Ace Omegaverse
Warnings: DabiHawks attempt to navigate their relationship and what they want from each other. Assumptions are made and conversations that Dabi would rather avoid have to be had. Hawks is a version of Ace, they talk regarding intimacy and heats, how Keigo deals with those vs how Dabi is used to dealing with them.
Past Sexual assault and rape while Dabi was in a previous abusive relationship are touched on.
This is not meant to represent the entire ace community or anyone in it. It is a story idea. If you do not feel represented properly by this story your welcome to give this one a tip, and request something that would rep YOU better.
It’s always inconvenient to lose a base. They are more than meeting places, that’s why they keep getting discovered. If the League had enough time to set up a warehouse where they could meet, and a seperate one where they could live, it might work out better. Shigaraki was refusing to let them split up though, eyes maniac as he scratched his neck bloody and insisted he keep his pack close.
It led them to situations like now, Dabi approaching his heat right on time and with them still trying to find some place to rest. Shigaraki doesn't stop him when he peels off from the group like he did any other time. They both know where he’s going. Shigaraki’s heats are too erratic to keep track of, striking suddenly, but he actually does a decent job of keeping track of the rest of theirs. He considers it part of being the pack leader, Dabi had dragged out of him during one argument over knowing where Dabi was at every moment. Apparently it drove him nuts that something could happen to a League member if they went into heat or rut and out in the open.
Dabi’s headed to Hawks. The Hero he’d been dancing around a relationship with anyways. The recruit Dabi knew wasn’t an actual recruit. Dabi broke into the apartment enough that doing it in the rain that was pouring down wasn’t even that much of an added challenge. He picked up the feather he knew would alert Hawks he was there as he stepped inside. He set it on a table as he stripped and headed for the shower. Birdie would be home whenever he felt like it, Dabi at least wanted a shower first before he got there.
He knew Hawks, he reminded himself as he stepped into the hot water, washing his hair with Hawks’ shampoo. The scent relaxed him further. Visiting Keigo’s apartment was always nice, but maybe Keigo wouldn’t even come home before his heat ended. Keigo had just offered Dabi his apartment the last time he showed up smelling of post heat. Probably due to Dabi being a little more willing to light feathers on fire than normal.
Dabi stepped out of the shower feeling drained of energy, a sign his heat was settling in. He paused at the empty hallway bedroom door, considering if it was for him to use. The door was unlocked and a stack of thick comforters with blankets at the end of it. It was wide open as he paused in the doorway. Hawks still wasn’t home. He could come home at any time to find Dabi in his apartment. If he didn’t want Dabi unsupervised in his apartment he should get better locks on his damn doors. The hair on the back of his neck raised as he stepped inside, he forced his shoulders down but it felt too much like invading a room he was not supposed to be in.
Fuyumi had hated him stepping into her room; he’d gotten in trouble for that often enough with the nanny. His stomach turned as he kept his ears tuned for any sound at all. There were worse consequences now than when he was a child, sneaking into his siblings room out of curiosity. Even with the type of house Touya had grown up in.
He swallowed hard as he turned and walked out of the spare room. The tempting idea of curling up by himself, placing the bedding into a half hearted nest and closing the door had been overshadowed by his unease. A mental image of Hawks dragging him out of it bringing a shiver down his tense spine. Dabi shuffled into Hawks’ room instead. It smelled better there anyways. Stealing a pair of Hawks’ sweats he found while snooping around, he crawled into Hawks bed, eyes drooping as he struggled to stay awake. If Hawks came back to his apartment he wanted to be aware of it.
He lost the fight eventually, after several times trying to wake himself back up. He was warm, clean, and the room smelled like an Alpha while he was about to enter heat. It was a losing battle that Dabi unwillingly gave in to. The door opening woke him up and he struggled to lift his heavy eyelids. He knows he should wake up. He gets himself prepared and ready to talk about boundaries, Sako had told it was important to establish them right away. The hand gently carding through his hair did not help.
“Why are you in my room, hot stuff? You could have taken the blanket into the spare one.” Keigo nudged him over and Dabi’s eyes finally fully snapped open.
He couldn’t just let himself drift off like that in the Hero’s home. No matter how much his own instincts and heat were telling him the Alpha was safe, he knew better. Wanted to lay the hard lines and the gruesome consequences until he couldn’t enforce them anymore. His neck was burnt to hell and back, the scent gland beneath damaged and still, Alphas went for it. He’d been pressed against too many alleys nosing for that scent of safety and Alpha.
He liked Hawks, even, it wasn’t like it would be difficult to just let the heat take over. The Alpha was already kneeling on bed beside him, encroaching into his space. Dabi crawled out of the blanket and yawned, ignoring Hawks’ eyes softening at him.
“Do you need any help with your heat?” Hawks wouldn’t meet his eyes as Dabi removed his borrowed sweatshirt. Warm and soft as it was, his staples tore away from his skin too easily to let Hawks take it off later, better to just do it now.
“No biting my scars, even for a mating mark,.” he muttered as he swung himself over Hawks hips leaning down and stealing a kiss from the hero.
Hawks let out a soft noise of surprise as Dabi moved his attention downwards. He wasn’t even truly horny yet, just interested with his stomach doing strange swoops at the sight of Hawks. Alphas tended to relax his instincts and give a false sense of safety anyways. With Hawks it may even be real, Dabi didn’t know and didn’t want to find out how patient he could be, letting the haze of heat start fogging his mind over with it’s insistence that he nuzzle into Keigo’s neck. Mouth at the sensitive skin where his shoulder and neck met, right on his scent gland.
Keigo didn’t move underneath him. What was more surprising to him was that his scent wasn’t affecting the Hero from what he could tell. Most Alphas Dabi had met had one out of two reactions to him. Either they found his scent disgusting after whatever the scarring had done to them, or they didn’t care and took advantage of his damaged nerve endings. There was no arousal burning in his nostrils, Keigo wasn’t kicking him out or throwing him off of him either. He just laid there stiffly beneath him, maybe surprised Dabi was actually here. He could have offered his apartment as a joke. An empty gesture Hawks didn’t expect to be taken up on.
Not his problem if the stupid Hero had decided to offer him a safe space to spend his heat for the first time since the League’s base got raided and not expected him to take him up on it. This was actually not a bad way to spend one all things considered. The nagging thought that Keigo had hoped for more than Dabi’s bony ass draping himself across Hawks lap still wouldn’t let him relax. His back was cold and the texture of Hawks flight suit was annoying him. One way to get him out of that.
Dabi gave a sharper nip to Keigo’s scent gland and started pulling off the others fluffy aviator jacket.
“Dabi, wait.” He wrapped his wrists around Dabi's, seeming to flounder for words as Dabi stared at him dully. Keigo looked distinctly uncomfortable and a coil of unease slunk deeper into the arousal his heat was giving him. If it was a weird kink of some sort it wouldn’t make sense to tell him now. Unless he was just giving Dabi the illusion of choice. It was always the Heroes that were into the weird crap and never told him ahead of time. Dabi’s blood went cold as Keigo continued to stutter uncomfortably at him and avoided looking directly at Dabi. Fine, Dabi knew he wasn’t exactly a model like the Alpha underneath him sometimes was, but Keigo never had problems meeting his eyes or looking at the Villains’ battered body any other time.
“No biting the scars, including a mating mark. Only rule, Hawks.” He grit his teeth and jerked his hands away from Hawks, diving for the Hero's belt and ripping it off. Boundaries, set them in stone and don’t let the Hero change them, Sako had advised him. The arousal was getting worse and part of Dabi wanted to let Hawks do whatever got them both off. Piecing his skin together or hiding the bloody slow healing marks from the League wasn’t worth it yet.
“It’s not my only rule. Get off me, Dabi.” He growled as he ‘helped’ Dabi, firmly grabbing him by his hips and setting Dabi beside Keigo on the bed again. The effortless way he manhandled Dabi had the Omega swallowing thickly. It did interesting things to his dick at the same time he could see Keigo throwing him out with very little effort which was not arousing.
“You are not kicking me out like this,” he snarled at Hawks, uncaring how stupid he must have looked in his desperation. “If you weren’t intersested in fucking me you shouldn’t have given me the option of staying here.”
“Whatever joke you wanted to play on me is now on both of us, I took you up on it so you’ve got to deal with me,” Dabi hissed, shivering and wrapped the comforter he had discarded earlier around himself. One of his staples pulled extra tight with the tension and Dabi grimaced.
“This is why I wanted to talk to you,“ Hawks snapped at Dabi before taking in the way he was gripping the bed and furrowing into Keigo’s comforter. Like Dabi could physically hold onto the mattress and stop the Alpha Hero from removing Dabi from Hawks’ own bedroom. “I didn’t invite you to spend your next heat here to fuck you.”
“I’m sure.” Dabi sneered at him. “That’s why you offered ‘help’, I’ve woken up pressed into a wall or mattress too many times. Tell a better lie Hawks, you're getting nowhere by waiting until I’m already in heat to talk about whatever you want from me.”
Hawks face contorted and he finally turned around to refix his belt. The silence was deafening to Dabi, only the low growling coming from himself filing it. Breathing in an Alpha’s scent, Hawks’ scent from the blanket barely put a stop to it. He shouldn’t have called the other out on his lies. It had never gone well for his mother when she got sick of Enji saying he’d do better and contradicted him.
“Dabi, I offered to ‘help’ and asked if you needed any heat products, because I’m not interested in fucking you.” He sat down on the bed again and leaned back against the headboard. “I’m not really interested in anyone like that, so if you need, I can get you some Omega products for heat relief but I don’t want to help you like that.”
Silence greeted the room for several minutes as Dabi wrapped his head around what Hawks was telling him. It wouldn’t bother him, he didn’t think at least. His heats did make him want something in him, someone to fuck him, but that was rare and outside of heats he hadn’t thought about it.
“We’ve been flirting for weeks.” A flash of heat pulsed through Dabi and he laid down. Pressing his thighs together against the building arousal.
‘Be honest about what you need as well, Dabi. I don’t trust Hawks to ask you if you don’t tell him.’ Kuroguri had quietly advised as he sent Dabi through a swirling portal.
“I, Haw— Keigo. I don’t like not knowing what’s going to be done to me. I can handle most kinks, I don’t care once the heat gets going. I can’t keep bites clean enough to avoid infection. Just tell me whatever thing you don’t trust a regular corner Omega to not stain your reputation with.” Dabi glared out from where he was enfolded into the blanket at Hawks. His dick strained against his borrowed sweats and he moved a tiny bit closer to the Hero. He just wanted to be able to smell his scent again, maybe lay down on him and get off later.
“I, Dabi, it's not you, the press. Can we get you through your heat first? Then I can tell you all about how I’m on the Ace spectrum. You're not just some corner Omega, not convenient and I do like you, just later, okay?” Hawks ran a hand through his hair and opened up his arms.
A trap, clearly a trap and Dabi scooted further into it anyways. Pillowing his head against Hawks bicep and breathing in the addicting sense of safety. Hawks ran his hands through his hair again and Dabi slumped into the touch. Was he desperate for something more to happen and alleviate some of the heat? Yes, but it was secondary at the moment to the gentle touch and scent he was foolishly buying.
“You like to be told what I’m going to do when you're in heat. Given, what— what you just implied, I think that’s a necessity at the very least. I’m not going to do anything sexual to you, but I don’t mind if you have to get off or want some toys to help you through it.”
“You said nothing sexual. What does that leave?” Dabi bit his lip. He wanted to trust Keigo, he just didn’t know how to make himself fully believe the Alpha. Past experiences had taught him better,  every Hero every Alpha was kind until they suddenly weren’t. There had been enough favors and deals made before Girian and the League. Even if he smelled good and was letting Dabi take over his bed.
“This, cuddling and letting you scent me. Pretty much just being here for you in other ways.” Keigo spoke softly and ran his fingers through the Villain's soft black hair.
There wasn’t a response Dabi could come up with to that. So he waited for the heat to completely take over. Like it had every other time in his life, it never happened. He just relaxed into the Alpha next to him, fresh citrus and mint filling his nose. Keigo eventually moved him closer, so he was pressed shoulder to hip against the Hero and also relaxed. Scrolling through social media on his phone.
When he couldn’t stand it anymore Dabi just, gave his body what it wanted. Small noises occasionally escaping him. He wasn’t out of control, hadn’t fought to stay focused as long as he could. Keigo asked him if he was alright when he really started burning up, and came back with a mostly frozen bottle of water.
“Thanks, for taking care of me.” The words weren’t as hard to say now. Droopy eyed and comfortable in Keigo’s bed.
“It’s what anyone should have done, though I wouldn’t say no to a cuddle ever.” Keigo placed a kiss on Dabi’s forehead. Hesitantly, like he wasn’t sure if he was welcome to.
In the following days Keigo wasn’t always there but Dabi didn’t care. The room still smelled like him when he wasn’t there and it was comforting enough. When Keigo was in his room he didn’t seem to care what Dabi was or wasn’t doing. True to his word, the Alpha mostly left him alone or let him take naps up against him. It was possibly the fastest heat Dabi had ever gone through, he didn’t have a pounding migraine or nausea when he sat up several days after he had taken over Keigo’s bed.
There was the sound of him on the phone in another room so Dabi rolled his neck as he checked himself over. No torn staples and the only aches he felt were common for him. The blue eyed Omega grimaced as he stood and made a beeline for Keigo’s shower.
Keigo was waiting for him when he got out.
“Are you feeling alright now, hot stuff?”
“What gave it away? Showering without you nudging me for the first time in days?” Dabi strutted up to his… whatever they were. Keigo was his, and he liked him enough to want to keep him. That’s all that mattered to him.
“Yeah, there’s your usual charm.” Keigo flashed him a grin as he looked Dabi over.
“So, since you're not checking me out when you do that. What are you doing?” Dabi flopped onto the couch next to the man he’d spent days in a bed with. While in heat. Keigo had stayed true to his word, never touching him sexually.
“Who said I wasn’t?” Keigo smiled at him, teasing just a little.
“Pretty bird, I’m no model and I know we agreed to talk about your special umbrella when I was done being stupid horny and sappy,” Dabi sneered as he spoke. Keigo glared at him but he shrugged. Maybe if the bird wanted him to be serious he shouldn’t string him along like he had.
“Just because I’m Ace doesn’t mean that I don’t find you attractive, Dabi,” he bit out.
“So you find me attractive but didn’t take the chance when I offered up anything on the table?” The Villain tilted his head with a slow smirk and a gleam in his eye.
“Dabi, you didn’t even know what was on the table,” Keigo calmly pointed out through his teeth. The Villain knew just how to dig under his masks, try as he had, Keigo didn’t think he could do it back. Hard to dig into a bruise when Dabi was nothing but open wounds, physical and Keigo was beginning to suspect otherwise. Some people that life hurt, got back up angry with no soft spots left.
