lmao this ask is from. ages ago but going through my drafts and I saw I started to answer this and then got stuck and then just left it to finish later and… never did. lol.

anyway incredibly funny I decided to go through my drafts rn since I did actually recently start thinking about pokemon au kh again.

my thoughts currently are:

sora: pikachu/Litleo

kairi: vulpix

riku: sneasel? maybe poochyena

ventus: plusle/morpeko

roxas: minun/pikachu

xion: zorua/mimikyu (appears as vulpix)

namine: alolan vulpix

vanitas: morpeko/litleo (maybe litten instead of litleo?)

axel/lea: typhlosion (maybe midday lycanroc hybrid?)

isa/saix: midnight lycanroc (maybe mightyena hybrid?)

aqua: vaporeon/brionne maybe? idk

terra: rhydon or excadrill? idk need to think more about him especially considering terranort

lots of fire types I know. also pikaclones because they are incredibly convenient when it comes to all these characters being associated with each other.

anyway here is a quick concept drawing of xion:

bottom left is her “true form”. though honestly the vulpix is more her actual true form at this point but y’know. when she takes the appearance of others she looks almost exactly like them but her markings are squiggly.

may doodle some others later… have a sketch of sora but idk if I’ll finish it.

Darla looked them over as she chuckled to Wisterias child-like fight with Silas as she approached them "Fighting now babies who cant fight back Wisteria?" she said playfully "Is Aster next?" she asked with a harmless smile before glancing over Silas as she chuckled softly giving a soft pet over the head "What a cute pup you are..." she said to Silas before turning to north "He is super young, cant even talk yet..." she murmured "He seems too young to be away from parents...i hope he wasn't ripped away from them wherever they got him for you..." she remarked lightly

✧ The tiny ghost loudly huffed, she seemed to take offence from Darla's comment. Of course, she'd never hurt her own family! The fox wasn't her family so he didn't count, obviously. She dramatically crossed her arms before turning away angrily, she paid no attention to her as she approached Silas.

✧ Silas swatted at the older Zorua's tail before chasing it around in an attempt to playfully nip it, seems he found something new to play with. North, however, seemed more focused on Darla's question, she didn't even think to tell him anything.

✧ North looked a bit confused about what she was saying, rather than truly understanding she just was repeating something she was told. She paused thinking for a long moment before worry began to show in her expression.

North: ...Did I do something bad?

✧ She asked confused, her voice suddenly sounded shrill, almost cracking as she spoke. Her worry quickly shifted into guilt and panic upon finally realizing what Darla meant.

North: Is he too young? North: I don't want him to miss his mom!! I don't want them to take him away either! Mom already said, If I didn't take care of him she would take him back! But- I love Silas lots I don't want him to leave!

✧ North couldn't stop herself from nervously rambling on in a panic. When she finally seemed to stop she just fell silent.

My own old blog...I think...? I used to run sometimescrystaleevee while i was in collage as stress relief yet I couldn't pay attention to it too much so i dipped it THIS GUYY;;; (I still love him I even re-drew him)

Later after finishing school (I think ?) I remembered I had a unused zorua design for DA PMD guild (But she also existed before that because i have random paper drawings of her back at my grandparents place) So I made her a thing !

And names I dont remember all of them but- Darla is a play on Darling(In blog its answered that chester named her) Noir is a nickname that Silvester gave him after he evolved for funs but it stuck with him so now he is Estevan 'Noir' Estevan, Silvester my gf came up with those names ! And Aster is a flower ! ouo

Actually- no, I wouldn't call this an Avengers moment, this is more like…that one scene from SpongeBob, in that one episode where Barnacle Boy turned evil and the main group dressed as superheroes came in all dramatically? You know, this scene:

Hm? Agent Grass is only a Private? I guess, considering Eclipse and Aster (who were also Privates I think?) were working directly with Ace and Commander Redeye, Privates are a bigger deal than you’d think- at least more than Grunts, anyways.

With pleasure- while I would still prefer the chance to have Xera go up against Borealis, this is just as good. After everything that’s happened and how strong Xera and her team have gotten, she’s gonna have your head! And by that I mean your comically tiny hat!!

…gosh, it would be so awkward to lose this fight and have to reset after all this encouragement and build-up, huh-

Huh? They’re bringing out the Tangrowth already? Okay, fair enough…that makes me a little concerned for what the rest of Ace’s team is like, but okay. 

(Future edit: Ignore my commentary for a moment, and turn your attention to the left side of Tangrowth’s HP bar. Do you notice anything…off? Maybe even…missing? Keep that in mind, it’ll become very important very soon.)

If this is how we’re doing things, then it’s even better to lead with Glare for the plan I had in mind for Tangrowth. Sure, the Seed gives it a Spiky Shield, but that’s fine, I wasn’t gonna use Glare to damage it anyways. Let’s just Glare™ to get rid of the barrier-

Then Glare™ again to actually paralyze it.

The Speed drop isn’t really important, its Speed is already atrocious, it’s just to provide some insurance for when we switch in Crater. It definitely helps when all it’s doing is spamming Grass Knot.

So now, we get going with Lava Plume, which will not only set the Field on fire and further boost Crater’s Lava Plume, but it should still do good damage to the Tangrowth. 

And sure enough, it does…it…hey, wait! YOU’RE NOT A TANGROWTH!

THAT’S A ZORUA! You cheeky son of a birch tree, using Illusion like that to make me use my Tangrowth strat early!

(Future edit: Sooo, did you notice it before? The “Tangrowth” that got sent out did not have the PULSE symbol near its HP bar like the previous two Tangrowth did, thus acting as a hint to the fact that it was not the real Tangrowth. Fascinating.)

Earth Power to finish the job, right now!

Oh, Crater can actually handle this Pokémon pretty well too.

I’ll start by using Amnesia to give Crater a much-needed Sp. Defense boost-

Then do a hecking heal so Crater doesn’t die prematurely???

And then we go forth and spam more Earth Power while Crater tanks Flame Charges. Sure, Braixen’s got Magician so it steals Crater’s Quick Claw at some point, but honestly, it’s not so bad.

Baltoy’s an interesting choice, but one we can easily handle with the power of Riptide!
