Barry's just straight up forgetting everyone exists these days. He's way too chill about Iris being MIA, he's completely abandoned Caitlin save for a throwaway line about her not returning his calls, he calls Chester to ask if A.R.G.U.S. has had any breaches in security when Cisco WORKS at A.R.G.U.S. and would be able to give him that information in real time and keep him updated, and he believes that Blonde Thawne is going to stay a good person because #amnesia even though we've already been through this same thing with August Heart.

Sorry, I don’t get the hype about this one.

Yes, the Eobard-Storyline was actually really good, but the rest of the episode was an utter mess that incoperates everything that is wrong with the show and the Arrowverse as a whole right now.

All those storylines and scenes, that are going nowhere all around, that have no connection to each other, and no one even mentoning other things they should anymore, like you know the fact that Iris is still nowhere to be found, which appearantly bothers no one anymore and makes Barry’s whole Lightning Rod Speach more than a little laughable. Or how they ended two years of leading us on with Diggle out of nowhere here, or the eternal back and forth with the whole Caitlin is bringing back Frost/no she is not/no she is not - all of this is just a confusing mess, that makes no sense at all. And even the multiple Eobards and the good one suffering from memory loss is literally the same plot the did last season with Godspeed!

So, no, I am sorry, this episode was not good. Parts of it were good. As a whole it was a freaking mess.

It's honestly pretty hilarious that Barry was so worried about Thawne being the one responsible for the fire at Ivo labs, and then he's reassured that it wasn't Thawne, and then he meets the speedster responsible, and it's actually someone who's a good person who wants to help people, and then next episode, BAM! Thawne was involved after all!

Well two years of misleading us down the drain. Finally.

I will never understand why they ever introduced the Green Lantern Storyline if they had no intention of ever going through with it.

I mean, they did change their minds about where this is going every two episodes and there is the upcoming guest appearance of Dig in “Superman & Lois”, so maybe they turn it around again, but I really had it with this storyline and its empty promises after all this time. I hope they had their laughs about it. It must have given all those people so many hard-ons to make fools of all those fans who actually did believe that we are ever going to see a Green Lantern or Diggle as Green Lantern in the Arrowverse.

And don’t give me the whole: “But that was before they decided to give Diggle his own Spin-Off” because ... not only is that show never happening anyway, but also could they have given him the ring first and then take it away for the purpose of him not having those powers for the show instead of mucking around for two years.