“Have you heard of the Ace spectrum? Or are you assuming things about me again. Like that I would kick you out or take advantage of you?” Dabi’s face didn’t so much as twitch an eyelid. He was back to being wrapped up, unwilling to show Keigo much of anything.
“You said we’d talk about it but so far all I see is making excuses for, that’s the thing that’s getting me tripped up. For what? We’ve been flirting for weeks, gave me a little smooch while I was down and that was it. What gives, Keigo?”
“I like you, I want to do things like kiss you. Take you out to dinner and listen to you when you're not being a fucking bastard on purpose. I didn’t know you’d decide my room was so much better than the one I set up and left unlocked for you. Not like I actually expected you to warn me you’d be over,” he snapped at him and Dabi nudged his leg with his foot until he looked back at him.
“Kiss me, but not fuck me?” Dabi turned his hand in a go on gesture.
“Kiss you, court you, you insufferable ass but no. No sex. It’s just, not something I’m interested in. Never really have been. I haven’t been leading you on, I just didn’t expect you to climb up on me in my bed like that.” Keigo fluttered his wings and Dabi grabbed the end of one with a warm grip.
“When were you originally going to tell me then? Since my biology was inconvenient for you,” Dabi drawled and let his head hang back to stare at the ceiling. The scent gland on his neck was swollen and irritated. Keigo sighed and sent a feather to find a jar of crap for it.
“Presumably when we got to that point. Some point after you stopped spooking everytime I moved in a way you didn’t expect. At the very least until after you stopped tracking every feather attached to me.” Keigo watched Dabi’s fingers tap out a rhythm as he thought. The Omega was thinking about it, tilting his head up to avoid his eyes and look like he wasn’t. The finger tapping down turned lips and biting the inside of his cheek all betrayed him anyways.
“I can’t. Not flinch. Or stop watching your hundreds of telepathic knives. Just like the, when I assumed you wanted sex from me. I’m working on it. Talking to some people. It’s the best people like me are going to get.” Keigo opened up his returned jar and stood up, walking behind the couch. Dabi was still tracking him across the room, of course Dabi was and knowing what little Dabi had told Keigo, that wasn’t something that was going to stop. He held the jar out for Dabi to take himself.
Instead Dabi drew a breath in through his nose, deep and slow, and turned to expose his irritated gland and neck to Keigo.
“Court me?” Dabi closed his eyes and crossed his arm to hide the slight shaking of his hands. Closing his eyes as Keigo got a better look at the damaged skin around the irritated gland. Almost hidden by how it was placed was a faint scared biting mark. Keigo made sure not to touch it as he dabbed the clear thick creme on the irritated gland. No biting or mate marks Dabi had stressed.
Dabi was asking for more than how Keigo was going to court him. He was asking if he still would. Dabi’s eyes flicked open when there wasn’t a response right away, only to lock onto Keigo’s steely gold ones. Lips close enough that if he turned his head right they would touch. The good stomach squirming appeared and while he hesitated Keigo did not. Swooping in for several chaste kisses.
“If you can get me that meeting with Shigaraki so I can finally get his blessing.” Keigo pulled back.
“You're a spy,” Dabi countered. Although at this point, it wouldn’t matter. The word 'court' spun around in his head, making it hard to think straight.
“I want to meet your best friend, your pack leader. Not the leader of the League of Villains.” Keigo sat back down beside Dabi and wasn’t surprised when Dabi flopped himself into his lap.
“Dabi, before you agree, understand that my life is very public outside of you. You're going to hear a lot about parties I won’t remember enough to separate and who I supposedly went home with.” A hand found its way to his and he took it. The press had wrecked most relationships. Partners thinking some person he didn’t remember enough to refute was getting some part of him they weren’t.
“Let them. I’ve spent three days in your bed, with you able to do whatever you wanted. I said you could, and you chose nothing. Only a idiot would believe you fucked someone else on a drunk whim after that. Besides, you're Ace, don’t want to fuck anyone.”

Dabi's first mate hadn't courted him. Hawks hadn't either. Between falling in bed with a villain he was supposed to be spying on, dodging the League of Villains and Hero work. There just hadn't been time. It's one of the few things Keigo would change about things. Dabi acted like it didn't matter, saying the meetings they had were enough to count as courting. He didn't want large shiny jewels (Hawks would ignore the pilfered stash of jewelry and cash that said otherwise. Dabi's safe stash, it had ripped his heart straight from his chest when he first found it.)
Feeding a homeless villain as he traded information with him didn't count in Keigo eyes. The meetings later, where he came home to Dabi in his home, certainly didn't either. It's, important to him. To get the chance to woo Dabi. Because he deserves to be shown a good time, because Keigo wants to.
Every time he lays his eyes on their mating mark, his stomach twists with regret. Dabi hadn't given him much time, it was either mate his lover, or watch him be arrested again. All of Keigo's favors used up this time.
So when Dabi comes home one evening, Hawks is there in street clothes, having taken the evening off. His smaller wings flutter against his back. Facing Shigaraki and Aizawa together to get this plan done was worth every second.
Shouto with Aizawa, Shigaraki, well Shigaraki was the reason his wings were small. The reason Dabi had been gone long enough to set up and Keigo got a night off tonight.
Hawks pressed play on his speakers as Dabi's mouth made a tiny 'oh'. It was adorable, how his face brightened as he took in Keigo's apartment. Decorated with flowers and table set, a bottle of wine chilling.
"I know you said I didn't have to. And the sex meetups and info swaps counted as courting in your eyes, but I wanted to." Keigo stretched a hand out for Dabi to take. Starting to lead him in a slow dance around the apartment.
"You were perfect, when we were. Why?" Dabi flushed as he tried to get the words out. Stumbling a few steps before catching the rytham of the dance steps and following his Alphas lead.
"Let me court my Omega, my mate." Dabi's head rested on his shoulder as they swayed. Letting Hawks hold him.
"What if I get used to it and expect it more often?" Dabi teased and Keigo leant down to kiss him.
"I hope so. I have a schedule worked out and everything. Little date nights we can plan together."

Dabi realizing Hawks can get the LoV suppressants extremely low risk and theoretically safe. Question is… how bad does he want them and what does Hawks want for them? Dabi has his "tubes" or Omega version tied or burnt/damaged/starved too badly to get pregnant… but hes willing to let Keigo pretend its possible and not tell him that.
Keigo doesn't think anything of it until Dabi mentions it. But of course he will get Dabi the Suppressants. It hadn't occurred to him what the League may be struggling with. After all. Suppressants are as common as birth control these days. Common in drug stores, handed out at good clinics, on shelves. Its everywhere and easy to pick them up on a errand. With the groceries Dabi makes him get.
He doesn't want kids, Hawks doesn't wants kids. They are allergic but once or twice they mention it. In the moment and Dabi never corrects him. However... he ends up having too when hes sick a few too many times and Hawks starts flipping out thinking he got Dabi pregnant.

What If Secret Baby/River Run
If Dabi had gotten the abortion.
Let’s take a look at how i see things going if Dabi did get the abortion he tells Hawks he will get in River Run/Secret baby.
It’s a breath of relief and a horrible secret at the same time. Touya hates the fact that he went with what his mother wanted. What his sister supported, what he told Hawks he would get. He wants to scream and throw it in his fathers face. Every time a marriage is brought up. Every time time the idea of attaching himself to someone for forever like his mother and the subject of kids comes up.
Touya can’t bring himself to hide much anymore. He dresses in darker clothes, stops wearing the things his mother picks out. They don’t talk about it. About Touya being sexually active, about the baby. She’s colder to him and all Touya can do is think of when his eyes were burning with unshed tears as she told him she never wanted him. It starts an angry burning in his gut he can’t get rid of. He can’t look at her and see his mother or someone who loves him. He gets a leather jacket his father hates. Enji burns 3 of them before he gives up. What does Touya even care about at this point? It’s not his money, his old man is burning out of stubborness. He dyes his hair black. Rei screams and rages. Enji slaps him and bleaches it out the same night he comes home.
Touya can’t stand staying there. It builds and builds. Talk going over his head about families and how much Touya is worth as a bride. He pulls the fake ID out he hasn’t used in months. Fuyumi runs after him as he walks out the door at midnight. She tries to command him to stay home, stay inside.
Touya shakes off the alpha command with hardly a thought, hopping the fence and flipping his twin off as he continues on his way. He looks easy, like a slutty Omega. Touya doesn't care and can’t come up with an argument on why he isn’t. He just wants to get his back blown out by a Alpha and he looks like it.
Hawks' image dances at the edge of his vision as he dances and grinds. Hands slip under his shirt, finding the new piercings he’s been hiding and Touya leans his head back onto the stranger's shoulder. The hand that’s gripping his hip is tight, the nails a little too sharp. Touya leans into it. Drunk and smiling softly at the blond familiar Alpha behind him. Turns out the stranger is a Alpha Touya knows Very well, the scent of mint and citrus make him start to purr drunkenly.
Hawks hands graze over his stomach and Touya winces. Drunk bubble of content popped. Hawks knows who Touya is now, knowns about the abortion as well.
“Back again already Todoroki?” He whispers in his ear. Hawks smells just as drunk and between the safe feeling and how drunk Touya is he doesn't even flinch at his surname. Just frowns before pulling Hawks down for a messy kiss.
“Don’t call me that. Don’t like my last name.” Touya slurs distractedly as Hawks starts tugging him out of the club.
He stumbles a few times but so does Hawks.
“Maybe you should stick around for once then. Give me the chance to change it.” Hawks retorts as they walk down the street. “I know I’m not top Hero material, at least not yet but I’m a hard worker Touya. People like you couldn’t get it, But I want you anyway spoiled rotten Omega.”
Hawks pauses outside his door fumbling with his keys. Touya jerks them out of his hands with a snort. Drunker and smaller than Hawks who lets him hip check him out of the way. A moment later the door swings open and Touya nearly falls inside.
“Shut up and fuck me Hawks. Didn’t come here for you to try and sweet talk another kid into me. Or promise some bullshit happy ending for me. You want me? Buy me from my father like any other Alpha. It’s what he’s gonna do to me anyways.” Touya let out a drunk laugh. It wasn’t funny, even Touya knew that. Touya at that point couldn’t have told someone why he was laughing if they promised him the world on a string.
“Bet.” Hawks whispered as they tumbled into his bed again. Letting Touya lose his mind and forget all the problems waiting at home as hawks nibbled on piercings, Knotting him at the same time as Hawks laid a deep claiming bite onto Touya’s scent glands. Touya let out a shriek as he came around Hawks knot again and his eyes rolled back into his head. Going limp on the bed, purring in his sleep as Hawks knotted his limp form and licked at Touya’s new bond mark.

Level 7 pain skill.
Dabi leaned his head to the side and purred as Hawks sucked on his neck. His eyes closing for a moment before he snapped them open as he felt himself grow slick. Gasping as he felt Hawks erection grind into his own, overwhelmed his hips jerked into Keigo's and then away again. He pushed against Hawks chest and gasped as Hawks gave him one last hickey before pulling back. His arms shook as he held Keigo away and shakily breathed. trying to ground himself as Keigo caught his breath. the rough bricks in the alley scraped against his back, his coat on the ground at his feet and his shirt rucked up. He shivered and growled, head spinning and confused. Dabi snatched his coat up and yanked his shirt down as he skittered back from Hawks.
"Am I assuming correct that your place is out? we can always head to my apartment of you want to continue this indoors." he looks at Dabi with half lidded eyes and a smirk as he holds out a hand. Dabi stands there, breathing hard and try's to stay here. not remember any other alley's or brick walls he was left broken and bleeding against. He's still slick down between his legs and has a building warmth in him as he swallows hard. Taking the hand, he needs to get out of this alley before the warmth vanishes and he's left here to shiver and puke alone. This is fine, he's fine, Hawks is fine. Dabi's never done this, left a alley with someone like this. Been fucked in apartment in a soft bed by a Hero and a decent person. He'd just been suprised by how turned Hawks made him, how much he actually wanted the Alpha. Weather Hawks used him to get off in a open alley or a love hotel or his apartment didn't matter to Dabi. He supposed Hawks had to be careful about tabloids, which made a little more sense to him. Explains why he would accept Dabi as a option for a one night stand.
Keigo held him close and Dabi got to tuck his face into the soft fur of Hawks flight coat. He was struck with the thought of stealing it for his nest. he didn't need it, didn't have a nest and it wasn't worth risking his safety but it was nice thought. His scent gland itched under his patch and he nibbled at Keigo's to distract himself as his stomach flipped in nerves and motion sickness. He was actually going to do this, have sex with Hawks. No going back once they reached the apartment and Hawks was removing his clothes again. the trembling getting worse as he swallowed hard and he groaned into Hawks neck. Keigo chuckled at the groan and gripped Dabi tighter as they landed on his balcony. Dabi stumbled and leaned against the railing with his eyes closed as he forced himself to stop trembling and stand to face Keigo.
Mouth still dry despite how often he was swallowing to keep himself from spilling bile and ruining his chances with Hawks tonight. His hand still trembled like a traitor when Hawks helped him out of his coat as they stepped inside.
"Want something to drink or a snack Dabi? might help settle your stomach?" Hawks asked while going into his kitchen. Dabi snorted a little, Keigo didn't have to whine and dine him. Dabi had been ready to fuck there in that alley for the most part, Hell if Hawks had just kept going it would have been fine. He'd just, been lost for a moment down memory lane. He was fine to just fuck. Find out what it was like in a bed, like he knew it was for some omega's. He squirmed where he was standing and tugged his shirt off. leaving it there on the floor as he grabbed Hawks hand and pulled him in for another mind blowing kiss. kisses like this were nice. The ones inside of clubs were things were discreetly given to him before he ended up out in alley's didn't feel like this. they didn't light him up on the inside and relax him. have him curling into the Alpha as he nibbled at Dabi's broken skin and ran his hands so gently along ribs.
