Любит – не любит. Нужно ли, чтобы ученики любили своего преподавателя? Мой ответ – НЕТ. Когда я веду занятия, у меня нет цели понравиться ученикам. К тому же я весьма строгий преподаватель. Для меня главное уважение учеников к моему делу, времени и знаниям. Так же мне важно, чтобы им нравилось то, что они делают, их заинтересованность в занятиях, и самое главное – их безопасность и психологический комфорт. Поэтому я не трачу время на заискивания, но личный подход к каждому это не отменяет. Что не всегда легко, так как каждый ученик – это маленькая уникальная личность со своим характером. Я не буду заставлять ребёнка делать элемент, если он пока боится, но найду нужное слово, если чувствую, что он справится. Так же не я дам задание ученику, если это ему пока не по силе, но, глядя на других, очень хочется повторить. Для меня важна отдача вложенных усилий. И это касается роста мастерства учеников, а не личных отношений.
