Compassion: 8/10

Bitterness: 2/10 [Doc is not normally bitter about things, and if he is, he typically gets over it fairly quickly or seeks to resolve whatever landed him in the position of feeling that way in the first place if possible.]

Happiness: 9/10 [Especially post-pt.3 when he's got his family back in '85 with him. Doc's always been a positive guy with a great outlook on life. His darker moments/periods have come and went and by the time he's reached his sixties especially, he's just thriving and living his best life.]

Politeness: 4/10 [He can be polite when it calls for it but he'll also dispense with the politeness, especially when it's clearly forced, just as easily at this point in his life. He'll find a way to work some of his sass in there always.]

Chivalry: 7/10 [Doc's a chivalrous guy, he's of that time, never grown out of it, and it just feels right to him.]

Pride: 10/10 [Doc's extremely prideful, but not in a detrimental way. He's confident enough in his abilities and his intelligence and he's always so proud of his inventions when he creates them and is eager to show them off to his family or to Marty.]

But this is tricky, because yes, Doc can indeed be reckless, but he's not dangerous, as he always takes safety measures into account with his experiments. He's not truly reckless because he DOES think things through and consider the consequences of his actions (if he can foresee them) and usually attempts to have safety measures in place.]

Ambition: 10/10 [Ambition is the name of the thirty year long game. Everything Doc has done was ambitious, from his young acceptance into university, to his studying on his own to have the requisite knowledge for his experiments, to his completion of the time machine. He thrives off seeing things to completion through hard work and won't stop until he's hit a permanent wall or completed it.]

Loyalty: 10/10 [Doc's extremely loyal to the people he loves and there's no getting around that. He won't sell them out, he'd sooner take the brunt of whatever was coming upon himself to spare them. And even if he hides some things sometimes (knowledge in pt.3 of Marty's abysmal future and the cause of it) it's ultimately for his own good.]

Love: 9/10 [Doc's got a huge heart if you let him show you that and learn his particular way of expressing that love.]

Sense of family: 9/10 [First, the dogs. Then, before he even realises that's what is happening with Marty, he's already started to see the kid as part of his family, toeing the line between son and friend. This only grows exponentially during his nearly ten year stint in the Nineteenth Century when he adds Clara and his two boys to the family.]

Attractiveness: 5/10 [I would arguably put Doc at a much higher level than this personally but to most people, their immediate view of him is that he's homely, he's eccentric, he's not all that charming, so they miss all the things about him that do actually make him a rather attractive man.]

Agility: 7/10 [Doc'll throw you for a loop. He's in better shape than a man his age would ever be expected to be, he's faster than you expect, he can run longer than you'd think he can.]

Bass boosted through the venue, an electric guitar riffing in the distance as you watched your boyfriend through a small tv in the green room. You were sitting on the couch, excitedly toying your fingers against the worn leather as you waited for Reed to give you the okay to head to Dominic’s hotel. It was 9pm already, you had been here for an hour, all without Dom’s knowledge. You had to see him perform before heading there to surprise him.

It started with the expected loneliness that filled your apartment when he left for tour, and then a not-so-silly idea as he joked on the phone.

“I wish you could come see me in New Zealand.” He chuckled, you two talked for a bit more until you decided to pretend to head to bed. As he headed to sound check somewhere in Europe, you stayed up late, searching for the nearest ticket to meet him in New Zealand. It had taken some sneaky conversations with Reed and some planning but you had formulated a plan to surprise him in NZ.

Now, here you were, pulled out of your trance by Reed poking his head into the green room.

“He’ll be off in about 25. Driver’s outside and it’s about a 15 minute drive away.” He smiled softly.

You hopped up, following him down a dark hallway and exiting out through a side door, swiveling your head around as you headed to a blacked out SUV, surprised to find no fans waiting outside the venue.

“They’re on the other side.” Reed chuckled, reading your mind. “Here’s the hotel key. Now shoo!” He joked, urging you into the car.

The ride to the hotel was calm and beautiful, the sights of Auckland keeping you in awe. You arrived at the Sofitel hotel, trying to maintain your composure at how grand and pristine the building was. The lifestyle that Dom had created for you was still too much to take in at times.

