Summary: Niko was never this impatient. Calling you, texting you to come urgently to his apartment. You've never seen him like this and you wonder how it'd turn out if you stretched the situation by not giving in.

Warnings: gets REALLY heated but no smut bc writing smut is so complicated

A/N: omd my phone broke so this was difficult to write and thats why its RLLY short and terrible. also I was a little uncomfortable writing this even tho I've written smut before + it's not rlly smut just detailed making out. (this is horrible, read on your own risk!)

Humming to your favorite song everytime you had to do work infront of your laptop was the only thing that kept you sane and kept you going without any interruption.

You kept hearing your phone buzzing multiple times, but you chose to ignore it just so you could finish all the work you had to do.

You had to send out emails to clients just like what your boss had ordered for you to do, but the amount of time your phone kept buzzing was starting to get you annoyed.

You still decided to ignore it, that was until you heard your phone ringing. Your eyes that was latched on the laptop across of you was now on the phone that was laid next to you.

You sigh when you realize it's your boyfriend, Niko. You bring the phone to your ears when you answer.

"What is it? I'm still trying to send emails and my manager will kill me if he finds out I haven't sent them yet–"

"Haven't you seen my texts?" His voice was hushed and you could even pinpoint Sharky and Aj talking and laughing in the background.

"No? I didn't know that it was you sending me those messages. What is going on?" You're now worried, confused with why he had to call you since he knew you were busy.

"Well..." His voice trails off, like he was trying to think if it was a good idea to tell you or not.

"Niko just spit it out–"

"I need you here, like right now." You were cut off, a little a taken aback by the fact that he was whispering and sounded too desperate. He always loved your company, but not to the point where he needed you even while you were working.

"Is everything okay? Aren't you supposed to be filming right now?" You question, placing your phone on your shoulder and bringing it up to your ears while typing things on your laptop.

"Well, filming got canceled and they thought it'd be a great idea by coming over at Aj and I's apartment. And I uhm– need you." He clears his throat and sounded even a little embarrassed. You still didn't get the point or the message he was trying to send you.

"You can survive a few hours without me, Niko." You say, half annoyed. You still try to fight the grin that was close to forming on your face.

"No, you don't understand. I feel uncomfortable in those jeans and I need you. I need you to come to my apartment." He sighs in the end, impatient.

You hum when you finally understand what he wants. You bite your lip at his urgency, tempted, but not too tempted where you would give up to him. You wondered how it would turn out if you didn't go to him or accept his request.

"I don't know Niko. Im really busy with all of this. Can't you wait?" You try to hide your laugh, picturing him trying to relieve himself by shifting in any position. You weren't that busy, you could've easily sent the emails and leave.

"Fuck– are you serious?" He sighs. You raise your eyebrows, surpised that he cursed.

"Mhm." You hum, a little extra to get him around the edge.

"y/n, im serious. I need you to come here." He whines. You were a little surprised by how needy he was since usually he was never like this.

"And so am I. Try surviving for a few hours you schmuck." Before he has another word to say, you immediately close the call.

Not even a second later, the phone begins ringing again, a wide smile forming on your face.

You put your phone on silent, nervous, excited to how this would turn out after you finish your work.

This was going to be fun.

The call between you and Niko had slipped your mind. Hours passed by and now you stood infront of the bathroom mirror, applying your daily skincare routine before sleeping. You yawn, ready to tuck yourself in bed.

You were almost fully asleep until you were awoken by the three loud bangs that came from your front door.

You groan since you were really comfortable with your position, hesitantly getting up and walking to the front door.

You unlock the door, not thinking much of it until you were met face to face with your boyfriend. He slowly walks to you and he casts a long glance over your face with his dark gaze.

"Niko." You say surpised, now fully awake and now it felt like you didn't wanna sleep anymore.

His hand caresses your cheek, thumb slowly skimming over your bottom lip as he takes his own between his teeth. Desire builds in the pit of your stomach the longer his burning gaze stares at your mouth, which miraculously have the same hypnotic effect on you despite the usual brown absent from his irises, now it was completely black.

He closes the distance between your yearning mouths and you immediately respond to him, your hands going up to thread through his dark hair.

He pushes you until your back somehow ended up in the counter of your kitchen, leaning above of you, and pressing one hand against the small of your back. You hear plates clattering and pull back from the kiss to see his hand impatiently pushing away the plates to the other side of the counter.

The kiss was heated and needy which made you impossible to think straight. A small whine is emitted from your throat when his mouth leaves yours, as his hand tilts your head back to give him better access to your neck. His hot lips latch onto the exposed skin, sucking harshly with occasional swipes of his tongue to soothe the sensitive, cool skin.

He groans when he hears a satisfied sigh leaving your mouth, knowing that you were actually satisfied. You trail a hand into his hair, lightly fisting the soft locks between your fingers.

"Niko," You sigh, reveling in the feeling of his mouth and glorious tongue working against your skin, as his cold hands slide underneath your top, making you silently gasp.

His hands hook around your thighs and he lifts you up onto the counter. He stands between your legs and you wrap them around his waist, pulling him in closer. Your hands caress the sides of his cheeks and you bring his face back to yours, sealing your lips over his in a hungry kiss.

