“Oh my god!” Rhea squeals as she sees you and the baby,Zelia(or your own name),sitting on the couch. You smile as Zelia babbles reaching out for Rhea,Rhea scooping her up giggling. “Hi ZeZe! You excited to see your favorite aunt huh” she says smiling as she walks off with your baby. “Hey Dam,hey Finn” you spoke as the couple arrived(big finn n damien shipper). They greeted you and smiled,noticing Rhea at her vanity with the baby. “Oh I see you brought mini mysterio today?” “Yea,Dom and Vince wanted to include her in a interview today since it’s also my first time appearing back” you responded to Finn,smiling.

“Hey baby you ready?” Dom asked you,kissing your forehead while holding the baby. You fixed your makeup and checked your outfit(matching flannel with Dom,black crop top and black jeans),”Yea I’m ready. Can you check her diaper and make sure she’s ready? I put her outfit over on Rhea’s vanity as well” you told him and he nodded,walking off to go change her. “Can I hold her during the promo? pleaseeeeee” Rhea pleaded,she was the baby’s favorite and she enjoyed holding her. You giggled,”I’ll hold her for the first half,you hold her for the rest ok?” “Ok!” she smiled and looked over at Dominik.

You smiled at your daughter‘s outfit,a mini flannel to match you and Dominik with a shirt to match Rhea pairing the outfit with some black shorts and custom judgement day themed shoes Dominik got for her. “Awww she’s wearing my mami shirt!” Rhea smiled at the outfit,checking the time. “Ok guys we have 5 minutes before our interview. Everyone ready?” Damien spoke as everyone nodded,heading out the dressing room.

The interview

The camera panned over to Rhea and Priest first,you finn and dominik soon appearing. The crowd went crazy when they saw you and the baby,making you smile. “Well hello everyone,today I am here with the Judgement day and the newest addition to the group” Cathy Kelley spoke,the camera panning over to you and the baby. “Yes Cathy,this is Zelia Mysterio.” you spoke making Dominik smile at the last name. The interview went on and you passed Zelia over to Rhea after 2 minutes. Dominik had his arm around your waist the entire interview,Damien doing the same to Finn while Rhea stayed close to you with the baby. Once the interview finished,you all headed back to the dressing room.

After

Rhea sat on the couch playing with Zelia,making you smile. “Ok Lia I think that’s enough of auntie for now,she has a match.” you spoke reminding Rhea of her match in 10 minutes. You took Zelia and went out of the locker room to find the Usos. Once you found their dressing room,you knocked and smiled when they opened the door. “Aye Uce! We got a little visitor” your brother Jey spoke as the other popped up behind him. “Hey lil sis” Jimmy spoke hugging you as you walked into their dressing room. “Hey guys,I just came to check on y’all before I have to go out” you said checking the time realizing you have 6 minutes left. Jey planted a soft kiss on Zelia’s forehead,Jimmy doing the same to her cheek before passing her back off to you. “I’ll see you later ZeZe” Jey said wiggly his fingers at your daughter as you walked off to catch up with the rest of the Judgement day. Rhea won her match while you watching ringside with the baby,letting Zelia crawl into the ring as Rhea picked her up to celebrate her victory.

After the show

You and Dominik headed home,once arrived you set your daughter down to crawl around on the living room floor. You checked your twitter to see your inbox and notifications flooded,most being fans being supportive and excited about your appearance. Since it was the first time everyone had seen your daughter they were excited. You smiled at all of the comments and posted a few pictures of you and the judgement day with the baby. Including the one Rhea told you not to post which made her mad in the comments but you laughed at it. (The picture being her with the baby on her chest as they were both sleeping) You then posted on your instagram story,a picture of Dominik and Zelia playing on the floor captioning it ‘Mysterio Family💕’

Comforting. That’s not the word I’d use for most of my games I love.

(Why did this piece of shit crash this time, oh no a mesh is missing, I can’t possibly continue playing without looking up at which level this Pokemon learns this move, I’m gonna spend the next 5 hours in char gen, because I need to be absolutely sure what I’ll pick, I need to play with wiki open, so I know which quest way to go, oh god another patch, all my mods will stop working, oh god another patch, all my builds are ruined, oh fuck I missed an achievement.)

I think one of the cutest games (though moderately stressful at some bosses, because I suck lol) is Fantasy Life. I wanted this game for years and when I bought my 3ds it was more or less for Pokemon, but also for this game.

The world is super cute, I can harvest things, and stab things with my dagger and I have a lil kitty and... yeah it’s adorable ok. Running around with my lil witch hat and my black kitty and picking up flowers and mining ore and when you hit the vein just ~right~ with your pickaxe you get a bonus and then you return and play a silly little mini game to wave your dandelion fluff into fabric and sew some clothes with it.

I guess the progression can be a bit dull and/or stressful, depending on playstyle, and also a bit of a grind, but I occasionally boot it up just to run around a map and fill my pockets with bugs, flowers, apples, ore and wood.