"I'm fine." He muttered and drew breathed in Keigo's relaxing scent. Bright lemon and spruce rolling from him as he stripped out of his own coat and Dabi fumbled with his belt. Hands trembling and watching Hawks abs flex as he tossed the shirt over a couch. It looked comfortable enough anyways if he was let spend the night here. he wondered what he might have smelled like to Keigo. Every love hotel with every person sliding him a scent patch and a few bills  until he'd realized that his scent, whatever it was tended to kill the mood for some Alpha's. Keigo helped Dabi step out of his pants silently and then nuzzled against him as he led him back to Hawks room. Dabi realized he was practically dripping and flushed in embarrassment. He struggled to remember the last time he'd been this ready for sex, this wanting as Keigo laid him on the bed and his hands found their way into Dabi's boxers. Maybe he wanted Dabi to beg before he just gave him what he was waiting for. He pulled Keigo's loose cargo pants down and whimpered as he saw the piercing on the head of his dick. his stomach wasn't even rebelling at him and Keigo filled his mind to the point where no other experiences or alpha's passed his mind. "we match on that one at least, although these? begging for my attention and to see how sensitive you are." Hawks grinned as he pulled back and tugged Dabi's boxers off fully, revealing Dabi's own pierced dick. Hawks threw the boxers on the floor and brushed his hands over Dabi's pierced hip dermals before tugging the hoops through his nipples lightly. Dabi's back arched and he croaked out a bitten off sound as his dick kicked, red and begging for attention. Right alongside his glistening entrance, Keigo stuck two of his fingers in him and curled them, making Dabi see stars as he struggled to keep his noises to himself. he didn't know what he'd sound like, Hawks was very quickly proving this was different than anything else he'd done. he'd rather not risk ruining the mood with some new weak sound he could feel in his throat. he covered his mouth and Keigo grinned devilishly at him. bending down and sticking his tongue in Dabi to taste his slick. Dabi's legs kicked out, overwhelmed, and Keigo chuckled at the reaction and the desperate confused tears building in Dabi's eyes. He grabbed Keigo's bicep and tugged upwards, sealing their mouths together and letting out a practiced breathy plea as he grabbed Keigo's dick. Lining him up and trying not to tense as he braced himself. it always hurt at first, always stung as he was rammed into and used. Keigo kissed his neck and nibbled at his jaw as Dabi closed his eyes. Keigo slid in, painless and lighting up nerves in pure pleasure. Dabi moaned under his hand as he arched into Hawks tears leaking through his eyes.
"let me hear you Omega." Hawks asked softly and Dabi was flinging his hand away to hold on to Hawks instead. He squirmed under him, unsure what he was supposed to do and tilting his head back as his hips jerked. Keigo smiled into his skin as he eased himself out before rocking back in and Dabi keened as he gribbed him with white knuckles.
"you can just let me do all the work if you want." Dabi shook his head and continued squirming beneath Hawks, breath stolen away by how good everything felt and how it continued building in a speeding crescendo. Overwhelming him as he tried to commit it to memory. He didn't want to ride Keigo, he wanted to stay just like this with Hawks heavier form above him. Blanketing him and making him feel warm. his hips moved upwards at some point when Hawks ground back down and into him and he shattered. seeing white as he tipped his head back and a hoarse shout escaped him. Hips continuing to move after he'd come and Keigo made a surprised noise at him. pausing for a moment until Dabi let out a strange pleading sound and pulled him in for a kiss. Hawks pulled back once and Dabi gasped at the empty feeling before Hawks was continuing again.
Dabi groaned and twisted his hips up. trying to imitate the motion that had felt so mind numblingly good. most alpha's preferred if he just laid there but Keigo didn't snap at him or growl or even so much as latch on to his scared neck. He just let Dabi wrap himself around him and wiped at the tears flowing out of his eyes. he kept rolling his hips up in that motion, Keigo sometimes helping him. He sealed his mouth over Hawks when he felt his knot swelling, starting to catch on his rim. it didn't hurt, he was too slicked up and turned on to feel anything but pleasantly full and the most content he had ever been. a long flat whine leaving him as Keigo's knot got stuck on his entrance and Keigo slowly grinded into him until the ring of muscle gave and he popped in. Dabi let his jaw drop as Keigo made short aborted thrusts and started playing with his nipple rings again. Hawks knot fully swelling and rendering him incapable of thrusting anymore with that small bead of his piercing right up against Dabi's prostate. It threw Dabi over the edge of his second orgasm and he clenched almost to the point of pain on Keigo's knot as he pumped cum into. Keigo flipping them over, easily lifting Dabi's weight as he tried to focus and failed with his limbs twitching in overstimulation.
He shook threw the orgasm before he raised his head enough to look at Keigo, who had been holding his head in the crook of his neck and rubbing along his spine. Fingers dancing over each sharp vertebra and the scent calming him down. he drowsily nibbled along the bottom of Hawks jaw, kissing the hollow of his throat as his chest rumbled and Keigo's dick twitched inside of him. he whimpered before he could stop himself and Keigo turned his head to kiss him. petting his hair and giving him such slow lazy kisses that Dabi fell asleep right there. He'd never get this again, but for one night he'd gotten to actually enjoy sex. A hero of all people had seen him through it as well.
 This was fine, right?
"Dabi?" Hawks asked softly. head tilted in confusion as Dabi rushed out and grabbed his coat off the balcony before continuing down the fire escape, he skipped the last few steps, wanting to get away from the apartment and the strange alpha who'd been different. not just said he could be, but actually was. He felt a glob of cum and slick leak out of him into his boxers as he ran and a sob ripped itself free from him. Dabi had to stop and lean against a building to let the sobs work themselves out until he could stop. Hawks hadn't hurt him, nothing had hurt and he'd wanted it. he'd cum twice and Keigo had held him as he purred himself to sleep on his knot. now he was running away and sobbing hard against a building as the sun rose. what was wrong with him? it was just sex. sex that didn't even make him feel sick to his stomach so why was he so upset over it? he slid down the wall and let his head rest against his knee's until he calmed down enough to call kuroguri for a pick up.
He wakes up in the middle of the night, slips off Keigo's dick. it made a wet noise as it had slipped out and just like that, the bubble popped. Dabi felt his pressure behind his eyes with tears he refused to spill. what had he been thinking last night, the usual shame and regret twisting his stomach. he felt sticky and his eyes were crusty with dried tears he brushed away. he scrambled off the bed and was slipping on his shirt as Keigo woke up, coming over to him right as he looked over his shoulder and met Hawks golden eyes with his own panicked ones.
"Dabi? what time is it? are you hurt? are you drunk, where are you? are you alright, i can hear someone crying. do you mind moving someplace quieter so i can hear you?" the mist man opened on the first ring and Dabi started sobbing all over again. what would he even say? 'hey i got fucked really really well and it felt nice so now i’m sobbing like there's anything that hasn't already been done to me and calling you at a god awful hour? please don't be mad?'
"I. im. I." Dabi couldn't get a grip. Despite Kuroguri's calm questioning as the sounds of getting dressed came through the phone. he sobbed again, let his chest heave with it and his head ache until he could finally take a break and speak. "I'm. I'm sorry to wake you." he muttered quietly with his eyes closed tight.  a begging crying whine escaped him before he could stop it when he realized Kuroguri hadn't hung up during his episode.
"Dabi. we can take care of anything, i just need to know where you are. I can sleep when I'm dead." Kuroguri almost sounded panicked and Dabi didn't know how to react to that. apologizing again and again until a pair of beatup tennis shoes came into view and the smell of ciggerates and cloves mixed with ginger accompanying them. Twice crouched down and gently took the phone from Dabi's hands as he apologized and then turned away to dry heave. stomach rolling and clenching on nothing and flinching at nothing.
"Hey, I've got him. He's pretty bad off to be honest. see you soon." Jin reached out and waited until Dabi stopped puking to touch his shoulder.
"It's alright Dabi, just me. Can i help you get back to base? take care of you there, that sound good?" Dabi nodded and managed to uncurl himself enough to attempt to wobbely stand, His legs gave out and Jin caught him. scooping his thin body up and every muscle freezing when he got a wiff of the scent covering him and the wet patch on Dabi's pants.
"no. he. i. it didn't hurt. I. wanted, not. i'm just broken. "Dabi gripped jins sweater tightly and shook his head. Jin frowned but let himself relax a little as he cradled Dabi and walked a few blocks down to where a purple swirling warp gate was waiting for them.

Secret Baby Ch23
Dabi wakes up one day to Giran calling to ask him if he can take on an emergency mission. He needed Dabi to go spend a night or two at the League with Jin. Dabi says no at first, citing the agreement he made when he took Dabi on as an employee. Giran simply sends the exact same message back and Dabi knows he’s not truly asking. He doesn't have an option in whether or not he accepts doing Giran a favor. He’s been kind so far, routinely pays Dabi on time and always gives him his full amount of pay. He Can’t afford to lose his job, especially when the price for betraying Giran is higher than he can pay. “Come to the cafe right away, you will be shown straight to the back this time.”
Dabi swipes to mark it as read as texts Kikiyo’s babysitter, a feeling of dread and anxiety building. That’s normal for him though, he chalks it up to growing up the way he did and being on the wrong side of the law.
'You're going to have to find somebody else ‘Dabi.’ I know that’s not your actual name but whatever, Kikyo is obviously a mutant child. I'm not certified for Mutants. She wouldn’t stop screaming last time, I'm sick of the little feathers tripping me up as I try to take care of the other kids.”
Dabi tried to call her, to work something out just for the day as he drummed his fingers anxiously on the counter. Maybe get a recommendation if she wouldn't babysit Kikiyo, someone who was actually certified instead of going through this again. She must have blocked his number after sending the text because the number comes across as out of service. A quick internet search recommends a daycare several miles away from the nearest bus stop. It’s almost twice what he had been paying her. He swears and bites his lip as he rubs at his tired eyes, pacing in the kitchen. Kikiyo cries, scenting her fathers rising distressed scent filling the air. The black haired omega closes his eyes, biting his lip until it bleeds as he calls his mothers number. There’s a chance she won’t sell him out to Hawks or her husband. Slim as that chance is, Dabi isn’t left with any other choices with the trouble he’s gotten himself into and how much he owes Giran.
He can’t tell Giran that he can’t go through with this job. He can't take Kikiyo with him. This mission is coming at an inconvenient time and he doesn't have anyone else he can call to watch her. It’s been long enough, he misses his siblings if not his mother. He was hoping he wouldn’t have to do this. The phone rings and rings, Giran sends another message asking if he is on his way and Dabi sends back a simple no. Dealing with a disappointed or upset giran is somehow worse than calling his mother and he thinks about hanging up the phone and explaining to Giran for a moment that he has a kid and no babysitter. He doesn't know what other explanation he could give Giran that he couldn't disprove in minutes. He’s never been late before, the bus on his routes are suspiciously never late or full. He’s taken note of it before and had just been grateful. Only now does he consider that it may have been the work of his boss.
Maybe he was seeing how far he would go for him. At what point he would choose Kikiyo over his job. He had a job for kikyo, because of kikiyo. Dabi doesn't know the last time he had a moment or thought or action for himself that it wasn't stolen. Kikiyo’s cries turn to screeches as the call gets declined and Dabi’s stomach plummets. He feels sick as he leans against the counter, squeezing his eyes shut against a migraine hard. Redialing Rei’s number, just in case she had been away from the phone and missed the call. “This is Rei todoroki. May I ask who is calling this number?” she doesn't sound like she’s short of breath or in pain. Maybe it’s a good week. She can come and watch kikiyo and they can talk afterwards. Even if she never wanted Dabi, she can want and love her grandchild. Dabi can make peace with whatever he has to for her safety.
“Hey, it’s uh. It’s Touya.” saying his old name feels clumsy. Like an ill fitting coat, it reminds him of a different kind of stress. When he was struggling to be happy for just a few minutes before everything changed and he made plans to never be seen again. Married off to whoever gave enji the most benefits. Nothing but a tool and an object like his mother was treated. Kikiyo had very well saved him from that fate, Dabi isn’t sure how long he would have been able to bear it.
“I, I don’t know if you guys thought I was dead or um. I don't know what exactly you had thought happened to me but I, I had her, your granddaughter. I’m sorry I lied about geting a abortion. I’ve, I’ve been barely making it mom-” He hates doing this. Rei can’t offer him any help and even if she can she won’t. Dabi doesn't want to give up this thing he’s started with Giran. He can just, He needs his mom to watch kikiyo for a few hours. He can make it on his own with just this help from her.
“I can’t give you any money Touya.” she says and Dabi feels a tear dip down his cheek as he realizes her tone never shifted at the realization she was talking to him. Maybe enij reported him as a runaway but they couldn’t arrest him. they couldn't bring him home again because he was over 18.
“No, i. That's not why i’m calling. I need a babysitter.” He feels more tears leak out his eyes and he pokes Kikiyo’s cheek to make the screeching stop.
He places a few crackers in front of her and she’s instantly distracted with the food. Peeping at him every few bites and holding a cracker out for him that he smiles at as he pretends to eat it. Nibbling at her little fingers and forcing himself to smile at her to give his daughter the impression that everything is just fine. Daddy’s just weird sometimes and smells scared when there’s no need for her to worry.
“I have my own job. I just-” He hates begging her for things, she always lets him down and he’s tired of being out of options. “I’m not going to whatever rodent infested place you've landed yourself in to watch your child. Not when you shouldn’t be off partying with some random alpha who I’ve never even met or who never asked us to court you.” Despite the harsh words her tone is dreamy and far off. Dabi knows she’s staring off into space as she speaks on the phone, no clue where he is. Uncaring and someone else will have to dress the kids and feed them tonight, help with homework since he’s not there. She might come back to herself tonight, it's hard to judge over the phone.
“No mom. I’m by myself. The father isn’t in the picture. I told him the same thing I told you.” he panics slightly. She can't process what he’s saying right now, never has been able to. He needs her though. He’s gotten himself so far down in trouble that he can’t get out and he’s comfortable with that until now. “You can come meet your grand baby. She’s wonderfully behaved, I promise. She can just smell me right now and im. I’m scared and alone and i'm in some trouble if i don’t go on this job.” he admits as his eyes widen in panic and when Kikiyo wont eat her crackers and starts crying again he nearly cries with her. Instead he picks her up and bounces her in the air as he holds the phone between his ear and his shoulder. “I said no Touya. I can’t, He would find out. Just like he found out about your clubbing when that young blond man came knocking on the door. Looking for you. Everyone else had to pay for your mistakes because you weren’t here Touya. I refuse to clean up after a child I never wanted. I don’t have a grandbaby or an oldest omega son.” There’s a click as Kikiyo chirps shirlley and Dabi let himself slide down to sit against his counter.
Dabi’s head snapped up as there was a knock on the door. Grabbing Kikiyo and shuffling back away from the door. He glanced towards the balcony door as he held her tightly. They were on the 5th floor, no way he could make it down with her and still manage to run. The missed Call and message from Giran glowed on the screen and he pressed Kikiyo’s face tightly to his chest as he back away down the hallway. Not that it would do either of them any good to hide in the closet, still he pushed the clothes to the side and as he sank to the back shushing Kikiyo he spread them back forward to hide them. He hadn’t even taken his pills recently so he couldn’t hide them, throwing off distressed omega and baby pheromones.
