I have a really long-standing headcanon about the Witch-King of Angmar being a woman (the timeline doesn't add up but I really want it to be Queen Beruthiel of Gondor, the crazy cat lady - this isn't her). Have some concept art. Non-undead, uncloaked version because it's harder to express a character design when they look like a generic wraith or a nazgûl in a nazgûl robe. And yes, still "The Witch-King" and the "Lord of the Nazgûl."

Hello everyone, Kristin (@thenoldorexile) here!

My website, noldorin.net which was essentially my professional artistic hub, is down for nobody-knows-what-reason; the entire contents of my server vanished without a trace and while I have everything backed up locally it will be a long time before I am able to get my site back up. Not so great. Art is literally the only trickle of cash flow I currently have, and not having my portfolio or commission info page immediately at all times is basically killing me. 

So here’s my temporary solution, which seemed like a great idea because I love Tumblr. However, this is literally like, the worst time for this (did I mention I broke my ankle last week? And I’m incredibly sick this week?) and as a result I am pretty broke, so if you want art, now is a freakin phenomenal time to commission me.  It’s cheap art and I have a really fast turnaround time! Until I can populate my art onto Tumblr, you can view samples of my work at my art blog here on Tumblr, @bangmar​, as always!

You could also visit my Patreon and see some cute little Nazgûl drawings, or  throw money at the gates of Minas Morgul (in other words, at me, via PayPal) for no reason other than you want to make a cranky Nazgûl less cranky.

Meanwhile, enjoy these self-portraits while I freak out about how I managed to anger the internet gods.

AAAAAA OW OOF MY BONES: Patreon Edition

Hi everyone, I'm late on updating the Office Wraiths Patreon Page™ because I managed to completely mess up my ankle and I've been dealing with that. But both of this month's illustrations have been finished and will be posted as soon as I can get the posts prepared!  

Additionally, I'm happy to announce that the finished drawings are going to be collected on my website a week or so after you, my lovely patrons and potential patrons, have access to them!

Good thing the Witch-King is going to have a bunch of down time to do that — apparently, when you injure yourself you're supposed to "take it easy", which is easier said than done.

Just a bit too late for Monday, but the Witch-King has moved to a new house, finally put up her art-related website, attended a lot of industrial concerts, traveled a lot, seen Depeche Mode and will return soon.

Oh, and Sauron came to the Industrial festival with me, of course (photo taken the night I went to see Front 242 at Cold Waves VI in Chicago, IL).
