How the aib hubbies are during/after fights
Chishiya
Tumblr media
-calm but he'll try to remain purely factual and even get away from you to take a breather since he feels like emotions complicate things. Especially negative ones
-he is an absolute nightmare in arguments when he does actually get emotional. He won't ever raise his voice at you but this man is one sarcastic bastard and will probably patronise or mock you
-Chishiya isn't afraid to admit he's wrong. He'll probably take some time alone and disappear into his office for a bit but he always returns with an apology and you better know it's heartfelt. He never says things he doesn't mean. Not to you
-He'd prefer having a long, calm discussion about the argument when you're ready. Maybe even some cuddling if he's up for it
-on hard times when his ego is really struggling to discuss what happened he'll start to cook you something.
"What're you doing?"
"Cooking"
"Why"
"Cause"
He'll never give a reason why but this small act of service is his way of making it up to you in ways that words can't
Niragi
Tumblr media
-This man has trouble with his temper. Although he would physically do anything that would scare you, he does yell a lot and is prone to breaking things. Niragi is a loud person but he's even LOUDER in an argument
-It'll take him a while to finally process what you're trying to say, immediately having went into defence mode but once he understands he does listen and he will always try his best to take it seriously.
-After arguments you'll get a short "Sorry" Niragi believes actions speak louder than words. He'd usually hold you for as long as you'd allow. Kisses, hugs, cuddling. This man is even more affectionate after arguments. He'll usually listen and try to improve but expect a phone call or some kind of grand act just to show off to you how he's improved.
-That said if it was a fight about the dishes you'll get pictures of clean dishes packed away neatly for days on end. He doesn't mean it in a rude way. He just wants to show you he listened.

AIB Boys + A/B/O AU
Warnings: A/B/O AU and dynamics - Their role and preference in S/O's role.
Includes: Chishiya - Banda Sunato - Arisu - Aguni - Karube - Tatta
Tumblr media
Chishiya - Role: Beta - Best S/O omega or beta
Chishiya its a cold head Beta. His role as a beta in society its too be the link between packs. Pheromones from both alphas and omegas does little ettect on Betas and even less in Chishiya who cant stand Alphas at all. He seems them as these control dumbass. However, he likes omegas not the over needy ones but the ones who can stand their ground to a centrain degree.
Arisu - Role: Omega - Best S/O Alpha -
Arisu its an omega. But not your typical one since his pheromones are not strong and he usually blocks them. With his role being the lowest in society Arisu has long decided to not be part of it. A reason of why he is so addicted to games. He likes Betas as Friends but would like an Alpha for a mate. He is still an omega that needs rest, protection and love. He also likes to feel protected and loved and would love to make a nest for him and his alpha.
Banda Sunato - Alpha - S/O Omega
Banda its an alpha who likes to keep a low profile till the time calls for his role to take action. Knowing he is on top of the society he would use that to his advantage. Likes little omegas that stay in their sub role. He would take a easily jumpy omega thats needy in all the ways, however Banda may not be the perfect mate to take care of his S/O on a mental state. His pheromones tend to scare omegas away and he finds that funny.
Tatta - Role: Beta - S/O Alpha - Beta
Tatta its a Beta who fits the typical description in a perfect way. Does not like confliction and does not get affected by pheromones. However, he likes the idea of an Alpha for a mate, even if he is a Beta his nature its more sub than anything, and knows and alpha would take care of him. Or another Beta so both of them can understand each other easily.
Karube - Role: Alpha - S/O omega - beta
Karube its an alpha that screams it. His pheromones are strong and up almost all the time in order to protect these who he cares for. Wont enter into conflict unless someone is hurting his pack or if they are passing their territory (his bar = his territory, no alpha shit allowed). Wants an omega since he sees them as a perfect match to balance his alpha nature or a beta to help him keep himself grounded.
Aguni - Role: Alpha - S/O Beta - Omega
Aguni screams alpha energy too but different from Karube Aguni does not keep his pheromones up all the time. He is more like a big gentle alpha and a well behaved one. Wont be a pack leader but a second in command. Likes omegas but not over needy ones since he gets nervous he wont be able to take care of them. Betas are also his choice since they then to be less needy.