He let's out breathy whines once you grip his hair to deepen the kiss. His hands wraps around your waist a little aggressively and he pushes himself against you.

He breaks the kiss, his lips still ghosting over yours, "I missed you." He rasps and hums, tracing your jaw and his thumb lingers on your bottom lip. He teasingly runs his lips against yours and claims your mouth in a languid kiss. Niko traces the tip of his tongue over your lips, patiently waiting until you willingly part them for him.

A soft moan is coaxed out of you when his tongue glides over yours, your extremities burning for more. You run your hands up in the back of his neck, your fingers curl into his messy locks. His hand falls from your face, curving over your hip, down your backside and gripping the flesh of your thigh.

"You are driving me crazy. You seriously have no idea," He says out of context and you laugh breathily, flicking his tongue with yours.

His open mouth finding your neck, sucking, biting, and his hot mouth nibbling down to your chest, a rumble sounding in his chest as he reaches the cleavage exposed in the white silky pajamas you were wearing to your bed.

"How was everything? You know– shit– you know your boys and everything." You manage to gasp out, tightening your fist in his dark hair.

He let's out a devious chuckle, lifting your leg with his hold on your thigh and hitching it around his hip. Raising his head, blazing brown eyes meet yours, head cocked.

"It was torture." his teeth graze your neck, your pulse leaping underneath his mouth, emitting a low hum from him.

"And why is that?" You question trying to get a rise out of him since he never really liked going into detail whenever he needs you desperately, breath hitching as he playfully bites down.

"As I said, I really missed you." he replies, kissing up your throat until his mouth seals over yours. His hand flexes around your thigh and you feel his hardness press into yours, your throat, triggering a moan from swallowed by his fervent kiss.

You gasp into his mouth and he hums, grinding into your hips slowly. His intimate touch makes it impossible to form a coherent thought and you groan, breaking the kiss.

Opening your mouths to each other simultaneously, Niko groans deeply, tongue stroking yours. You nudge your thighs apart, pulling him in as close as possible even though the only thing separating the both of you were your clothes. He runs his large hands over your clothed thigh, gripping the flesh of your thighs.

You use his dark brown locks clutched in your fingers to pull his head back, peppering kisses down his throat. His Adam's apple bobs and you slide your tongue over it, hearing his breath catch. "Fuck." He says under his breath, desperate moans falling from his lips.

He breathes through a half moan as you suck hard. He pulls you back up to meet his dark gaze, "How about we take this to my bedroom?" You tilt your head.

"You don't have to sound desperate, schmuck." He replies. You roll your eyes with a smile, Niko smiling and sending you looks that was far from innocent.

And the night ended up with his needs being satisfied.

What if... It's a continuation from my ask (where we meet Razor first before everyone), and Razor is just confused at the patrolling knights near Wolvendom constantly asking him if he have saw 'the impostor'

Tbh he just shakes his head. Who tf is the impostor????? Wtf is an impostor???????

Many question marks later..

He had encountered an epiphany (not really it's just the Springvale ppl talking about someone copying the creator's looks).

The 'Impostor' they have been searching is you.

But you're not an impostor! Razor knows it! Andrius knows it! And with how the nature and the monster responded to you, Teyvat knows it too!

So like the good son he is, he sheltered you even more severely.

Ur not allowed to go out of his sights at this point (he'll still take you to places with many lampgrasses if you still wanna make a crown w it)

And my imagination ends there, do you think there's something else he'd do?

Abt how the Great Architect would succumb to a long slumber somewhere else in the vast universe after making the planet.

And when the time is right, they will reconnect to Teyvat, and awaken, and descend in a mortal form

(like the archons)

..but the kicker is nobody knows wtf they look like bc:

1. All that lore is hella crumbly and old, and very hard to translate

2. Mortal forms sometimes look different than god forms, so even if they did know some defining features of the Creator, that wasnt guaranteed to be them...

Surprisingly enough,

Diluc is the first person to actually recognize you.

Razor had been subtly steering u away from Mondstadt for 3 weeks now, ever since yall talked to the Springvale locals

An u cant say u didnt notice, but u werent rlly stopping him

You wanted to be like Venti, chillin among the ppl regardless of ur powers, not the Raiden Shogun :/

And maybe shock some ppl who dont know ur a god like him too lol

Diluc had been looking around the lesser patroled areas of Mondstadt to search for the Architect

He didn't even need those incompetent knights to tell him their god had finally descended

He already saw the signs long before Mondstadt

Bc youve been in Wolvendom, the area has flourished over time, more fish in the water, more game to hunt and bigger, crows making circles in the sky despite there being no corpse

And one of the closest places to you,

Is the Dawn Winery.