His heart stopped beating as he buried his nose in Kikiyo's hair, clenching his eyes shut and clutching her to his chest as the door rattled and opened, of course Girain had sent someone who could pick locks.
He froze as his bedroom door rattled and a familiar scent met his nose. Kikiyo’s too seeing as how she managed to pull back enough to let out a cry to be picked up. It didn’t matter that Giran had come himself to harm them, that Dabi was terrified out of his mind and uselessly trying to shush her.
“I, I’m sorry Dabi. I didn’t think about how this must look to you.” Giran spoke outside the door. Dabi didn’t dare breath as he heard the rustle of clothes and Giran sat down outside the closet door. Scent deeply sad and like he was trying to comfort Dabi. Old books cigars and coffee the most comforting thing he’d smelled in a long time and the closest thing he’d ever had had to a comforting parental scent.
“Dabi, would. Would you mind coming out here? I can hold her if you wish or you can leave her in there but i think it’s time we talked. About what exactly you plan to do when your a single disowned omega with an infant getting involved in organized crime.” he sighed. Waiting another moment before he stood up and pulled back the door. Pushing Dabi’s clothes out of the way as Kikiyo cried loudly to be transferred to him and Dabi kept his head down, gritting his teeth against literally baring his fangs at Giran and shuffled them back deeper.
Giran let out a heavy long breath before stepping into the closet and sitting down across from them. Wrinkling his suit even further and closing the door behind him. Dabi marginally relaxed as he peered across the dark space at him. He took off his suit coat and placed it behind himself as he held his arms out for kikiyo. Dabi crumbled as he passed her into his arms as she coo’d at him. Patting him on the nose as tears dripped down Dabi’s face, head kept turned to the side as he avoided looking at Giran. Giran held her close and put her near his shoulder like he would burp her. Gently talking to her about how happy he was to meet her and how hard her dad was working to keep her safe. The words ‘I’m so proud of your father’ came out of his mouth and Dabi let out a sob before he managed to shove a mouth over his hand, fliniching back. “Dabi. Come here.” Giran held out his other arm as he comforted Kikiyo and Dabi dove for it. Getting easily pulled into his arms as he sobbed.
He doesn't know how long the 3 of them sat like that, sitting in Dabi’s closet as he sobbed and Kikiyo giggled and Giran held them both.

Discord prompt pain lvl 7
There’s noise near the entrance and Dabi doesn't even tense, he can’t. Can’t do anything more than wait for whatever fucked up person wants to use him while he’s like this. He knows there some people into some fucked up shit, things that no matter how broke he got he never gave into. He opens his eyes as fresh lemon and eye watering clear minty spruce fills his nostrils. He begs, Keigo uselessy not to hurt him. Still muffled and crying as he tries to pull himself away while in labor. His arms collapse and he sobs, apologizing as Keigo freezes, concern heavyily present in his scent as he slowly comes up to the edge of the nest. Dabi flinches and immediately screams in pain. Grabbing his wrists Keigo starts up a grumble, as close to a purr as he can get and sticks his face in Dabi’s neck, licking the scent gland. Dabi’s jaw loosens against his will, Keigo tugging his hands away from his mouth. “Oh baby. Dabi where were you? Me and the League and Rumi have been worried,” he rumbles against Dabi. Against all odds it lessons the pain, bringing Dabi from screaming to whimpering lowly. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry I ran. I tried, I really really did.” Dabi babbled to him. “Don’t be mad. Please don’t be mad at me.” He turned his head into Keigo’s chest. Looking for comfort wherever he could find it. Even if it blew up in his face, he just needed this right now. Just to get through the next few minutes, he’d worry about consequences later. His back bowed, arching himself off Hawks as he pushed Keigo rubbing soothing with his other hand as he did.
“I’m not mad, I’m scared. Scared to be a dad, that you won’t want them. That creating our baby was a fluke and you just wanted to fuck the number 2 for a fun time, which is fair. I didn’t, didn’t ask you what you wanted out of that night did I?” he holds Dabi against him when he can finally relax again. Dabi lets out a broken chuckle, out of breath and heaving against Keigo. “No. Keigo. I- I don’t think I managed to carry our baby full term. I haven’t. Keigo, they’re dead. So just fucking leave already. Or hurt me, don’t fuck around because I’ve been through it all already.” He bared his teeth, letting out a tiny snap in between slipping whines. “I- why would I leave you to deal with this yourself, Dabi? I don’t understand,” Keigo asks and Dabi lets out a low scream as he pushes the head out, it hurts and nothing is helping now. His legs kick uselessly and he burrows his head in Hawks shoulder, biting down when Keigo moves his head out of the way and presses his jaw close. It locks, because of course it does, his jaw is locked on the alpha that knocked him up as he labors through a late miscarriage. He’s broken, he can’t even cry over this anymore, feeling scrapped out as he closes his eyes and lets his body deal with his mistakes.
“You're gonna be okay Dabi, I’m here. You're gonna be okay.” Dabi’s hips tremble with pain, desperate to get the baby out and Keigo stops rubbing his stomach to reach down and catch the head. “Just let your body do what it has to, don’t fight it.” Keigo touches it as Dabi’s jaw tightens to the point it clicks, aching and sobbing he widens his legs. Letting Keigo see what a ruined mess he’s made of himself and the baby’s head comes fully out. Crying fills the air and Dabi can’t do anything, can’t speak past Keigo’s shoulder. Only whine long and loud several times. He feels Keigo gasp and Keigo’s other hand lets go of his own to catch the baby. Dabi’s tired but he anxiously bears down again, whimpering through the pain and trying to think of how long it’s been. How long has he been in labor? Is this safe? He didn’t do any research, convinced the baby wouldn’t make it this far. Much less him. “They’re alive Dabi, baby, baby I want you to breathe, okay? Just, you can do this.” Hawks’ voice is tight as he helps Dabi, slightly pulling as Dabi pushes. The pain lessened tremendously as soon as the head was out, Keigo catches the baby and Dabi cries. Unable to unlock his jaw and his legs keep moving, spasming in pain from his spine, but he raises his arms up to hold them anyways.
Jingling the cuffs to prove he’s safe, he can hold their baby. He begs shamelessly in whines, he can’t barter like this but maybe Hawks is willing to work with him. Take a deal for later, he swallows hard and forces his own thigh between Keigo’s with clear intent, looking up at him with held out arms through his eyelashes. He throws a lower shorter whine out for extra measure, laying it on a little too thick.

Discord prompt pain lvl 7
He didn’t have a heat for a couple months and his pills made him sick, so Dabi stops taking them. Magne looks at him with worry when he’s sick in the morning and he can't reassure her. Tell her that he can’t be pregnant, he’s always been too thin, too sick but since he joined the League that’s changed. It’s a possibility now, and the tests he buys confirm its more than a possibility suddenly. It’s a reality. The entire league is in an uproar, fussing around him and checking on him constantly. He didn’t know how he felt about it, it made him feel like he was made of glass. Like they were waiting for him to break. Packs did this though, he could get used to it eventually. Used to Jin making coffee and handing him a cup in the mornings. Shigaraki constantly scenting him and dragging him into games. He leaves a lot, Sako and Kuroguri freakout everytime and worriedly call his phone, until he starts leaving a message with someone that he’s going to be back. He gets bigger and rounder and then one night, before he can’t hide it any longer, Dabi leaves the base. He can figure out what to do later, after he’s had her and isn’t worried about the league's reaction. If the baby lives. He’s always had poor health, he’s felt her move on and off. Isn’t she supposed to move more than that? Isn’t he supposed to be bigger? Has his scent changed yet? The questions plague Dabi as he shoves himself into one of his old hiding holes, nicer side of town with nasty people. He just needs to keep quiet. He'll lose the baby or give birth and drop her off. Or die during it, he doesn't know. Dabi doesn't have any options, he ran out of them a long time ago and every choice he’s made sense has given him less and less. He makes it a few more weeks and wants to cry when he feels the cramping start. On a makeshift nest in the corner, sobbing as he realizes he waited too long. He doesn't have any money, any help he was going to call the league tomorrow. He was, he really was but now he cant find his phone and it’s probably dead and this is going to hurt so much. Memories of his mother screaming echo in his mind and he sobs, this isn’t like that. Not yet. He remembers when Enji hit her too hard, the unnamed baby that took hours of her screaming and begging for a hospital as Enji locked her in the bathroom. He’d been a preteen and unable to do anything but stare in horror. A cramp rips through him and he lets out a sob as he rolls himself on to his stomach.
Looking for his phone in the nest. It’s not there and he whines as he feels his muscles ripple, starting to bleed all over it. He’s more scared than hurt so he manages to stand, distressed, and panicking as he runs through the abandoned apartment as fast as he can. There’s an old metal bowl and a rag he finds in the kitchen, under the sink. He fills the sink with water and shakes. He knows there’s going to be blood, that's what the bowl and rag are for. All the towels and pillows he could find earlier are in his nest and he shucks off his coat he’d had on for warmth and grabs everything back to the nest. He never had one of these before the league, hadn’t needed or wanted one. Then he was in a home and the urge had struck, getting worse when he met Hawks. When makeout and late nights stayed make outs. He doesn't know what to do now that he needs one. Can’t pick up and leave because his pack needs him, because he wants hawks, because he’s having a fucking baby.
The cramps grow worse with all his walking around and panic, Dabi realizes he’s been whining the entire time and strips his shirt off at the same time as he steps out of his pants. Balling the shirt up and shoving it in his mouth as he lays back in the bare nest. It smells wrong, Dabi’s scared and everything below his waist is on fire, the pain balling in his pelvis and wrapping around his waist to travel up his spine. His pecs ache worse than they have the week he’s stayed here. Getting ready for a baby who’s going to be dead, they’re going to be dead. Dabi knows it in his soul, he hasn’t felt a kick in weeks, it’s too early, he thinks anyways, he knots the shirt behind his head. He’s on his side, sobbing as each pulse, every push his body demands he gives hurts him. His nails dig deep grooves into his arms and scars as he pushes. Crying and whining through the makeshift gag he’s given himself. His vision whites out in pain several times as he begs for relief, for comfort, help. He won’t get any he already knows. Probably won’t even let him hold his dead baby’s body as they drag him to jail, to die. His quirk starts smoking his scar seams and he knows he can’t do this alone. He can’t , he’s going to burn everything up and the league will never know what happened, his father will never be exposed and he screams in pain. Unlatching one of his hands to pull a pair of quirk handcuffs out from under it, bartered for after he’d burnt down a shelter years ago. Nightmares making it impossible to stay in them anymore and unable to sleep without risk of killing everything around him. He remembered vividly drinking the soda the hero gave him, not knowing what it would do at the time, hours spent on his back in exchange for the expensive necessary things he hates. He can’t touch them without wanting to vomit, the memory slams him in the face every time, but he can’t be found right now. He’s too vulnerable, unable to defend himself, not knowing what will happen besides pain that ruins him as the blood and fluids between his legs gush faster. He’s ruined for anyone after this, mentally and physically he can’t do this. The cuffs lock as omega noises begging for help and distress pour out, muffled by the shirt. He wishes he’d experienced what Keigo gave him at least one more time before he’d done this to himself. Not even keigo will want him again with how wide he can feel his muscles stretching. The blood starts to slow as pain white his vision out for longer. He reaches a hand down to his hole where the baby is coming out and bites the t-shirt, inserting his fingers and wiggling them as deep as they can go as he screams in pain. He’s stretched wide and has no problem inserting them, he touches something and lets out a wail as he withdraws his hand, making sure his coat is gathered under him to catch them. The next contraction makes him throw his head back and squirm, screaming even after the gag is misplaced enough that it falls off. He’s switched on to his back now and his arms are curled near his chest as his legs twitch and kick, but there’s no escaping this pain. He hears a cuss and whips his head around, pleading noises freezing as he sees white and purple through his blurred tear filled vision. He snaps his jaw and gives a deep growl that gets cut off with another scream, he can’t stop pushing and he’s barely made any progress, that he can feel anyways, through the burning mind wiping pain.
“Get the fuck out, hel-” he manages to scream and snarl at her, the beg for help escaping without his permission. The female alpha, that combined with her color scheme and dark skin tone is enough to give him a very clear idea of who has found him. A hero, Miruko, who croons reassurance and takes a step forward as she is muttering something he can't hear, low and fast.
“Leave, fucking bitch. Going to arrest me in labor? Leave me alo-” he screams as the baby moves just that little bit further. Whimpering and unable to even sob afterwards. Rumi leaves, ducking outside the broken door and away from Dabi finally, leaving him free to wail and cry. His hands tremble as he brings them up to his mouth, locked together.
He bites down and pushes with the next contraction, eyes closed and letting his head drop into the nest. He’s just tired and it hurts, he wants it to be done with. Dabi cries as he waits for it to be done, for labor to be over so he cleans up his mess. Go home and crawl into his actual nest, the one that’s small and plush and smells like the league with just the hints of keigo starting to come through. Everything feels wrong and he lets tears pour out of his eyes as his brain keeps giving him the feeling of his baby moving, struggling as hard as he is. He knows it’s not real, it’s just brain signals getting crossed and trying to get him through this. He hasn’t felt any movement in weeks and this is just the last straw. He bears down again, nothing to hold onto and ground him as he whimpers insistently, hating the noise leaving him, blood filling his mouth and making him choke on what he resolves to be his last attempt, he can feel the head stretching and tearing him. He hopes Rumi actually left, he doesn't have the strength to fight off an alpha, won’t even be able to move for several days after this. That’s if his pathetic body can get it together long enough to fight off an infection, at the very least long enough to get him home after he rests. Dabi’s never doing this again, even if by some miracle someone did want him.

Discord Prompt pain lvl 7
The sun is still coming up and Dabi's never been more thankful for an empty base.
Dabi started finally calming down as he laid his head against Jin's chest and listened to his heartbeat. Jin shouted and stepped through with him as Dabi hid his face in Jin's sweater.
He was sitting on the couch and one of the blankets Shigaraki was always in was thrown over him. It was heavy and he found himself tightly wrapping it around his shoulders as it pressed him into the cushions. It smelled like the entire LoV and Dabi found his breaths finally slowing as his head cleared.
"Here, Toga grabbed these from your room. She's pacing in there with a couple knives." Shigaraki crouched in front of him with a clean pair of clothes. Dabi took another breath to steady himself as he took them. A moment later Toga was sprinting towards him with a familiar beat up tiny backpack ramming into her.
"It's low. Everything in here is old." Toga bit out as she struggled to rip the zipper open and Dabi reached out and ruffled her hair, still laying flat on the couch. Her eyes teared up and she picked at the edge of the cushion. "Is. Do you feel too yuck for cuddles?" she asked quietly, in the most tactful way she could think of. Dabi lifted one corner of the weighted blanket in response and she dove underneath, up against him and grabbing his face to look him in the eyes.
