Pairing: Kyle 'Gaz' Garrick x Rosalind 'Rosie' Henderson

Rating: E (eventually, but not in this snippet)

Synopsis: (Swore I had one, but uh, apparently not!)

The 141 Infernal Hunters are a renowned group of demons, known for their upholding of contracts and brutal hunts in the Eternal Realm. At the end of one of these hunts, Kyle Garrick accepts a soul contract that's bound to keep him on his toes. Rosalind Henderson has everything they'd ever want - a decent job, a respectable side gig, and an otherwise quiet life. But an offhanded plea over drinks with a friend when griping about the week's bullshit is set to turn her entire life on her head. Humans really should watch their mouths and stop making promises their souls can't cash. After all, contracting your eternity to a demon has drawbacks that might just outweigh the benefits.

AKA: ...I'm blaming @pfhwrittes for at least 60% of the inspiration. Enter manipulative Kyle and binding contracts and some really sexy magical bullshit. And a genderqueer character because dammit, I'm going to be indulgent. (Oh and also Alex in short jeans shorts and a crop top because you know that man got a bod that deserves to be shown off.😏)

He hadn’t expected to have her body check him like she had - he was hoping for a shoulder brush, a brief moment of contact to acquaint himself with her energy. Having her completely slam into his chest had felt like he’d flung an entire candle shop open - overwhelming and potent.

The pout of her glossy lips as she fell backwards was one he wanted to see again. Not falling away from him, but rather falling into him - bemoaning his denial or whimpering for more. He wanted to feel her shiver under his hands as she had when the coffee began rapidly cooling on her blouse. The image of the bright purple lace of her bra showing through the pale blouse only stirred him on further. Yearning to feel the heat he knew rushed under her skin when the realisation of what she’d done dawned on her, he softly groaned into his fist, leaning onto his knees.

He could already tell she was going to be a spitfire. [...]

Hello! I saw that you had a human design for the Tengu, and I wanted to ask: got any hcs for our bird demon as human? Or just hcs in general, wither will work

Hey! Bro- you won't believe it, but i literally was thinking about Humanized Tengu (for uh- reasons) when I opened tumblr just to see this ask, like deadass??? ad;kjdfdfsa Clearly it was a sign!

But I don't have that many hc about him tbh?? He was a very spontaneous creation for that day, so like here have just some basic info:

the original design i did for ninjavember is kind of how Tengu looked at the prime of his powers in human form, when it/he faced First Ninja.

He is very unnaturally tall, has bone white (practically ashen) skin, with the end of his limbs being dark grey (like literal ash/burned). His body is covered in blue markings like tattoos (very inspired by Law from One Piece haha) and his hair is a mix of feathers and fur-like hair (like birds). He is usually dressed in rich clothes, with his wings acting like sort of cape.

He likes to smoke the pipe ;) its less of actual smoking leaf and more 'energy and fire itself' type of smoking.

He is kind of an asshole, but he greatly (if reluctantly) respects First Ninja because he managed to defeat him and use his powers for his own means. He despises having his powers used by others, but he also kinda respects that it is for a noble cause.

When it comes to Ninjas who came after, he kind of feels like a dad who was forced to take care of kids he never wanted, and those kids literally suck life force out of him, lol.

And that's about all I got for now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But thanks for the ask i loved a chance to doodle him ;)

"Andrew?" Neil asks and there's something in Neil's eyes.

Neil hadn't used Abram as his middle name this time.

It was a name only Andrew would know.

okay, here's my problem.

In my contemporary sapphic romance The Plus-One Contract, I've been using Brie as a nickname for Sabrina ONLY, but the other FMC is named Gabrielle.

It's not HORRIBLE, but it has the potential to be confusing.

Do I rename Gabrielle and leave Brie/Sabrina as is, or do I stop using Brie entirely and just call Sabrina Sabrina?

(If there's a secret third option, let me hear it!)

Giggling at the idea of Will learning Italian and in his adventures at Piazza San Marco listening to couples on the benches starts picking up new pet names.

Out of nowhere, he begins calling Nico "patato" catching him off guard as he turns with a questioning look "Where did that come from?" but he was unable to hold back a smile. Will shrugs "Secret, amo"