„ᴛᴏ ꜱᴇᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴛʀᴜᴛʜ”
- a chishiya series. ch1
masterlist
warnings + notes: will very much include average aib violence. please note that the reader will be wearing more feminine attire and most likely be referred to as a woman!! i’ll try to keep it more gn if asked. also i’m overly descriptive in all writing sense so i do take criticism to make reading this series more enjoyable for you all >< potentially will also be posting this series on ao3 under the name ‘denkshei’ . additionally i’ll figure out how to navigate tumblr and make a series masterlist. okay let me shut up and give the story now.
ɪɴᴛʀᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴ:
- ᴛʀᴀᴠᴇʟ
in all honesty, you weren’t too sure what you’d do with this degree you clung onto all of university- though you had passions in other fields, you chose a mundane one.
you weren’t exactly separated from the rest, you would live your working years within a cubicle or potentially gain that highly desired corner office. regardless, walking out of the pristine and glamorous tower in the heart of shibuya did nothing to satiate the feeling of average living. sure, your interview went well. you dressed your best, but as soon as you spotted a bench outside of the building- you squeezed by the multitude of people in the bustling city to rip off these heels you deemed to be torture. you could hear shrieks of laughter from beside you- spotting a group of younger men fooling around and spinning within the crowd. inside, you wish you could have those pleasantries again- but you left behind the familiarity of companionship when you moved to the booming city.
finally, you drop yourself onto the hardened bench, and waste no time bending forward to unbuckle the straps of your heels. you’re so desperate and quick, that you hardly notice the rather eerie man seated on the other end of the bench- who secretly eyes you from his position. his cold eyes and pinned up black hair cause your own hairs to stand up as you give him a polite smile and nod and hurry to grab your flattened sandals in your purse.
he says nothing, only scoffing and turning back to staring into the void of people while rolling his neck along the collar of the black and white shirt he wears. ‘weirdo’, you think.
you shove the heels into the purse, and get up and begin your walk to the station- just needing to get home and browse at some random things online freely and wait for the prospective employer to contact you.
though, you hardly notice that your shoe has slipped out of the compressed bag you wear, and has haphazardly knocked its heel into a random man you have passed. you feel the contact and quickly turn to give your apologies.
“I’m so sorry ! Did that hit you hard?” you step closer and he steps back, sharp eyes lowering a bit as he looks at you. it feels a bit demeaning, but at the same time- analytical. he shakes his head, his pale and white hair slightly whipping in the wind as he does so.
you open your mouth to apologize again, but he spits his venom out. “Shouldn’t you be bit more mindful of where you walk… and how you pack your things?” it leaves you a bit stunned.
the man just looks at you, and your dumbstruck face. he simply raises his eyebrows slightly, unfazed by all the other people walking by your intervention.
“Yeah, again I’m sorry… I was rushing not to miss the train”, you speak lightly- a bit intimidated by his still and serene composure. at this moment, you’re not entirely sure on how to feel- your feet are still throbbing, and this guy who seems to be actually pretty good looking is scolding you like he’s your mother.
he just nods at you, and speaks with the same monotone voice
“If you say so,” he pauses, slightly lowering his gaze before looking back into your eyes with a faint smirk, “don’t miss your train.” and he continues his trek in the opposite direction.
