Fenton was looking down at Dash with open disdain, and the intensity of that stare in the nerd’s face was chilling.

“What did you see?” The geek asked coolly.

“I-” Dash gulped, and felt his back hit the wall behind him. “I didn’t see anything.”

Fenton looked him in the eye, and Dash was seized by a consuming sense of terror. He felt like he was looking at his very own reaper and an animalistic part of his brain was screaming at him to run away as fast as you can now!, but at the same time all he could think was don’t fucking move, if you move an inch it’s over, don’t you fucking dare move.

“I don’t believe you.”

With these words, Dash felt like he was being sentenced.

“So here’s what we’re gonna do.” Fenton continued, uncaring that Dash was now shaking from head to toe. “You are going to keep your trap shut, not say shit, and I’ll pretend this never happened.” The being that once was his wimpy classmate said.

It wasn’t even really a threat, there was no ‘or else’, Fenton was just stating a cold, brutal fact of life: Dash would keep quiet.

After a long moment of terrified silence, Fenton spoke again.

“I’m glad we agree, Baxter. I’ll see you later.”

#like arrfgggdiakaktmcksmsama this was literally all for me like they knew what they were doing #i love character design i love pokemon i love miku. and then you put ALL THREE TOGETHER.... #i will explain some of my choices here #poison miku is just too good but also i am a big sucker for freaky scientists with constant “worry” eyebrows #her design is just so out there and crazy (this is about the shoes. some understand the greatness of the shoes and some dont. and thats ok.) #every other miku in peak i think establishes their theme exeptionally well especially ghost bug and fighting #for ghost i already love spooky and gloomy looking characters and that miku delivers tenfold (of course shes designed by the GOAT take) #esp with the mix of ghostly and electronic/digital regarding the glitchy parts n the 01 hologram #she looks like shell invade my computer and give it a virus if i dont send the chainmail about her tragic file corruption to 10 friends #(in the best way possible) #for bug miku the big dress is a huge plus but also i just think shes adorable nuff said #for fighting - i love a delinquent character and she fits that really well. the half coat thing is a big highlight for me #also the leek theme is absolutely iconic #for the ones i didnt like as much - i honestly just think the koraidon one is a leeeeetle bit boring #dont get me wrong. it has really cool aspects like the hair and the koraidon like cape but idk #it feels like theres a lot going on but not that much at the same time? its still a really nice design tho esp the hair color #for the ones in yellow tier - i just dont like the color palletes very much . theyre still really nice designs esp fire miku #but all in all these are genuinely all amazing designs and i dont want to be too critical or mean to any of them esp seeing im not a pro #but this was really fun to see unfold!!! cant wait until the songs start dropping #in the topic of miku as well - hey muse dash where's my miku on the switch version.... #please dont make us wait too long 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Excuse me, I hope Im not bothering you, but I have a couple questions on some of the things you would prefer when it comes to the fandom.

When it comes to dark or twisted au's that other writers create, would you prefer something more just a real 'what if' like 'An Interesting Arrangement' from @ribbondee ? Or would you dig deeper into something that would show more of a dark side to the characters like the 'Amnesia' segment from @cartooncadet666 ?

And of course the only other question I have right now (hence why I said a couple questions) When it comes to the art style diversity, what kinds of art have you seen the fandom make and if you have any favorites, which ones do you love the most?

Interesting questions. I have to start off with saying that, ultimately, what I "prefer and not prefer" about the fandom should not be an indication of whether someone's work is good or not, nor should it bar the fandom from creating whatever they want. I have my own tastes and preferences just as much as the next person, and naturally we're all drawn to work that mostly aligns with our tastes/preferences.

Your first question is whether or not I would be more drawn towards an au exploring a character's dark side, or towards one with a 'what-if' scenario. My answer to that is that it depends on the content.

I like both dark au's and what-if au's, it just depends on how well they are written, and sometimes it also depends on the characters. I know this is going to break a lot of hearts, but since Betrayus is not my favourite character, I'd feel less inclined to check out a work centred completely around him in favour of checking out a work that features my favourite characters. This is not the be-all-end-all though, sometimes a work can pleasantly surprise me even if it doesn't have my favourite characters. It really all comes down to writing.

And as for your second question, hmm. A tricky one. I'd say that most of the fandom's art styles are generally cartoonish/2D stylised, but there's a wide swath of diversity within that category. If you show me a list of artworks in the fandom then I can easily point them out and name the artists behind them (at least on Tumblr), which is great because it shows that each artist has a recognisable style. I really don't like choosing favourites though, so I'd rather show you a list of pmatga artists whose styles I really enjoy, if that's okay!

“That’s enough! You have to calm down!” The halfa was telling him, standing between him and the bully, with his hands up trying to placate him.

“He has to pay!” The dead boy growled, feeling the ectoplasm that composed his body shift restlessly as his mind tunnelled, changing his physical shape into something ugly, something bigger and ruthless that felt the same mercy for the bullies as they felt for their victims.

“Oh, shoot.” Phantom looked up, up and up to the monstrous form of the bully hunter, and heard said hunted bully whimper behind him. “You don’t give me a choice.”

With a regretful grimace, Danny overshadowed Dash, and then had him run away and through walls, out of the school and then into the air as Poindexter gave chase.

He would have to find somewhere safe to dump Dash, and then, he would kick Sidney’s ass into not being murderous.