"It's fine, Toga. I'm okay, see?" He looked her in the eyes and she laid down with a nod. Holding tight to one of his wrists, fingers hovering over his pulse as she started drifting back to sleep.
Dabi's breathing so slowed down and he slumped into the blanket that was pressing him down onto the couch. It was heavy and he could understand why Shigaraki always had one around him. Shigaraki brushed his scent gland against Dabi's hair and he tucked his head down into the blanket and Toga.
Sako came and sat on the arm of the sofa. Combing his fingers into his hair after he gave Dabi a chance to pull away from it and keeping his movements slow.
"Thank you Dabi, for calling us," Sako spoke calmly once the rest of the league headed to bed and left them alone. Dabi glanced up at him to see him without his mask for once. A small smile on his face battling the concern. "Jin said you said some pretty concerning things, Dabi. You also smell of that Keigo Takami."
Toga snuffled in her sleep and gripped tight to Dabi as his chin trembled and he shrugged again.
"I did want it?" Dabi whispered, glancing around in the dark to avoid eye contact.
Jin walked back in to try taking Toga from him, she protested at first and sank her fangs into Jin's arm in a sleepy state of alarm but Jin didn't even seem to notice as he held her.
"He said he was broken," he lightly growled and stopped when Toga whimpered. "I'm putting her to bed. Showers open if you need it, Dabi."
Dabi grabbed the clothes Shigaraki had brought out and headed for the bathroom, he could still feel the cum and slick oozing out of him and crusting in his boxers. He was exhausted, crying and the breakdown in its entirety had taken a lot out of him. He didn't know what was wrong with him.
Just that normal omega's didn't run from the best sex they'd ever had, the best... experiance Dabi had in general.
"What? Dabi did Keigo?" Sako cut himself off as Dabi shook his head and looked down at the floor. Shoulders up around his ears and bright red.
"Look, I'm sorry-" Dabi was cut off by Sako coming up to him and grabbing his chin, forcing eye contact for just a moment before he let go of him.
"Okay. Well, whatever happened you can tell me later. Just so we are clear on exactly what pieces of Takami I will be breaking." He gave Dabi a tiny smirk, accepting a cup of coffee as Kuroguri handed it to him with a whisper of waiting for him.
"Mr. You, you can go back to bed." Dabi whispered in an inaudible mumble. looking down the hall towards the shower. He just didn't want to ever talk about this again. It was embarrassing, both the fussing over him and the break down. He'd... there had been some really shitty times and this night didn't even clear the top 5. There wasn't a reason to be so upset but the shame wouldn't leave him alone.
Sako waited up anyways and was there when he came out in clean clothes. Stumbling back towards the couch and lifting the blanket up.
"Why the fuck is this so heavy?" he mumbled to himself as he closed his eyes. Leaning against the couch as Sako came and sat down on the other end.
"Okay. So you wanted to have sex with Takami, and you did. Did he not stop when you asked? Did he make you uncomfortable at all?" Sako asked and lifted one of his arms in invitation for Dabi to borrow against him.
Dabi shrugged uncomfortably and looked over at Sako, he bit the inside of his cheek to stop a whimper and debated if he would just end up anxious and uncomfortable if he took up the invitation. Sako waited patiently until Dabi gave in and let himself fall sideways to be held.
"No. He didn't. I have no idea why I'm just having a meltdown, maybe I really am just, broken Mr." he mumbled quietly. Sako patted his shoulder.
"You're not. Somethings going on Dabi, whatever it is we can work on it," Sako hummed. “You hesitated when I asked if he made you uncomfortable."
"He didn't." Dabi insisted and when Sako didn't press he continued, feeling like he had to explain why he hesitated. "We- Fuck I don't know okay? I don't know what made me decide I was down for getting fucked by an Alpha Hero tonight. But I did. Okay? I wanted it, wanted him. Then we were just making out in some alley and I needed air, so I pushed him back."
Sako took a deep breath in at that and held it. "Okay, that's good, if you wanted a roll in the hay with Hawks you're allowed to have that. Why did you need air? Did he let you push him away?"
Dabi snorted at Sako's polite way of referencing him being horny. It was laugh or cry, and he was out of tears and too tired to actually laugh.
"He did. Easily, barely had to push and he was turning me on so badly. it's not like I wasn't still enjoying it? We just, he offered his apartment. I've never-" Dabi cut himself off with a noise that was half a sob and half a laugh. He didn't know anymore.
"Oh Dabi. You're not broken, I promise. Tell me more, this old man wants all that coffee you kids keep dropping." Sako nudged Dabi and he let out a little laugh.
"Okay, okay. So we go back to his place to fuck, I’m uh... not feeling well. Nerves or some shit. My stomach keeps flipping and I just, I want him but I’m also not really sure how this is gonna go now. He," Dabi laughed and turned himself into Sako. "Okay. He decided he wanted to wine and dine me after I got my feet under me, alright? Then he took me back to his actual legit fucking bedroom there was a couch right there!, and fucked me so well I actually came twice, and purred afterwards as I actually fell asleep in his arms?" Dabi was laughing again. So absurd it was funny. What the fuck had tonight even been? He couldn't even dream this shit up, too far to go for any one night stand.
"It sounds like you had a wonderful night and a gentleman showed you a good time, Dabi. I'm happy for you, so what changed then? What happened?" He lightly pressed and combed Dabi's hair.
"I woke up." Dabi muttered quietly staring ahead at nothing. "I just, I woke up and I... I don't know, Mr. I just had to leave and then I felt... I felt gross? And sick. I've, it doesn't make sense. I was fine, and then I woke up and I wasn't and I couldn't get home. Couldn't get myself together enough to call Kuroguri and then just, had a meltdown."
Sako shook his head, continuing to pet Dabi's head as he thought in silence.
"I get fucked like that" Dabi stuck one hand out of the blanket to gesture loosely with an embarrassed bright red face. "And then, I freak out? Have a meltdown over what exactly?"
"Well, I'll tell you one thing Dabi, it does not mean that you are a broken omega." He stood up and groaned as his bones creaked. Dabi closed his eyes on the couch. Ready to go to bed already and wake up from this, this whatever it was. A dream or a nightmare, he didn't know. Didn't know how to figure it out.

Fuck Titles.
Shigaraki and Dabi both see the news at the same time. Dabi getting a alert on his phone due to following the Hawks tag and telling Shigaraki to turn on the TV. It’s a recap by the timethe get to it and the anchor woman praises Keigo for getting back up after going down hard.
Keigo dosen’t stay to let the paramedics check him over, he never does.
Dabi really wants to chalk it up to being a aplha pride thing but he knows keigo is probably already being called away on his headset to assist with the next disaster.
“don’t they ever let him get a break? he just used up aton of feathers and no one even blinks at him going from disaster to disaster?” Shigaraki scowls. He had a bit of a soft spot for Keigo after meeting him a couple times.
“No, they don’t” Dabi sneered. Fucking hero commission, taking the one good hero they had and buring him out.
“He’s coming here tonight.” shigaraki stated watching the alpha he was more than a little attached too get knocked out of the air again. this time in slow motion as a diffrent anchor commented on how pretty he looked as he fell.
“Agreed. I don’t like the idea of him in his apartment alone and possibly injured.” Dabi took out his phone and started rapidly texting.
“let me know what he says.” shig muttered and turned off the TV.
“probably injured, he’s avoiding telling me if he’s hurt and says to tell you we’re cute when you worry.” dabi frowned.
“tell him he’s avoiding the question and thats unattractive in a alpha.” Shigaraki shot back and stood up.
“come on, lets build him a nest to come home too.”
“both of us?” dabi asked as he took a selfie flipping off the camera.
“well he’s been flirting with both of us so he should learn to step up or shut up.” shigaraki’s hand was incercepted on its way to his neck by dabi.
“if you start bleeding keigo will never sit still long enough to get his own injuries checked.” dabi points out.
“stupid fucking alpha.” shigaraki muttered as he dragged dabi into his room. Dabi spent most of his time at the base in here with him anyays so it was bassiclly theirs.
building the nest itself went smother than either expected. Shigaraki was quick to explain why he wanted things a certain way when he changed things and dabi didnt want to change much to begin with. it ended up being half a lesson on nest building and half teasing shaigaraki on how picky he was.
“you cant have the chickling right there, thats got to be another pillow. keigo’s going to be inbetween us so his wings dont hang over the edge.” shigaraki threw the plush at dabi.
when it was done Dabi shoved Shigaraki so he fell back into the nest on one side and he threw himself into it on the other side.
“i still can’t get over how nice these are.” Dabi muttered into the fluff pile.
suddenly there was arm around both omegas and a warm heavy weight across their backs. Keigo’s wings, about half their regular size, one each laying over a omega on either side.
“th-this was for me right? im sorry i just- i didnt thin- are you two?” keigo stuttered and lossened his grip. raising his face out of the blankets where he had speed to flop as soon as he had seen the two omegas and the oversized nest.
neither of them heard Keigo come in to the room.
“you were flirting with both of us so in shig’s words, ‘step up or shut up.’“ dabi relaxed back into the nest again.
“yes it’s for all 3 of us dipshit. let me see your fucking side. you went down hard.” shigaraki decayed keigo’s shirt wihout thinking about it.
keigo stiffened and snapped his wings close to them. covering his sides.
“kei, how bad is it? we can’t patch you up if you dont let us see.” dabi sat up and poked at keigo’s wing. worry seeping into his voice.
“i- its- look-” keigo stuttered before giving up and burrowing his head into the middle of the nest.
“itfsfeneihudtgavefurtits” he refused to raise his head as he tried to reassure them both.
“keigo i swear to god. if your hurt and trying to hide it,” Shigaraki growled deep and menacing.
“im fine, i just have four fucking tits okay?” keigo pulled his head out of the nest.
“i mean i have a second set of pectoral muscles to help with flying. i only scrapped my side earlier and i already got it healed by someone with a medical quirk.
“then fucking let me see it.” Shigaraki carefully pulled at keigo’s wing. he could deal with the extra set of chest muscles keigo had later, right now he just wanted to check on the wound he should have had.
dabi on the other hand had frozen.
“can we go back to the four pecs thing? because i for one would like to see that please.” he tried to play it off likea joke but the scent comeing from him said he as actually very interested in the idea.
keigo sat up in suprise and Shigaraki wasted no time in touching the area he had injured.
“did dabi just say please or was i halucinating from sleep deprivation?” keigo stared.
“yeah i know ive never heard him say it either.” shigaraki leaned back satisfied his alpha was fine.
“okay that’s super hot. i did not know i would be into that.” dabi muttered but laid back down and tugged keigo down with him.
“its weird”keigo muttered and tried gently pulling shigaraki down with them.
“we can prove how hot we think keigo is later when hes slept and can function.” shigaraki outright snuggled close into keigo’s side after he pulled on his gloves.
“right, nap first.”
“you two are crazy, how did i get so lucky?” keigo muttered and fell asleep a few seconds later.

Secret baby ch22
“Are you injured?” the voice on the other end of the line asks him as he stands in the middle of a room that only a few minutes ago had been filled with people. Living breathing people. He can’t remember why he wants to be a hero. Surely listening to the commision push him for another surgery wasn’t that bad. He does still want to be a hero.
“Winged hero Hawks, do you require medical attention?” The voice on the other end asks again, they may as well be a robot with all the concern they are showing for him right now. He winces after the thought, it’s late at night and she’s probably tired and gets alot of these calls. It’s not that he thinks he’s special and deserves special treatment because the commision favors him so much.
“Sore with bruises and a small laceration on my shoulder but I’m fine.” He forces a light chuckle out of his mouth that grates on his own ears as he cringes. There’s several dead bodies behind him, the blood feels sticky in some spots and itches in others.
“Stay focused for the duration of this call please. It’s important we get accurate information as soon as possible. Your mission is completely correct?” Nails clack against the keyboard’s buttons as Hawks shifts nervously, taking his visor off before putting them back on when he remembers that wiping them off on his coat would only add to the smeared blood on them. He takes a deep breath that catches twice before he breathes out slowly with it.
“Yes ma'am.” He softly confirms and shuffles his feet, they make a squelching sound and he gags into the receiver as he struggles to get a hold of himself. He just has to get through this phone call, that’s it. Then he can go home. The distress in his own pheromones is making him lightheaded and there’s nothing he wants more than to go home and forget all about this.
“Thank you Hawks.” She sounds annoyed. She hasn’t addressed him by his name once and didn’t bother to give him something to call her. She doesn't mention the gagging and he hates that he feels relieved.
“Now, you said you had a laceration? It says here that your quirk is suited for long distance. How did the laceration occur if this information is correct?”
“I- uh um. I tried to talk one of the members down, he’d been talking about his partner and wanting to start a family.” He closed his eyes and resisted the urge to scratch the drying blood on his nose. His gloves feel the worst, the blood having nowhere to go and by the time he had wretched open the phone with one hand the other had gone cold. It’s now like his fingertips are in very thick ice water and are numbly stinging.
“That was against your instructions. As a reminder you were instructed to complete your mission with the parameters of stealth. In order to not tip any of them off. Were there any other mistakes?” Hawks flinches at the cold tone. Almost done, she’s just reminding him of the parameters and where he screwed up, then he can be on his way. He hopes her night goes better, he can’t imagine having to deal with calls like his all night long.
“No ma’am. That was the only thing that didn’t go according to plan.” He finally gets his head on straight as she goes through the protocols of asking him details. How many people were there, what time he got there and what time he expected himself to be home before a final reminder of the time he was supposed to be in tomorrow morning. He goes through the answers on autopilot , this part of reporting is familiar and part of his daily routine now.
“Thank you Hawks.” the agent clicks off without a goodbye. He’s finally been given the okay to start his walk home, knowing better than to leave a scene before repeating. The police will soon be here to take over from here, he can go home. Hawks wings too soaked to fly he sticks to dark alleys, hiding the darkside of hero work like everyone else.
His apartment is a mess when he finally gets up the fire escape and dumps his clothes off on the balcony before walking in. He hasn’t had enough time to clean it for awhile, a cleaning service is an option but the commission would demand they screen the person first and he doesn't want to deal with that headache.
The blood under his talons is stiff, his feathers ache with the extra weight sticking to him, he’s so tired he actually thinks about just crawling in bed, blood and all. He’s going to have enough nightmares, he doesn't want to wake up like this in his nest. Well, maybe it had been more like Touya’s nest as he’d been the one that made it. Hawks had just never bothered to undo it, especially since he didn’t have time to remake it into something his own. He heads straight for his shower, doing his best not to drip blood. His arm throbs as he pulls back the shower curtain, He should have put Touya and their almost baby out of his mind by now but shit just keeps happening that brought him back to the forefront of the Heroes mind. The guy had been so startled when he’d dropped down, unwilling to listen to him and had stabbed Hawks before he could even say anything. He can’t win all the time. Knows that not every mission will end like this. Feeling more like a loss than a victory. The knowledge doesn't make him feel better or make his stomach stop turning as he braces himself against the showerwall to dry heave again.
