In the first panel we see how Josh/sharpy had his first valentine's day celebration at 10yo, when it's that day he always hides anywhere possible because he's philophobic, his group of childhood friends go to see if he's alright and since they know they all need to draw less attentiom because Pm they could spend Vdays together even if it's not a date and he's happy about it.