After checking in, you headed to the bar to pass time, wanting to give Dominic time to shower. You knew how hard we went at shows, and you figured he’d want to be clean and refreshed to be surprised. The sexual tension that had been laced in you two’s recent texts hinted to you what tonight could look like.

While waiting, you got a text from Reed:

“He headed up to the room about 15 ago, you should be all good to go. Good luck xx.” You were suddenly overcome with nervousness as you made your way to the elevator. You two had been together for about 2 years and you still couldn’t help the nervousness that overcame you when you were reunited with him. You chewed gently on your bottom lip, tapping your foot as the elevator made its way to the penthouse suite. After tapping your key, you gently opened the door, closing it behind you and crossing your fingers in hope that he was still in the shower. As you made your way through the suite, you were met with ever growing sounds of music echoing in the bathroom, paired with the steady pour of the shower. You tiptoed past the bathroom door, making your way to the bedroom, gently closing the door behind you.

You kicked off your shoes, eyes catching yourself in the mirror, eyes scanning over the tight sundress you had decided on for today. Your eyes scanned over the room, suddenly met with a view that couldn’t be described as anything less than stunning. It was a top floor view, overlooking the whole city, the colorful lights gently illuminating the dim room.

You were taken out of your trance by a sudden deep voice behind you.

“What the fuck”

You turned on your heels, eyes caught onto Dom in the doorway, clad only in pajama pants and his jaw agape as he tried to register that you were here, right in front of him.

“Surprise…” You said breathlessly with a shy smile, heart racing in your chest as if you were seeing him for the first time.

He strided over to you silently, lifting you up into his large arms, engulfing you in his scent. He dug his face into your neck as you wrapped your legs around his waist, squeezing each other tighter than ever. After a few moments, he placed you on your feet gently, hands laced behind the small of your back as he ogled down at you like a schoolboy with a crush.

“You are fucking insane! How did you pull this off?” His voice slightly raspy from his concert earlier in the night.

“Blame Reed. He’s sneaky and an enabler. I came to him as a joke and he helped me figure it out.” You chuckled, smiling up at him.

“I missed you so much today you have no idea.” He sighed contently. He leaned forward, kissing you slowly, leaning back a moment later to leave his forehead on yours.

“Is that so? Wanna show me how much?” You slyly remarked, suddenly hyper aware of the desire pooling your insides and raising your temperature.

His eyes shifted between yours, a darkness began to circle them as he realized what you meant. He nodded silently, grabbing your face with his hands and kissing you fervently, almost making your knees buckle. Your tongues danced together and he pulled you up into his arms again, finding the desk near the window to sit you on.

He pulled himself to stand between your legs, grabbing your neck gently and tilting it back for easy access to mark you. He switched between lightly ghosting over your most sensitive spots to littering marks all over your neck, driven on by the whines that left your throat.

He pulled back to scan over your body, hands running up and down your inner thighs..

“This dress looks, really fucking good on you. And it's…” His hand ghosted lightly over your clothed clit, making you gasp. “Easy access.” He smirked innocently at your reaction.

You whined at the loss of contact, hands gripping onto his biceps and eyes pleading up at him. He understood what those whines meant, cueing you to lift up as he gently pulled your panties off, throwing them somewhere in the large room. Your breath stalled in your chest at how he lowered himself onto his knees, keeping eye contact with you as he teased between your inner thighs, extremely close to where you needed him most.

“Dom please I-” You were suddenly cut off by his pink lips wrapping around your clit, making you let out a high pitched sound at the sudden surge of pleasure, arching up into arms and leaning your head back onto the window behind you.

You couldn’t help the way your hips grinded up into his tongue that circled you so skillfully, one hand laced in his curls, the other dug into the edges of the desk, desperate to find anything to hold onto. He hummed into you from contentment, enjoying the sounds spilling from your mouth, as you became a babbling mess of moans and echoes of his name. Your eyes rolled back as he slowly and gently worked one, and then two of his long fingers into you, pressing deeply at your g-spot not losing his rhythm between your legs.

Your legs tensed as a coil in your abdomen began twisting and alerting you and him to the way you were about to become undone.

