Let's be honest here- once Naofumi got his name cleared and Motoyasu stopped being in so much denial about the truth- Naofumi became his personal therapist. Aka it means the 'yep. Oh, that's sad. Uh-huh' from Naofumi, but he gets free food as his payment. Motoyasu always just talks about how he feels he's never good enough, always messes up and feels like he wears a mask (aka deep ass shit) and Naofumi's just like 'DAMN this bread GOOD. Anyway, yeah continue Motoyasu.' I think it is their entire dynamic. (Then they end up together. Naofumi actually starts listening. But he don't give a shit in the beginning of it all. He just wants BREAD.)

Some fan facts about the four heroes in my rewrite of trotsh:

Motoyasu:

- He is half Finish-half Japanese. I like the idea of Motoyasu being a natural blond so he has to get the genes from somewhere.

- He is ambidextrous, though he favours his right hand.

- He has excellent memory and can learn things very fast if he wants to. I think this is kinda canon considering he learned the Melromarc language in just one day.

- He can speak four languages: Japanese, English, Finish and French (five if you count Melromarc's language)

- He majors in linguistics

- He is really into fashion and wanted to major in fashion but his mother shut down the idea rather quickly. Too many girls in that major .....

- He knows how to sew and cook (he is an average cook)

- Although he is very flirty and doesn't mind the idea of having a girlfriend he does not want to get married. His parents marriage is proof enough that it doesn't end well for either parties.

- He is a certified himbo

- He is a people pleaser and doesn't like making others upset.

- He trusts women more that men.

Naofumi:

- He is a very relaxed and lay back guy

- He knows how to read people and acts accordingly.

- Used to take care of his younger brother when his parents were at work so he has a soft spot for children.

- Just like his brother he has anger issues. He learned to control his anger over the years and even helped his little brother with his.

- He is generally friendly but his introverted nature make him seem unapproachable.

- He is rather distant and may seem a little cold to strangers but once you get to know him he is a the sweetest guy ever.

- His parents were so busy with work so he basically raised his brother.

- Learned how to cook for himself and his brother since their parents were barely home. He is an excellent cook and always tries recipes from different cuisines

- Just like his father he has a talent for the trading business. Because of that he majors in international trade.

- H is e also very good at gambling and knows how to manage money. Thankfully he reserves his talent for card games with his friends.

- He has no idea how to talk to women his age so whenever a girl approaches him he becomes a stuttering mess . He can talk to them normally if they are close friends or talking business.

Ren:

- The most antisocial person you will ever meet.

- He is autistic.

- He noticed that people treated him differently and not in a good way. Because of this he became really closed off.

- He puts the 'Too good to talk to you" persona so that people will leave him alone.

- He found solace in video games and spends most of his times in his room.

- He doesn't know he is autistic, he just thinks that people dislike him for no reason.

- Although he loves his parents and they love him back they have no idea what is wrong with their son and they can't seem to understand his problems.

- He has a bad reputation among the students for being the "creepy-quite kid". The teachers don't mind him,he is quite and has pretty good grades.

- He has no idea he is autistic.

- He really loves cats. His parents noticed this and bought him one. He named her after his favourite video game character and has been his close companion ever since.

- He is extremely blunt and people don't like that. That's the reason he has only one friend.

- He finds it easier to talk to people through the internet. He has a lot of online friends and they even have a discord chat together.

- His only friend is a senior girl from his school. They met at a comic con and became friends after they realized they liked the same anime and video games.

- He started to have a crush on her and fell in love after she defended him from her friends who thought he was a weirdo.

- He became heartbroken after she moved away and vowed to never get close to anyone ever again.

- After that he became more cold and intolerant of people.

Itsuki:

- Lives with his mother in an apartment complex.

- His father always told him to protect his mother and stick up for the little guys and he took that advise very seriously.

- He is being bullied for being a late bloomer and for his feminine features.

- He always defends other kids from bullying and isn't afraid to throw a punch. Because of that he gets into a lot of trouble.

- He has a talent for archery. He found out during gym class and ever since he took part in competitions and tournaments to earn some money and help his mother.

- He has dyslexia and isn't aware of it. Because of this his grades are not the best. He doesn't tell his mother about his problem because he doesn't want to burden her.

- He is very flexible and pretty good at gymnastics.

- He gets frustrated rather easily and can lose his temper quickly.

- He will either think things through or act on impulse, there is no in-between.

- He really likes animals and feeds the strays very often.

Well that's all I have so far. Perhaps I "ll make a part 2 or give information about their allies,who knows?

HUMANS ARE SPACE ORCS AU

Naofumi woke up in a cage confused as his head spins from dizziness. He tries to remember what he was going before blacking out when he saw creatures of different sizes look at him frighten. He observed them to guess that they were talking but he couldn't understand what the language was, it sounded like english but in reverse mixed with pig latin.

A growl sound could be heard as he looked embarrassed since he was starving as fruits were sitting out. Grabbing the fruits, he took a bite as the taste of pineapples and watermelons as he made a happy noise trying not to devour the fruit.

//A wip for now cuz I got overwhelmed by my brain

After finishing the fruit, he looked up and saw two tall humanoids. The first looked to be female but he wasn't sure as large antler like horns were on her head, long blue hair on top of white scale like skin that had a layer of what seems to be retractable fur with a broken long tail but he couldn't figure out what its true from was. She seems to be made from gems with scared bumps bruises and cuts along her body and her hands were scared with claws for fingers. Her sharp sea green eyes held fear, curiosity and caution as her plump soft purple lips were spread thin.

