Marvel Two-in-One #62 (Gruenwald/Bingham, Apr 1980). Part of me understands the necessity of humbling Moondragon. Since she arrived, everyone hates her haughty, arguably delusional attitude. And yet I’m not sure Ben giving her a spanking was the best way to teach her humility. Honestly I’d think it was hilarious if this didn’t affect her at all and she just doubled down on believing she was a god.

Dragon 157 (May, 1990). Cover by Jerry Bingham. Which is the same painting as the Buck Rogers XXVx RPG box set (which you’ll be seeing here in a couple weeks, in a weird quirk of timing). There is a palpable lack of enthusiasm in this issue, which celebrates all things Buck.
