so... i didn’t do so hot in terms of word count in december, but i’ll give myself a pass because i wrote so much in november lol. and, even though i didn’t write quite as many words as i’d hoped, i did work on quite a lot of projects even if i was only making a tiny bit of progress on each, so YAY!!

i am trying to really shift my focus towards book revisions so i think most of my efforts are going to go towards that in january.

however, as always i am unable to detach myself from fic entirely lol... i have two zine pieces i need to work on (both of which i’m very excited about!). aaaand maybe i will eat my words but... i think i’m going to attempt to finish writing ch 19 of altea rising, which i’ve been trying to get back into lately. it’s just been weighing on me that it’s been 4(??!!) years since i’ve updated it and i’ve had a couple people ask whether it’ll be completed, so i do wanna put a bit more effort towards that (esp bc it’s only gonna be 20 chapters total so I AM ALMOST THERE - then ofc i need to edit/post all the unpublished chapters but uhhh that’s a problem for future me!). it’s also that i’ve felt a bit burned out on all my other fic projects lately, so i’m hoping having like One Thing to focus on will help me a bit.

...okay wow i’m actually kinda (pleasantly) shocked that i completed most of my 2022 goals so YAAY!!!

2022 was a big year for me especially for my original writing! it’s kinda mind-blowing looking back on this time last year, when i had only just finished a first draft of my YA sci-fi book. since then it’s gone through several more drafts and got me into two mentorships - something i could not even have imagined a year ago. i honestly felt pretty bleak about it at the beginning of the year, so it’s exciting to see how far it’s come since then, and is hopefully promising of where it will go in the future. :’) i also not only outlined a whole other book but also wrote about the first 20k words of a first draft, so that’s super exciting!!

i didn’t write quite as much fic in 2022 as i have in previous years, but i still made progress on a bunch of projects—in particular, i’m super glad i finished sylvix dreamscape fic and also started posting the renga fic, since those were two things that took me a very long time haha. excited to edit/post the remaining chapters of those in 2023!! plus i have a lot of other fics in the works that i am super excited about!

there are a number of fic projects i kinda let fall by the wayside this past year - namely my two wenzhou wips and my unfinished klance multichaps... but i do hope to get back to those sometime in 2023, i miss them a lot! plus i’ve been trying to focus on finishing more wips and not starting as many new things so we’ll see how that goes lol.

Hi...hello...I've returned from the grave to tell you that I loved the conclusion to the Miscommunication series! I think it was a perfect ending, and I loved that the reader thought the Nightwing suit was a wetsuit (and eventually thinking that Nightwing was there). Very well done =)

Small update: I got my first dose of the vaccine today!

Smaller update: I am still not done with Mexican Gothic 😩 I hit a reading slump and I get too distracted when I try to sit down and read it, but I promise you I will finish it and you will be the first to know

Yay!!! Which brand? I got moderna and it wasn’t too bad I had a low fever thursday to Sunday though, I enjoyed the fever dreams so I’m not complaining.

And I get that dude, believe it or not it took me three months to finish Mexican gothic lololol, I started it when I was getting my car maintenance done, and didn’t revisit it until a boy was like “wanna come over” on snap and I just reached for the closest book - which happened to be Mexican gothic- and snapped back “can’t im reading” <I am ace so I like too annoy the men who shoot their shot lol> and then I actually did lololol

Hi! I'm new to your blog and I was just wondering if you had an faq for how to read your works in order? I'm especially interested in Tiefer/Jehan! Is there any way to read that in order/find out more about them?

Hello! Salve! Overall, my works can be read out of order! Yay!

There’s few if any sequel situations, except for Corpus which is a interquel to Ninety-Nine Righteous Men. Teufelskreis #1 is a standalone that references events in Ninety-Nine so spoiler alert there. But you could essentially jump in anywhere in my publications and be good to go. Many usually start at Ninety-Nine Righteous Men because it’s a free webcomic on Tapas and ComicFury but it’s not related to Jehan and Tiefer at all (though Jehan, Tiefer, and Anne even technically cameo!)

