A shaky breath left your mouth, lips parting in anticipation as your heart was thrumming so hard you thought it was surely trying to break your ribs and jump right out of your chest. Darkness enveloped you. The silky fabric of your boyfriend's tie was kissing your closed eyelids, as you idly accepted your fate. Your other senses were now sharpening, as you tried to come to terms with the fact that you were temporary deprived of your sight.

"Do you trust me, darling?".

His words echoed into your mind, goosebumps raising over the exposed flesh of your body, as he was helping you to lay down onto your shared bed. His voice pierced your ears sensually, as you could feel his hot breath fan the shell of your ear. He was close, so close to you, but as your tried to capture his lips with yours in a sloppy kiss, you missed the target. Lost in the darkness, you had to rely rolely on your hearing to detect his position and, apparently, you had failed.

You sighed in defeat, lolling your head back on what you assumed to be your pillow, your foreteeth sinking onto your bottom lip as you heard him chuckle.

“Blindly” you sassily replied to his question, a small smile tugging your lips upwards as you heard some familiar footsteps slowly fading away.

Laying on the mattress, his presence gone now, you felt the cool air of the room gently bite your skin. You were naked, except for the thin fabric of the red laced thong your boyfriend had asked you to wear for him. The sight of his multicolored orbs was enough to make you yield at his requests but, when you had tried to resist this time, he had pulled his favorite little stunt: the puppy eyes. How could you deny him such a treat, when he stared at you like that?

As you finally heard him walk back into your bedroom, your lips parted in euphoria. He had not told you exactly what he had in mind, but he was Douma, the experimental partner that had talked you into doing things among the bedsheets you would have probably never done with anyone else.

He was the man you had told 'yes' to so many times.

Douma gazed at you, his tongue darting out of his mouth to moisten his plumped lips, as he carefully settled a metal bowl on top of the nightstand. He made sure not to make a sound in order to truly surprise you. He did not have much time to fool around. The material he had decided to involve into your sexual intercourse was melting.

“Douma…” you whispered his name, as if you wanted to make sure he was there, close to you, as he had promised to be so many times.

The silver-haired man grinned, crawling onto the bed and hovering over your frame. You looked so vulnerable, so fragile, as he caged you between his muscular arms. You shuddered, the warmth of his body heating up your own body as his lips brushed against yours. If kisses elicited such strong reactions from you, he could only imagine what would have happned at the feeling of his tongue delving into you until you broke out into a sinful series of whimpers and moans.

“I’m right here, darling’. Just relax…” he purred, his mouth leaving a trail of open-mouthed kisses down your throat and in your middle-section. Your breasts, the soft skin of your sensitive and beautiful bosom made his mouth water.

You furrowed your brows, hips bucking in anticipation as he put the ice between his lips and leant over you. You would have never imagined it, never in your life, nor the act, neither the sensation it was now provoking to you.

You were about to reply something, when chills pervaded your body from head to toe. Cold, you felt cold.

A yelp, your body flinched as your hands gripped the bedsheets beside you. What exactly was that? Your breath hitched into your throat, while Douma slowly dragged the melting ice cube down the valley of your breasts, his gaze flicking up to enjoy the way your face contorted into different grimaces and perplexed expressions.

He could not talk, while his mouth was busy, but he let out a guttural sound you did not fail to hear.

“I-Ice… That’s ice. Gosh, Douma!” you breathed out, a cute noise leaving your mouth as he let the cold trail of melted ice pierce the skin of your already stimulated nipples. You moaned, you moaned loudly as Douma slipped his hands down your body and slipped your thong off of you.

You would have helped him, if you were not that lost into the unfamiliar feeling you were feeling right in that moment. The eternal bliss that man brought to you was something out of human comprehension.

“D-Douma, Douma, please…” you cried out, not knowing exactly what you were asking him to do. Maybe you wanted more, maybe you craved him more than anything and as nothing was left of that ice cube he smirked.

“You should see yourself, baby. You’re so fucked up right now… Let me cool your heat down a bit” he stated, spreading your legs more for him as his hand dived into the bowl again to pick another piece of ice from it. You were in for such a treat that night.

You shivered, a gasp of realization leaving your lips, when Douma buried his face between your thighs and began to lap your core. You clasped your hand over your mouth, toes curling as he pleasured you through his skilled tongue, but then something freezing was settled softly of your throbbing bundle of nerves and you squealed out at the contact the cold ice made with your hot-boiling flesh.

“Douma! Fuck! That’s insane” you whimpered, cheeks heating up as your boyfriend delved his tongue deep into your aching opening. Addictive, he was addictive.

Now, as you came onto his tongue, droplets of cool water scattered all over your naked body, as remnants of the awful amount of ice Douma had involved into your night of passion, you were so glad to have let him handle your anniversary.

Sebastian recently started filming for the series 'Pam and Tommy,' even though you've seen photos of him in tattoos, you're about to see him entirely in character for the first time today.

You're getting yourself ready for dinner with him since it's your 7th anniversary today, and you've bought a red velvet dress just for this occasion and to make him go a little crazy, too. He loves seeing you in red, so you're playing into that perfectly with this risky number.

The dress is paired with black heels, subtle make-up, hair in loose curls around your shoulders, and the handbag Sebastian gifted you for your anniversary to finish the look.

When Sebastian texts you that filming is done, you're driving over to the film set, though you won't get far after he's spotted you because you're both lusting after one another when you arrive on the set.

''E-Excuse me, do you happen to know where Sebastian is?'' you ask a woman walking from the set, and she happily points you toward his trailer, where he's getting ready for dinner.

You knock a few times, and Sebastian tells you to come in, so you open the door and walk up the few steps, careful not to fall in your heels.

