I saw your recent art post about Davy and Abby, so first of all: they're very cute💕 Davy needs to be loved and I get exited whenever I see someone expressing love for him or shipping their oc or self-insert with him, there isn't a whole lot of them out there for our poor cursed man😭

Hi! <3 Sorry for the late reply. ^^" First of all - Tysm! 💕 And I agree 100%. He needs more recognition and love, there is not much content of him so I am more than happy to be able to create it myself and share it with people who like him as much as I do.

And secondly - AAAAAAAAA! it makes me so so so happy that you are interested to hear about her. 🥰 She is my rp/original character I use in the rp I am writing with my bestie (it's still in the making). My friend is a writer and she is currently rewriting it in a form of a book/ fanfiction that we will, hopefully, post online once it's done (wattpad and maybe other platforms). For now it will be only in Polish though, but maybe one day we will try and translate it. My artworks however, have English dialouges to try and hopefully reach a wider audience. :) The title is "Krew, seks i piraci" ("KSiP" in short) which stands for "Blood, sex and pirates" in English. The whole thing is 18+ because of violence and erotic scenes. (the title clearly indicates it.)

The book is completely fanon. We just took what the canon gave us and created our own headcanons for the PoTC characters and lore for our original characters.

As for the plot... The story begins with two sisters living in Cornwall who come into possession of two Aztec gold coins. When the crew of the Black Pearl attacks the city, Abigail and Layla Morgan find themselves aboard Barbossa's ship, where they are forced to survive. They endure the hardships of life on the ship, while still planning and trying to escape. During one storm, Abby falls overboard and ends up aboard the Flying Dutchman as a part of his crew. She goes through a mutation after which she has shark-like teeth and gills, but her body doesn't transform completely because of the effect she has on the cursed Captain Davy Jones. She also befriends Maccus and Crash (they are her besties, her bigger brothers she can always rely on). Here the adventure divides, a clear transformation of both sisters is presented. At the same time, feelings develop both between Barbossa and Lee (Layla's nickname) and between Jones and Abby. Each sister has her own adventures, trials and tribulations. While Lee discovers her past and destiny, Abby experiences perturbations in her relationship with Jones, when the obsessed with her James Wincott (a narcissist who wants to continue Blackbeard's glory) appears. In addition, several more characters are introduced who influence the development of the plot - primarily Jack Sparrow, but also our original characters, such as Lobart (a Frenchman, Abby's 'adoptive' father, an emotional trickster with a clouded past) and Johnny the Buccaneer (an elderly hustler who hates the French). There are also other characters involved in the story. Both plot paths intertwine, striving for a common culmination and ending.

When it comes to fanfic tropes we decided to go with enemies to lovers for Lee/Barbossa and with slowburn for Abby/Jones. There are others such as agegap, height/size difference + a few other sexual themed tropes but I don't want to spoil everything.

When it comes to Abby I can say she is a great thief with a short temper and she is quite a rebellious little creature, which makes her relationship with Davy only more interesting. Elizabeth watched in horror as the blade slit the delicate skin of Bootstrap Bill Turner’s only son. She remembered how the same blade had cut her palm, how it had stung. But it wasn’t her blood they needed. Eyes watched as the blood stained medallion tumbled down from Will’s hand, joining the rest of the pieces, like it had always been fate to once reunite again. She struggled, but her efforts to escape the firm hold of the pirates seemed hopeless.

The Royal Navy had either abandoned this hell-bound mission, or were defeated by the undead pirates. It hadn’t been a fair fight, but pirates didn’t fight fair now did they.

Moonlight traveled through the night with graceful ease, lightening their path back to the Black Pearl. This time the moonbeams didn’t transform them into living skeletons, not tormented by hunger and thirst any longer. No, they were just mortals now, just like her. The fog that had always followed the ship like a faithful companion had disappeared along with the holes in the sails. He could have left her in the cave with Jack and Will to starve, just like he had done before, but he hadn’t.

When the wooden floorboards of the Pearl creaked beneath her, she turned to meet the Captain’s gaze, trying to figure out what was going on inside his head. “Why don’t you release me? I’m of no further value to you’” Elizabeth stated in her typical aristocratic tone. She moved closer, watching him intently. His eyes were the blue of mountain lakes, hues that could tell various tales of the sea. They looked ominous and enchanting in the faint light of the lit lanterns.

