in the thiam fics im writing i build a lot on theo’s place of residence between seasons 5 and 6 (obv, how can you not) but according to what i’ve read here and there it’s a subject that should be handled with a bit more care than it was within the show — if it should be handled at all. at the same time, i don’t want to refer to it as straight-up christian hell, as i’ve seen others do, so i think for the purposes of my fics i’m just gonna reframe it as something maybe inspired more by ancient greek mythology, just for funsies, but still serving basically the same narrative role and then expand with my own lore from there.

the fics won’t really be about the larger implications on the world, more just how theo is affected specifically. this way, i can freely mold the world to complete my vision without feeling like i’m messing around in something i don’t understand and have no right to

does this sound reasonable, or am i obliviously making some horrible misstep?

So, this is kinda specific but what about Liam being hurt specifically poisoned and the pack comes and blames Theo and he's like "No, I wouldn't. I wouldn't poison him" and then he look at liam and he's like "I would never poison you, please believe me" and he's kinda panicked

(the dialogue is obv just an example)

It has been 19 hours and Theo could hear the clock of the universe ticking in his ears.

“Just tell me if he’s alright,” he asked Hayden for the eighth time, tightening his fingers on the rusty metal bars.

She sat in the corner and ostensibly turned up the volume on her iPhone. She had gotten a text message less than fifteen minutes ago and her heart rate changed, but Theo couldn’t tell what it meant for Liam. He only knew that it meant something and Hayden decided to keep it from him.

On one hand, Theo understood her rage - she believed he had been the one to poison Liam. On the other, he did not care. The uncertainty was destroying him, one cell at a time. His nerves were frayed and he had issues with Hayden even before she became the only thing that kept him away from crucial information regarding Liam.

He should be bothered that his claws were out for the past several minutes when he never consciously decided to call on them, but that was an issue to be resolved when (if) Liam was safe again.

“Tell me!” he roared, eyes glowing, fury clouding his mind as his patience ran out.

If Theo had to tear some throats to get the information he needed, well. He used to think such means were behind him, but the clock was ticking. Liam’s life clock.

His claws left scratches in the metal as he pulled the bars apart, which seemed impossible for him just a few hours ago. Hayden’s eyes widened as she jumped to her feet, thumb already aiming for speed dial. But it never reached its goal; Theo charged at her in a blink of an eye, raising her from the ground by her throat.

“I ask for the last time: is Liam alright?” hissed Theo, looking into her scared eyes, feeling nothing but fury towards her.

One could easily miss that is was the fear for Liam that drove every single one of Theo’s current actions.

Too easily.

liam’s anu-kite induced hallucination in triggers being a flashback to when he was a scared fourteen year old boy who couldn’t protect himself against a group of people who were supposed to be on his team rather than one about theo, the guy who once tried and almost got liam to kill one of the most important people in his life while shifted and was planning on killing him next even though becoming a monster that hurts people is one of liam’s greatest fears. theo actually being the one who pulls liam out of his head and keeps him from killing someone and talks to him about why he gets so angry when he’s really feeling afraid. layers. guys there are layers.

#in part liam def sees brett because brett just died and liam is obv . traumatized by this regardless of their past #frankly im still a lil confused ab whether or not the hazing thing actually happened bc on one hand #most of what the anu-kite shows people isnt real #but its rooted in reality and idk thats just such a specific situation to dream up #anyways. Okay, I’ve got a weird question or weird ask, depending how you look at it.

It’s about the Dark Thiam Fic S6B reworking that I’m currently trying to write - I say that cos I’ve rewritten the first chapter 4 times now and I’m finally happy with how it’s progressing, however I just want to know everyone’s opinions or thoughts on well werewolf knotting in fiction. I have written about knots in a few of my other works but they’ve predominantly been smut and I only ask cos I’m unsure if I want to include it in this story.

For context, this reworking fic, I’m taking inspiration from lovely little grime’s “unholy” fic but obvs it’s gonna be different and darker (think plot with porn) and I’m gonna deviate from the plot but I don’t want to give away all the twists just yet. The only ones I’ll give is that Theo is still power hungry, Liam’s falling under his spell and there will be a death or two (not thiam of course)

Anyway the scene in question is just after Liam and Theo have had sex for the first time after the defeat of the ghost riders:

“Did you,” Theo begins, stops, then asks incredulously as he pants against his mouth. “Did you just fucking knot me?”

Liam’s eyebrows furrow in shock and confusion. “I - I di - I didn’t know I could do that!”

“Have you never given your knot to someone?”

“No never. Like I said I didn’t know I could.”

Theo laughs, fucking laughs. “Oh baby wolf, you have a lot to learn still about being a freaking werewolf but don’t worry I’m more than happy to teach you pup.”

So, to me it’s suppose to like a bit of a comedic throwaway moment and I’m debating if I leave it in it means when they do have sex again, are they gonna knot each time or is it just one off thing that I could say Liam was incredibly horny and couldn’t control it? Or it could lead to more comedic situations where they’re literally stuck together? I’m unsure 🫤

So yeah I’d love to hear other people’s thoughts on this? If you don’t feel comfortable commenting on main you can just message me or even send it in as an anonymous ask. I just really would love some honest feedback.

Teen Wolf Fic Finder Help Plz

Hello my Teen Wolf compatriots. I need help finding a fic, if you please.

I know it was on ArchiveOfOurOwn.

Teen Wolf, obvs. I think it was Thiam, but I am not sure. Definitely Liam centric. I do not know if it was standalone or part of a bigger work.

Timeline: After the Ghost Riders, maybe after Monroe.

What I remember: Liam tells his parents about the Supernatural. Pretty sure he does this alone. Dread Doctors, Ghost Riders, N@zi Alpha, etc. Like, everything. 

Details - I remember him packing a bag ‘just in case’ and keeping it close while they talked (in the living room I think?). I know he thinks he needs to leave, misunderstanding the reaction while his parents (I think Mom’s name is Jenna) are processing. Obviously he doesn’t.

Pretty sure his mom asks to see his shift. She’s an awesome mom, like most fics.

I do remember her noticing the bag and her and Liam both having a moment - read: crying.

The bag is the main detail I remember tbh.

That is all I remember. Please help if you guys have any ideas - I forgot to bookmark it and I read too dang much to find it in my history!

Season 6 really built it up tho (just like teen wolf always does) and i somehow convinced myself that it might actually happen, oops. I literally thought i was just being dumb but all of a sudden there were 100, then 500, then 1000 fics and i was like oop they did it again, we fell in a hole!