Diluc's security against Venti began to hold up better, the staff didn't have to clean as much things like dirt or weather damage to the manor,

His hawk had never been faster delivering his letters, he almost thought the little guy had been drugged with something

He patroled Stormterror's Lair, and deep in the woods surrounding the manor that the knights hadn't bother to go into

Afterall, he figured you'd never had a mortal form before, so u were unlikely to fend for urself for very long in the woods lol

so he wanted to find u quick (aww softy :')

He even made a trip out to the Thousand Wind Temple and Dragonspine (he did report that one to the knights, he didn't want Amber, Bennett, or Creator-forbid Klee, being the few pyro users to have to explore it)

Finally, after doing the further away locations, siginificant in history and rich with leftover magic

Diluc figured that's where you might land first, so he saved Wolvendom for last

It would at least let him check on that wolf kid and maybe get to talk to him long enough to ask him if he's seen anything unusual.

The lord of Dawn Winery manor heads into the Wolvendom woods, just as sunset colors the trees...

It was a Friday evening, the sun was setting, the weather was pleasant and it was time for all of the Lupical to come together and eat a big feast!! :)

About once a month, Andrius will come out for a few nights and dine with all of yall

Hes an old wolf give him a break, he takes long naps

So u cook lots of Mondstadt favorites to eat on and a few Liyue dishes too

Razor, ur favorite helper, has helped u finish the last dish and is now romping around with the puppies bless <3

U guys have dragged ur coffee table dining table setup out to sit and eat at

Andrius lets out a not too loud, not too quiet howl, and as the wolves, Razor and you lmao join in

Yall dig in, bones flying everywhere, spagetti noodles flingling around, it would put toddlers to shame lol

Diluc hears a howl that is too... big to be a regular wolf.

It filled the air of Wolvendom like no howl before it, as he used the glowing lampgrass to help light the path deeper

He sneaks past a hilichurl camp or two, all fast asleep

He scans the woods, and figures he'll search the woods besides the path after he gets to that old stone carved pit-

Food?

Diluc sniffs the air, and squints deeper into the forest

The black branches shade the way ahead, but just barely... he can see the flicker of orange and blue light?

He summons his claymore, bracing it on his shoulder, and creeps into the treeline to better hide him

You swear to god (dammit swear to.. you??) someone is watching you.

You look around the piles of fluffy doggos, happy and stuffed full they r slowly forming puppy piles

Andrius is finishing his meat platter, also sitting on all four legs on the ground

Razor is splayed on his back beside you, eyes closed, his feet sticking out the other side of the table, u chuckle at him

But not a single Lupical seems to be looking at you.

Gulping down your last few bites, you scan the treeline

U refuse to be that bitch in a horror movie where their gut says smth is off and they brush it off or barely look at their surroundings

Turning around to the treeline behind you, u see something... red fur?

U sit up some more, peering over the bushes at the bottom of the trees

You meet a pair of warm brown eyes, widened like they're just as shocked to see you

As u notice his familiar red high ponytail (but also not?? Its weird going from 2D to 3D and still recognizing bitches)

U peer down at his chest, as he carefully stands out of the foliage-

That familiar star shaped button that u can press for the character menu screen, the same thats on Razor, on Benny, on Fischl, on Lisa-

Hovers over Diluc's chest.

Diluc is in the bush, observing the human(???) stranger (he really doesnt want to attract the attention of that.. giant spirit wolf thing)

The figure sitting at a ... table?? (He can barely process all these absurdities at once, hes only got so much brain space)

Has sensed his presence, and as he grips his claymore, ready to demand answers,

Razor startles, and jumps up, smelling the pyro user, he summons his weapon-

The figure locks eyes with him, and all he sees is gold.

Diluc drops his claymore.

aquarium (ccg universe)

words: 1,605 ship: austin butler x reader summary: (anon request) “ ccg and Austin request with luci where ccg is at work for the day so Austin has to look after luci and they go to the park and play together and stuff and it’s just rlly sweet but then luci falls over and austin makes it better” warnings: none notes: thanks so much for reading! appreciate ya’ll :) slightly different than prompt request but same vibes! tag list: @killerqueenfan, @karamelcoveredolicity, @elizabethrosecresswell, @gigisworldsstuff, @stylespresleyhearted

There are not many times in which you find yourself busy and Austin stays home for the day to watch Luci. It’s a balance and trade off, for sure, but you’re a writer—there’s less chances for you to have to go in to work unless it’s table reads or drama. You like to be on set but are less needed when it comes to producers and directors, and you’re completely okay with that. It allows you to be home and present in your passion all at the same time.

You just feel lucky for the most part that you and Austin aren’t working on projects simultaneously. Don’t get it wrong, you do love that this whole writing thing has worked out for you. It’s just…with today, the only thing you hate is that you’re missing is that Austin is taking Luci to the zoo.

To be clear, you don’t exactly blame this decision—you and Austin had been planning on taking Luci there for a while now, she’s been learning all these animal names and noises and is super excited at treating the entire trip like a safari of some kind. When you get called in to work unexpectedly, you’re not about to ruin that trip for Luci even though Austin offers to go another day.

It's fine, there will be other zoo trips for sure, and besides,

“Work will definitely go a lot smoother if I got cute videos to look at while dealing with actors and script changes. I’ll be in a zoo of my own making.”

Austin smiles a little, rubbing the back of his neck, “Just doesn’t seem fair to you.”