“Cmon baby...look at me..” He cooed gently, not stalling his pace. You forcefully looked down at him through squinted eyes that were threatening to close at any moment. “Give it to me, pretty girl.” Your breath ran ragged, the way the lights danced across him, the innocent look in his eyes despite what he was currently doing sent you over the edge. Your eyes squeezed together as you thrashed in his arms, coming undone with a series of ragged moans, riding out your high as he began to draw back on his torture between your legs.

Your head stayed laid back and eyes stayed closed as you attempted to catch your breath. You heard Dominic shuffle to stand up. Your head snapped up and eyes caught onto his as the tip of his length gently rubbed the entrance of the ache between your legs. One hand held the small of your back up while the other held the base of his length. He groaned quietly at the sight of your wetness that had pooled between your legs. He gently let you adjust to his size, working into you inch by inch, eyes trained onto your face to watch for your reactions. You both moaned in unison as his hips met yours, his hands leaning over to the window behind you, hiking your leg up.

“You feel so amazing my god “ he groaned. His thrusts began gently, rocking into you at a steady pace. You looked up at him, mouth agape, as he coaxed you through it gently. “So p-pretty. Good girl.”

“Harder Dom- please baby, please.” You begged. He didn’t stall, picking up his pace, the sound of his hips colliding with yours and your increasingly loud moans filled the room. You clung to him, hands around his back as he pounded into you. His lips collided with yours suddenly, the kiss filled with passion.

“I l-love you” You managed to get out through your moans.

He kissed you deeply again, leaning back to gently pull out and flip you to stand on your feet facing the window. You felt his breath ghost over your ear as he whispered gently.

“The view is almost as pretty as you. Wanted you to see it too..” He said, gently smirking at the way your body shivered from the kisses he traced down your neck and back, gently teasing the tip at your entrance again before sliding back into you, leaving your mouth agape. He gently pressed down on your back, queuing you to relax over the desk. He resumed his earlier pace into you, kneading at your ass that was positioned up to him. One hand made its way around you to grip the sides on your neck, the other finding its way between your legs.

The combination of the delicious pressure on your neck coupled with the circling of your clit left you feeling dizzy and your knees buckling.

“Holy shittt” You whined, tears pooling in the corners of your eyes. If he kept going the way he was, you weren’t going to last for long. Your hand went up to cup his hand around your throat gently.

You smiled gently as you came to, opening your eyes to fully take in the view in front of you.

“What happened to your fear of heights?” You toyed, turning in his arms.

“Fear of heights can’t beat the orgasm I just had not gonna lie.” He deadpanned, making you weakly laugh. He scooped you up, forcing you to pee while he ran you two a bath, shortly making both of your ways to relax in the water with your back against his chest.

“I feel lucky, so many girls wish they could have.. that but only got an autograph.” You smiled lazily

“Oh trust me you got a few signatures of your own” He smirked, pointing at your neck “Seven to be exact.”

You jokingly rolled your eyes. Relaxing against him, you were just grateful to be back in his arms again.

Hiii sorry to come at you with this out of nowhere but, even though I don't share the same headcanon for them *specifically* it makes me happy to see that queerplatonic fakiru post pop up on my dash now and then. As an aroace person, even among other aces it feels like people are either against the term, or if they're nice about it, it's in a patronizing i-dont-understand-but-good-for-you-kiddo way so it's just really nice to come across people who Get It ❤️❤️❤️

omg hi I LOVE your art and I was so so excited to see you in my ask box. You've made literally one of my fav tutu art pieces ever and I think about it constantly

back on topic, aaaa ty!! I love fakiru a whole bunch and it's really fun to explore them in ways that aren't necessarily romantic. I like to call them my schrodingers couple where they're in love romantically and platonically simultaneously in my head and which one I'm running with largely depends on my mood on any given day. That said, I'm arospec myself so I tend to write them as what my self-indulgent relationship would look like and that's largely queerplatonic.

