1. the most literal possible interpretation of the english dialogue. deals with the idea that in the crucible era all was one and one was all, with no singular lifeforms or ideals. in this case the crucible knights and others tied to the crucible would be retroactively paying tribute to an age they did not experience
2. post-stew. individual lifeforms did exist, but actual thought and will as humans would think of did not. the elden ring equivalent of dinosaur times. crucible knights idolize these beasts’ uncomplicated strength, but still did not ever experience the era themselves
3. post-dinosaur times. both individual lifeforms and free will existed, but separate societies did not. all are one in the sense of there being no discrimination, war, organized religion, etc on account of survival still being the number one priority. the elden ring equivalent of caveman times. it’s possible crucible knights and the like did live then and are just really, really old
4. self explanatory. something that came before the elden beast and the greater will, but was equal in terms of technological and societal advancement. could possibly relate to the giants, the helphen, the deathbirds, etc. if the present day lands between are ancient greece, then the crucible era is minoan civilization
5. the crucible existed under the greater will, but only during placidusax’s reign. the idea of “all are one” can be interpreted here as being about beasts rising to the same level as humans rather than everyone starting out equal in the first place. when marika changed the ring, the crucible era ended
6. the crucible era and marika’s rule overlapped, and the crucible only ended once the erdtree stopped producing sap and things started going to shit. the end of the era could feasibly coincide with events the game directly tells us about, such as godfrey’s induction as elden lord
Pre-owned items often carry the energies of their previous owners, and in some cases they may not even be energetically clean. Additionally, items we own can be exposed to negative energies that attach to them. Below are ways for you to cleanse them:
1. Wash them with running water, but only applicable if they are fine with water.
2. Smoke them with sage.
3. Imagine white light washing over them.
4. Call your spirit guide, your High Self, or an angel to cleanse their energies.
5. Cut the energetic cords between the objects and their previous owners. You can do it by imagining cutting a cord with a pair of scissors, a knife, or a sword. Alternatively, you can summon Archangel Michael to help you.
6. In some cases, an item can have openings that allow negative interferences from other realms to enter our world. The symptom is that the energy remains negative even after repeated cleansing. If this situation arises, ask your High Self to seal any openings.
Varamahalakshmi Puja in 2023 will have seven key components. These include a sacred puja altar, a Lakshmi Devi statue symbolising the goddess's presence, flower and fruit offerings, lamp lighting, mantra recitation, rituals and prayers, and invoking Goddess Lakshmi's blessings for prosperity and abundance.
"Anything you cannot relinquish when it has outlived its usefulness possesses you, and in this materialistic age a great many of us are possessed by our possessions."

I've been here nearly a month now (!! how is it 4 weeks already!) and I have still only unpacked and set up one (1) altar (because it is dresser-top, and therefore very easy to recreate). Once upon a time this would have really distressed me but now I'm basically like "eh, we'll get there when we get there."
It's been surprisingly difficult to figure out how to arrange all the furniture, and thus, the horizontal spaces for altar stuff, now that I have enough space that I have Options. Plus I keep finding I need some of those horizontal spaces to set tools and shit down on while I unpack and do various other setting-up tasks.
would that i could do things in the correct order but instead now i’m thinking about and wanting to develop the religious lore of the unnamed tragedy. of which i have only written the forward. and don’t know the actual plot of.
This is kinda personal and very much playing with the implications of the localization/Japanese diaspora but do you think Manfred helped Miles set up a tamaya (altar) for Gregory because I really do and I think it was the most perfect tamaya every conceived