You hum lightly, moving to place yourself on his lap as he sits on the couch, wrapping your arms around his shoulders, “What’s not fair is canceling this trip on Luci because I have to work.” You smile down at him as his hands slide up and down your thighs, “Besides, she’ll have more fun with you anyways.”

Austin rolls his eyes, squeezing your hips, “Don’t even say that.”

Smirking, you lean down to press your foreheads together briefly, “I might be able to show up for the tail-end if I get everything in order. Something to look forward to.”

You can tell Austin isn’t one hundred percent satisfied with that answer but because you’re willing to do it that way? He sighs and nods, hooking his finger underneath your chin to draw you into a kiss.

It’s not that Austin doesn’t think the whole zoo trip isn’t going to be a great day, he knows it will be (and it is), it’d just be more complete with you there. He sends copious amounts of videos to you as he and Luci make way through the zoo, pausing at different enclosures. He’s only recognized a handful of times by fans and all the interactions are decent, respectful of his space with his daughter. And his most entertaining reaction is someone asking ‘Is Y/N here too?’. He says no but snaps a selfie with them to text you,

Austin: got fans askin’ about you Y/N: priorities :)

Luci does a lot of investigative adventures with every animal she visits, so ready to ask questions and copy their sounds as much as she can. Very entertaining—he’s got an entire album collection of it at this point.

Right before the aquarium part of the zoo, Austin carries Luci into a gift shop on his shoulders so she can take a look around. Her arms are kinda tight around his neck every so often, but he doesn’t mind, holding her by the shins as she leans one way or another to point out stuffed animals to him.

“I think we should get mom somethin’.” He picks her up off his shoulders and holds her against his chest, her legs wrapping around his upper torso. “What do you think?”

Luci grins, that big cheesy one that always makes him chuckle, “Yessss.”

“Alright,” He presses a kiss to her cheek, “Which one?”

He picks up a few animals as they walk—a cow, a seal, a lion, Luci seems to love them all, but she doesn’t settle on any of them. Not until he picks up a panda, however, that one she reaches for instantly, squeezing it to her chest. He smirks, playfully tugging one of her pigtails that she has in because he’s gonna need that to check-out.

As they head out of the gift shop, if Austin had to guesstimate, Luci’s got about another good hour in her before she starts needing a nap—he hopes you’ll be able to make it before then.

You don’t exactly rush your time on set, but you’d be lying if you weren’t paying attention to the hours and minutes creeping by. You give yourself a limit in order to work everything out between directors and actors, knowing exactly when you should leave. It’ll be fine, you know it, and they can always call you back tomorrow. At the end of the day, it’s for the people on set to figure out—you can only give so much guidance.

The last series of texts and videos that you got from Austin were right outside the aquarium and you hope aren’t too late. While you love the updates? It’s nothing compared to seeing it in person.

Making your way to the zoo, you quickly park once you get there, paying for a ticket and making a b-line for the aquarium. Running a hand through your hair, you take a look around, everything covered in a soft blue light from the reflection of windows and water—has to be one of your favorite places to visit. When you were in high school, you wanted to work in an aquarium, become a marine biologist or something. God, if younger you could see you now.

You smile a little, rounding a corner and walking up a ramp, knowing the best way to do this is to start from top to bottom (best way to view the aquarium in your opinion). You’re about to text Austin when you turn a corner and see them, pausing to observe. Austin looks utterly beautiful underneath the soft blue waves of light, his eyes even a crisper shade than usual because of it. He’s standing against one of the glass windows with Luci in his arms, watching as she points out fish that swim by.

He grabs one of her hands at one point, kisses her knuckles, and then lets her go—talking with her about jellyfish, manta rays and sharks alike.

You swear your heart swells twice its normal size.

Austin turns a little to look behind him, mostly at the people who move past, but his gaze flutters up and he notices you. Always has been able to find you in a crowd. He smiles a little, offering a small wave even though Luci hasn’t seen you yet. He leans down and whispers in her ear and Luci brightens as she quickly turns around, squiggling to be put on the ground.

You can’t help but chuckle as Luci takes off in a sprint when she’s free…and then completely spills out by tripping on the carpet. This is definitely a typical occurrence, still trying to find her sea legs.

“Oh babe,” You say as she gets herself up but starts crying. You know it’s mostly out of shock rather than pain but Austin is quick to scoop her into his arms again as you approach.

“Quite a wipeout.” He says fondly, checking her hands and knees just in case she has any scrapes. Her tears are big and slightly dramatic as they roll down her cheeks, lower lip wobbling as she gulps air, “Hey, hey,” He croons, gently bouncing her against his side, “You’re alright, not a scratch.”

Austin makes a big production of kissing the back of her hands, blowing small raspberries into her forearms until she giggles. He’s really good at that, you realize, making her laugh. It just seems to be Austin; he always knows how to make you feel better too, even without trying very hard.

“There we go,” He smiles a little, “Want to give mama what we got her?”

You raise your eyebrows, “You got me something?” You smooth your hand through one of her pigtails, waiting for Austin to hand her the bag. Luci excitedly reaches inside and tugs out—

You gasp, reaching for it with bright eyes, “Oh my goodness! What is this?”

