Warning : this is just about a personnal opinion and not an attack on shippers or people who love the characters, please ignore it

You know sometimes like everyone I have NOTPs. Ships that make me sick or angry (and whom I will never harrass anyone for of course, the hate of the ship is just on me). Sometimes because I think they would have been better with other people or with no one, or because I disliked their dynamic, etc, various reasons

But other times I will also hate them not just because to my POV the relationship is lame or straight up toxic a bad way (because I am guilty of ships that are toxic but tp my POV a good way if it makes sense), but also because even as separate characters I can't stand them, find them hatable and I would ship them with the very shovel I'd use to bury them

So much that I have 3 categories of NOTPs whose characters I don't like :

1) I HC they discover they are so tasteless to each other and themselves and the feelings were so fake they break up (personnal example : Marichat/Ladynoir/Adrinette/Ladrien ; they are the same fucking people WHY 4 SHIP NAMES) ; something often happening too for NOTPS of characters I do like seperately so I can have them be friends instead (personnal example : Red X Silver)

2) they are so lame and devoid of chemistry and development they stay together because I won't bother with it and in a way they are so borinf as single characters that they do belong to each other in a way, usually I also mainly hate the ship for the people who form it anyway so I just want to put them together in a corner and not look at them again (personnal example : Korrasami)

3) I hate the characters, their dynamic and their ship SO much that while hating the ship and wishing it didn't exist at all, I still in a way sadistically headcanon they will be AWFUL to each other and start hating each other and be abusive to each other but out of pride stay together, like me going "you wanted them sooo much ? Well now you got them. No refund" it's a way to vent whenever my dash is full of them lol (personnal example : Stolitz)

Bonus) there is even a variation that mixes the first and third in which I don't hate both, only one, but the other one I minimum kind of like and FEEL PITY FOR choosing the other still becomes miserable with the other they ended up choosing but stay because "b-but they did say they love me..." and I end up feel so bad for them that the venting sadism turns into a HC of them finally being helped into breaking up and moving on to a better life and seeing how awful the other was (personnal example : Catradora)

Danganronpa: Junko x Mukuro, Shuichi x Kokichi and Kokichi x Kaito

The first one goes without saying. They're sisters. It's incest. Gross. The last two are fujo bait and toxic asf and I want nothing to do with either. They're both - especially the former - the Straight Person's Gay Ship, you know what I'm saying?

Persona: P5MC x Futaba and P5MC x Akechi (Contains spoilers for Persona 5 (Royal))

You could easily compare the MC's relationship with Futaba as familial since they're technically surrogate siblings. So yeah, no. And the second one. Hoo boy. I honestly could rant for hours about this one, but I'll keep it short. Akechi states in canon that he hates the MC. He tries to kill the MC and his friends. Multiple times. Why do people ship this?

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power: Entrapta x Hordak and Adora x Catra

Entrapta is a pure science bean and Hordak is a genocidal tyrant. My girl deserves better. And I'm probably gonna get death threats for this, but I don't like Catradora. Adora and Catra have chosen their sides, and while I do believe Catra is capable of redemption, I don't think a relationship with Adora is what's best for her. She's been abused for too long by people she associates with Adora for any relationship to be healthy.

Steven Universe: ???

I've been sitting here for awhile and I honestly can't think of any ships that I don't like

Pokémon: Ethan/Kris/Lyra x Silver and Alain x Mairin

I dislike these ships for the same reasons: In canon, the GSC protags are around 10 or 11. Silver is 16. That's too big of an age gap for me. Like I said, it's the same for the latter. Mairin looks no older than Clemont and Alain looks like an older teenager. Plus it's implied that he sees her as a little sister more than anything else. Skip.