Finally got my Barbossa tattoo. Years of rping the greasy old curmudgeon allowed me to become who I am. Some of you may remember me under my rp blog as Disinclined to Acquiesce; my Barbossa was also married to my wife’s OC, Clarice Newheart. I was able to rp with a lot of cool people and I miss it loads but have tons of good memories. Finally being able to literally create Barbossa as part of my actual being… it’s just really cool.

Number one: if we wish to RP with you/interact with you. How would you like us to contact you?

Number 2 (and sorry if this is a stupid question): Your "rules" are stated as "guidelines," so that confused me a bit (again, sorry, I'm fr dumb xD). For clarification, if we are of age but are younger than 21, would you still like us to avoid interacting with you? (For context, I am 19, turning 20 in April).

Hi! A direct message would suffice for contact purposes.

And the Guidelines more than Rules is a reference to Pirates of the Caribbean, where Captain Barbossa refers to the Pirate Code as "They're more of what you call guidelines, than actual Rules." So it does mean there can be exceptions.

But, my concern with age is that there is a massive purity culture spike and Victor does problematic things on the daily. I don't wanna sit here and be called a whole slew of names because Victor might dub con/non con someone in a thread. Or when Victor and Logan might be doing fuck all while they're also brothers (if done in movie verse).

I come from the age of ship and let ship, and 'don't like, don't read'. I think this Pro v anti ship thing is fucking stupid. So I tend to gravitate towards people my age who are just as tired of that nonsense.

I'm rolling my eyes and gnashing my teeth saying it, but I am "ProShip". No, I don't like underage stuff, it makes me sick, but all the other icky proship stuff? Soooo on the table.

So that's why I'm hesitant with anyone under 21.

"What in tha blazin blue is this? Why is it purple?" He cringed at the bewildering drink. Twas it poison, a magical liquid, shansa's spell in the form of a drink.

He takes a quick sip, whilst not exactly swallowing the liquid. He could taste the Berry flavour on his tongue. Abliet, he debated, if it was worth the risk to swallow something sweet. He should've spat it out but instead risked swallowing it. He inhaled thinking he had made a very foolish mistake, but he wasn't dead.

He sipped some more thinking 'eh not bad'. Though it wasn't as spectacular as wine or the fine taste of tea. But twas a good drink nonetheless.

Perhaps it was for the best he had no clue where this magical purple shake came from. Jack, in the end, got an amusing sight at Hector's purple tongue.

Brave, she was, brave for facing a pirate who was known to be one of the most ruthless in the world. A young woman waltzes with the lord of the caspian seas. The sound of laughter grew as the crowd continued to dance, one by one, each twirling in sync. Hector smiled lightly as the woman guessed correctly. "Aye, but not just any medallion, This is Aztec gold. One of 882 identical pieces they delivered in a stone chest to Cortés himself. Blood money paid to stem the slaughter he wreaked upon them with his armies. But the greed of Cortés was insatiable. So the heathen gods placed upon the gold... a terrible curse. Any mortal that removes but a single piece from that stone chest shall be punished for eternity".

Barbossa informed Elizabeth as they danced. Barbossa took the lead as he could see the woman's fear mixed with fascination. He held her back and twirled her. He was quite the fine dancer. Though she hinted to waltz among the crowd, however, Hector had more of a plan in mind. She was a looker, a fine attraction at that. Perhaps she would make a fine pirate bride for himself.

He danced toward the crowd, amusement spreading across his face as he thought of a lass who fantasized about pirates instead of knowing who they really were. "Tell me, Miss Turner, d'ye feel the fear gnaw at yer mind when ye in tha presence o' a sinful man," he smiled in a taunting manner.

Elizabeth listened to his explanation with deliberate interest. She had always been interested in stories, whether they were pure fantasy or harsh truth. Something about them managed to give her life more depth. Perhaps, they were just much more thrilling in comparison to her own life, one that was planned out from the moment she was born. This story however did sound ominous and it was a hard one to believe too. “I hardly believe in ghost stories anymore.” were the words that expressed her disbelieve, thinking he was just trying to frighten her.

When they mingled in the crowd, following their rhythm, she felt a lot more at ease. His particularly free manner of dancing surprised her. After the twirl, their eyes locked, her hand resting on his upper arm ones more. His blue eyes ocean-strong, swimming with cold moon-lit currents.

Oh, she did not like that amused smile that lingered on his face. His question made her eyelashes flutter as she pondered about a proper answer, eyes unable to look away. “I don’t think there is any reason for me to feel frightened.” Her voice monotone, her attention momentarily shifting to the couples that surrounded them before she continued. “Or is there? If so, please do enlighten me.”