Legs shaking and head spinning he sits on the floor to let the water gently clean him. Water hot enough to steam and it replaces the sting of the cold weather with heat.  His eyes water and he's just relieved it's over with, that this shitty job he shouldn’t have taken is over with. He’s finally able to let himself cry as the water runs from red to pink. Eventually his tears run out and he’s left just sitting there until he pulls himself together enough for bed. He has an early patrol.

Secret baby ch20
Dabi wakes up due to Kiyoko smacking his face, she’s attempting to grab one of his piercings he knows but it still ends up with her chubby little hands hitting his face. Having at least one of her missions succeed she gives a loud happy screech. She usually wanted food when she screeched like that. Otherwise Kiyoko greeted Dabi with a sweet chirp or a “Dada”, the latter becoming more common as time went on.
He starts making a mental list of the things he had to do before dropping off Kiyoko at her sitters. It was enough to make him groan and bury his face in the pillow.  He knew he needed to get up and get started soon or he wouldn't have time to go fetch the extra money for Kiyoko’s babysitter. Still he lets his face rest in the pillow as his thoughts start racing to plan a time efficient day. Kiyoko baps his face again, trying to close her tiny hands around the bar piercing in his ear. He gently grabs her hand , kissing it, before he gives her his finger instead and she immediately sticks it in her mouth getting her baby spit all over it.
“My fingers just taste good or something baby?” he mumbles into the pillow. Kiyoko responds with a loud chirp, he has about one or two chirps before she lets loose with another screech in his ear to get him up.
“DADA!” she yells at him, waves sweetly at him when he turns his face to look at her. Her bright gold eyes wide open and her hair sticking up in every direction possible. Wings still shedding baby feathers flutter and add to the litter of down in the nest. Happy and bright eyed after being up and down all night. Dada was still about the only thing she said to him, the chirping a common enough occurrence. He shoves himself up, he still has to do laundry today and drop off rent preferably before the meeting with the league of villains.
He sat upright cursing as it clicked that he was meeting Toga and the League today. An alarm went off on his phone, moving to swipe it off, he saw it was a later one and started cursing as he untangled himself from blankets. He wouldn't have time to get it until later, possibly tomorrow depending on how long the meeting took. He was already running late this morning.
Kiyoko let out a series of chirps and tilted her head back until she fell over when she saw him clumsy roll out of bed. Dabi had figured out that this was her way of laughing for now. Kiyoko let out more human giggles as well, usually when she was looking for when she was joining Dabi in laughing at something. Dabi laughed at her falling over and she tilted her head back and looked at him with shocked wide golden eyes.
“Stop making Dada laugh princess, I have to get us ready, we’ve got a lot to do today.” He scooped her up, wrinkling his nose as he did so, Kiyoko’s diaper needed to be changed as well and he only had so much time to do everything.
Kiyoko let out a low chirp and started crying when Dabi absentmindedly hushed her as he laid her on her on the bathroom counter. He’d noticed she didn’t like her wings being stuck under her but he didn’t have time to ease her into laying on them today.
“Baby girl no, Let's be good for Dada today please?’ he begged as he threw the dirty diaper in the trash, setting her on the floor of the shower as he stripped. He caught a glance of his reflection in the mirror as he stepped in the shower. He paused blinking at how much he had changed. Red hair dyed inky black, piercings decorating his face. There was a scar from where Kiyoko was removed from him and he had deep bags under his eyes. He was no longer gaunt and skinny, instead he was fleshed out and almost muscular. All in all he didn't look bad, tired yes, but nothing like he had when he had first started working for Girian. He didn’t look sick, weak or scared anymore.
Kiyoko yelled to get his attention and he picked her back up, turning on the shower. There was no time to contemplate how far he had come since leaving his old life behind. He had no regrets, beyond leaving his siblings behind.
Kiyoko started crying and despite not a single tear falling it tugged at Dabi’s heart. He wasn’t foolish enough to think she didn’t know she was going to the sitters today. She knew she was being dropped off with her babysitter and was trying her usual tactics to delay him. But he didn't have time to indulge her today and turn her tears to giggles and happy shrieks. Kiyoko cried through breakfast and Dabi couldn't get her to eat more than a couple bites of food. She whimpered and kept saying Dada mournfully when he plopped her into the nest so he could get dressed in his villain outfit. It was what he used for shovel jobs with Girian. He finished yanking a comb through his hair and swallowing his scent pill before he turned to get Kiyoko ready.
He dressed Kiyoko in a pumpkin themed outfit. Checking his phone and letting out more curses. Kiyoko chirped shrilly at him as he dived into the closet, and babbled happily at him when he came out, blowing spit bubbles. Grabbing a coat for himself and making a note that Kiyoko would need one this year as well when he had time to take her shopping.
He cursed and grabbed her bag of snacks off the counter on his way out the door. Kiyoko had a weird fondness for spicy peppers and mostly ate jerky. At her last checkup Dabi had been given guidelines on what kinds of things she would be able to eat as she got older and developed more. and what one she wouldn't. He dropped her off with a promise to her sitter that no, she did not have to feed Kiyoko bugs, just her regular snacks and he would be back with her promised raise when he picked her up that night.
The bar where he was meeting the “league of villains “ leader was just like his apartment building, old with cracks in the wall and a musty unpleasant smell.  Broken beer bottles in the alleyway he came down and cigarettes outside the entrance. Unlike his apartment the smell wasn't strong enough to make him gag due to his sensitive nose. Almost like they were old. Maybe it had been the rain a few days prior that watered down the smell.
He exited the alleyway and came over to where Girian was standing with a girl in a school uniform. Girian gave a nod at him and he decided to save his excuses for being late, it didn’t matter when he was here now and this was a villain job anyways. He’d learned in the past months that he rarely had to be exactly on time for these.
“Dabi, you ready? Princess over here already is.” He tugged at one of Toga’s space buns lightly and caught the wrist that came at him with a knife. Dabi raised an eyebrow at the knife in her hand and the grin on her face when she tried to stab Girian.
“How old are you even brat? 12? You’re not even old enough to enter this bar?” He glared at her, shoulders back and preparing to disarm her if she decided that he was her next stabbing target.
“I’m 17 and want to meet the guys who knew Mr.stainy. Are you a fan of him too? Don’t you just want to cut him open and be him?” She gushed and let Girian keep hold of her arm, peering at Dabi around him.
He hadn’t given Stain too much thought honestly. He saw the video just like everyone else,as well as the news from when enji supposedly took him down. While he agreed the hero’s should be taken out and taken off their pedistels, the seemingly random murder hadn’t been the way to do it. All it did was put false Heroes in the narrative of having been so brave for dying in the line of duty. The news repeatedly asking how sorry their families must feel. How many families had grown up like him Dabi had wondered as they televised a newly paralyzed hero.
He shoved the thoughts out of his mind before he could start questioning if his family was okay. If Natsou was still studying to be a doctor, if Fuyumi still wanted to teach brats. If Shouto was still just a brat in general. He would see them soon enough if he could get his plans to go through.
“He had the right idea.” Dabi shrugged and faced the door, it was time to meet the boss anyways they had been waiting on him. “Sorry I'm late Girian, late morning today.” he drawled.
“I’m sure you had a good reason for being late.” Giran pulled the door open and swaggered in. Toga following him inside, she swayed a little as she bounced on her toes after him and Dabi frowned. Maybe it was natural, maybe she was dizzy and not getting enough protein.
He followed behind the both of them, letting his steel toed boots fall a little heavier and standing up straight. He had to stay focused here, had to go home at the end of the day and had to subtly push his own agenda.
A guy in plain sweats sat at a bar counter and had a hand over his face. The place was coated in the boss’s omega’s scent, not overpowering but definitely noticeable. Looking around he noticed that the inside of the bar was very clean. It had a subtle orange and smoke smell. The guy in sweats was playing some sort of handheld game and he scowled at them when they came in. Toga giggled at nothing and he started growling, fuck they didnt even have the guys name yet and Toga was causing problems. The only other person in the place was an older man at the bar, a beta by the smell of him, who looked up at them but didn’t do anything.
“Shigaraki, Kuroguri, I’ve brought you some more members.” Girian waved his hand at Dabi and Toga who stepped out from behind him at the cue. He stayed off to the side of the room, making it clear if things went down he wouldn’t get in the way.
“I’m Toga Himiko! I like to drink blood and I just love stains and other cute things!” She excitedly gushed out, letting a child's undefined scent come off her as she did. Maybe she thought she was introducing herself better with it but Dabi could already feel the headache forming as Shigaraki’s lip curled and he deepened his growl.
“You can call me Dabi.” He edged himself closer to Toga prepared to shove her behind him if the temperamental omega, their soon to be boss, lunged for them. This wasn’t a club introduction like she seemed to think it was and Shigaraki didn’t need to know anything else about him.
Shigaraki stood up and lunged at them while letting his scent loose, the damp earth smell matched the one all around the bar. Must live here, Dabi guessed as he threw up his arm to cast a plume of flames. Toga ducked out from behind him with her knife out while Dabi snagged the back of her shirt with his free hand, yanking her back. Then there was a portal in front of his face, his hand was sticking out of it, he narrowed his eyes and gave his fingers a twitch. There were now portals all around the room, made of the same blackmist the bartender was. Toga giggled and liked the end of her own knife which was now inches from her face. Shigaraki hissed at him but didn’t move, his own hands sticking out from portals away from them all.
“Young Tomura, please calm down.” the man at the bar, Kuroguri, asked in a calm polite tone. Dabi rolled his eyes, what exactly did mistman think that was going to do?
“Fucking bratty manchild.” Dabi hissed at the red-eyed omega in front of him. “If you're going to be  a possessive bastard don’t hold meetings in your house you fucking creep.”
“I’m 20 thanks. At least the girl over there can introduce herself properly, what’s your name?” He hissed, slowly edging back from Dabi. “ And why can’t i smell you? Got something to hide?”
“I’ll tell you if it comes up, until then you don’t need to know.” Dabi held Shigaraki’s eyes with his own blue ones. Shigaraki curled his scared lip and when Dabi didn’t back down or break his stare pulled his hands back through the portals they had been sent through. Dabi followed and took a couple steps back, letting go of Toga’s sweater.
“If you stretched it out you're getting me a new one.” Toga sniped at him.
“I probably just saved your skin from the manchild over there brat, I'm not getting you shit.” he grumbled and shoved his hands back into his pockets.
“I’m going out for a walk, and we are not with Stain. If you still want to join, fine welcome to the league of villains.” Shigaraki ripped a coat off the wall and stormed out.
“Sounds like you kids made the cut, I’ll be going. “ Girian smirked and walked out after Shigaraki. Leaving Dabi and Toga in the company of the bartender.
“I’m kuroguri. I apologize for Shigaraki’s behavior. Would you like a drink?” Kuroguri at least seemed polite, if not overly polite for a villain compared to what Dabi was used to.
“Can I have wine?” Toga hopped up onto the barstool and sunk her knife into the top, not noticing Kuroguri’s wince when she did so.
“If you would like I can give you a little, as a welcoming gift.” Kuroguri grabbed a bottle from under the counter and poured some in a short glass he pushed over to her. Dabi took a deep sniff of the air and noticed the sour rotten notes of alcohol were absent. Kuroguri had probably given her sparkling juice then like most bartenders did for kids. He and Fuyumi used to pour it in fancy glasses at home and pretend they were old enough to drink as they did their homework.
“I’ll pass on the drink thanks, can you tell us what’s expected of us here? Or do we have to leave that for the creep to tell us about our jobs when he gets back from walking off his tantrum?” He walked over and sat down on a stool.
“Young Tomura is still planning out his next move. For now he is more focused on laying low and gathering numbers. The overall goal however, is the complete collapse of hero society.” He picked up the cleaning cloth he had been using earlier. “ I understand young Himiko is to be staying here at the bar with us while we wait to make our moves, are you going to be needing accommodations as well Dabi?”
“No. Just text me when the next meeting is.” He scrawled his number down twice on a pad of paper he pulled from his pocket and tearing the page, slid one copy over to Toga. “You, this isn’t a game. Save my number for if you need me. Kuroguri let me know when the creep gets his act together, I’ve got other things to do if my time is going to be wasted here.”
Kuroguri took the number with a comment about passing it on to Shigaraki when he came back. Dabi didn’t catch all of it as his phone went off in his pocket and he saw Kiyoko’s sitter had been texting him the entire time Shigaraki had been throwing a tantrum.
It Looked like he was going to have to pick Kiyoko up early as well, based on the texts the sitter was sending him. Kiyoko was being fussy and the sitter didn’t want to watch her for much longer. He sent a text reminding her that he was stopping by with more money tonight when he picked up Kiyoko and looked back up at Kuroguri.
“Something urgent Dabi? I was just asking if you would like to stick around and meet the other members, we usually have dinner together since many of the current members live here.” Kuroguri was looking at him with almost an air of concern.
“Yeah something came up, I appreciate the offer Kuroguri. I just don’t have time to stick around and meet everyone.” He stood up and stretched, back cracking in several spots and sauntered out the door.
From there it was another bus ride to a bus stop a couple blocks from a grocery store. Then a walk to an atm when the store didn’t have one. Withdrawing money for his rent, groceries and babysitting. He sighed and then withdrew a little more for the next time he saw the league. Toga’s sweater had been stretched out by him grabbing it and she probably couldn’t replace it. Not to mention she needed a coat.
The trip to the grocery store only worsened Dabi’s headache due to the fluorescent lights and employees hovering.  He made a stop over in the babies section and picked up another blanket for Kiyoko. She needed a new one after the original had gone through so many washes it was wearing thin.
He came out of the store feeling exhausted, he still had to walk back to the bus station and from there transfer buses and walk a couple blocks until he could get home. Then the sitter still needed to be paid and was texting him again, Kiyoko had gotten sick so she needed him to come pick her up. Then he still had to make supper for them both and schedule an appointment for Kiyoko now that she was sick. He stepped on the bus and his phone pinged with a new text. An unknown number asking why the hell he didn't stay for dinner. Dabi ignored the text itself and saved the contact under ‘crusty face’ in his contacts.
This was all going to worth it if he could get enji in a grave and see his siblings again. Hawks had probably forgotten about him with all the time that had passed and the lack of a relationship they’d had in the first place, not to mention he was busy being a big shot hero these days. He let his head rest against the cool glass of the window and soothe his headache.

