on the way home, just before getting off the bus, got publicly scolded like a child by the bus driver for an easy to make mistake that hurt/affected no one (pressing the button too close before the stop because it's a brand new bus route and it was around a blind corner AND raining at night, so i had no clue the stop i needed would be right there, and so he drove straight past the stop instead), and i apologised multiple times (he verbally STOPPED me from getting off the bus in order to yell at me) while explaining that this was my first time on this bus, but on the inside i was just like 'there is no way you would ever talk to a grown ass male stranger like this, you think it's fine because i'm not a physical threat to you'.

will not be taking that new bus again, which fucking sucks.

Pakistan's powerful army chief has urged the country to leave "anarchy and polarisation" behind as two ex-prime ministers declared victory in an election that has defied expectations.

Today I woke up, had a dull ache in my body and could barley keep my eyes open despite it being past 1pm. I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. I looked out the window and saw such a cute little Robin. It only sat for a few moments before flying away. I was filled with this sort of melancholy feeling, like the little bird abandoned me, but also it was so beautiful as it flew past and I was just in awe of the nature and the world. Like wow, I share this world with this amazing, beautiful creature. What a beautiful world I live in. And then my toast popped up and the fire alarm went off and I couldn’t get it to stop on my own.