In that very moment she started to question herself, her actions. Perhaps this time she had been to careless, to confident, but she couldn’t deny that this was the first time she felt very much alive. This time she was pulling the strings and it felt so addicting that it overpowered her hide or fight response. It didn’t stop her from being cautious though. She had payed a lot of attention to her environment, planning several escape plans, not afraid to fight when necessary.

Plot: both men had feelings for the girl, she was sweet and super kind. Only one of them confessed while the other one stayed back. (You can choose who does that part). The one who didn't will forever love her within their dreams that they made up of her. .

Lora Lee Rosaline was just like any other girl, but to Barbossa and Henry, she was the most beautiful they’d ever seen.

Lora has exchanged a few words with both men, and felt attracted to both of them, although there was one she shared the most in common with. Lora was the sweetest gal anyone could ever meet, her personality is contagious.

But no more then her laugh and smile. If Lora walked in a room that had contained someone who seemed down, she could easily light them up just by being there. Lora was super sweet and super kind, everyone just loved her and she didn’t seem to have an enemy in the world. However, she would soon learn that part was not true at all because during the short timing, Barbossa and Henry had argued over the girl, basically fighting over to who she might rather be with for the silliest reasons. There was one night where a bonfire was taking place and they were passing the good tradition rum around the circle as everyone swaps stories.

This wouldn’t be the first time Lora had two different men fighting over her, per say.

All it really does is bring back memories of battles, some pointless and some just plain funny. It doesn’t surprise her when she comes across another one, she just noted it as free entertainment to watch. Most of the men in her past would always bargain with each other and through little competitions. For instance, there was a time Barbossa and Henry was at it with each other once again, as the battle for her heart continues. Lora had plan on meeting up in a bar they all favored and it was there it seemed as all hell broke loose. As Lora enters, she greets them both with a smile and they begin arguing on who she was smiling at.

“See that? She smiled at me.” Henry points out, Barbossa scoffs.

“Hate to break it to you, lad, but she was smiling at me.”

“If you’re so sure, why don’t we both go talk to her and find out?” Henry suggests.

“Sounds fair.”

Lora missed got slightly distracted and had missed it when Barbossa elbowed Henry in the ribs, nearly knocking the wind out of him as he quickly approached her.

In that time being, Barbossa and Henry had settled on a pact that whoever is to confess to her first, would be considered the winner of not just of her, but for her heart. What had made this bargain challenging was the fact that both men would chicken out of confessing to Lora of their feelings and so it took longer then it may should have for one of them to make the first confession. As most would expect, Barbossa made the first move in confessing to Lora, leaving Henry regretting the fact that he didn’t man up on taking his chances to have more of Lora in his life.

Barbossa couldn’t believe it when Lora informed him of feeling the same way towards him as he did her. That was when the relationship between the both of them had officially started, and while Barbossa was seemingly living his dream that’s become a reality, poor Henry was now left out of the picture. Overall this was heartbreaking for him, he knows this could just mean that there is someone out there for him that’s even better then Lora. It was almost difficult to hold on to that little hope he carried within him about his future.

All Henry could do now was dream of Lora, dream of Lora by his side and just having the good life with the girl that he believed was the girl of his dreams.

General information:

This is an RP blog dedicated to my original character Selena Finley. She is my main Pirates of the Caribbean OC, though I may also use variations of her in other universes.

My main blog is @lieutenantselnia, you can find some more information about me there. The same "do not interact" rules apply so I won't be repeating them here, but to put it simply if you're a hateful or gross person please stay away.

RP-wise, I'll be sticking to PotC only for now.

At the moment I'm mainly interested in RP storylines with Hector Barbossa (romantic) and Davy Jones (romantic) - in separate universes/timelines.

If we're friends/have known each other for a while, I could also imagine writing an OCxOC storyline with our characters forming a relationship (romantic/platonic/familial depending on what fits them).

Occasional interactions with other characters of any type (canon, OC, self-insert) are allowed and welcome, but I won't longer storylines, at least for the time being.

I'm still unsure how I feel about nsfw in RP. For now I'll set the rule that I'll only write it with mutuals/people I've known for a while (through RP and/or generally), and overall keep it light. [Of course any nsfw RP will only happen with people who are also over 18! Otherwise I don't really mind age, however most of my friends and people I interact with on here are young adults like myself.]

I have a busy life balancing work and studying, plus this is blog is not my main priority, so I may not be a particularly fast writer. I'm doing this for fun and not as a chore.

I'm very new to RP in general, so I'm not that familiar with some common terms yet and am also still learning and experimenting with how to do it. Please bear with me^^