‘Asshole…’
but he’s right, and with a quick glance at your phone, you see you’re pushing your time quite thin- and start jogging to the station, not without hearing booms into the sky. turning quickly, you notice the three bursts of fireworks in the air, did you forget a holiday? doesn’t matter, you don’t care for fireworks anyways.
locating the train, you look for an empty seat- and its place in the middle of the tight and crowded train. you sit down, and let the adrenaline seep out with a sigh and close your eyes and put your headphones in your ears as the voice on the intercom alerts passengers that they will now be moving. you almost fall asleep.
almost
you feel the train jerk twice, paying no mind to the first one- but rather annoyed by the second you open your eyes. It is pitch black.
nobody is beside you, not even the older women who was knitting solemnly across from where you sat.
panic is all you feel, rapidly moving up and trying to pry the doors of the train open with no luck. then, like a hail mary, you notice the emergency banner instructions and quickly pull the lever down to open the train car’s adjourning door.
honestly, you were terrified; walking back down the dimly lit tunnel you just got on a train for, you climb rather poorly up onto the platform- and again, it is empty. not even a child is here to run around dumbly.
you saw nothing in the heart of the city- like a scene from a horror movie. it felt like some eternal damnation for a sin you committed that won’t come to mind.
you walk around tiredly for the rest of the evening, even trying to reach your apartment complex- but the exhaustion and hunger won’t allow you. you managed to scavenge some food and some left behind bottles of water in a cafe.
you’re enjoying this feast when a bright light illuminates closely, nearly blinding you.
it says the words, ‘GAME’ in pixelated dark lettering, and it draws you in- leaving your findings behind.
‘People! There’s people!’ the revelation fuels you as you begin to run towards your doom.
hi guys🙏 tell me how bad this is. i’m writing the other chapters now. i am #numberonenijirolover

You Make Me Feel Safe ── Alice in Borderland
Tumblr media
FROM THE 'HELL ON EARTH' SERIES.
𓂃 ⋆ 𓈒 ‘hell on earth’ masterlist 𓍯 main masterlist
SUMMARY. [Takes place S2E1] After meeting the King of Spades, you and Arisu have a heartfelt conversation.
PAIRING. Arisu Ryohei x gn!teen!reader, Usagi Yuzuha x gn!teen!reader.
GENRE. fluff, hurt/comfort, platonic.
WORD COUNT. 1k
WARNINGS. gn r, teen r, possibly ooc aib characters, blood and death mentions, mentions shooting (king of spades), r wears a skort (basically a skirt with shorts underneath) and a bikini (with a t-shirt over top), bullet wound, it’s implied reader is shorter than arisu.
✐ posting something in this universe to hopefully get the ball rolling :)
Tumblr media
The King of Spades was ruthless. He shot like the blood he was spilling wasn’t valuable, and like the damage being done was nothing at all. Nothing could’ve prepared you for it.
Nothing but adrenaline had gotten you out of there. Adrenaline had rushed through you so fast that you didn’t notice the bullet hitting your left shoulder until the blood had rushed down to your wrist. You saw the look of horror on Usagi’s face, but the pain was still barely there. It didn’t help that in the car chase, while driving Ann had taken a sharp turn, resulting in your arm slamming into the door. From that moment, the pain began to hit you.
Now, you stood in a run down convenience store, listening to Arisu and Usagi’s adorable flirting. You did however, feel like you were ruining the moment by being there, even if you were still searching through the aisles—not that there was much to find. You had already used a piece of fabric from the bottom of some random shirt to wrap around your bullet wound, and you’d kept the rest of the shirt in case you needed it as well. The wrap didn’t do a whole lot, though. It was already bleeding through the thin material fast.
You saw Arisu begin to excitedly talk about going back home. To the real world. He began to reminisce, and then his eyes grew sad. Realizing what he had lost, you assumed. The sorrow seemed to spread, as Usagi began to talk about how going back home may not be something she wanted as badly as everyone else. You felt bad for listening in, so you walked further away in the store. You were sure to avoid stepping on anything to cause too much noise.
Going back to your world was something you wanted badly, but Usagi’s words almost made you spiral. This world, the one you were in right now, it was cruel. It was painful. But who’s to say that the other wasn’t bad either? You didn’t come from a rich family. You weren’t dirt poor, but you wouldn’t say you were well off either. The kids at your school liked picking on you because you were so timid. Your father was kind, and you loved him, but he was so busy. Your mother, the parent home most often, was neglecting. You didn’t know what it was that made her like this, but you knew she hadn’t always been this way.
