never actually thought they could make the youtube app worse but look at that.

i literally have the tallest phone known to man yet i am physically unable to see any of the channel's most recent/featured videos in favor of an algorithmically picked pool of videos in this new For You column.

and before you had the entire bottom half of the screen vacant in terms of input - meaning you could very easily swipe right to get to the Videos tab. the part ive marked in yellow here is literally the only space on screen you can do that now.

theyve made accessing THE VIDEOS TAB on YOUTUBE an active nuisance.

So I got to know that Amazon app store doesn't let you delete apps that you have published !! And now I can't even update my old web apps there !!! I have 7 apps in Amazon app store and I want to remove them because of poor developer experience of Amazon, but get this?!! They will not let you even remove apps. To get it published you have to dance to their drums!! To get it removed you have to dance to their drums!!! I HATE AMAZON !!!

So after fighting for months to include an ad banner in the game I've made I suddenly realised that for a first time project it was...not worth it at all? :'D

It's a silly little text based game that I made to fiddle with phone input (like gyroscope and compass). I WAS going to publish it on google play but I made the mistake of submitting the ad version first, and now Google don't believe me when I try to say I removed ads from it TT even worse it won't let me delete the ad version I already submitted. So until I resolved that it's just available on itch.io

It's an android game, from what I tested it looks low-key ugly on tablet but still works :') small victories

Xamarin app

I want to make a to do list mobile app with C# xamarin so I made a new project and immediately got terrified because there were so many files and directories already made and it was kind of overwhelming 😭

I wasn't very productive today, only did a bit of research on which tool to use for the app and setting it up both for my desktop and laptop.

Btw I recently picked up a great book Mistborn which probably most people itrigued by the fantasy genre at least know about. The way it's written is realy a breath of fresh air after reading a TON of chapters of the Re:Zero web novel which is great but the english translation is dreadful especialy with me being a non-native to the english language.
