Brain rot really but right now I am just craving either dark or fairytale au kind of fics right now. Like those stories that you read when you where young? little red riding hood, cinderella or sleeping beauty and such~?

Like currently I have two original works that are still wips that are based on Cinderella and a casual damsel stuck in a tower where a dragon protects said tower.

But like I am also thinking about the story with Rumpelstiltskin with Zhongli. You are the daughter of a man who lied to the king that you could spin hay to gold and which then leads to you getting stuck in a tower where you would get killed if you cant spin hay to gold. You were crying till a stranger shows up he told you that you and he should have a contract that he would help you but you must give something in return. The first night you gave him your ring, the second night you gave him your necklace and the third night you have nothing to give. (mainly yandere kinda)

How about something like Hansel and Gretel, where you find two small boys eating from your candy house. You were the witch who lived in but unlike the rumors, you didn't eat children. You gave the two boys a place to stay for a while and you found out that their names were Diluc and Kaeya. Cute children really, you let them stay for a while thinking they would leave at some point... except they choose not to. Wanting to stay with you- (platonic yandere)

How about Alice in wonderland, I used to write platonic yandere wonderland au for Naruto but what about a Genshin version? Where they found you so adorable that they want to keep you.

Or a more yandere version where you are genuinely trying to run away because they were obsessed with you, the white rabbit was the one who to lured you into wonderland, the king of hearts wants you to be his queen, the Chesire cat tries to hypnotize you and follows you where ever you go, or maybe the caterpillar tries to make you fall asleep with the smoke of his hookah so that he could kidnap you from himself. (either way really lol)
