WILL OF CARELESS DISCORD Gen2-ClassA // "Chaos Theory" Superstructure Region - TBN
(add later)
SANGUINE SIRENS Gen1-ClassB // Aquatic Ecosystems Superstructure Region - TBN
Sanguine Sirens is the second-oldest member of the Starlight Reverie group, standing in as a temporary Senior due to the actual one's... unknown condition. Sanguine is really just a sweet individual who genuinely wants the best for the rest of her group. Due to currently unknown reasons, her can is slowly collapsing. As of the current times, the western half of her superstructure has broken down and partially collapsed.
Despite that, Sanguine tries to keep the others hopeful. Even in times of great emotional distress, she keeps her cool and stands in as someone everyone else can go to.
... though, it may not last for much longer.
ENVOY OF MISTS Gen2-ClassB // Comparative Cognition Superstructure Region - Clouded Jungle
Envoy of Mists is a rather timid individual, who primarily studies the mechanisms and origins of cognition in various species in their free time. They are normally busy trying to assist Sanguine Sirens, who she sees in a sort of parental way. The two have a close bond, to where Envoy has been known to lash out at anyone who threatens Sanguine. Usually, though, she hides away in her can without talking much to others.
LIGHTS OF LITTLE HEIGHT Gen3-ClassA // Flighted Creature Biological Superstructure Region - TBN
Lights of Little Height is the youngest Iterator in her Group, though most likely the most mature out of all of them. Lights herself is rather calm and collected, yet also motherly in a way. (add more later)
FAULTY FELINE PHILOSOPHY Gen3-ClassC // Technological Expert Superstructure Region - Mechanical Bog
A chaos goblin of an Iterator, Faulty Feline Philosophy (often just called Fault) is a particular individual whose superstructure is located in the Mechanical Bog. He's well known for his surprising amount of activity in Engineering and Technology chatrooms. He's a weird guy with an unusual amount of knowledge on the workings of Iterator puppets and superstructures.
Fault, notably out of his Group, is most likely the strangest. I mean, you wouldn't expect to see a furry, tauroid Iterator puppet, would you? His main features were stuff he added to himself, much to the dismay of his Ancients. His superstructure was originally created as a hub for manufacturing and holding biomechanical creatures that cannot be transported. He doesn't like purposed organisms though.
SCEPTER OF VULTURES Gen2-ClassE // Geological Research Superstructure Region - The Underdepths
Scepter of Vultures is one of the more confusing Iterators within the Starlight Reverie group. She was created as part of an experiment, in which a selection of puppets were built in a way that resemble certain fauna. Scepter himself resembles a now-extinct species of flighted serpent, sporting a mask reminiscent of early avian creatures as well. Due to how his puppet was built, he lacks legs and instead travels similarly to the snakes of Earth.
Originally, Scepter was a joyful Iterator who would talk your ears off about things such as geology and how micro-organisms have impacted the world. Nowadays, he's much more reclusive and spends his time alone. He is one of the few Iterators with remaining Drones- quadrupedal, masked beings that guard and patrol his can. Because of his reclusive nature, most of the Underdepths are closed off.
BASKED IN GIFTED SUNLIGHT Gen2-ClassE // Ecology Superstructure Region - Fusion Core
Basked in Gifted Sunlight is one of the more confusing Iterators within the Starlight Reverie group. She was created as part of an experiment, in which a selection of puppets were built in a way that resemble certain fauna. Basked herself resembles an ancestor species of slugcat, one that was fully quadrupedal. Compared to the rest of the group, she is massive, and some fusion-based protocols were formerly used for additional power.
She herself is a bit reclusive, rather staying to herself than interacting with others. Basked tends to spend her time studying the ecosystems of different regions, primarily in the Region she calls her own- the Fusion Core. Similarly to Faulty Feline Philosophy, she has a dislike of purposed organisms and prefers natural beings to accompany her.
"THE SCHOLAR" Gen1-ClassA // Group Senior Superstructure Region - Restless Storm
"The Scholar" is the Senior of the Starlight Reverie group. However, the other members are... hush-hush about them.

