and the supplies to make the process happen.
Adelaide Afton: Mrs Adelaide Afton, William's wife. Just as mad as her husband, Adelaide sees the pursuit of eternal life as the pursuit of eternal beauty. She has killed and tortured to further her research and has used many robotic forms and has possessed many humans to further her ends. Adelaide is the lead scientist at Fazbear Entertainment, and due to her love for her research, she was mostly absent at home. Died during her research into remnant during 1985 by getting hit with the scooper. Possessed Balora to continue her research (her will specifically stated instructions on how to ensure that she possessed Ballora). She is far better at pretending than her daughter, Elizabeth, to the point where her daughter didn't even know that the robot who kept on going back to the scooper was in fact Adelaide, invested in her experiments as per the course. Enard was a minor setback in her availability at her labs, but she was able to return soon enough. Over the course of her research from 1987 and beyond, she possessed many different robots; a Funtime Freddy in Circus Baby's Pizza World (got crushed in the caroucell), Molten Freddy, and later The Blob.
Elizabeth: Died to circus baby in 1983. After the Enard fiasco, Faz Ent found her and placed her in the Charlie replacement robot that Henry had left unfinished. After being defeated by Charlie's mutual destruction tactics (whom afterwards was taken to a non-Faz Ent lab and upgraded into an adult form), Faz Ent themselves picked up Elizabeth from the scene. Due to her damage, both physical and psychological, she resisted repairs and sorted her own, resulting in scrap baby. After 2004, she stuck around (and whilst mildly jealous was happy to see that 'Charlie 3' was still out there). Years later, she could just tell that remnant created from herself was being used, so went to investigate, and found that an adult woman was being frequently administered the substance against her will (apparent from said woman punching whomever shoved the needle into her in thier face). She possessed the woman to attempt to ease the hallucinations the woman was suffering, but remained dormant as to not interfere with her life. Possessing her did not help, but Liz found other ways to help; by giving this woman the ability to survive inhuman amounts of blood loss.
Michael: The older brother bully, yet it wasn't wholly his fault; he was raised by his father to be aggressive and ruthless. Much like how William instructed Vincent's parents to raise their children to be stone cold and emotionless, by the time he had his own, he opted to attempt to raise a more emotionally charged killer after seeing the flaws of that… previous experiment. Him shoving his brother into Fredbear's jaws was just a cog in a much greater machine. During October of 1987, he found a job opening at the rental and storage facility that housed the animatronics of Circus Baby's Pizza world. His colleagues were a duo named Morgan Smith and Oliver Rocha. Morgan always wore a mask covering the lower half of his face, fitted with a voice modulator no doubt as he was far too young for such a scratchy slimy voice; only someone else trying to mask their identity would pick such a voice. Oliver on the other hand fitted his mature voice quite well; this man hid nothing and had nothing to hide. He saw his colleagues hang in the galleries before getting disembowelled by the scooper; he was unaware that 'Morgan' and Oliver survived. In 1997, he found his way to Location: C. He took the night shift with Mike and took it as an opportunity to kidnap the other guard to try and replace him. It didn't work, and Mike escaped a few weeks after. Michael saw a connection between the the mute lady Morgan Schmidt (Mike's disguise that Mina helped him with to get Mike back home) and the technician he saw strung up in Ballora gallery, Morgan Smith. He didn't connect these dots until 1999 that both were Mike Schmidt. In 2004, when Faz Ent was trying to reboot itself with the entrepreneur kits, he found his way to Audery's second attempt and helped Henry burn the place down after she managed to get all of the animatronics in one place. Audery escaped. Michael's fate is much less clear.
Evan: Patient zero of the 1983-7 consciousness transfer experiments. The experiment was a success and he actually recovered from his coma, albeit not the same. With his consciousness having been tossed back and forth between a lobotomised body and a robot, several of his emotions were stunted to the point of no longer existing; fear being one of them. This lack of fear is how he was able to join the military as an adult. He died whilst deployed, but his ghost returned to America to keep an eye on his son and on the other Aftons. In 2021, he possessed Gregory as he could tell that the child was being used as a test subject from the remnant concentration in the kid's blood, but more notably, one of the kid's eyes.
Not related to the Aftons: This section covers characters who are not Aftons by any stretch, but at one point or another are mistaken for one or could be confused for one. Or are just unfortunately linked to the Aftons in other ways. Mostly for clearing up who are not Aftons though.
Mike Schmidt: Anyone who thinks Mike and Michael are the same are few and far between, and even then it's just people who met Michael once whilst he was trying to impersonate Mike (and failing at it, so confusion was easily cleaned up).
Sylvia Blake (Officer Vanessa): William Blake (Sylvia's father) and William Afton may have been buddies, but they were not the same man. Mr Blake was not an Afton by name or blood, but is good friends with Mr Afton.
Vanessa Diego (Vanny): Also not an Afton. Her gran's half sister (IE, Ina Diego's half sister) was a result of Vanessa's great grandmother getting with William's dad (so William has a half sister who is Ina's half sister), but none of Ina, Joy, nor Ness are related to the Aftons in any way other than "Ina's mum banged William's dad and the result is an arsonist who keeps trying to ruin our lives". William keeps trying to make her his replacement body, and Execs treat her like she's William 2.0. A very defiant William 2.0 who does not want to be William 2.0, but the Execs insist that Vanessa Diego is an Afton when she is not.
Non Faz-Ent scientists: Not all scientists are Faz Ent. Plenty of them are independent or work for other less shitty companies and don't transfer kids minds into robots for a living. It just happens that the visible majority of scientists who don't also have another job are of Faz Ent origin, and it's those guys that keep making the news with a new kind of murder machine, which paints the rest of the community in a bad light and rightfully pisses off all the non Faz-Ent scientists.
