My version of Selene, the goddess and personification of the Moon by the very talented and good friend of mine @elicalkinsart!

Where as Helios is a jubilant and boisterous cephalopod that unleashes horror beyond human comprehension when the mood strikes, Selene is a poised and regal lioness that watches events unfold on Gaia from her celestial vantage point. She is ironically a lot more approachable than her older brother, mostly because she can empathize with humanity and the current pantheon on a certain level that Helios cannot. That being said, as she and Helios are cut from the same cloth, it’s probably best not to invoke her wrath.

At one point, she fell in love with a young and handsome mortal prince, and began her greatest romance. Selene loved him so much, she would willingly travel down to Gaia to spend time with him, and made him a special moonstone that would keep him well protected. However, their relationship gradually came to an end because of differences (not even an offer of immortality could change anything) and they parted ways. Despite all these years, she still loves him very much, but Selene is happy that he has aged and moved on.

so I have a new au everyone

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR GEAR 5 UNDER THE CUT

I bet you thought you knew what you were going to see down here, right? Nope! It’s Lami with the Sun God Devil Fruit! and in three colours, because I wanted to see all three versions. the first is monochrome, the second is pastel, and the third is regular colour.

how did this happen, you ask? WELL. imagine, if you will, that Shanks acquires A Certain Fruit and realises that it may put a target on Dawn Island if he takes it there. obviously he doses not want to do that, since his newly adopted son lives there. what to do, then? find an island that literally nobody would ever think to go to! and wouldn’t you know it, there’s a nice convenient option right up in north blue. let’s go there right now!

Flevance, meanwhile, has been ‘abandoned’ for a few years at this point. the only person left alive is someone who was hidden during the massacre, but never had a chance to escape: one Trafalgar D Water Lami. everyone else is dead or Law, and the island’s reputation means that no one will go there for fear of catching ALS from the corpses.

given this fact, imagine Shanks’s surprise when he gets to Flevance and there’s just. a fucking child. a little baby child who looks sad and alone and god he’s gotta adopt her right now or one of them is going to start crying and OH FUCK SPIT THAT OUT RIGHT NOW—

so yeah. Lami eats the ‘Gomu-Gomu No Mi’. Shanks obviously can’t leave her here, but it’s too dangerous to take a child intro the New World, so… guess he’s gotta stash this kid with the other one. and that’s how Luffy gains his third sibling and Lami gains two new older brothers and one younger one!

heres the fixed DCA from finders keepers. Moon's hat was beyond fixing due to how trashed it was, so I think Y/N got creative when trying to make a new one. It's a hood that has Moon's hat pattern on one side and red with yellow stripes on the other.

Sun doesn't wear the hood cuz of his rays tho

It's been a couple of days since the Lost Princess's return to Corona. Eugene is trying his best to keep his head above the water and not let his past define his future. Meanwhile, Arianna has watched him from afar. Today, she finally sits him down so that they can have an honest conversation.

At last, I finally was able to get this story done! Big thanks to friends who encouraged me along the way and gave me feedback through various WIPs.

When I first saw ur drawings of the lil moon and sun dolls my brain somhow completely missed the fact that it was apart an au call SMALL HORRORS of all things. Really was over here thinking they were like little brownies or borrowers. Kinda felt like a wack against the face upon seeing the tag for the AU and had to do a double take. I'm even MORE intrigued and excited to see where this goes now, very much on the edge of my seat hehe