Superman The Movie: the most super superhero movie ever made
Today, a June 12th, was National Superman day. How this came to be I do not know, (I personally imagine that someone at DC has dirt of Nancy Pelosi or something) but to celebrate I thought I might visit a classc for the very first time, 1978’s Superman:The Movie. And Good god, I’m glad I did.
Superhero films today are a commodity. I’m sure I don’t have to telll you this. They are produced en masse, stuffed into our televisions and cinema screens often at the expense of the success of more original, and often better films. Superman the movie comes from a time before these films were concerned with the next big cameo, or setting up the next Big crossover event-all This film wants from you is to marvel in the fact that a man is flying. A man is flying before your eyes, and this film understands all the wonder and marvel that comes with that. The wonder that a man who can leap tall buildings in a single bound would stop flying to help a little girl rescue her cat. That he would stress the dangers of smoking in an interview, or say stop to say good night. This isn’t a film concerned with maniacs who want to end the world or subverting the genre with some for of psychopathic hero to another, this film fully recognizes how absurd it’s innate concept is-the main villain has a humbling henchman, frequently refers to himself as a genius criminal mastermind, and dresses up in disgust- but also very much sees the beauty in the concept of a man like Superman believing in humanity this kind of examination of a character and displaying the inner concepts beneath the red tights, both narratively, audibly, and graphically-is something that hasn’t really been done before since. Is Superman:the Movie the best superhero film ever made? I don’t think so, but in the degree it believe in its characters, and embraces the absurdity of its concept without losing real stakes, it’s the most superhero movie ever made. It’s very much the gold standard, even decades later.

Hey! So I watched ssos and the swimmer so now I am your responsibility: which classc films (cause I am european💅) should I watch next? Do you have a to watch list?
well, since you’re now my responsibility i’m giving you homework. this is just a collection of the films i like a lot but honestly most of the classic i reblog On Here are worth your time!
a new leaf, all that jazz, the apartment, anatomy of a murder, bells are ringing, brief encounter, cactus flower, criss cross (baby!!! yeah!!!!), edge of the city, indiscreet, it’s love i’m after, murder by death, nashville, now, voyager, private lives, rear window, something wild (the demme one), the sting, they all laughed, trapeze (hive), the umbrellas of cherbourg, victim, who’s afraid of virginia woolf?
editing this to say that i think this is a good primer of like. some decades and different kinds of films i like, but the way i got into classic movies was determining which kinds of films i enjoyed, which actors i found interesting, and just going from there! good luck!

PHP 7: Cool & Exciting Features
Tumblr media
Php community is very happy with the new release of latest release PHP 7. It doesn’t mean that PHP’s old version has not been working properly. On the contrary, some little bit changes in the next version brought many changes to its features. These new changes are about the support of Object-Oriented programming and many features associated with that. PHP 7 beta version was released on November 12, 2015. It has been making technical decisions since then. PHP 7 has taken huge improvement in matters related to speed and performance.
The blog is all about the clearing doubts you may have about what all changes and updates you can expect from PHP 7.
The Zend Engine-
To increase the performance of PHP applications, PHP 7 uses the latest Zend Engine having code-name as PHPNG(PHP Next-Gen). It doubles the performance of PHP.
PHP 7 twice as fast as PHP 5.6 –
PHP 7 runs applications faster in performance as compared to  those running on PHP 5.6. This is because of the new PHPNG engine. According to PHP founder Rasmus Lerdorf, the upgrade means using less number of servers, while still serving the same number of users. The Just-in-time compilation (JIT) is another speed catalyst, which allows run time compilation before execution.
Dependable 64-bit support-
As it provides dependable 64-bit support means no more slow data operations. Due to this, arrays and variables are more ably handled. Applications that require large data arrays will get benefit of it. For eg., Scientific applications, data management, digital media related and CAD-like functionality programs. Performance is increased and this is because of the 64-bit.
New Features of PHP 7-
1. Anonymous Classes-
Anonymous function is for creating the scope to create anonymous class objects, especially in creating one-off objects. Support for this feature has been added in PHP 7.  By using efficiently, they can execute and code quickly.
     //Pre-PHP 7 code-
   Class Logger
     {
        public function log($msg)
           {
               echo $msg;
           }
     }
$util->setLogger(new Logger());
//PHP 7+ code
$util->setLogger(new class
{
     public function log($msg)
      {
          echo $msg;
      }
};
2. Return Type Declarations-
This is another one developer-friendly add-on. Most of the developers prefer declaring the function’s return type. Any type, including objects and arrays can be returned. As a result, the execution works faster and passing control to the line from where it is called.
function arraysSum(array…$arrays): array
{
         return array_map(function(array $array): int
   {
           return array_sum($array);
   }, $arrays);
}
print_r(arraysSum([1,2,3], [4,5,6], [7,8,9]));
/* Output
Array
(
[0] => 6
[1] => 15
[2] => 24
)
*/
3. Group Use Declarations-
This new feature is for those developers who want to use the same namespace to import several classes. Code is relatively neat and it also saves the typing time. Debugging of the code get easier because of the group use declarations. This helps to identify imports that are part of the same module. Example is as follows:
// Pre PHP 7 code
use some\namespace\ClassA;
use some\namespace\ClassB;
use some\namespace\ClassC as C;
use function some\namespace\fn_a;
use function some\namespace\fn_b;
use function some\namespace\fn_c;
use const some\namespace\ConstA;
use const some\namespace\ConstB;
use const some\namespace\ConstC;
// PHP 7+ code
use some\namespace\{ClassA, ClassB, ClassC as C};
use function some\namespace\{fn_a, fn_b, fn_c};
use const some\namespace\{ConstA, ConstB, ConstC};