The borderlands were surely worse than the real world, but the more you thought about it, the more you realized you just hated both. You were now conflicted.
You heard footsteps approaching you, as well as a pair getting further—Usagi was preparing to leave. You could feel the tension.
Arisu stopped beside you, on your left. With a sigh, he looked down at you, then down at your wounded shoulder, and his face pinched together. By the time Arisu and Usagi had finished their conversation, the blood had seeped through the fabric, and began to drip down your arm. Believe it or not, the bleeding was slowing down.
“You okay?” Arisu asked. You gave him a blank stare and he winced. “Yeah, stupid question, I know. Sorry.”
You laughed a little.
“I’m… managing.” You replied. In your hands, you held a pack of snacks you hoped were good. You didn’t realize how small you looked at the moment. You were mirroring the image of a kid in the candy store, a pack of candy held tightly in your fingers, innocent eyes beaming up. The only difference was you were covered in dirt and grime, stained with blood, fresh and old, that splattered across your face and body. Your beach outfit was torn—a small rip up your bathing suit bottoms (which was designed as a skort) and a tear in the back of the grey T-Shirt you wore over your bikini top. You weren’t that young, though. You were almost an adult. You were young enough to worry about, though.
"You feel dizzy? At all?"
"A little, but I'm totally fine otherwise."
Arisu sighed again, and silently nodded to the exit of the store as he began you lead you out. Usagi fell into step with you both, walking a few feet ahead. You saw her look back at your shoulder briefly, before she looked back ahead.
It was now nighttime, and as the light breeze hit you, sending a chill down your spine, you began to feel grateful. For the people beside you and the people you never quite got the chance to know. You looked up at Arisu, your own eyes shining under the moonlight, and he looked back at you. You smiled and he smiled back. Somehow, there was a dictionary of words in that glance, but you still felt the need to voice your words aloud.
"Thank you, Arisu." You looked back down to your feet. "Just, y'know, for everything you've done for us, and for me. I think I'd be dead without all of you."
Arisu was silent for a moment or two. Going over the words in his head, perhaps. "You're giving me too much credit, I think." He eventually replied, sheepishly.
"No," you looked up at him briefly, "I mean it. I'm... glad we met at that tag game. I hardly knew what I was doing at the time, and I'm sure you didn't know much either. I'm glad we met though." You said, softly and kind of under your breath. You meant every word you said, but heartfelt talks sort of made you feel awkward or nervous. You need to tell him this though.
Arisu looked at you again, and he laughed lightly as if he was embarrassed.
"You..." you continued, "you make me feel safe, Arisu."
Those words weren't meant to be taken lightly, and you could tell Arisu thought so too with the way he paused his walking for a fraction of a moment. "You mean it?"
"Of course I do."
Arisu nodded his head, eyes going all soft in a way that made you feel cared for. "I'm glad you feel safe with me."
You were okay with the conversation ending there—and it did, as Tatta and Kuina pulled up in the car they had chosen. Maybe not the best vehicle choice, though. An open roof wasn't exactly the best option right now.

WRITERS’ TAG GAME !
i don’t think i’ve ever done this before so thank you bubba @stealanity 💕
recommend 5 or more of your own works that you would rec to someone asking what they should read first & explain a little bit about the work. these can be the most popular, the ones you think are underrated, or your own favorites! then tag five other writers!
tagging @dearhee @end-hyphen @sunlightwoo @sunflwryu @thelargefrye for this !