Secret Baby ch 21
Kiyoko is sick for 3 days. It’s a stressful few days for Dabi. Checking her fever and timing when he can give her another dose of fever reducer. It stresses him out to the point of exhaustion, Kiyoko reacts to his anxiety and distress by crying harder and refusing to settle. Kiyoko finally calms down for longer than a couple hours when her fever finally breaks a few days later. Letting Dabi sleep for what he guesses to be a solid 10 hours.
Shigaraki calls once as Kiyoko’s fever is peaking and she’s wailing in discomfort. Dabi sends him to voicemail and follows up with a short text about now not being a good time. Shigraki calls twice more afterwards so Dabi ends up silencing his phone. Later that night once he has Kiyoko tucked into her nest and is cleaning up he calls back.
“Why the hell didn’t you answer me earlier?” Shigaraki’s voice rasps through the phone. Demanding and Dabi can’t help but think of his boss as childish. He had sent a text and promised to call back later in his defense, what kind of person expected you to drop everything when they called anyways? “Are you doing dishes or something? I thought you were going to call back when you weren’t doing anything.”
“I couldn’t come to the phone. Personal issues. I’m free to talk now, you’re just going to have to ignore the background noise Creep.” It feels weird letting his voice become deeper and rougher at home. Kiyoko is safe in her nest and asleep but he still feels nervous letting his something he uses for work into his home.
“Fine. There’s a meeting tomorrow, meeting the rest of the League mostly and stay for dinner this time.” Shigraki huffs after a moment of silence. He expects to be obeyed but doesn't hang up either, waiting for Dabi to agree.
“I can’t stay for some weird Villain dinner.” Dabi pauses. This is a larger group, he knows he has to play nice. At least he has to work with everyone enough that he doesn't get discarded.
“Make it lunch so we’re not wasting time with shit. I’ve only got so much free time so you're just going to have to deal Boss.” Dabi shut off the faucet and stood up straight, cracking his spine and making him release a tired sigh. He didn’t have the energy for this, his family wouldn’t free himself though. He wanted to introduce Kiyoko to her aunt and uncles. He wants Rei to know she has a grandchild, wants her to move on and heal from all that enji has done to them. He wants to try with her at least, maybe with enji out of the picture things will be different between them.
Shigaraki is silent on the other end of the line for a few minutes. The sound of some games' special effects coming through the line is the only thing that lets Dabi know that the call itself isn’t an issue.
“Well creep? You're going to have to give me more notice than this if you want us to work together. I don’t have a lot of time to myself already. I'm banking on you and this League you’ve started being worth it.” Dabi snags his baby monitor off the counter and steps outside to light up a cigarette.
“Just show up crispy bastard. I’ll let everyone know and we’ll set up meeting times ahead now.” Shigaraki sniped at him but it was nicer than it could have been. “I hadn’t expected anyone who had other shit I guess.” Shigaraki hung up rudely, it would have been annoying but Dabi just rolled his eyes and put out his smoke. This better be worth it.
The next morning passes in a blur as he hauls his exhausted ass around the apartment. Kiyoko is bright eyed and happy again as she crawls around after him. Dabi moves from room to room cleaning and scenting as he goes. He leaves several windows open as he leaves, airing out the apartment. He’s had hardly any sleep and he’s relieved he set everything out the night before. The sitter had demanded an upcharge due to short notice but hopefully this is going to be the only time. Kiyoko hardly cries as he drops her off and the bus is on time for once, resulting in him being a few minutes earlier than he had expected.
There’s a green lump next to the door that he absent mindedly pats as he comes in the door and he uses it to steady himself as he kicks his boots clean of muck.  It gives an offended squawk making him jump. He mentally groans as he realizes what he’s done. The ‘green lump’ stands up and faces him with his arms crossed.
“Did you seriously just pet me? What the fuck dude?” The lizard guy confronts him, Dabi would take him seriously if he wasn't in a Stain cosplay. The guy is built and he has a large sword made of knives on his back. He smells of irritated beta and strangely enough coffee.
“I just saw a lump and didn’t realize it was a person. Sorry.” Dabi pulls his hand out of his pocket in case the guy decides to take his mistake out on him.
“I’m a person not a piece of furniture.” The guy scowls and his lips pull back to expose human looking teeth. “Whatever, don’t do it again. I’m Spinner.”
“You can call me Dabi.” The blue eyed omega nods at him but doesn't take the offered hand. He realizes he’s going to have to tell at least someone his name at some point. The rest of his history will have to come out as well but he wants to stay Dabi as long as he can.
Spinner gives him a sideways look but lets it slide. It figures he would, seeing as he also introduced himself with a Villain moniker rather than his actual name. Shigaraki is one of the only people who have wanted a legal name, at least the rest of his group won’t be following that pattern.
“Dabi! You finally came back! No one will let me drink their blood but It’s okay because I saw someone cute yesterday!” Toga comes around the corner and inserts herself into his space. Dabi listens to her ramble as he goes into the next room. Her hair is coming out of the buns on top of her head but her clothes look cleaner than when he last saw her.
“Toga, You left your cup in the kitchen.” A alpha woman with sunglasses perched on top of her red hair nearly runs into them as Toga leads him past the bar to what must be the kitchen. She smells strongly of alpha mixed with citrus. It’s bright and comforting in some odd way Dabi has never experienced before but it's not unpleasant.
Toga grabs the cup as she holds it out and slurps the red liquid in it. It's enclosed and she’s drinking it through a straw but Dabi’s still pretty sure it's blood.
“Who’s the goth hon?” She tilts her head at Dabi and has blocked the doorway to the kitchen. Large shoulders blocking the view and Dabi straightens up to look her in the eyes.
“Currently going by Dabi.” He puts a hand on Toga’s shoulder in case he has to pull her back again like when they met Shigaraki. “You going to let us pass and let me finish getting introduced?”
“You can call me big sis Magne.” She moves back and lets them into the room. “No last name there for you?”
“I’ll tell you when I have to. No family name for you either Magne?” Dabi lets Toga shrug him off and gives Magne another once over. It doesn't seem to be a touchy subject for her at least.
“Not one I use, legally it's stuck with my dead name still. Magne is what I go by and I just added Big sis for my villain moniker.” Whatever test she was giving him he seems to have passed. He was asking about the family name to poke around back at her. Instead he seems to have set the alpha at ease.
“Nah, Don’t like them much and the feeling is mutual.” she smirks at him and he can’t help but give a small smile back. He can already tell that she’s going to one of his favorites and she has a calming presence.
Toga gives another loud slurp, making so much noise due to how thick the liquid must be. She seems happy though so Dabi shoves the thought that it's gross to the back of his head.
At the table there’s a guy in a full body suit and mask, all monochrome colors, sitting at the table. Tea and books come with his light beta scent and Dabi is seriously starting to question why all these strangers smell so nice to him. Maybe it’s because he knows he will be with them for a while and his brain is trying to trick him into letting the arrangement be more permanent.
“Hey! Glad you got here safe! It’s about time you showed up, are you going to introduce yourself?” He speaks in two voices and Dabi is confused for a moment on which one he means until Toga holds up a finger to him. First voice then he guesses.
“Dabi. Nice enough to be here I guess.” He sits down across from him and the guy perks up.
“I’m Twice, Girans friend! Jin bubaigawara.” He holds out his hand and looks so hopeful that Dabi can’t help but shake it. This is the guy Giran had sent to check out the League?
“Nice to meet you I guess Jin.” He sits down, as a man in a bright orange coat walks in. Guess he wasn’t the last to arrive as he’d assumed. Then again some of the members seem to have taken up Kuroguri on the off to live here.
“Young Sir, you must be the last new member Shigaraki had been saying we would meet today.” He gives Dabi a bow and tips his tophat as Dabi blinks in surprise. The theatrical man pulls a bottle of sake and cups out of thin air.  He’s wearing scent blockers like Dabi, keeping his secondary gender to himself. “I’m Sako Atsuhiro. Mr.Compress works as well if you prefer to keep things professional.”
Mr.Compress cracks the seal on the bottle loudly before he pours, It’s been forever since Dabi let himself drink. First he was pregnant and then occasionally breast feeding and then he was just too busy to relax and unwind with a stiff drink. Compress had even made a show of breaking the seal, knowing they all didn’t trust each other yet. Dabi takes the glass with no intention of actually drinking it but finds himself relaxing and taking small sips. Mr. Compress shows off magic tricks and Twice is his interactive audience.
Kuroguri glides into the dining area right before Shigaraki and Spinner enter , Mr. Compress pulls out a chair for him and Dabi hides his grin behind his sake cup. Lunch passes quickly with a lot of questions aimed at everyone. Most of them Dabi declines to answer. He’s never planned to work with a group this long. Still he figures his usual rule of thumb, the less they know the better, will work just fine. Shigaraki who gets visibly upset and starts scratching respects it when he pasess on things such as a favorite food or game. Anything he can stomach and He dosen’t even have time for an idle game currently.
Kuroguri is asking him if he has any family if he’s got any collateral these people can use against him when the first call comes through the line. Dabi shoots up and can his normally iron hard face mask slipping. Showing hints of instinctual panic at Kiyoko’s sitters ringtone. He blames it on the unfinished cup of sake, not nearly enough to affect him, instead of the warm comfortable atmosphere. It’s nothing, just an alert that the kids are going outside.
The next text is asking if Kiyoko’s feathers can be vacuumed up. Dabi scowls as he types furiously into his phone to leave his daughters feathers on her back, before another one arrives and it's a picture of the soft down surrounding Kiyoko. The black haired omega frowns, yeah he can see how that would be an issue for someone else. He types back a short response that it's fine. Then lets his leg bounce off in anxiety as his phone chimes several more times. Some of the members are looking at him strangely and it just makes it worse. He checks his phone again as he wonders if he locked the door on his way in. Of course he did, he never forgets, but that’s for his own house and he has the urge to check for the base.
“Everything alright Dabi?” Shigaraki asks him with an odd tone to his voice. Dabi brushes it off as Shigaraki’s possessive streak coming out as the crusty asshole tries to sneak a peek at his phone like some sort of kid.
It's the fourth time Dabi has ducked out to take a phone call. Kiyoko is crying and controlling some of her feathers to annoy her sitter or entertain the other kids. When they were vacuumed up Kiyoko had become hysterical. Her sitter wants him to come get her as soon as possible again and Dabi wishes he could fault her for it. He sighs, resigning himself to excusing himself now. He twists one of his many rings decorating his fingers as he walks back in. The picture of apologetic.
Shigaraki tries not to be annoyed but Dabi won’t answer even the most basic questions about himself and he keeps leaving the meeting. Claiming it's urgent with his face drawn tight as he tries to pretend at being nonchalant.
Toga has been the only one able to get close enough to hear what's so urgent he has to keep leaving. Kuroguri could but he keepst telling him to let Dabi come to him in his own time.
“I have to go.” Dabi storms back inside the dining area tapping his phone against his palm repeatedly.
Shigaraki hisses at him but at a kick under the table from Kuroguri he waves Dabi off. He thinks it's shady of Dabi to be looking at his phone all evening and suddenly have to dip but he also trusts Kuroguris judgement implicitly.
Does he have a spy in the League already?

Secret baby ch18
Dabi strolls into the cafe, Giran had wanted to discuss something in person with him. It was slightly unusual to meet with him in person these days. In the month or so Dabi had been a shovel he had only met with Giran twice, both times as more social meetings than business meetings. Preferring to send a messenger to a meeting location or shooting him a text with basic vague information for business.
“I’ve got a job offer for you honey.” Giran was already sitting at their table and he motioned to the seat across from him.
“You know my rules by now Girian. Nothing that requires me to take off my scent neutralizer and nothing that requires me to work with others.” Several times Giran had offered Dabi an escort or partner but he always remained firm that he would do the jobs himself. He’s uncomfortable working with people in general. Which is something Giran is well aware of.
“You’ll be like a paid babysitter more than anything else Dabi. I promise these are good people you're going to be working with.” Giran watched Dabi closely to make sure he wasn't going to leave without hearing him out. If Dabi didn't want this job offer, he didn't have to take it, but it would be good for everyone involved if he did.
“ We've discussed this Girian, for fucks sake I’ve killed someone you assigned to be my partner before. We discussed this when we talked about me moving up to ‘shovel’. You only call me ‘honey or sweetie’ when you're trying to butter me up. You already know that won’t help. You know what I will or won’t do. So tell me outright what you want from me so I can turn you down already.” Picking at the muffin in front of him, Dabi glared at Giran. Eventually he cracked and gave a chuckle.
“You’ve got me there sweetie. I didn't even realize I did that thing with the names, I’m honestly just fond of you. You’ve got to admit that they suit you. You’d never harm a fly that didn’t bite you first.” He chuckled and tapped his coffee cup lid on the table, one of his more obvious nervous habits.
“The job giran, tell me about the job.” The raven haired omega rapped his knuckles on the table irritatingly. The muffin was damn good though, he made a mental deal with himself. He would let Giran try and talk him into whatever he was so nervous about until he was done with his banana nut muffin then make his decision.
“I'm getting there! Patience. There's this new up and coming group-”
“No.” Dabi scoffed. Giran knew he didn't do groups. He didn't care about whatever Giran though was so special about this group, they weren’t special to him.
“I know you don’t like groups. You don't like others getting in your business and all that.” sensing Dabi was feeling patient. He continued  taking the chance that Dabi wouldn't be storming off right away. Giran took a large sip out of his coffee. Trying to give himself some time to figure out how to convince the stubborn young parent across from him that this would be good for him. This group had some major players backing them. They could protect both him and his kid. He hadn't asked Dabi why he was going by a fake name. Instead of his rather famous one that should have come with a lot of perks.  Then there was that little girl of his. Bright red wings that matched a Hero who had been climbing the rankings alarmingly fast, only problem was as far as anyone knew Hawks didn’t have an anthropomorphic quirk like Kiyoko clearly did. Made Girain wonder what or who was pushing the Hero kid so far and fast. Asking such questions would only push the kid away, and that's not what he wanted to do.
“They attract too much attention and I can't afford to get arrested Giran. Somebody in the group always gets caught and blows the whole thing” He hissed at him across the table, Sapphire blue eyes on fire and glaring at him before he could even explain himself.
“It's a small group, they are all trying to stay in the shadows. A do their own thing kind of group, seems like they want to avoid the bigshots as long as they can. It's been a good couple months and the leader is avoiding making any moves so far.” Giran grinned large enough to show off his missing tooth when Dabi set down his food. He had until the muffin was gone. He might need to order another to keep the omega there but Dabi was at least listening. That was the only reason that Dabi was still too skinny and small for his age had nothing to do with it. He waved at the barista on duty, motioned to Dabi and held up 2 fingers. Whatever muffin Dabi had ordered got brought out again along with a bubble tea.