CBSE Class 10 students can opt for an easier Maths exam from 2020: FAQs
Tumblr media
The Central Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has introduced two levels of examination in Mathematics for ClassC 10 students in 2020 to cater to different kinds of learners. The nomenclature for the two examinations will be Mathematics - Standard, for the existing level of examination, and Mathematics - Basic, for the easier level, according to a circular issued by the CBSE. The present level and curriculum of the subject would continue to remain the same, it said.
According to the National Curriculum Framework, not only would the two levels of examination cater to different kinds of learners and allow different levels of testing, they would also reduce overall student stress levels.
"It is well known that students experience greatest stress before and during their most 'difficult' subject exam," the circular said.
"Keeping in view of this important aspect and as evidenced by the board results, the board has decided to introduce two levels of examination in Mathematics for the students who are going to appear in the board examination for the academic session ending March 2020 onwards," it said. Read More

Simple Works - New Apple Stats - and One Size Does Not Fit All
This weekend I had "Christmas" with most of my family as my brother goes to Florida for Christmas with his in-laws. We bought my nieces and nephews who are ages 8 and under some of the toys we grew up playing. I noticed that these games are often very simplistic.  What does this have to do with podcasting? Becuase sometimes we make things harder than they need to be.
  Because Of My Podcast - I'm Getting to Talk to Some Very Cool People Darryl E. McCullough
Darryl hosts the Full Circle Podcast and helped launch National Podcast Power conference. Daryl has met actors, authors, politicians, YouTube Stars and more. If you want to get doors opened, start a podcast today.
Keeping Simple Is Sometimes All You Need
I spent the weekend playing with my great-nieces and nephew. We brought out some classc board games.
Battling Tops
My entire family ended up playing this game by the end of the day.  What makes it a great game is that it is easy to learn and the action is fast and furious. The tops come out the gate very fast and often one or two of the tops go flying out of the arena. You pull a "string" (now a plastic tie with teeth) and the tops go into what amounts to a bowl and bounce off each other. The last one in the bowl spinning wins. Simple.
Checkers
This is another game that takes very little skill, and you get to the action fairly quickly. It takes some thought and strategy.
Hide and Go Seek
This game requires the ability to count to ten Mississippi. There is suspense, and tension as you wait to see if you can get home without being caught. Here again, it requires a good hiding spot and strategy to determine when you would try to "go home."
I love helping people understand the best path to get to your podcast going in the right direction. There are times when people ask a question and they expect a simple answer, but the absolute truth about podcasting is there are very few absolute truths. The other thing I want to talk about today is letting your personality shine.
So many people make podcasting harder than it is. Don't get me wrong there is still a learning curve, but some time we make the curve much higher than it needs to be.
Sometimes Too Much Technology Can Take the Fun Out of Things
I do a show called "Ask the Podcast Coach" and at one point I had a cohost located in another state, a phone line coming in (with a screen where I could put people on hold and see my callers), and I had a chat room. I streamed it live on Google Hangouts (now YouTube live), as well as mixlr.com and spreaker.com When I started the show I needed eight arms to start everything.
My co-host and I Jim Collison (from theaverageguy.tv) noticed that most of our questions come in via chat. We still offer the ability to join the Google Hangout, but I would say 98% of our questions come in via chat. We also stream the show via Google Hangout and based on audience feedback, only stream via mixlr.com (for those who want an audio only).
Simple Can Work and Sound Great
My friend Cale Nelson from the Modern Christian Men show (and previously Ham Radio 360) got an email from a listener. In it, they said, " You have always sounded great! Better than some national broadcasts/podcasts."
So what equipment does Cale Use? Did he spend thousands of dollars?
He is using an  ATR2100 Microphone, Yamaha MG12XU Mixer, Zoom H2n Digital Recorder. Record Locally to Zoom, then Edit in Audacity.