“A panda!” Luci exclaims, clearly very proud of the purchase. “See? It’s got spots momma.”

You let out a soft laugh because, of course, how could you have not known that? Austin grins and takes the bear for a moment, having it kiss your cheek. And then you can’t help but kiss him—far too quick but just enough. Luci reaches forward, interrupting the closeness between you and your husband, wanting to be held by you.

“Okay,” You laugh, taking her into your arms, “What do you want, troublemaker?”

“Fishies!” Luci declares, pointing over your shoulder, wanting to go see.

“Fishies?” You ask, grinning with a squeeze, looking over at Austin before moving forward, “What about jellies? Seahorses! Sea urchins—see any of those yet?”

Luci shakes her head but she’s definitely ready to explore. You set her on the ground and she takes off running again, eager to accept another adventure despite tumbling a few minutes earlier. You smile, your hand finding Austin’s effortlessly as your other holds onto the stuffed panda.

You’re so happy you didn’t miss this day.

Okay, I have a really big question… I know a lot of people ship Alejandro and Noah but I must ask, what made you start shipping them? Why do you think they’re great together??

Short answer: They look cute on screen together and i enjoy shipping Alejandro with everyone, its just Noah tends to be the victim i choose most bc i like drawing him

Long answer:

I have a bit of a bias towards Noah since as a kid he was one of the only characters i remembered consistently and during my rewatch of WT i rlly vibed with Alejandro so when i entered the fandom and saw the ship it rlly clicked for me. I tend to ship characters for their potential interactions, aka if i can think of fun scenarios they can get into outside the show then i enjoy the ship heaps more and smth abt that super-hot-and-talented-but-secretly-dorky Alejandro x could-not-give-less-shits Noah gives way to some very interesting dynamics. Plus they have good conflicts, especially since they seemed pretty okay during Newf and then come London shit hit the fan and i love having character conflict before they romance.

basically theyre super fun to play around with and honestly i was pretty happy they were popular. Theyre not actually my fav ship but alejandro is one of my fav characters and i love drawing noahs hair so thats why i draw it so much

GMMTV 2024 Part 1 roundup :)

it's been a day, i've had some time to gather my thoughts, so i wanted to get them all down in one spot. (Only really gonna be talking about the shows I plan on watching, in order that they were announced!)

1. We Are the series

aka ALL my favourite couples in one show ahhh 😭😭 i was so happy when the trailer started, you mean i get winnysatang marcpawin pondphuwin AND aouboom all in one??? i wanna be a bit cautious seeing it's directed by p'new and i'm not a huge fan of his work, but i'm super excited for this regardless :] looks like a cute romcom à la futs, which i rlly loved <3 i WILL be hyping this up no matter how it turns out :D

2. Only Boo!

rookie leads !!! strong msp vibes with this one (which i'm not opposed to at all, and i'm pretty sure is what they're trying to emulate) it looks rlly cute?? i know keen is from proj alpha so at least i'm not worried about the singing/dancing for once 😅😅 and we get aun in the side cp!! and louis dance role!! honestly this could turn out rlly good and i'm gonna tune in to at least the first few eps :)

3. Peaceful Property

The second tay slapped new in the face with the sandwich and jan instantly had her camera out, i was 100% sold. but fr, i love horror comedy and ghost stuff, and we get it with taynew + mook and jan!! all the dynamics look like so much fun and i already know i'm gonna enjoy this a lot

4. My Golden Blood

OH MY GOD THIS SHOW i went for a dinner break during the performances, then came back and was planning on just quickly skimming through the livestream to catch up. well, the first 20 seconds of the trailer played, and once i realised what was happening (JOSSGAWIN BL HELLOOOO????) i had to pause and faceplant on my bed for a solid 5 minutes to process it. vampire series would have already had me hooked, but jossgawin??? looking super gritty?? mond evil vampire moment?? neo with a baseball bat (in his sand era🤨)?? gawin my fav in another lead role??? Also the bloody kiss !!!!! guys i'm dead i'm literally writing this from the grave (hoping to meet my own hot vampire guy) Basically i dont care if the cgi's a bit questionable or if the story's cliche, i WILL be eating this up, be ready for it to be my whole personality

5. Kidnap the series

OHM!!! my day one!!! 😭😭 so he was hanging out with leng a couple months ago and i was wondering ahaha what if...? AND NOW !!! WE ACTUALLY GOT OHMLENG !!! i'm rlly happy to see him back to bl, and i like how he stars opposite lots of different ppl (just like gawin). The concept actually seems rlly interesting + more mature, leng is gorgeous and seems like a good actor, and the tied hands sleeping scene totally had me sold on the pairing <33 also ohm squared siblings !!! i rlly like ohm tpk :) and PAPANG WITH A GUN WOOOHHH i said i needed more papang on my screens and my wishes have been answered 🙏🙏 i'm gonna be so annoying about this show as well once it airs ahjskdjfh

