My fiance's bird as a kid would mimic the home phone ring sound in the middle of the night

Lol, pepper only knows baby and a kiss sound right now but my mom’s parrots have done some wild stuff!

Her gray once was being kept in a travel carrier in a different room while his usual area was being repainted, and he opened up the carrier in the middle of the night, walked into my mom’s room, hopped up on the bed, and whispered (yes actually whispered) “do you wanna take a shower?”

It’s a miracle mom didn’t accidentally hit him when she freaked out lol.