“ Bubble tea? You don’t seem the type sweetie.” Giran smirked as the barista dropped off the food and left the table.
“I like it when the weather is nice and cool, like today. Job Giran. Two muffins will not make me sit here longer so you can persuade me, but nice try.” He gave Girain a cocky smirk that was somehow also fond. Girain shrugged off the cold tea, it was late autumn now and quite cold outside which made it unusual but Dabi did have a fire quirk which must have kept him warm.
“I'll get on with it then, the league of villains aims to eventually take out the Hero society.” Giran grabbed Dabi’s wrist as soon as he shoved his chair back. Ignoring how hot the wrist immediately got. He figured this would happen when he got to this point.
“That’s what they are going to try and sell you when you go apply but it's not what’s really going on. C’mon Dabi. Finish the muffin n Tea and just give me a chance to explain. At least finish the tea. I'll pay you your old regular rate for this conversation and double ‘shovel’ rate if you take the job.” He tried bribing him.
“No way in hell am I going to be risking something like that Giran. I’ve got a fucking kid. You know that. I can't raise her if I'm in jail or if I’m dead. And That's exactly where this group would get me, dead.” however Dabi sat back down. Giran didnt risk getting the fuck burnt out of him for no reason and he had always respected his right to turn down jobs whenever he wanted before.
“I’ve already sent a friend in. A guy who’s had it really rough with everyone else and he’s reported that the guy set up to inherit doesn't really know what to do. He’s not-” Girin tries to explain in a rush. When he sent Jin in he hadn’t expected him to settle in so quickly or make friends. But he had, and then had started reporting back on the situation. A young possessive and lonely omega set up to take over the world, a serious super villain plot, only the kid wasn't that interested in leading the destruction of the world despite being more than capable.
“Sounding better and better, Giran. Now you’ve added the danger of someone not knowing how to lead along with a bunch of stressed out over eager criminals. All in one big group.” If he had to, Dabi would set the place on fire to get away. What was Giran even thinking? Bringing him into this kind of mess? More like trying to bring him into , he thought with amusement, there was no way in hell he was joining this.
“Look Kid, whatever you’ve got going on that brought you to me? Whatever you're running from Dabi?  These guys can hide you from it and give you some okay people to hang around. You can’t keep Kiyoko in your apartment for forever.” Giran finishes off his coffee. “And the brat leading it does want to lead the group. He just doesn't want to lead the way his sensei wants him to.”
“I've been doing just fine on my own. I don’t need some upstart cocky fucking al-” Dabi started defending himself heatedly, literally as he was lightly steaming around his eyes as he started ranting about how he didnt need anyone. He didn’t know, He’d been getting along pretty well by himself but He also wanted that support for him.
“Actually the boss is an omega, figured it would be another thing you guys would find in common. Both of you Headstrong and won’t let anyone tell you what to do.” Giran smirked at the curled lip and middle finger Dabi flashed at him. Mouthy kids were going to be the death of him, he knew it. He really wanted Dabi in with this group. The kid’s kid was going to need to be socialized at some point and Dabi had been stuck in an apartment raising a kid by himself for long enough.
It was time he got Dabi some actual support and conversation other than a crime boss in his upper 40’s.
“Why are you doing this, Giran? For real? This group, how far do you think they are going to get at destroying the fake heroes?” Dabi picked at the last remains of his muffin.
He didn’t necessarily want all the heroes gone. He just wanted the asshole’s who abused their family’s and used their status to get away with it gone. He just wanted the people like enji gone. Even Hawks, now in the top 10 hero’s wasn’t as big of a threat to Dabi and Kiyoko living their lives freely as enji still was. He could maybe bargain with Hawks if he ever found out, Would fight him. Enji and Hawks both haunted his dreams but Enji was the one he would be worst against in a fight.
“How far they get isn't the point. If it's Shigaraki leading they are going to take over the hero society easily, going to rock the very foundation of it. As villains if that’s what they want to do. But what this guy actually wants to do is take out the fake heroes and remind the civilians that they are not powerless. He wants people to stop waiting on the heros and save each other.”
“So more like a league of vigilante’s? That's what he’s doing? Vigilante groups always have the worst in fighting and drama. Unless he’s got a set of rules somewhere for everyone to follow and some way to make sure that it's followed.” Dabi sipped at his boba.  At least he was getting free food and getting paid for this conversation, might as well go along with it. “I’m Not the biggest fan of following rules or of being a jackass or of being spied on. This is just how I pay the bills, Not a lifestyle for me.” Dabi frowned and checked his phone, the babysitter was texting him about when he would be back. Ever since Kiyoko had started flying and screeching she had been less and less willing to watch her for long periods of time.
“Not really, there’s a sense of ‘whatever you want goes’. This guy does want to get rid of the current society like a villain but he also wants to change it. not destroy the whole thing. He’s in his own category and I'm not sure what he really wants. Neither is he. The only response I get when I ask is ‘ someone to fill the gaps, be someone I needed that never showed up.” Giran shrugged, finishing off his coffee.
“So what? Is this just a personal vendetta for him?” Dabi frowned. This guy seemed to be all over the place. Not a Villain out for himself, Not a Hero wanting to save people, Not a Vigilante trying to be a darker version of a hero either.  He had questions now. The pay was also tempting. Kiyoko was going to need a coat soon and it would probably have to be special ordered again. Not to mention he had to start a school fund for her, Kiyoko wouldn’t start for a few years but he was already thinking of bribing teachers to look the other way for her wings and the other hints at her parentage. Plus with how well Giran paid he could start planning on moving out of his crappy apartment with the skevy landlord and move someplace where Kiyoko could have her own room.
“Interested enough yet Dabi? I’ve told you all I know. I can get you into a meeting with the boss soon as well. I've got it set up for a young girl to go in and meet him soon. I can add you to the meeting now or we can wait a few months and have him meet you by yourself.” Giran braced himself for the chewing out the blackhaired omega was going to give him, well deserved he knew. He didn't have much choice however. When all the pieces fell together it would make sense to Dabi, He’d already gotten his biggest competitor out of the game at the same time as providing himself a way to lure a big shark out of hiding. He wasn’t planning on fighting him himself, oh no he wasn't that cocky but he was smart enough that he could get rid of him all the same.
“You're letting a kid get involved in this shit?” Dabi couldn’t help the way his voice lowered and growled out the words. Giran didn’t like getting kids involved in his work, preferred to drop them off with police or a friendly hero and be on his way but it happened sometimes.
“She’s a murderer run away with a trouble some quirk. I can't do anything better for her. Not unless she gets some stability. She doesn't trust me enough to help her get to a decent quirk center either.  She just showed up one day threatening my barista for blood and food.” Giran growled back in a much lighter tone than Dabi had growled at him. Fuck he was soft for these dam kids, must be the age catching up to him.. It wasn't like him to let actual children get involved in the mess of the underground world. This girl had refused all other kinds of help, while threatening him at knifepoint, not leaving him much to work with. Dabi knew better than to insinuate that he would let children get hurt, no matter how grown they thought they were or what quirks they had.
“Put me in the fucking boss meeting with the girl. I'll make sure we at least make it out in one piece when everything goes to shit.” Dabi snarled at him.
Giran looked across the table and despite his own anger, despite the very real threat Dabi was posing to him, he was proud. Shoulders back and head held high, bright blue eyes on fire, Dabi looked almost like he was ready to fight. No longer another runaway pushed to his limit he was standing stall and looking him in the eyes. Standing his ground in a disagreement. Yeah he was proud of how far Dabi was truly coming, all on his own with the bare minimum of help.
“Thank you Dabi. I'm truly not asking for the girl either. She needs a roof over her head and you need to socialize before you go nuts with just you and the kid.” Giran sat back down when Dabi motioned at him.
“I’ve got you too you know, it’s not just us anymore. Tell me about the girl, name, quirk, age. Give me some details about her giran. Anything that should be avoided around her? You mentioned she had a difficult quirk and is a murderer. Does it have anything to do with her quirk? Why is she homeless?” Dabi pulled out his phone and opened his note app, shoving it across the table at Giran when he started talking. “Write it down so I can review it before I go in.”

Secret baby ch 16
Kiyoko wakes Dabi up before he can shut his alarm off, a soft whimper that drags him up from sleep softly. Kiyoko whimpers a little more and he throws off his covers quickly climbing out of his sloppy nest to pull her out of her crib.
“You’re okay, Kiyo.” He soothes her with his broken purring, as he checks her diaper and the time. He still has 2 hours before his alarm would have gone off. They are both getting better at sleeping through the night, the sleeping medication has helped Dabi sleep deeper and helps him get back to sleep after a nightmare. Kiyoko ends up needing a diaper change and at this point in the morning it's easier for Dabi to shower with her and get them both ready for the day. The water immediately distracts Kiyoko from being fussy. She loves shower time, slapping at the water droplets with her hands and wings as much as she can. She’s a happy baby who rarely fusses for Dabi and is such a joy for him. He dresses her in a shirt that mimics a strawberry with a green ruffle on the bottom and leggings with more small strawberries decorating it, finishing her outfit off with a matching headband. She giggles and blows raspberry kisses at him the whole time he gets her changed.
Clean and dressed Dabi starts breakfast and checks his schedule. There are a couple appointments already and a new client is begging him to come and help him clean up his apartment as soon as possible. There are a few texts that follow mentioning something about a girlfriend with some crude language sprinkled in asking Dabi to help him get laid. He checks the next free day he has and sends the customer 2 prices. One for today and one for next week, both are increased from his normal baseline for having to deal with the language. In the past he would have accepted it and taken the client as soon as he could, now he can afford to put it off or even refuse him. While he waits for a response he sits Kiyoko up in her high chair. It’s a new one with the money bought from his first job, it has a shelf that rotates so on one side is some toys for her and on the other side there is a small tray for finger food and an indent for her bottle to sit.
Kiyoko babbles as she shoves pieces of egg into her mouth, occasionally offering a piece up to Dabi , then takes tiny chubby hands and pushes the rest off onto the floor when she is full. Dabi will clean it up in a few minutes, he almost wishe he had a dog right about now. He has to lay out her blanket and toys for her first. At 7 months along she can already army crawl around on her belly, she moves fast and takes off whenever she is set down. No destination that Dabi can figure out, only forward until a toy catches her eye and she zooms over. He slowly finishes his breakfast and takes his scent blocker as he watches her make her way around the living room.
He glances at the time and scoops her and the toy she is currently playing with up off the floor, slipping her wings through the carrier and settling her in before grabbing her diaper bag and heading out the door, locking it behind himself.
In the month since his first mission Dabi has done 5 more messenger missions for Giran. None have been urgent like the last one and all of them have gone off with relatively little trouble, there had been one guy who had needed a personal space reminder. He had taken a look at Dabi’s slim build and gotten handsy but with a raising of his quirk he had left a large burn scar on him. Giran had been furious when he heard and told him that he would get it taken care of, at first Dabi had apologized but Giran had shut it down, emphasizing that he would be taken care of and thanking Dabi for bringing it to his attention. He had gotten his whole pay amount for that mission, Giran not taking the 15% back like he usually did for Dabi’s original loan.
On the bus to his first client’s residence, he and Kiyoko get a lot of stares and a couple small children try to grab onto Kiyoko’s wings fluttering in the air. He keeps her carrier raised out of the reach of curious fingers and glares daggers at the parents who giggle at their kids' actions, thinking him overprotective when kids are trying to tug on his daughters delicate still filling in limbs. Kiyoko stares up at him and blows spit bubbles and baby talks up at him, babbling increasing excitedly when his earrings catch the light and sparkle, she’s not in the least bit put off by her dad’s crabby face.
After the clients home is done and Dabi has thanked them for their business he treats Kiyoko and himself to lunch at a fast food place. The employee smiles at him when he asks for a cup of hot water to heat Kiyoko’s formula and offers to microwave it in the back for him instead. He gets himself a meal, a treat he couldn’t do before, and when his meal is brought out Kiyoko’s bottle is on the tray. The fast food joint tends to be one of his favorite places to eat, no one coming over and bugging him and his daughter or making small talk. He helps Kiyoko stand on the seat beside him when she finishes her bottle and she bangs on the table with her fists, making as much noise as possible. He takes the time to check his messages again, the client starts cursing at him for his raised rates so he blocks the number. It feels good to be able to do that now. When she’s tired herself out a little Dabi calls the bus and changes her in the restroom. By the time he’s eaten Kiyoko is starting to drift off for a nap and the bus is here to take them to Dabi’s next appointment. This time it’s mostly helping out with yard work and helping the ederly man do basic chores such as vacuuming or meal prepping to make cooking easier for him. The man is kind and jokes around with him, occasionally telling stories about his wife and when Dabi goes to leave he shakes Kiyoko’s little hand as well as his own. Dabi nods off on the way home, exhausted and taking a seat with Kiyoko’s carrier balanced on his lap, he wakes himself up as he gets off the bus and starts mentally preparing dinner. He settles on mac and cheese with hotdogs. Easy enough to make and something Kiyoko can try little bits of.
Dabi flops down and turns on the tv for background noise as he eats. He stretches his legs out so the rest on his coffee table and stands Kiyoko up in between them, legs hooked under her armpits. The news starts playing and he sits up straighter as a blur of red comes on the screen. It’s Hawks, he looks different somehow on the news, all flashy heroic smiles. He’s talking to the reporter on the scene, a woman in the back struggling as she is put in a car by police. The top story title scrolls along the bottom of the screen,’Newbie Hero Hawks takes down a smuggling ring with minimal casualties’. So Hawks had been his hero name after all, watching the alpha smile so fakely and charm the reporter he’s glad he left. Hawks is just like all the other heros, he’s just a better liar than most.
Dabi scoops Kiyoko up and holds her close, purring and scent marking the top of her head. Kiyoko begins crying as she smells how distressed her dad is and drops her toy on the floor. Bouncing her and pacing around his small living room. He stands up to sway her and for something to do with his nervous energy as he watches Hawks finish up the interview and flutter his wings in preparation for take off. Kiyoko happens to turn around and see the TV as her other father unfurls his wings and shoots off into the sky. Dabi is still pacing and swaying with her, more to keep himself calm than her. She flops herself over his shoulder and unfurls her wings, letting out a loud shriek as she reaches with both hands out for the man with red wings on TV. Dabi winces and almost drops her in shock, that had been right in his ear. His daughter flaps her wings hard, smacking him in the face and managing to get herself airborne for a small moment. Dabi grabs her around her middle and doesn't know whether to laugh or cry, single parenting has already been hard enough and now his daughter has started trying to fly.