[5.5. special mention: Summer Night]

gmm knew Exactly what they were doing with those first 30 seconds 😭😭 i was rlly getting hyped up for a dunkphuwin show but ofc it was too good to be true <//3 not gonna be watching this, but i'm still holding out for a joylada poly show at some point... pls gmm 🙏🥺🥺

6. Wandee Goodday

Okay so I saw the GreatInn lore a couple months ago (guys pls read it here it's insane), and i didn't think too much of it because it did seem kinda random, BUT HERE WE ARE WOOOHHHH this show looks so good??? Great with braids <3 ployphach <3 podd homewrecker era <3 mature bl with adult characters <3 directed by golf tanwarin <3 and even more good things!! also i have no idea what the song in the trailer is but it goes so hard, rlly suits the show. i'm all for this pairing and the whole show looks like so much fun Also thorfluke!!! (thor out here collecting all the flukes - thorgawin for 2025??) loved the situp scene and i'm rlly vibing with this pair <3 another show that will be all i talk about once it airs

7. High School Frenemy

God what is that name 💀💀 definitely one where just a literal translation of the thai name would have probably been better names aside, sky and nani !!!! i rlly liked sky in some other shows, and i'm loving the tension between the two. lol i had ohmsky and ohmnani on my gmm24 bingo, i guess we just got it without the middle man 😂😂 also i see they're pulling a double savage with the bromance toeing the fine line of bl hajskdj honestly i don't mind that at all, i think sky and nani have good chemistry and it doesn't seem like there's a random female side wedged in for drama. also so many of my favs as side characters, i'm happy to see them <3 overall, i'll probably watch it if i'm not too busy when it's airing (or just bingewatch it after)

8. My Love Mix-Up!

Gem4th series announced last, who's surprised lmao. this looks very cute!! i know nothing about the source material, but gemini and fourth are great actors, and i trust p'au's directing. i was hoping for something a bit more mature for them (like heartliming was) because i think they're so good in those heavier scenes, but i rlly don't mind this either !! i've been on a kick for less high school bls lately though, but i had the same thought for msp and that ended up being one of my fav shows of all time, so i'm not gonna go into this with any preconceived notions :) gonna tune in for this, no doubt gem4th will serve like they always do

Overall, i was rlly pleased with the lineup this time around. Lots of shows i'm rlly excited for !! a bunch of my favs didn't show up even once which... yeah, but i'm holding out for part 2 🤞🤞 :)

TUA SEASON 3 FINAL THOUGHTS

- I rlly liked Luther this season and I get why Tom said he was fun to play, bc honestly he was just a lovable idiot the whole time. I love him and Sloane Idc they were cute young new love and it looked like they needed that. Also w/o the the ape genetics man is still huge

- I loved the exploration of Klaus’s powers and while I’m upset it happened away from the group it was nice for him to get that development. I’m sad there was no Dave follow up. I hope they use him more

-Diego and Lila were a fucking roller coaster but I actually enjoyed it. Diego is a great fucking dad even if Stan wasn’t his kid I liked them interacting also he’s a little instigator lmaoo he’s ready for a fight and i stan

- Allison i’m disappointed in. There were times I understood her and there were times she needed to be slapped in the face. I think while she was dealing w/ her very recent trauma and old trauma I don’t like the way her character arc was written bc it made her appear selfish but i did love the arc and im supporting this slow decent into villain life…i support badasses

-Viktor is trying his best. I don’t think he should have lied to the rest of them abt Harlan but also Allison didn’t have to kill him. I loved him and Luther’s brotherly bonding.

- LET FIVE RETIRE. Man is just done w/ this shit and honestly i feel like one good conversation where everyone actually listened to him shit coulda been done

-The Sparrow academy for the most part are just loveable assholes. Sparrow Ben was a dick but also like just needed a hug and validation which honestly is what they all need. Also call me Luther bc I would kill for Sloan i love her. I’m so sad the other members were underused especially Marcus like wtf man was fine asf and was there an episode.

- Reginald can catch these fucking hands. Honestly he himself was an emotional rollercoaster and i found myself trying to trust and believe him but i shoulda known he’d be an ass in every universe

- There are scenes that just ugh like the karaoke scene or just episode 8 in general was just nice to watch

- THE ENDING!!! Many questions very few answers..when is season 4 cause like I need

Hi!

I just want to say thank you for creating my dream game I started playing it today and it’s what I’ve been looking for in a video game for such a long time so thank you 💖💖💖

I was wondering if it might be possible to have a demo for the game in the future? Some of my friends want to try it out first before they decide if they want to buy it (I’m letting them play on my switch so they can do this), but if someone doesn’t have a friend with the game they might not want to risk it.

I also wanted to ask about how multiplayer works as I’m a little confused. Is it like Stardew Valley where you can create a shared farm and you and your friends can make new characters to play on it together? Or is it different? (Btw it’s amazing that people on PC and on Switch can play together; I love this feature).