And god you're so right about how people treat queerplatonic relationships!! It's so rare to see queerplatonic headcanons, especially with a fandom darling like fakiru. I was actually really scared people would be weird about my aro duck posts but I'm super stoked to see the positive reception. There's a real need for good representation of queerplatonic relationships but as it is I feel they just get bowled over in favor of romance which is seen as a more "real" form of love/companionship

I know you've talked about it a little bit but I want to know more about superpowers in se! Like, how do you get them? How are people taught to use them (or not)? Who would you say has the weirdest one and why? - @void-botanist

as of right now there are three ways to get superpowers in SE: spontaneous combustion, ADP, or genetically!!

spontaneous combustion is becoming less and less of a thing tho. its kinda how superpowers originally emerged, and it happened to 40% of the population in the 1870s- basically yeah you explode into a horrific mess of fire and viscera but hey you come out of it alive and relatively unscathed (USUALLY- Carmine did not have a fun time with his combustion) with powers! sick. also this just happens randomly without warning anywhere anytime so that’s fun yknow

ADP is the second most common way people get powers but unfortunately it usually comes with a serious chance of disfigurement and aaaa 33% chance of dying horribly and 33% of mutating into a mindless monster hellbent on destroying/killing everything. there is no cure, but if someone gets ADP and survives, they usually have the strongest type of powers (A or B) and are usually enlisted by their government. bad things happen otherwise

genetically is #1 in the world rn and it’s just like how it says; you inherit superpowers from a family member through genes. these powers however tend to be very weak and limited (C types) and half the time powers manifest physically (Jack for example is a C type)

powers are only “taught” to kids if they’re type Bs and As in corporate schools, sometimes Ds if they’re going into a medical field or are seen as super useful. for type C it’s more or less taught how to get them under control, but not how to properly use them or anything. Jack for instance didn’t know that he could hold his breath underwater for an hour until he discovered it on accident. Vincent, while technically Type B is considered C due to the fact that…she’s terrible at using them. she hardly ever uses them too, and she doesn’t apply herself so there’s no telling what she’s truly capable of tbh

weirdest one…mm that’d be Sophia’s, which is her psychic connection to her pet velociraptor! and just her velociraptor, nothing else going on. she doesn’t even know how it happened, she can just communicate with this dinosaur with her mind now for some reason :p

i want to mention also that i really really like how you’ve written your stories so far, it’s drawn me in and i’ve read all of them. the plot twist ending for the ex bully yan story is really good, and leaving it on a cliff hanger gives me no closure but lets me imagine and question wth is reader going to do in that predicament. it’s very fun, ok ty ❤️.

but also, for the reccs, i think i have some good ones for you lined up!

for the yandere x reader writers on this site, i really like @shooting-love-arrows and @parasytte - both blogs are on hiatus iirc but still reccomend going through their master lists and tags!! very fun reads.

i also like @yandereworlds as the mods there includes art with their headcanons, which is a really nice touch. and @darling--core has some fantastic yans, so be sure to check them out as well!

if you’d like a yandere fix, i’ve also put two media reccomendations for good media with yandere characters under the cut ^_^

if you’d like to see a male yandere- i recommend the manga welcome to the yandere cafe! it's a funny manga with one legit yandere, and a few "faux" yanderes (at least, that was the case the last time i checked the updates, lol.) the concept is it's a cafe where the waiters act like yanderes (kind of like how in maid cafes, they act like maids- it's for the sake of the customer.) it's cute, the MC is a yandere fan so there is some fun discussion of the trope. i believe there are probably a lot of chapters untranslated though, sadly :( so it’s a bit of a short read!

and, if you’re in the mood for a female yandere(s), i also recently got caught up with the manga gachikoi nenchakujuu- which is a manga about super fans who get obsessed and fall in love with streamers. basically, due to the concept there are a lot of yanderes. the manga follows a group of streamers (3 guys) and the different fans that obsess over them, which each arc covering a different streamer. it's a psychological drama basically, very fun, and sometimes very disturbing (in a good way!)

oh also the cover of it has two men on the website that i linked to read it- it’s a little misleading, you don’t see the white haired guy at all until the later chapters lol.

what's the main pairing for the pacific rim au (if there is one) and what kind of jaeger do they pilot? 👀👀

HIHIHI !!! TY FOR ASKING !!!!! ok so. so. so. sorry im vibrating im so excited to talk about this. um. im flip flopping between a couple of options for the main pairing, but tbqh im envisioning a series of several fics centered around different pairings. either that or im gonna end up with another 103k epic about iwaoi. both/either are looking VERY possible right now.