I have two posts that go over my works in general here and here on tumblr!

For your specific question about Jehan and Tiefer, their story has had bits and pieces sprinkled about the decade and then some in which I’ve created content online and those bits and pieces are pretty much gone, moved, or otherwise not consolidated – due to site moves or simply ‘this is old and outdated and not up to snuff’.

On here, my art tag for it is #pretreetzi though frankly I know I’ve actually forgotten to tag pieces on that front every now and then.

In terms of fully published works, as of right now (January 2020) there are a few! There’s a handful of short short comics on here and a small handful on my website. But the big ‘uns below are basically where to start, I’d say, if you want something like a complete picture with the fair warning that their story is extremely messed up and not for the faint of heart (because I’m not a li’l bitch and I’ll draw exactly what happens in gory detail about really hard to swallow subjects. Like cannot be more clear than that.)

Obscene Sacraments

First Holy Cummunion and Other Obscene Sacraments, often shortened to FHCaOOS or Obscene Sacraments series, is a collection of individual zines that are all published electronically (PDF) and that I am trying to publish and distribute in print. This collection is an experimental look at their relationship and Tiefer’s role in it. It’s the most established collection of works on them, I’d say.

They were published out of order but the reading order mirrors the 7 sacraments: Baptism by Blood † First Holy Cummunion † Penance † Cuntfirmation † Matrimoany † Unholy Orders † Obscene Unction

The whole collected bundle is available on itch.

“Can’t” (NANSENSU #2)

“Can’t” was a short comic in the second eroguro anthology I ran called NANSENSU and it is currently free to read. It’s on tumblr somewhere but that link goes to my website. It’s a free webcomic (NANSENSU costs money and is available on lulu.)

“Freak of Nature” and “Sick” (QUARANZINE)

These two short comics are part of the free to read horror zine series I make with my betrothed. “Freak of Nature” is about the abuse Tiefer endured and “Sick” is a one page snapshot of what Tiefer became. It’s available on itch (for free!) and amazon.

{familia}

{familia} is my redheaded stepchild: it’s an illustrated chapbook of poetry that’s all about the Tiefer siblings and their very eroded relationship. It’s one I say “ok if you really like my stuff then you’ll probably like this” but I usually don’t recommend it outright. It’s available on itch and amazon.

Human (NANSENSU #1)

“Human” is a short comic in NANSENSU #1 however it is not freely available to read. It’s a rather explicit 4 page comic from Jehan’s perspective about his abuser. It’s available on lulu.

Now that I’ve said there’s only a few, I’m sure I’ll end up churning out the medical kink nightmare comic about them in a heartbeat and I’ll be eating my words, haha!

so @kaiyouchan tagged me in this ages ago and i never actually did it ha..., and I’m tagging @skittidyne @fxvixen@souliebird @cas-hyung @mystictrashheap @cheatos (i copied kai’s list bc im lazy)

so lets get to it:

1. overwhelming (bnha, bakushima, oneshot)

so this is my camp nanowrimo piece and essentially its my first run into the bnha fandom! ha yeaaa so kirishima is a demon type thing who gets summoned by bakugou and its all a mess but im having fun writing it so i suppose thats what its all about really. should be up by the end of july, probably by mid july depending on how quickly i get my shit together. talk to me about bakushima.

2. flashlight (hq!!, booi, oneshot)

heres a fun new pairing that i never write for: bokuto and oikawa. heres a nice story about a mid to late 20′s bokuto who’s staying in his parents house for the summer while they galavant around europe, just hanging out, fedding their cats, wondering if he’ll ever get his shit together, and then one kind of depressing afternoon he meets his (hot) new neighbor and suddenly his summer becomes an opportunity to learn a lot about himself and this hot new neighbor and also rock climbing. yay.

