do you respond to comments? I try to respond to each of them.

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? Probably Double Vision, an OUAT fic about Belle's possible cursed Storybrook life

What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? It's hard to pick, I try to end on happiness or at least hope, but we rise as we fall might be the happiest

Do you get hate on fics? If I ever have, it's been blocked from my memory.

Do you write smut? Yep! It's a pretty recent thing, though, because it hasn't really been what I was interested in in the past, and just a few ship dynamics in recent years have lent themselves to some very specific smut.

Do you write crossovers? Sure.

Have you ever had a fic stolen? Not that I'm aware of!

Have you ever had a fic translated? Yes! Recently someone translated in silent screams, in wildest dreams into Chinese, and I just got a request to translate Comforts of the Household Gods into Russian.

Have you ever co-written a fic before? Yes, although I don't think any of them are online at this point.

What’s your all time favourite ship? You would ask me to choose my favorite child??????

What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I started a fic like 18 years ago about Jack Bristow and Irina Derevko from Alias years after the show ends (nobody dies, everybody lives, the two of them remain married and constantly bitching at each other) uncovering a plot at their retirement community and absolutely annihilating some mercenaries.

What are your writing strengths? I think I'm pretty good at character voices.

What are your writing weaknesses? Plot. I can do it, but my god does it take a long time to figure out logistics.

Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? Only that I haven't figured out a way to do it that I don't hate. Italics help, I think, even though I know the arguments against them; for languages not in a Roman alphabet, I don't like the anglicization and the correct alphabet looks wrong, I don't know what the answer is there.

First fandom you wrote for? Technically Narnia or Men in Black: The Animated Series, if we're counting fic when I didn't know fic existed; Lord of the Rings I think was the first posted online in fandom.

Favourite fic you’ve written? Oh gosh. I don't think I can pick.

True Love’s Near-Miss (Kudos: 2,691): Henry slips Emma a potion to bring her together with her true love, thinking it’s Neal. It’s not.

The Truth Always Comes Out (Kudos: 2,626): In which Emma and Regina pretend to be dating because it gets Henry back into Regina’s life even without his memories and then find they kind of mean it.

The Senator (Kudos: 1,828): United States Senator Regina Mills meets barista Emma Swan, but DC is no place to be in the closet.

Working Late (Kudos: 1,583): Regina is in her office having a few drinks by herself and sexually frustrated since she hasn't had a good lay since the EF; Emma is patrolling and sees the light on in Regina's office and decides to go investigate.

The Notebook (Kudos: 1,419): Regina finds a notebook in Granny’s that makes her look at Emma differently.

5. Do you respond to comments? i have historically tried to respond to every single one. but i have gotten behind on that and now feel a bit overwhelmed thinking about catching up.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? i actually don't do angst endings much. but it's Sacrifice.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? i mean they all have happy endings. so it kind of depends whether you think marriage or babies or afterglow or whatever is the happiest.

8. Do you get hate on fics? not recently, but in the heyday of OUAT fandom fuckery, absolutely.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? kinda everything. it used to be kinkier than it is now. i have mellowed in my old age, or something.

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written? i keep wanting to write a OUAT/GG crossover where Regina is in the Luke role as crotchety cafe owner. and hooks up with Lorelai, obvs.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? no, but i did re-post my own story under another account in another ship just to see what would happen and a few people thought it was stolen.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?  i don't think so.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? yep, with @rowark: A Recipe for Love, Or: Lesbians and Lasagna 

14. What’s your all time favorite ship? i guess J/7 has lasted the longest in my interest even though i haven't written it.

The Chronicles of Narnia - Comments: It has been years since the last time I read the Chronicles of Narnia. With this in mind, I do have more perspective than I used to and very few recollections of character, so these fics are more plot based than they are character-centric. Nonetheless, I decided to include this section because I really like National Service and I wanted to put in some Narnia crossovers here.

Danny Phantom - Comments: Sorry y’all will NOT catch me reading Batman x DP. No thank you.

Spy x Family - I don’t really read fic for this, but there was this one ficlet so…

OUAT - I had a mild thing for Peter Pan in S3 (as in I have only watched season 3) but him being Rumple's dad kind of gives me the ick, so if OUAT Peter Pan is here, he's probably not Rumple's dad.

Self Promo Sunday

Two weeks ago for self-promo Sunday, I posted my old MC The Last Battle. Journeying the Realms was originally a series set in that universe, but now I have put all of those stories together in one fic. It was a way to streamline my list of fics without deleting any.

In these stories, the Jones family goes on trips - some vacations, others adventures - to other realms. This was written pre-season six, and I imagined realm hopping much differently. Henry’s love story is also different in this, but Jill Pole (yes, there are Narnia characters in this verse!) is one of my personal favorites of my original characters (or, I should say, my own Once-style spin on a Narnia character.) Emma and Killian still have a daughter first in this universe, but they name her Elsa, not Hope, and you get to watch her grow up in these stories. Both of these canon-divergences are not meant as critiques or hate against canon. They were merely written pre-canon.

Summary: Family vacations, fairy tale style.

So, this is my first official post to Tumblr. I’m planning on writing a book story kind of thing here. It’s chaotic, and a crossover for multiple worlds and stuff. There’s no place better to post it than Tumblr, because on one will read it (hopefully).

Some brief background, the story is a crossover between Teen Wolf x Narnia x Harry Potter x Percy Jackson x OUAT x Justice League x Reader. It’s an x reader so that I don’t have to think of a good name for a protagonist.

Anyway, there unfortunately will be smut in some of the shots. I need to practice writing it, as my smutshots are so bland and dry. So, if it sucks, sorry in advance. But I will post a warning before hand.

This thing is on the off chance that anyone reads this, so hopefully no one ever finds my cringy work and I never have to live down the embarrassment of someone I know reads this :)

Hi there, I saw Birthmarks and Long Lost Parents ages ago and the crossover of OUAT and Chronicles of Narnia brings life!!! But I was wondering if you'd ever thought about the Pevensie children coming across this strange land of Storybrooke and what might happen/how might they all react?

So, to be honest, I only saw Chronicles of Narnia (the first one) once, a million years ago in church. I don’t remember anything about it, outside there was a closet and a magical land and Aslan represented God. So, I’m probably not the best person to ask, haha.

Would you ever... write any kind of OUAT Narnia AU?

I once wrote a crossover OUAT/Narnia fic that I may or may not finish.  Haven’t decided yet.  I don’t know if I’d AU it.  Maybe if the right prompt bug bit me.  Thing is, there’s not a lot of romance in the Narnian chronicles (unless you squint, and trust me, I have a zillion headcanons about Aravis and Cor in case you were wondering) and I’m primarily a romance writer, so AU-ing it is tricky.