but better answer is that what i have written so far are snippets of a daisuga thing (which has been fun bc i've never written them before) and a bit longer piece of an iwaoi thing! the daisuga fic more closely follows the plot of the movie, while the iwaoi one is kinda pre-canon.

here's the breakdown of the pilots and their jaegers though !!!! aaaa !!!!!!!!!!!

iwaoi start working in the jaeger program at the very beginning of the whole thing, so they're piloting a mark-2, it's called blue castle LOL. since there isn't super a lot of canon info about the mark-2 jaegers, i'm gonna just have fun making shit up about them. i was gonna have them be in a mark-1 but i didn't want to deal with the radiation stuff.

daichi and asahi were in a mark-3 (name undecided, taking suggestions now). they joined the program a little after iwaoi and took longer before pairing up (they didn't know each other prior to training), so they have a newer model (for the time). it's modeled after gipsy danger, since that's just the one that i have the most details on lmao. unfortunately, this one is irreparably destroyed in the fight when asahi is killed.

daichi and suga will end up in a mark-4 that's modeled after hydra corinthian, mostly cuz i think that one looks cool. name for this one also undecided, but i will also take suggestions for that one.

bokuaka are also in a mark-4 and are also one of the newer pilots. they're in a mark-4, but the visual of the jaeger in this fic is modeled after tacit ronan (which is technically a mark-1). its name is phoenix flier :D

i think that's everyone i have so far!!! other people in the fics are kuroken (the scientists <3 ) and matsukawa and hanamaki are jaeger techs. i might add more side characters as i think of them, but these are the main guys!

additionally, i also might replace asahi with an unnamed sawamura sibling bc i feel bad killing asahi, not gonna lie. it makes me sad. also it might be neat to do asahi, daichi, and suga in one of the three-man jaegers. so....considering that........

Just read chapter 15 of glass divine and holy shit. I am loving the back and forth between the narration saying Pythia vs Wilbur it’s so nice to see because it just shows how he’s growing. The fight between Tommy and Jack woooo boy I was not prepared for it to happen so quickly and Wil really can’t catch a break glad it’s just a mild head injury tho. The scene of tommy seeing Wilbur’s face and washing his hair was so fucking precious I reread it multiple times. I just love their banter and friendship and how much they care for each other. Anyways ahhhhhhh I loved the chapter so much thank you for writing!

Aaaa ty!! I love getting to play with the narration to show his character growth. It’s super fun for me and is a huge part of why I decided to call him the Pythia in the narration in the first place

Yeahhh there was gonna be a blow up either way, it’s unfortunate that Wilbur got caught up in it though and Jack feels pretty bad about it since he sincerely wasn’t trying to hurt him. He was just pissed at Tommy

2. How do they look?

I don't have art of her unfortunately! So the closest I have is the main face claim I've considered for her, which is Anna Diop (who is so gorgeous she makes me MELT)

4. What is their personality like?

She is so sunny! She is sunny and sweet! But also very adventurous. She is incredibly book smart, but not super street smart. Fortunately, she's very lucky and miraculously avoids the consequences of her actions every time her curiosity gets her into trouble. She cares very deeply about people, and is fiercely loyal to those she cares about. She is a natural leader, although she constantly doubts herself, because she is good at hiding her insecurities from others. (Though, Farah sees through her very easily)

7. Do they have any fears?

She adores them! She already has a big loving family, and she's happy to count UB among her family. She is absolutely in love with Farah. They complete one another and have a lot of fun together. They can speak about anything to each other, and they find strength in each other <3 She is also close to Nate! He's her best friend in Unit Bravo. She has a keen interest in history and archeology and Nate shares many of her interests. They've spent many an evening in his library together. She adores Morgan, but doesn't always understand her. She does understand that Morgan values quiet companionship and Ari is happy to provide her with that companionship. She respects and likes Adam, though they are not quite so close. She does test his patience sometimes with her unrelenting curiosity and she finds his frustration just a bit amusing, but would never say so to his face.