also! two things: i’m adding works that i’ve written on my precious main because those are still so precious to me. also, most of what i’ve written throughout my two years are drabbles so i’m gonna go ahead and pick more than five:
Tumblr media
take me home … kim hongjoong
this one took me a few months to figure out.. i remember getting it as a request, and i just had no idea what to do with it. but then i thought of deja vu joong, specifically the rain part and i went that’s it! and the rest is history
a poem called you … jeong yunho
writing a hotel del luna au fic is something that was on my writer’s bucket list. which is why when i planned the purpose series, i knew. tbh i think it only took me 2-3 nights to complete this one? and while it’s not as popular as the others on this list, i do adore it
in a world of their own … lee heeseung
my second work on kurosism 🥺 again, wasn’t very popular (still isn’t which is sad) but i love the domesticity of this drabble. unless i am being completely dumb, this was the product of reading 23/11 several times until i pretty much can recall the events of the story
002 … park sunghoon
from second on my previous to second on my current, this one is just. okay this was another spiral after i was roaming facebook and found this sound from friends. i don’t even know why i love it so much? i just really do, especially the last line
hyacinths … jung jaehyun
hands down the most underrated drabble of mine. this one was sorta poetic, something that could be a distant relative to lang leav’s poetry. the first line had been sitting in my notebook for over a few months so to make something from it just made me feel so good
the last word … tbz
…where do i even begin with this one. first off, i wanna say sorry to this series for discontinuing it )): i swear i loved making the three episodes, especially eric’s, but it’s hard to write something so long when the fandom you’re writing it for is slowly diminishing (i do plan on bringing it back though, but for another fandom..)
pretty in pink … choi chanhee
what’s this? a fluffy drabble from mona? what a rarity (NOT!) i actually do have several fluff drabbles but this one is my favorite from all of them because it’s the short but sweet, beautiful, tickle the stomach in your butterflies kind of read. to no one’s surprise, this was a spiral after seeing a certain pic of chanhee’s 😊😊
best friend … ji changmin
okay i am very sure that this is one of my most rec’ed and i do understand why. perhaps it’s the relatability of this one that makes it hurt even more.. even though i haven’t been in this situation before- honestly i’m not even sure how i managed to write this one but hey, it’s a good read if you wanna get your heart broken some more
safe and sound … choi yeonjun
alice in borderland x kpop idols? yes. my mind really is a weird place, and something that backs up my belief is that after watching the second? episode of aib, i began having thoughts. actually, i am pretty sure i wrote an idea for a prequel to this so who knows, maybe i’ll do it…
binibini | choi yeonjun
isayaw mo akooo ahem this one was dedicated to matty so 🤭 it’s probably one of my shortest works to date, but it still does pack a punch. for extra pain, i suggest you listen to this before or after reading it
paalam … txt
the thing is, headcanons are something i’ve only done once before (and even then, the format was different) so i was really not sure how this was gonna go. but given what i was going through during this time, writing this piece became sort of a catharsis for me. and while i have yet to fully let go so i can heal, at least there’s a work out there where my muses get that

The Therapist- AIB Drug Cartel AU
Tumblr media
Chishiya Junko, accomplished therapist and researcher in the field of psychology. She had completed a small handful of degrees, her most prized one being her psychiatric doctorate which allowed her to open her own practice. Things were fine for a few years, a few run of the mill patients, even fewer that she had to convince to visit the psych ward, and an even smaller percent that she had to unwillingly send there herself. Those were a danger to society. It didn't take long for the underground to know of her name, though no one ever messed with her. A few were even regular patients in her office. It was in the middle of a session when the White Death interrupted. Her patient immediately being reduced to a barely functional state of panic. What he wanted was simple, falsify a report to send a suspected traitor among them to the psych ward for life. She declined at first but after reading the file of the traitor she found it in society's best interest that this man never seen the light of day. The report was filed by the end of the week, a few hours later a large sum was deposited into her account. It worked like that for about a year, doing her normal sessions, a few with Tokyo's underground and locking away whomever the White Death asked of her. It was a mutual agreement, one she can deny the service if at any time without repercussions.
It was getting to be evening, her last patient of the day having left her office only minutes ago. She was gathering her things to leave when she noticed a shape by the door. She half expected it to be the White Death himself, again. When she looked up she didn't see the Yakuza boss, instead she saw a military grade clean cut man. His stance and demeanor telling her all she needed to know about how to handle the situation. She sighed, putting her things back down and motioning for him to close the door,"have a seat, I believe it's safe to assume you're not here to set up an appointment?"
