One more for Alien Day (4/26) - this is technically an Aliens vs Predator piece, but it's one of my personal favorites of my full-color AvP work. This is called I STILL WIN, from 2013. We all know that some Predators are sore losers (and hey, who wouldn't be angry if they'd been glued to a wall and force-fed a bug egg?), and this guy is no exception. There will be a hive-shattering KABOOM. That is all.
I made this with ink, watercolor and colored pencil. The primary purpose for this artwork was to use green and violet luminosity as light sources.
One of the cool Alien Eggs from the Bisti Badlands of New Mexico. These are carved by wind and water by Mother Nature and are an absolute wonder to see.
Alien Egg Factory. Some of the coolest rock I have ever seen. A bit of a hike to get to but we’ll worth it. The Bisti Badlands of New Mexico has some of the most beautiful rock formations, hoodoos and petrified wood to hike around and enjoy.