9. What is their relationship with their mother like?

Like I said before, she has a huge and loving family. (She is not a detective so she's not Rook and Rebecca's child.) She cares a lot for her mother and they have a very close relationship and always have since she was a child.

hi again! it slapped? hell yeah! if there's one thing about me its that i always worry about details i slip in. like i remember i spent an hour (probably more honestly) thinking about how dangerous it would be to have archers in a city, and how flying machines could be bikes and just. lot. so yeah. not super sure what detail you were thinking about, but 1) potion and mumbo gives grian his coat to cover the ripped dress and 2) docs henchmen immediately dealt with the damage and there was always going to be a continuation to the party. cleo (osiris) is going to enjoy herself, goddamn it! anwyas really happy you like the characterization! they are so silly <3 i genuinely dont think im as poetic as some other very talented writers out there, but i appreciate it! <3 i just mush up my sill words together and hope people like it <3

1) Your first OC ever?

I'm pretty sure it was this guy! (2016 rendition)

I made him when I was about 11 and he's basically a superhero cat with superpowers (like flying and laser eyes lmao) saving the world full of anthro animals (furry spotted). His name is Cirmi (basic ass hungarian cat name) and the whole thing was heavily influenced by Powerpuff Girls. :D

4) A character you rarely talk about?

Anyone who's not my main 4 (Anassy, Lucien, Gin, Gliaster) lmaooo rip... but hmmm the least talked about are probably my story characters like the kitty above. I used to try writing stories as a kid/teen a lot but then I was like eh. Too much work and I didn't have confidence in my writing. ^^"

I do have a few! *looks at list* ...A lot!

I'm an only child and when I was younger I was super obsessed with siblinghood because I really wanted a sibling and I guess it never really went away so I have a few sibling OCs, yes. (But yeah since I'm an only child whenever I write dynamics/characters they're not the most realistic for obvious reasons but it's still fun anyway heh)

ANYWAY

Gin has an older bro Vin and they're menaces together. They hang out a lot (dragging/forcing each other to be involved in their hobbies the other is not into lmao) and do stupid stuff a lot and fight sometimes but stuff always works out between them...

Then, not as much featured/mentioned but Lucien also has an older sister! I'm reworking everything around her and them and their dynamic together so I can't say much lol rip but basically she's the goth girl ever who got Lucien into horror and stuff blame everything on her basically (jk no don't-)

AND lastly but not least, my "f/o (fictional other) but it's my OC" Rei also used to have sisters (or I guess still does but I just never think about them lmao) mainly back when she was a Naruto OC. (Both of them were based on irl friends lmfao.) They were orphaned early on so that strengthened the bond between them and idk god I wish that were me (except the being orphaned part)

and then I had a lot of trouble trying to find a good way of starting it tbh?? which led me to talking with my gfs for help. I already had the entire fic outlined, so I knew where I was going with it !! (outlines are my Literal savior when writing omg)

but honestly I think the worst part of writing the fic was the stupid fight scene FMCMFMC. i hate writing fight scenes, they’re always such a pain to visualize in my head. I had fun with everything else though !!! :D

tbh I'm not sure if rambling/ranting abt characters you enjoy is allowed in this blog but man I still think abt how I got Kazuha on my NA/America acc last year

Like every time I see him on my acc and fanart of him w/ the other boys I am always, ALWAYS reminded of how he decided "oh lol I'm coming home at like the second 10 pull with your primos :)"

And honestly it was during his debut so i cannot tell you the feeling I had when I see that golden light just BARRELING and the ugly yell I let out because I??? Got my ronin boy???? Against 50/50???

I swear I'm not delusional but God I want to rant sm abt him because it was also during the first archipelago event and he hasn't left my team since then ;v; I genuinely owe him a LOT for helping my now (sort of) built team and every day I just go "damn, I wouldn't be having an easier time traveling without you on my party"

I don't know man, I may sound extremely delusional ranting abt my favorite anemo boy that has so much trauma on his shoulders that he's resolved during the events + story quests but he's so precious, it makes my heart soar. I would rant more of what I want to do to him (all sfw of course, I'm too embarrassed to rant abt NSFW online ahisbsidjd), but this could take ages and I don't wanna swamp your inbox ;v;