He sat in the chair across from her desk, explaining that his name was Aguni, and that he has a job he thinks she would be perfect for, all she would need to do is leave behind her life in Tokyo and move to Argentina. When she asked for details about said job the answers she received were vague, but enough to pique her interest. She set boundaries making it clear that she will refuse to do any direct harm to anyone no matter their crimes or standing. Aguni I'm turned explained the role she would take on. Assessing the mental state of whomever he asked and deciding weather or not they were worth keeping on as part of the team, but the more insane they are the more he wants them on board.
It only took a week for Junko to pack up everything she cared about and move her life to Argentina.

year-end drama recommendation
4. Alice in Borderland 2 (2022)
Tumblr media
8 eps, 60min each
This is a proposition for all of you who watched first season of Alice in Borderland and can't decide whether to watch the second season and for the rest of you who can't find it in themselves to start watching Alice in Borderland altogether. Please do it. Do my poor little heart a favour.
Second season of Alice in Borderland continues where we left off at the end of the first season. After completing ten of hearts game, all numbered cards are collected and a second phase begins. Alice and his friends have to participate in jack, queen and king's games to learn the truth about borderland and how to escape it.
Tumblr media
Alice in Borderland 2 is a Netflix production and this season was 2 years in the making for it to finally hit us with the feels on December 22, 2022. This season felt like a definite conclusion of the story so I would not assume there will be a third one. I'm basing this information solely on my knowledge of the story from manga, I'm not an insider so at the end of the day, who knows? However, if you're curious on how Alice is faring after the end of season 2, I can recommend you a manga sequel to Alice in Borderland, Alice in Borderland Retry. It's a 13 chapter short story that could shine some light on what's going on in his life.
Alice in Borderland 2 was honestly everything I've ever wanted. I read all manga chapters right after I finished the first season and I could not wait to see it on the screen. In my opinion, AiB production team did their best to bring the comic to life.
The conclusion of Alice's story and the truth behind borderland may not be perfect for everyone, but for me it was poetic, beautiful, but also kind of ridiculous. I laughed in disbelief when I uncovered the truth, but after I revaluated the whole journey, I concluded that it truly was the best case scenario. I thoroughly enjoyed characterisation of jack, queen, and king games' hosts and I appreciated that they were given impactful introductions and respectful exits. Alice in Borderland is an action packed drama with many twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat till the freaking end.
Tumblr media
This concludes the end of my list for 2022. I hope I got you interested enough to at least check one of the dramas.
I can already hear and see fireworks behind my window announcing the end of 2022. It was an honour being here with you all another year. It's been 6 years now! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you to succeed in 2023. I hope you have fun plans and to-do lists ready for that brand new year! And, as always, I offer my endless gratitude for all of you who visited my tumblr, left some likes, reblogs, or comments under my posts. This is all from me! With the last item of this year’s year-end recommendation project, I wish you all the best, less drama and more dramas in 2023! Happy New Year 2023!

Tumblr media
There was no time to mourn those who had died. There was barely time to breathe. This place didn't care about the people trapped there. That much was obvious. Despite that, this place wasn’t the enemy; the people were.
And that's where Hotaru found herself. Running for her life from a group of men. She'd stepped out of a game arena and as she was putting the new card in her pack, they attacked.
Blood covered her mouth and ran down her front. She turned to see the four of them losing speed. Taking advantage of their slowing pace she makes a hard turn into an alleyway.
Her pounding footsteps are the only thing she can hear as she sprints down the dilapidated alley. She takes note of a corpse out of the corner of her eye before she was pulled roughly to the left. A hand presses against her mouth as she's shoved into a wall.
Her eyes dart around frantically, trying to adjust to the deeper darkness of the building. She can see that they're in a hallway that opens at either end into a larger room she couldn't see. They finally land on a familiar face in front of her, his finger held to his lips. Thudding footsteps pass by the open doorway before disappearing out of the alley.
Hotaru shoves the blonde's hand away, more blood spilling from her mouth. Something drops from her hand. Her legs buckle and she falls to her knees.