This probably fails the assignment spectacularly - everything about this game is heartbreaking AND I haven’t actually played it in YEARS. And I never finished it because I got lost in side quest completing before the last dungeon dhakhsdgaks. But I just like... love it so much? The artstyle is 110% my thing, I love how grim it is, and I really like the world. I sometimes just listen to the soundtrack, and I love the companions (not you Durance). It surely has its flaws, but I sometimes look at its little icon in my library and think “I could install this” and it’s making me happy. I have issues I know.

Welp. This was a bit longer than I had planned. Not sorry.

[T:ATBILB ANNOUNCEMENT]

Hello! I hope you’re all having a good day! I just wanted to formally announce that I will be discontinuing To: All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. I’m so sorry, it pains me to actually say this. But I’ve been thinking about it for the past two years and I’ve finally reached a decision. T:atbilb has been, and always will be, my baby; but I can't bring myself to write it anymore.

If anything, I learned something from this. You should never commit to writing a story without a strong foundation. Honestly, I went into tatbilb blind. There are lots of inconsistencies and things I never planned first. For instance, if you had been present for the prologue’s first publish, you might remember that Lei was nothing like how she is now. I don’t know why I suddenly went 180 on her and started making her the villain. Because of that I had to rethink many things and redo several parts that I’d written beforehand. This also applies to the grandma; reading back I realized that she has absolutely no personality and her character was just a random blank canvas I so desperately inserted into the fic just for the heck of it.

Other than that, the ‘burden’ of having an unfinished series under my belt really got to me. Whilst in the middle of tatbilb I have come up with many new ideas for oneshots and mini series (I might stay away from long series for now hehe). And frankly, the constant reminder that I still hadn’t finished tatbilb always loomed over my head and made me feel guilty for writing something that was not an update to the series. Which then lead to this endless loop of wanting to write but then feeling guilty, then forcing myself to write for tatbilb only to stop because I had no motivation. I lost my spark for tatbilb and only got excited at the thought of writing something else.

However, if any of you have questions for how I wanted tatbilb to end or any questions about the characters, plot, anything basically, feel free to inbox me! I’ll gladly answer all of them <3 Maybe I’ll have a lil q&a segment about it, but I’m not entirely sure if people are that curious, though. And if by the rare chance that anyone wants to write something based on this or rewrite it themselves, then just ask too! I’ll give you permission :3

TL;DR: I regret many things about tatbilb and it would be unfair of me to continue to put out something I am no longer passionate about. Sorry.

so the one chicago promos for next week just dropped...

...and i am having Thoughts™️ (pd edition)

so it looks like we're back to talking about blm/police brutality on pd next week which i'm always here for

the first few episodes that dealt with it this season were great, but it's a conversation that needs to continue to happen so i love that they're doing that

i do have a tiny little gripe where i wish kevin's an entire character didn't revolve around this/he could get an episode that's focused on him but allows him to explore other facets of his character

but i'll take what i can get

promo opens with kim showing the others footage of an officer involved shooting that's gone viral

which very quickly escalates into a shot of adam shouting at kevin: "why is me who has to answer for this guy"

which kevin counters with "i gotta be angry, why not you? because you're the good white cop?"

aaaaaaand that's pretty much it for the promo

there's like some quick shots of arrests being made yada yada whatever

i'm really excited to see this storyline play out because it feels like the message they're setting up is of Adam (and the other's) complicity in police brutality

because even in the brief dialogue we get from kevin it feels like what he's getting at that this is always a problem for him - unlike Adam (or the others) blm/police brutality isn't just an issue for him when he's at work, it's something he faces and carries with him every moment of the day, he doesn't have the luxury of going home, and putting this issue aside when he takes off his badge and gun, unlike the others, he doesn't get the luxury of not being angry about this

and i feel like that is such an important issue to highlight, because as sympathetic as the others might be to the blm movement, it doesn't affect them as personally as it does kevin and that's something i think they need to acknowledge but also make an effort to overcome - this isn't something they should passively react to, but rather something they should be actively working to make right, the responsibility shouldn't just fall on kevin's shoulders, and they shouldn't get a pat on the back just for being the "good white cops"

and the reason i keep saying "adam (and the others)" is because i really hope this is something that kevin addresses with the entire unit, even voight, because it feels like with these storylines it's nearly always adam who represents the opposite/other side to kevin, but this is something they all need to face as white cops

of course asking for such a deep and nuanced conversation to come out of a 40 minute pd episode might be asking a lil bit too much but hey a girl can hope, and i at least hope that next week's episode is in the same vein as this mini rant

WWE Royal Rumble 2021 - Initial Thoughts

I know I’m late, but employment is still a thing, and I had to prioritize that over an all-nighter, but it’s time for the Royal Rumble, one of the more exciting shows of WWE’s schedule, so let’s get on with it!

Spoilers for Royal Rumble, you have been Warned

I might not invest too much in kickoff matches but the Women’s Tag Match was not a good time

It was fine before the end, but who the hell decided that Charlotte should control 90% of the champions’ offense and have the hot tag!? Asuka is the RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPION, not Charlotte. After the tag Asuka literally had one spot and she was dead, completely taken out of the match for *checks notes* being thrown over the Announcer’s Table...you know that thing several wrestlers come back from easily.