I’ve seen some people make suggestions in your asks about game features in possible future updates and wanted to share some things I’ve noticed whilst playing so far, but please ignore this if you’re not taking suggestions! I wanted to mention these just in case, but if you’re not taking suggestions that’s totally fine as well! 🌸🌸

1. I’m not sure if I can do this or not so this is more of a question than a suggestion, but can you change your name? I accidentally made my name my switch username which is fine because I like my username but I originally wanted to use my actual first name aha. Also being able to change names and pronouns would be really nice for people transitioning who don’t want to restart the game :D

2. This is random but if there’s ever plans to expand the face marking options, could there be one with just the starry freckles without the crescent moon on the forehead? It’s a small thing, but when I was choosing I was like ohh I’d love just the starry freckles ✨✨✨

3. When playing the game on switch (I don’t know if it’s different on PC), I wanted to name my house ‘Rose Cottage’ but there weren’t enough letters so I had to name it ‘Rose Cott.’ which is fine but having more letters would be rlly rlly nice 🌹

4. All the characters I’ve encountered so far are so interesting!! I was wondering if more of them could be romanceable later on? I kept meeting characters and being like ‘oh my friend would lovee this character’ and then realising they’re not on the romance options list. It’s not a big thing as I think the options that are there already are good, but it would be cool a thing to add. I think some of the store owners seem really nice like Rosalind 🌷

5. I love collecting clothing and furniture and bugs and fish and flowers: all that stuff and I’m soooo happy with how many options Fae Farm provides but I’m also a crazy collector, so more can never hurt. It’s not something the game needs, but if there was a DLC or something like that, more stuff is always fun!

Sorry this is so long; I’m just so hyped about this game and can’t wait to play more! I’ve had to take a break cuz I was playing it solidly all morning lol.

This game has come out during a rlly stressy time for me as I’m starting university next week, so having this to get cosy when I’m winding down from all the overwhelming new stuff is rlly rlly amazing 💖💖💖💖💖

Yes, you can create a new world for multiplayer or simply invite friends to your farm! It's purely invitational so no random people, and once the hosts leave players will be kicked off the host's island. You essentially create a new character when you join a multiplayer farm! If you host, you're still in control, but players can affect things like resources (they're shared) and side quests that include romances!

We love taking in suggestions, we'll answer below!

1. I’m not sure if I can do this or not so this is more of a question than a suggestion, but can you change your name?

You can change your name on https://account.phxlabs.ca/ and that will act as your display name! You can also change your main username on Switch if you haven't created a Phoenix Labs account, but once you create a PHXL account it will be your primary name!

I love this, we can definitely pass along the desire for more facial markings!

There is a character limit, we will pass this along!

4. All the characters I’ve encountered so far are so interesting!! I was wondering if more of them could be romanceable later on?

We definitely want to introduce more romance characters! Merchants most likely will not be romanceable characters, but we'll never say never! I like Rosalind too 💞

This is a very good question! Fictional!Matty doesn't really have a lot of free time - he starts working very early in he morning, and usually is teaching later into the evening, so he basically just goes back into his sad little apartment and showers (and maybe eats something) then face plants into bed and sleeps (when his back lets him) just to wake up and do it all over the next day. On his days off he can still be found spending time with the horses and checking up on them, as well as reading. He really enjoys Mass Market Mystery/Thriller novels and the occasional Western and has gotten himself a library card.

Thank you so much for sending in this ask!! We only really see Fictional!Matty from Fictional!George's point of view so it was a lot of fun to think about what he's up to when he's not being obsessed over by Fictional!George lol

i was wondering if you had anything in mind for balder in the dh timeline - like did he die or is he just an absentee father or something (sorry if that was answered in the fics and I forgot abt it/no pressure to answer this if you dont rlly care:3)

First of all - OF COURSE I CARE ! ! ! THANK YOU FOR ASKING ! ! !

Secondly - this was not answered in the fic, and is an excellent question. So let's see if I can answer it without rambling. (EDIT: I could not so putting my answer below the cut,,,,,sorry oomf)

We need to start with some context. In the DH universe, the group of clans situated in the desert are the largest gathering of witches in the world, but they aren't the only ones. Thousands of years prior to our story, there was no collective Umbra or Lumen society like we see in Bayo canon. There were small groups of people with magical potential who made pacts with angels and demons as a means to gain power and influence.

However, a significant portion of witches ended up in the desert and began fighting for control of the area, because it held a lot of magical potential (the Valley of the Queens, which Cereza visits in Ch 4, is a great example of this - the desert has a lot of pockets to Inferno and it is the easiest place in the world to commune with Infernals and make pacts. Yayyyy.) Eventually, the Left Eye passed on to what would become the beginning of the royal family (Cereza and Rosa's ancestors) and that person along with their clan managed to wrangle control in their favor, and called a truce between all of the various desert clans. Each clan was allotted their own section of land to tend, with its own unique ties to Inferno (this is why each clan bonds with a specific kind of demon!!!) and agreed to live peacefully. If anyone tried to get out of hand, the royal family with the power of the Left Eye would keep them in line.

Eventually, the clans settled in to what you see them as in DH - various groups of witches who have their own customs and beliefs, but defer to the royal family to settle disputes and make decisions for the whole of the desert. The desert Umbra ended up becoming notoriously insular - witches were free to leave their clans and the desert as a whole to travel, but most chose not to. The royal family was also picky about who was allowed into the desert because of the potential issues it could cause.