Look away from her, he notices a peacock like male with dragon wings and a parrot tail. He seems to be very multicolored with red head that was connected to a human like face, golden eyes with slit pupils, kissable red lips and elf like ears. His body seemed to have fur like a wolf.

Hearing footsteps, a group of tall coaches with with alligator tails and croc snots holding trays of fruit and sloppy joe like poop with water bottles into the cell as the female grabs some fruits while the male ate some of the of the slop

I need more people who know about the FF game with Prompto to read and then write crossovers with Rising of the Shield Hero.

Rising of the Shield Hero is a story where 4 boys from alternative universe versions of Japan get isekaied to a specific country to stop the waves in which a bunch of monsters appear and more and more monsters appear and fuck shit up until the boss monster is offed.

The 4 heroes each have a different weapon that are supposed to be divine. The bow hero, the spear hero, the sword hero, and the Shield Hero who can't do any damage :(

The 4 heroes aren't allowed to team up because they won't get as much exp to level up if they do. The weapons literally tell them that

The first three think the world they've been summoned into is similar to a game they've played in their original world- and kinda treat it that way.

The shield hero never played a game similar to it and because he has no knowledge of the world he's been kidnapped by - the other 3 were seconds/minutes away from dying Shield was just reading a book and was in no way shape or form in any danger- none of the adventures that were summoned to join one of the heroes would join him except one admittedly pretty girl who turns out to be the eldest princess of the nation and frames him for attempting sexual assault one day after joining his team. The other 3 believe her even though the claim is clear BS. And because unlike the other 3 the shield hero isn't worshipped everyone except 1 guy who can't give the shielder much help believes her and hates him. He ends up buying a child slave who's from a race that's humanoid but has animal features and ages up based on their level so she's a 10 when he buys her and then she levels up she looks 18.

The better Wikipedia summary is:

Naofumi Iwatani, a Japanese youth, was summoned into a parallel world along with 3 other young Japanese men from parallel universes to become the world's Cardinal Heroes and fight inter-dimensional hordes of monsters called Waves. Each of the heroes were respectively equipped with their own legendary equipment when summoned. Naofumi happened to receive the Legendary Shield, the sole defensive equipment, while the other heroes received respectively a sword, a spear, and a bow, weapons meant for attack. Unlike the other heroes who are fully supported by the kingdom and gain several strong allies each, Naofumi's luck turns to the worse after his single companion, revealed to be the kingdom's eldest princess, betrays him, steals all his belongings, and leaves him devoid of all assistance and supplies after she falsely accuses him of sexually assaulting her.

Shunned by everyone from his fellow Heroes to peasants, a now cynical Naofumi is forced to train as a hero alone while working to make ends meet, until he buys from a slave trader a young tanuki demi-human girl named Raphtalia and a bird-like monster who both quickly growing into adulthood and becoming powerful warriors under his care. As they little by little gain the trust and gratitude of the people with their heroic actions, Naofumi and his companions work together to carry out their mission as saviors as they unravel the mystery of the Waves and the reason why they are a threat not only to their world, but to other worlds as well.

You're probably asking me "FanGirl3, WTF does this have to do with Prompto Argentum?" Well I'll tell you. Rising of a Shield Hero has birds that resemble chocobos called Filolial. They look the same except for maybe color considering the shield hero anime has brown birds.

Anyways if raised by a hero a Filolial can take a human form. And I am a simple girl who wants a Filolial to be named Prompto.

Glorious and I hope someone picks this up

7) To shut them up...

They sit across from each other, feet both dangling from the balcony, looking upon the intricate brick roads and dotted buildings of L’arc’s people. Everything is quiet except for the sound of bugs and the wilderness surrounding the kingdom, the only light being the warm orange of windows and the moon.

L’arc swirls his glass, wine, for the advisor told him off about doing paperwork drunk again; but its always such a pleasure to have these late night talks with Naofumi.

Maybe it was the drink or perhaps the mood, but he takes delight in the way moonlight shines on the ravenhead’s hair, how the stars reflected in those emerald eyes.

“What are you staring at?” Naofumi looks him in the eyes, curiously.

“The moon’s quite bright tonight, but so are your eyes.” Something playful tugging at L’arc’s lips.

Naofumi blinks from that, “Really? Been told they were dull,” he chuckles, “like a villain’s.”

L’arc frowns slightly at that, the way Naofumi looks away from his view, trying to shrink away.

“Whoever made up that narrative is an idiot. I think emeralds, given enough time and effort, would shine brighter than any diamond. You should know that better than anyone, right jeweler?”

Naofumi’s face reddens from the way L’arc’s brow raised and the smirk he gave, god that smirk was something to be wiped off by a slap to the face. Naofumi laughs again slightly, nodding.

“I mean given your skills, your actions, I’d say you’re the perfect hero.”

Naofumi purses his lips, breath quickening for just a second after turning back and seeing those ruby eyes. Those ruby eyes that almost took his life that day during the wave.

“And all the rest of those jerks can go fuck right off if they know what’s good for them.”

His face heats up more, feeling the hand that sets down the empty wine glass firmly on his. The foot dangling a feet from Naofumi’s own, touching the them.

Naofumi takes a breath, “I think you’ve drunk enough, I mean I don’t need all this praise and-” He’s taken, back against a column of stone with ever reaching ivy, another’s body heat melding to his own. L’arc’s hand still planted on his, he pulls his lips away from Naofumi’s, which are still parted after the touch.

“No I’m not drunk, and you do deserve this, so shut up and take it kiddo.”
