Dropping my Undergu Empire OC before tomorrow, when it's revealed the whole empire was just those five weirdoes all along or something.

Anyways, her name is Caprikon and she's a recruiter and an instructor for the Undergu Empire's army.

She doesn't usually directly attack weaklings but, unlike Minoton, it's not out of some sense of honor or anything like that. She simply doesn't feel like they're worth going all out if they can't put up an interesting challenge.

Regardless, she finds amusing to humour them, pretending to be more on par with their abilities, just so she can watch them build themselves up and then inevitably crash once they get way too over their heads. This makes her appear kind and friendly, especially to younger recruits, even though she's usually condescending and deep down doesn't really respect them much.

When she finds strong opponents she's more than thrilled to actually throw hands herself though, and you know she actually respects someone when she doesn't hold herself back.

Meet Solam! She’s a quantum physics major who joins Wild Ventures after her classmate Gab (Gabbro) talks her into it. She’s excited and ready for adventure!

Some Facts:

Solam uses a text-to-speech device as well as sign language; I’m not sure if she’s mute or has trouble speaking or something else, but she gets by well enough.

She plays piano! She brought a keyboard from home and set it up in her dorm room as soon as she could.

Her favourite animals are goats :) Some of her other favourite things are science, mysteries, and learning.

Solam is fairly tall and has a habit of walking on her toes.

update since I haven't really used this blog for a fair while: I've just this moment finished all the patch 3.4 quests! Through some rather extensive repetition of roulettes to get adventurer in need bonuses, I was also able to push Dark Knight to level 70 (though honestly some of my DPS jobs aren't that far off of that either) - which means that I now have every job (or at least class) in the game, as well! ..This absolutely does not mean I will be using all (or even most) of these jobs, but it's a nice feeling to have them all there and unlocked anyway.

Trying to reconcile gameplay with the story of my self-insert (who I'm playing as) is sort of not always very easy, but it has still been neat to go through the game for myself and whatnot. The jobs I have played the most are Black Mage, Machinist, Summoner (at least to begin with - I haven't been able to touch it for a while), and Dark Knight, plus Weaver and Botanist in terms of non-combat jobs. I also set up a free company thanks to a friend of mine's help, which I've made so that friends I've been playing the game with can join it if they want to (and if/once they get the full game), so the current aim is working towards ranking that up and maybe getting us a house even though I'm slightly intimidated by how housing works in this game ^~^

It’s hard to explain but Neil has seven evil ex arcade rivals that Stacey has to beat up in order to be able to go on arcade dates with him.

ive been working these past few months on trying to like.. every time im in a good enough mood and i go outside i try to notice whenever i see someone who has like a beautiful face or great hair or a great look and i briefly stop them and give them a compliment right, i feel like its one way i can do a little bit of good for other peoples days and it helps me practice social skills and be less paranoid about other people. its always went well but one person today seemed clearly annoyed and just said "thanks" in this like, frustrated tone (felt like she was verbally rolling her eyes) and now im :( .. its dumb to focus on that bc she prob was just having a bad day or thought i was trying to hustle her or whatever, and i complimented like 10 other people who were all happy and smiled and all so it shouldnt matter, but now im just going to focus on the one time it went poorly and feel insecure lol. anyway something wrong w me