3. this floating world (hq!!, daisuga, multi)

im working on it, ok? i just, like, need a creative break. so its on hiatus. its plotted out and everything. so dont worry.

4. hq art zine piece (hq!!, one shot)

this one’s kinda under construction but ill be a part of this zine! ill put in my other 2 zine things and then im gonna wrap this up

5. oc fantasy zine (ocs, one shot)

this one is a modern magic slightly druggy universe that im hype for! keep an eye out for this i guess haha

6. hq! fantasy zine (hq! one shot)

i dont really have a plan for this yet but its hq and its fantasy and thats my wheelhouse so this should be pretty much everything i want out of life

- finished and posted the final chapter of “cover my skin with your sunkissed light”!!! - started working on the sylvix dreamscape fic - worked a bit on the klance hotel au - split up some of what i have remaining of altea rising - started working on my piece for long live zine - started planning yet another sylvix fic (shh it’s...a pacific rim au....) - did some planning for fic commissions!

september goals:

- finish the last chapter of “cover my skin…” (yes i mean it this time) - finish at least a first draft of the klance hotel au - work on splitting up what i have left of altea rising….maybe start editing ch 15, work on completing the last few scenes, possibly update it at least once before the end of the month…lol??? - start working on fic for [redacted] (a zine that hasn’t announced its lineup so i can’t reveal what it is yet lol) - keep planning for possible fic commissions? - if time, start working on sylvix dream fic!

october goals: - continue working on sylvix dreamscape fic - *sweats* edit/post chapter 15 of altea rising?? and if time maybe start editing the remaining chapters and/or work on writing the last few scenes...? - open fic commissions before the end of the month... - finish first draft of piece for long live zine - perhaps plan the sylvix pacific rim au some more

ahaha well september was kind of a whirlwind month huh? my main priority was completing and publishing the final chapter of “cover my skin...” which i did accomplish, so YAY!! i’m very excited to have completed my first sylvix fic and am really touched by how much support it’s gotten. :’’)

i had told myself that i would try to finish one of my other wips before i delved into the sylvix dreamscape fic but....well, i lied. the concept has been living in my head rent-free for months so finally i was like LOL FUCK IT and just started it and now i’ve already written like 12k of it so ahaha oops! anyway i think that’s going to continue to be my main priority because it’s probably the project i’m most excited about.

BUT.....i also do really hope to edit and publish a chapter of altea rising this month. i finally sat down and divided up what i have left of it (well...besides the last few scenes which i haven’t written yet but SHHHH). i forget if i’ve mentioned it but i’ve decided to up it from 15 chapters to roughly....20 or so.... so if i was able to get out at least one chapter before the end of the month, that’d be a huge weight off my chest (and it would be nice for anyone who still cares who’s been waiting for like two years for an update *laughs nervously*). and if i have time, i hope maybe i can work on writing the ending as well.

speaking of klance projects, i’m also really hoping i can finish up a draft of the klance hotel au during october. i only have like....3 scenes of it left so i just need to get it done. i had hoped to publish it by the end of the summer given its summer themes and all but HAHA OH WELL joke’s on me for being a horrible procrastinator!

AAAAND another big priority is writing a first draft of my piece for long live zine, which is a fe3h zine centered around the faerghus four! it’s my first fe3h zine so i am super excited - i have started writing my piece and i’m having a lot of fun with it so far!!

oh yeah also. im way behind on the times but i FINALLY watched pacific rim which is a movie i have meant to watch for years....i loved it and also it immediately made my brain go “brrrrr sylvix au brrrr” so....that is something i have discussed at length with numerous friends and i now have like 10+ pages of notes about it and hope to continue planning those ideas.

lastly....i’m hoping this month to open up fic commissions at some point. *crosses fingers* i recently picked up some copyediting work so i’m kinda seeing how much of my time/energy that’s gonna require, but since it’s only 15 hours a week i’m hoping i can fit in some commissions on the side SO....i’ve done a lot of planning for it and hopefully i can open those up soon so keep your eyes peeled!
