"THE IMPORTANCE OF UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE"
THE HOLY SPIRIT’S WORK IN JEREMIAH: God’s call and anointing upon Jeremiah’s life as a prophet began in the womb. God reveals to Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5 AMPC). This reveals that the…

A Refutation of Conservative Bible-Thumping in Regards to Abortion
Luke 1:41 is the only New Testament text involving an unborn child, and it's literally just John the Baptist moving in the womb, and any further meaning taken from it would be about a prophet being connected spiritually to the Messiah, not anything about abortion being wrong.
Jeremiah 1:5 is God comforting his despairing prophet who, in the actual context of the verse, was previously wishing he'd never been born. It's not about abortion.
Psalm 139 is praise, in a book of hyms, poems and praises, about God being all-seeing, all-powerful and all-knowing, not about abortion.
Exodus 21:22 is literally a written law about how a pregnant person's lasting injuries/death is more serious and punishable in the eyes of God than an injury causing that person to miscarry. Meaning God Himself agrees that the health and safety of the person carrying the child is more fucking important than a God damn fetus.
And finally...
Numbers 5:11-31 LITERALLY lays out an abortion method used in cases where someone is suspected of cheating. If the Bible was so anti-abortion, why is this here at all? Why would the Bible lay out, step-by-step how to abort, in a process carried out BY GOD'S OWN PRIESTS?
Conservatives love to take the Bible out of context to justify their need to control everyone for their own selfish whims, but always fail to do anything more but take God's name and His word in vain. They're all liars and cowards who worship a bastardized idol of their own arrogance wearing the appearance of God, not God himself, and NONE of them are going to heaven, if just for that reason alone.

Appointed and Annointed
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. Jeremiah 1:5 How do you see yourself? Defeated or victorious? Less than or worthy? Demoted or honored? Jeremiah 1:5 reminds us of our value. Who God says we are. Before we took our first breath, God set us apart. God, who made all things, declares our worth. His…

Verse of the Day 11-11-22
Verse of the Day 11-11-22
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10 Let’s start off with question: How many of you reading this think that you have no gifts and/or talents? If you answered “Yeah sure I have gifts and I have talents and here is what they are…” then you are way ahead of most people living in this world.…

"Earlier this year, I preached on Jeremiah 1:5: 'Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.' Anti-abortion protestors, including Christians, have long offered this verse as part of their “pro-life” arguments: they tweet it, use it as a proof text, and use it to sell mugs and T-shirts.
"During my sermon, I told my congregation that nine years earlier, on a cold January morning, I walked into a Planned Parenthood clinic.
"Before you read further, let’s pause: What story do you think I’m about to tell? What assumptions about me or my circumstances did you make? Do you see me as someone with less moral authority than when you started reading? Take a moment to think...."

Congrats Grads 🎈🎈Oh the Places You Will Go!
Congrats Grads 🎈🎈Oh the Places You Will Go!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the photos of kindergartners to college graduates, along with the accolades that you moms and dads, friends and family members have been posting. No question — Graduation Day is exciting, sweet and, oftentimes, combined with fear and trepidation about what the future holds. “Where are they going? What are they going to do? Where am I going? What am I going to do? Will…

1. “The Lord is king. He is clothed with majesty and strength. The earth is set firmly in place and cannot be moved. Your throne, O Lord, has been firm from the beginning, and you existed before time began. The ocean depths raise their voice, O Lord; they raise their voice and roar. The Lord rules supreme in heaven, greater than the roar of the ocean, more powerful than the waves of the sea. Your laws are eternal, Lord, and your Temple is holy indeed, forever and ever.” —Psalm 93:1‭-‬5 (GNT)
2. “Long ago the Lord said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.” —Jeremiah 31:3 (NLT)
3. “I have loved you just as the Father has loved Me; remain in My love [and do not doubt My love for you].” —John 15:9 (AMP)
4. “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” —John 3:16 (NLT)
Friend, God loves you!
You are an “Everyone” in John 3:16. If you had been the only human being on Earth, God would still have sent His only Son to save you and offer you eternal life.
Every day God will draw you to Him with unfailing love (Jer 31:3).
Jesus loves you just as the Father loves Him (and that is a huge amount of love). Jesus said so in The Word of God (Jn 15:9). And Jesus IS the Word (Jn 1:1), so when He speaks, He speaks God's truth:
“In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.” —John 1:1 (NLT)
Friend, God loves you. Mightier than the waves of the sea is God's love for you!
Blessings to you. May you feel God's love for you, a love that is mightier than the waves of the sea. May you remain in Jesus' love, today and always. In Jesus' name, Amen! 🙏🕊️🙌

God looks on the heart is often used as a comforting verse and there is much truth to that but let us remember that if we harbor evil in our heart God will judge that.
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Matthew 5:28
Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
1 John 3:15
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isaiah 14:13
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
1 Samuel 16:7
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Jeremiah 17:10

Today’s Scripture Jeremiah 1:5, AMP “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you [and approved of you as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I consecrated you.”  Today’s Word Before Jeremiah did anything good, before he showed up on planet earth, God said, “I’ve approved you and given you an assignment.” Too often we’re trying to work for God’s approval, to be good enough, strong…