"Is that an ear?" He asks, almost sounding amused.
Before she can reply she's doubled over vomiting a mix of more blood and what little was left in her stomach. She staggers a few steps before laying down on the dirty floor. Her entire body shakes, heart pounding.
"Yes," she answers simply, throwing her arm over her eyes.
He crouches next to her, holding out a bottle of water, "Here."
She sits up, eyeing him suspiciously, "Are you following me?"
He shrugs, "Not intentionally."
After giving him a weary look she takes the bottle, gargling and spitting out her first drink. She takes a few more big gulps before wiping her face with her sleeve. The blood was starting to dry on her skin, making her itch.
"What are you doing here, then?"
He sits next to her, "I just finished a game and saw you running, I didn't want to have to listen to you scream if they caught you."
His voice was calm, and it made a cold chill run through her, "Thank you, even if you were just saving me to save your ears," she glances at the ear next to the door, "That's one of theirs. He had me against a wall and I bit it off, in case you were wondering."
"I was curious, actually," he replies, grinning. "People here seem to forget they're humans."
She nods, keeping her eyes forward, "We've met three times now, can I know your name or are you intentionally trying to be mysterious?"
He thinks for a moment before leaning back against the wall behind them, "Chishiya."
A jolt of familiarity runs through her as she turns to look at him, "Chishiya Shuntaro?"
Chishiya meets her eyes, his eyebrows raised, "If I am?"
"I know you!" She laughs in shock, "My mom, she's a nurse. She works with you all the time and…"
"And?"
"She told me all about you, she wanted to introduce us a few times."
🃏
"Mom, I have to go. I can't play matchmaker today," Hotaru says, rolling her eyes and looking back at her phone.
Her mother grabs her hand, "Hotaru, I'm not playing matchmaker-"
She opens her mouth in mock shock, "Liar!"
"Okay, okay," she waves her hand, "Hotaru honey you can't stay at that place forever, he's your age and he's a doctor. He's very quiet but kind and-"
"Nurse Ito, report to the fourth floor, please," a voice booms over the pa system, "Nurse Ito to the fourth floor."
"Well, you better get going, Mom. You might miss your surgery," she turns to leave, but her mother grabs her hand again.
Her eyes pleaded with her daughter, "It doesn't have to be him, Hotaru. Just promise me you'll find someone and be happy."
She was stunned for a moment, "Okay, Mom. I promise I'll find happiness," they hug, "And you can introduce us some other time, okay? But we both really have to go."
They say their goodbyes before they go their separate ways. Hotaru dials her boss's number before pressing the phone to her ear. She mumbles a quick sorry as she bumps into someone.
"Kutsuki!" A voice cheers from her phone, "What do I owe this pleasure?"
"Can you send a car, we need to talk."

I finished watching Pending Train. Apparently season two should be out by next year just to let you know when you do watch the show. If I'm being completely honest.. I don't really care for the show. The show wasn't what I excepted it to be. But the acting will make up for most of the show, especially because you will recognize quite a few actors (from H&L and AIB). But that's just my opinion though.
aa still haven’t gotten around to it yet - and genuinely do not have a full idea about what it’s about. i kinda know but also not really? we both know im only watching for yuki anyway ahsjdld. also not only has it got some h&l and aib actors, but my boy eiji akaso! from cherry magic!!! (which was excellent, i don’t watch a lot of bl but this one. loved it.) he so little guy™ to me, need to watch the zom100 live action with him but i wanna finish the anime first.
also, as an aside, i finished h&l the worst episodes and i just 🩵💞💖💕murayama💖🩵💖💞 he’s so cute. ‘the sannoh guys are fun, you know?’, wanting to be friends with hyuga, his lil ‘there’s the sleeping lion grah’ at tsukasa, the ice pack on his head after fighting hyuga, ‘we have to go rescue the rascals’, having these deep moments just to immediately flip to his usual bouncy loud excited self. he’s everything to me. also tsukasa fujio kiss when?? also adore todoroki and his two tall bfs.