Enter Balder. During Rosa's reign as Queen, Balder and a small contingent of Lumen request permission to meet with the desert clans - they have met other desert witches who left to travel, and wanted to form bonds of friendship. Rosa, against the advice of her council, allows Balder and his Lumen permission to enter the desert and they become guests of the royal family for a handful of months. (The reason Rosa allows these weird ass men into the desert is because ISABELLE is actually very interested in other cultures, and Rosa is hoping the Lumen will bring news from outside the desert that Isabelle will find cool/fun/etc. This whole situation is what leads to Isabelle's death however - Rosa's guilt over this is SOMETHING ELSE. Oof.)

Balder is immediately smitten with Rosa, of course, and spends most of his time trying to woo her in court. Mind you, Rosa is madly in love with Isabelle still - but Isabelle has deemed a relationship between them impossible (please read THIS FIC by Wilma for more context on Rosa and Isabelle) so Rosa allows herself to be charmed by this odd man. They begin a very quiet affair over the course of a few months. Balder falls in love - Rosa doesn't. But they get along supremely well, so it is a nice distraction.

But while Balder is interesting and charming, the rest of the Lumen are......not. Unlike the witches who are very insular, the Lumen are NOT. They actively travel spreading the word of Jubileus and recruiting humans to their religion (aka the most gaudy missionaries you've ever seen). But they also see humans as inherently lesser to them, since they have no magical potential and cannot see the angels themselves.....and thus treat them like shit.

The small contingent of Lumen traveling with Balder have a handful of humans with them, and it is clear very quickly how terribly the Lumen treat these humans. Most of the desert Umbra haven't interacted much with humans, outside of saving them from dehydration at the ends of their territory and sending them home, but they are for the most part HORRIFIED at the Lumens blatant disrespect.

After a few months, there is an incident where an Umbra watches a Lumen strike their human companion. When she attempts to intervene on behalf of the human, a fight breaks out, and all three of them end up dead.

Now, mind you, the witches in the desert rarely die. To angels on occasion, but in most clans there are witches who are thousands of years old. And each clan is pretty small!! So for a witch to be KILLED is a huge deal.

There is an immediate uproar, and Rosa makes the executive decision to ban all Lumen from the desert permanently. The Lumen want to fight, but Balder as their leader respects Rosa's decision to prevent more bloodshed. Balder himself is not particularly cruel and is indifferent to humans, but he has fallen in love with Rosa (who wouldn't?) and is starting to see from her perspective and rethink the way the Lumen lead their lives. He leaves with the Lumen peacefully, heartbroken.

THEN SHIT HITS THE FAN. To keep this part short - essentially some witches disagree with Rosa's decision, and want the Lumen to be allowed to come and go. They crave the power Lumen have over humans, and long for the outside world. Pretty much everyone else agrees with Rosa's decision though, so this relatively small group of witches break away from their clans and incite rebellion, attempting to dethrone Rosa so they can change how the Umbra are led.

All this conflict is happening while Rosa is pregnant. She realizes shortly after Balder is sent away that she is pregnant with his child, and decides to keep it - she needs an heir, and wants a child..... Balder has no clue Rosa is pregnant when he leaves.

Rosa gives birth to Cereza, and the conflict ends a few years after Cereza is born. Rosa never tells Cereza who her father is - witches can reproduce magically, so no one KNOWS that Rosa was fucking Balder and had his kid (lmao) they just assume she decided to have a child on her own. (Jeanne, for example, was a magical birth. She has no father. Just Isabelle. RIP Isabelle though.)

The only people who know about Cereza's true parentage are Isabelle (dead) Rosa (dead) and ......... ZAHRA ! ! ! She knows fucking everything, for better or worse.

Anyway. In the intervening years between Balder leaving the desert and the events of DH and Bayo 3, Balder embarks on a mission to restructure the Lumen. The Umbra prioritize clan and loyalty and respect, and his time with Rosa basically prompted a change in heart where he realized "damn, maybe abusing humans and our power over them in the name of a gracious goddess is not very cash money of us." He and a growing contingent of followers change how the Lumen lead (whether through peaceful negotiation or murder. You know how it is.)

Eventually, he returns to the desert, hoping to begin for forgiveness and prove that the Lumen have changed (and hoping to rekindle his romance with Rosa, whom he has carried a torch for all these years).

But now Rosa is dead, and Cereza is Queen. Cereza ends up hearing him out because Zahra makes some vague comment about Rosa once trusting him, and he alone is allowed in the desert for a short time. He doesn't know Cereza is his kid, and she doesn't know he is her father. They do grow close, and end up forming a kind of friendship - Cereza refuses to trust the Lumen as a whole because of, well, everything, but allows Balder to visit every so often on his own.

Zahra watches this all happen and says nothing. Cereza and Balder become close and never know the truth of each other. Yayyyyyy

Anyway! I hope this answers your question, and I am so sorry for rambling. I just feel like it doesn't make sense without the context :') I am not sure if I will ever write something with Balder in the DH-verse, but he is alive! And well! Just heartbroken!