The finish was just too much too, Ric distraction didn’t work, Lacey distraction didn’t work, Kirufuda Clutch didn’t work but then the brass knuckles did. Too much.

And why TF are we putting titles back on Nia!? We should’ve just given the titles to the Riotts, or the winner of the Women’s Dusty Classic. It also cuts me deep that Asuka and Shayna are treated this way, even as champion Asuka is a side character to Charlotte T_T

Main show though and I don’t like the package and interviews between entrances

Drew vs Goldberg was just...meaningless.

It was cringy enough that Cole had to spout drivel to make 60 year old Goldberg seem strong but to have Drew be ‘injured’ by a barricade spear - something much more tired wrestlers have and will get back up from in less time and continue a longer match - was daft. Also saying that Goldberg’s spear or jackhammer is the best move of all WWE is stupid, it was a WCW thing

Thank God Drew Won, but the post-match does remind you of the meaningless circumstances this feud came about. Suddenly Goldberg is okay with Drew’s same manners of respect

I mean, Carmella’s entrance and gear is cool, but do you think it eats at Corey a little that Carmella’s ‘behind the curtain’ bit is a tad...red light district?

Sasha’s promo didn’t hit for me unfortunately

Reginald didn’t deserve to be ejected for that! He caught Sasha and get beaten up for it

Jesus Carmella! Sasha got barely any of that dive

Screeching and faffing aside, Carmella got a good showing...I do hate quick tap outs in title matches though

Sami cuts a good promo, but his content wasn’t exactly the best. New Day are hardly the management’s faves, it’s taken this long for E to get a singles run, Fans literally had to Yes Movement their way into giving Kofi the world title.

New Day’s Brodie gear was good though

Bad Bunny as the ‘Biggest Latin Artist’? Is Cole for real? I didn’t even know who he was before today

If the song is about Booker T then why is he dancing around GI Bro?

Come on Book, you hang on the Sucka! That’d be like if the Rock just went ‘If ya smell what the Rock is cooking’ without the drags or pauses

Ric’s ‘with a tear in my eye’ promo was after the Rumble though...

It’s actually a sad stat that just over half of the Rumble winners win titles

No Morrison segment for the escape spot!? He did it as much as Kofi dammit!

Hold on Cole, baiting Nia over the ropes isn’t a ‘tremendous elimination’

The betrayal is real for Lana too, Nattie sure shrugged off that double assault

I get that the narrative is that Charlotte has beaten both Bianca and Rhea before, but to hang against both of them after already being in a match and hanging on from two apron attacks was daft. Stop making her super strong, she’s mega talented yes but giving her the Brock Lesnar energy does her no favours

That close call though with Rhea and Bianca was great, need more spots of two wrestlers about to be eliminated at the same time

The final bit of chain wrestling too was great, that’s what you need at the final part of a rumble, the mini-match

I had Rhea as my win prediction but am more than happy for Bianca, who was my second choice. Winning at No. 3 is great and her emotional promo just gets her more over. Bianca vs Sasha’s gonna be wild too

Overall the Women’s Rumble was good, most of the women got shine and there were a few mini stories too, do wish that more time was given to some women and that Sonya was in the rumble but the returns were good and most of the eliminations got me good

Miz talking about guaranteeing a championship run like he didn’t lose the last cash-in and didn’t have a chance to cash in previously this night when Drew was ‘reeling’ from the barricade spear.

I reiterate that I wish Sonya was in the rumble, but do like her endorsement of Bianca

Again, this 24/7 stuff is wrong place and time right now

I didn’t forget about Orton, but the finish was good, that Orton tease got us good

It was a decent rumble, in hindsight you could tell Edge was winning given how they put express focus on Michaels winning at number on in the stat attack, Edge being face in peril for the first 10 entrants and Cole reminding us how long Edge has been in there

I don’t at all hate the end result, though I do question whether it was the best choice in the long run. Edge had his rumble win returning from injury already and throwing more legends at Drew does imply a heavy lack of depth in the current roster. Edge didn’t really need the win, but I’m not disappointed in him winning

The Men’s Rumble itself wasn’t as good as the women’s I don’t think, a lot of favourites of mine were unceremoniously dumped out quickly, any layered storytelling didn’t get enough time and it did feel a little by the numbers, almost a microcosm of modern WWE booking

Overall it was still a decent PPV, happy with the winners of the rumbles and that’s mostly all we need from a Royal Rumble. The Road to Wrestlemania starts here

i know i’m a day late but my health is whack rn and i didn’t wanna do anything except play the sims 4, and even though i kept checking for a spn download link i didn’t find one after 2 hours so i just decided to wait until tomorrow

it’s tomorrow and i can’t say i have much more motivation, but i did just post a new destiel fic so i guess that’s something~!!! let’s do this too maybe, and then i can read fic comments as a reward c:
