I'm starting to develop an obsession for homemade bread. This is the third loaf I make in a month and a half, and I love every aspect of the (super easy) process, plus, I find it tastes better than bought bread, even in bakery.
And I haven't even started experimenting with different types of flour and yeast! This is just white breae flour and normal bread yeast, store bought. My little trick tho is that I perfume it with herbs, either Provence or thyme and rosemary.
Maybe I'll try a surdough next, now that I've finished that pack of flour abd I need to buy more...

Four of Wands & Ten of Swords
Don’t be surprised if today’s a bit of a roller coaster. Learning to accept life’s highs and lows with grace is a skill, and one you may be called upon to practice soon. Celebrate your wins, mourn your losses, and try to take it all with an equal measure of gratitude. Remember that both states are temporary — what is easy and feels good may be easily disrupted by what comes next, and what seems like rock bottom may be only the necessary ending for the rewards of your next stage to shine through. Either way, don’t give up now. ✨🦇
