Honestly my heart goes out to those people who can't bring themselves to do their school/work tasks because they're crushed by how intimidating it all feels. Or those who do their best but can't shake off that terror as they're doing it. Or those who kinda come close to ruining their professional lives because their inner fictional world is much more comforting than the real one, but still do their best to not let everything fall apart.

Like you know you've got tons to do. You know your success - heck, maybe your livelihood- is hinging on it. But you just can't. Everything is so intimidating and you're trying to get yourself to move, but your fictional world will comfort you and tell you that you're awesome, while the real will punch you down and it's up to you to stay afloat because if you drown, it sure as hell won't help you.

A lot of the way we've structured this world is scary. I just remembered that post about the modern world being built on denying human limitations and fuck is that an accurate post. And now with the current state of politics/society/whatever Gen-Z are n for a scarier time.

If you're putting off answering that email, if your hands are shaking and you whisper meek encouragements to yourself as you type, if you're thinking about the comfort your fictional world gives you and that makes you sad because why the hell can't the real world be like that? My heart goes out to you. You're not lazy, stupid or trying to skirt by 'real work'. You're just torn between survival and its difficulty and I'm so proud if you manage to finish the intimidating task even if it's not perfect or you were scared while doing it.

* you were a skilled fighter who worked for zuko in season one. Zuko was, the worst (tm) but as he warmed up to the crew he warmed up to you. He was impressed by your skills, it started w asking how you learned and the you started talking regularly

* you were funny! Once, ONCE zuko even laughed at your joke! He never allowed himself to do that before. He didn't admit it, but you were a rare light spot in his days aside from Iroh

* you got injured badly once during a fight w the gaang, and Zuko helped you back to the ship himself, making sure to check up on you later. He blamed himself for your injury. While he thinks you're asleep, he talks to you about his past.

* then, he gets banished. He expects you to go back to the fire nation, work for another admiral, your skills could take you places, but you don't. You insist you're coming with him. He fights, he yells, he tries to tell you he doesn't even like you, when that doesn't work he says you get caught eventually.

* "I'm not leaving you, zuko."

* Zuko.exe has stopped working.

* Why do you care about him? Why do you care about him enough to leave your whole country behind?

* he tries to be cold to you in the hopes that you'll leave, you'll be safer without the traitor to the fire nation alongside you. But you stick around.

* and by the time You, Zuko, and Iron make it to Ba Sing Se, it's worth it. You and Zuko go on walks and grocery trips and laugh together, and Zuko almost feels like he could do this for a lifetime

Sooo I'm bored at work and just had a thought. Now somebody correct me if there is such a thing as this I am unaware of, BUT...imagine if you will with me: Creepypastas but with tickles. Lemme 'splain. So I'm sure most of us know of Mr.Creepypasta and his content yada yada yada, it's like a little podcast thing of him reading horror stories right? NOW, picture if you will.. a podcast/YT channel/whatever listening platform kinda like MCP's but it's tickle stories instead of horror stories. Different voices from the same VA/ different VAs, suspense music/etc. I know we got audios and stuff on here full of teases and whatnot which are awesome, but I'd absolutely love to listen to tickle stories while cleaning hallways vs horror stories (literally just listen to MCP while I work lol). Just a thought, okay bye yall.

I’m so fucking sick and tired of the homophobes in the stranger things fandom assuming that Mike would be disgusted by Will’s undying, unconditional, genuine and pure LOVE for HIM.

THIS IS MIKE LOOKING AT WILL. Do you not see how Mike shines around Will? Mike looks at Will so adoringly, Mike adores Will so much and he would NEVER be disgusted if Will told him that he’s in love with him.

I can’t even imagine Mike looking at Will with hatred or disgust. Because that’s just not possible. Mike has told Will how much he means to him by just saying that Hawkins wasn’t the same without him. And how he feels like he’s losing Will… again.

If Mike were to hate Will for loving him, he would definitely lose Will for good… Do you think Mike would want to lose Will again and for good??? OF COURSE NOT. He literally HATES the thought of losing Will.

Remember how Mike reacted to the painting??? That boy was breathless and glowing and all because of Will.

I feel like if Mike knew that the painting was all from Will. (The meaning, confession, and love behind it.) his world would stop and he would have no choice but to go to Will, and hug him while never ever wanting to let him go.

I don’t know about you guys, but THAT painting is the key and the biggest hint for me for Mike reciprocating that same love that Will shows.

That HEART on Mike’s shield is a very BIG hint to me. Mike being the heart to Will, will never change and I’m pretty sure that, to Mike, WILL is the heart to him.

Mike wants to feel needed and Will needs him.

Will thinks Mike won’t ever love him, but he does.

They both love and need each other.

Just please acknowledge the importance of the chemistry between these two characters. Because TRUST ME, you’re going to feel so over the moon after season 5. I’m talking about, ENDGAME.

whenever im out in public wearing technoblade merch, i have a fun game i like to play with strangers called "quit telling everyone i'm dead!" /reference. they see my shirt and ask "technoblade? whats that?" and i say, "its youtuber merch. hes a youtuber." and do not explain further, knowing that they will inevitably google him and find out.

actual techno fans see my shirt and say "i like your shirt" or "cool shirt" and i say thanks as we exchange a knowing look.

Ooooh and- ok let me cook- during the chase episode reader fights Azula with Zuko and Azula meets you for the first time and is fascinated in that very Azula(c) way where she's like "why would someone as skilled as you throw all your opportunities away for someone like him?" And "do you really believe your friends? He'd ditch you in an instant if it meant father would take him back" and reader keeps ignoring her and fighting her and then when everyone corners Azula she electrocutes you (partially so she can distract everyone and escape like in the show, and partially to see how Zuko would react, like would he really pass up a chance to capture the avatar to help you? And ofc he does)

Oh my god the angst potential? The slow burn potential?

Azula sees things as transactional, so when Zuko chooses to stay with someone just because, it doesn’t seem like something she’d really understand. Azula would just cut her losses if someone was injured, but Zuko wouldn’t. Not after that redemption arc.