  What Podcast is the Easiest Show To Create?
26:48
There are a number of formats you can choose from when creating a podcast.
You can do a show with just you (a monologue)
You can do a show with a co-host
You can do a show with a panel
Looking at the above list, one might think a solo show would be the easiest. Why? No scheduling conflicts, no arguments over the direction of the show. You have total control. So what is the problem? You need to be comfortable talking to the wall. It takes a little confidence to pull this off. Michael Hyatt is one of my favorite authors. I read his book Platform every January to kick of my year. Michael has publicly stated that he is not comfortable doing a solo show.
So then doing a show with a co-host is easier? This sounds true up front. You don't have to do all the work, and there is another person to help promote the show.
But you now have the occasional challenge of scheduling conflicts. The more people you have, the harder it is to get everyone together. The solution is to pick a time when everyone knows you will be recording and make a commitment to that time. This is easier said than done, especially when multiple time zones are included, and multiple life configurations are included (kids, jobs, etc).
So again, it depends.
Taking Phone Calls
I think we all grew up listening to radio shows who take phone calls and we want to recreate that scenario. So how do you take phone calls. The answer? It depends. If you are doing a solo show, you can get a Google Voice Number or a Toll-Free Number at Podcastvoicemail.com and plug the phone into a mixer using your headphone jack. Then you can talk into your microphone that goes into the mixer, you plug the phone into the mixer, and send the mix of you and the phone out to a service like Mixlr.com Send the same output into a portable recorder like a Zoom H1.
But what if you have a co-host? What if you want a phone screener? Then things get way more complicated including two mix-minus setups that I won't even attempt to explain it here (it would be something we could do some consulting on).
The bottom line is, "It depends"
Sometimes You Have to Jump In
I bought myself a new 55" TV for Christmas. I brought it home, and went to put it on my old TV stand, and it was too big. I had to buy a bigger stand. Then I went to plug it into my sound bar, and you guessed it. Even though both the TV and the soundbar were from the same company, I needed to go buy a new cable to plug in.
Some things you only learn things by doing them.
If you want to avoid making the common podcast mistakes when it comes to planning your show, purchasing gear, promoting your show, I urge you to sign up for the School of Podcasting or join the Podcasting in Six Weeks Course which is starting on January 6th.

Wonderful intro to Classcs I really like using this book for my newly intermediate piano students who are just beyond elementary, and give it as a gift regularly. The students can practice these themes for recital that come from operas and ballet suites that we can study, and are familiar to their parents. The parents love that their children are learning "tunes" they recognize, and I find that encourages them to make sure their kids get adequate practice time. Go to Amazon
Book is as Great as Intended Exactly what the Piano teacher ordered! what more can I say? Arrived on time with Prime! :) Go to Amazon
The pieces in this book get progressively more difficult as ... The pieces in this book get progressively more difficult as the student moves forward and allow a pianist to dip their toes into classical music without having all the knowledge to play some of the more difficult pieces. Go to Amazon
Loved it Good selection, enjoyable music. Always use Faber, along with Junior Hanon and various Fake Books. Feel it is up to date and covers things in a reasonable time frame. Go to Amazon
Great book My daughter is just entering level 3 piano work and has very much enjoyed this book. She has already played several songs, and we love the arrangements. Go to Amazon
Student favorite This is a favorite book for my students who love classical music. It partners well with the piano adventure book. And I often use it for students who want a little something more. Go to Amazon
Five Stars Very well done & easy for our children to understand. Go to Amazon
Fun times. Just as described. Go to Amazon
Creative arrangements of well known classics for late elementary Five Stars Five Stars I'm a piano teacher and I love the Faber selections great book!! Five Stars Five Stars Five Stars Very good chlice of music Five Stars