''Is this a good time? I can wait outside-'' you say, but you don't finish the sentence when you see Sebastian looking at you, his jaw slack as he takes in your outfit.

He shakes his head as he snaps out of it and almost forgets to introduce you to his co-star, Lily.

''I'm sorry, Y/N, this is Lily. Lily, this is my amazing fiancée Y/N,'' he says as you stretch out a hand and happily shake her hand, saying how nice it is to meet her finally.

''You look amazing as Pam, and I can't wait to see the result once it finally comes out,'' you tell her, and Sebastian not so discreetly pulls you into his side, his hand laying on your ass, barely covered by your dress.

''I should go. It was lovely to meet you, and I can't wait to see you around again,'' Lily says before saying goodbye to Sebastian. As soon as the door shuts behind her, he's all over you. His hands touch you everywhere, pawing at every inch of your body, his lips taste your skin as if it's the first time he's ever tasted you.

''S-Seb, we have to go to dinner,'' you say, and he knows you're right, but it's so damn hard to behave himself when you look like this.

He changes into his dinner outfit, and the two of you head out to your car, conveniently placed in a darker bit of the parking lot, though that wasn't planned when you arrived. Now, however, you'll be thrilled that you did.

REMINDER: I asked for one word prompts to trigger a fan fiction one shot. This one triggered a doozy.

Seventeen year old Kai Bradford walks up to the podium and takes the microphone from his Aunt Angela and breathes deeply to calm himself. He is really nervous talking in front of all these people. But he knew this was excellent practice for his valedictorian speech in a few weeks.

He found and made eye-contact with his mom, who nodded, smiled and gave him two thumbs up and whispered - “you’ve got this.”

Tim turned to Lucy and asked, “Did you know about this? About what he’s going to say?”

Tim and Kai have not been on the best of terms lately. They seem to be having the same fight over and over about Kai’s future, his girlfriend, his clothes, the weather, you name it, they argue about it. So the fact his eldest son is now standing in front of his peers to speak is quite a bit unnerving and overwhelming for Tim.. Tim has no idea what his son will say. Lucy looks back at him and smiles. “I knew he wanted to speak - but no, honey, I don’t know what he’s going to say.” She leans into Tim and kisses him.

Tim grabs her hand and watches their son take a deep breath to calm his nerves.

Their first born - the boy who almost died when Lucy was shot.

Who spent hours on Tim’s bare chest as his lungs and heart grew strong; who listened to Tim talk about his mom and how much he loved her and needed both of them to live; Who said “dada” and walked way ahead of schedule; the kid who followed Tim everywhere and asked him a gazillion questions; the one who used to look at him with awe and wonder; the natural athlete who swims, and surfs, and catches anything thrown in his general direction, who brings his mom flowers just because they remind him of her; the one whose love of the ocean forced Tim to get over his aversion to it; the one who brought home creatures and plopped them on the dining room table with cheers of victory and squeals of “science!”; the one who is just like his mom, full of kindness, brilliance, humor and sunshine; who stands up for the little guy and treats everyone the same; the one who will wave and say hi to his mom on national tv when he catches the winning touchdown during a future bowl game despite the thousands of hours of drills run with his dad. The human he loves almost as much as Lucy. Tim loves this boy-almost-man more than life itself.

Kai turns to the audience and nods when he says, “Hi everyone. I’m Kai. Thank you for coming tonight to my parents’ 20th Anniversary Party. I’m here to speak for the kids - me, Diana and TJ. Besides being the oldest and most eloquent, everyone knows I’m the favorite - mom’s little sunshine miracle boy.”

He blushes and rolls his eyes - as the audience laughs and nods in agreement.

Because Kai was the first born, they had all seen videos and pictures and heard stories of everything he has ever done. The soccer games, the school plays, the boys playing in the dirt, the backyard camping adventures, the wonder and annoyance at his little siblings, the failed clarinet career, the gifted athlete, the wickedly smart and clever kid, etc.

Lucy has a large orange and green fire breathing dragon on her office wall - drawn by Kai in 7th grade art class. Tim had it framed for her office shortly thereafter.

Everyone at the party has watched him grow up and turn into the charming, smart and handsome young man before them.

At 17, he now is just an inch shorter than his dad, strong, athletic, with dark wavy hair, a golden honey complexion and stormy blue-gray eyes.

But there was a time when he lived in a NICU incubator for several months, weighing under 5 pounds, while his mom recovered from two bullet wounds and his dad tried not to sink into a pit of despair.

“I love my mom so much - she’s my best friend, my biggest cheerleader, my closest confidant, my favorite person.” Kai waves at Lucy who smiles and waves back.

“But my dad? My dad is my hero.”

And just like that - all noise in the ballroom stopped - you could hear a pin drop. Tim’s breath catches in his throat and a single tear falls down his face. Lucy smiles at Kai and squeezes Tim’s hand.

“What do I mean by that? Good question. Wikipedia defines a hero as a person who, in the face of danger, combats adversity through feats of ingenuity, courage, or strength.”

That’s my dad. I know him as my stay-at-home protector, but I’ve heard stories from all of you, all of my life about the danger he faced day after day as a cop; how he came up with creative solutions to immediate problems - like the drilling of a hole in a car floorboard to spray pepper spray into a car to stop a carjacking or making a donut place the main lunch stop for cops so the gangs avoid it or digging through the dirt with his bare hands to dig up the barrel holding my mom as she died waiting for someone to find her.

None of my siblings or I would even be here, if my dad had given up on finding her. Well that and you know, them admitting they were crazy about each other and all the sex - no no no - Aunt Angela, I cannot say that - gross”… the audience including his parents start laughing loudly.

“Where was I? Oh right… My parents could not be more different - she’s sunshine and he’s grumpy. We kids know how to be exemplary humans because they showed us how.

My dad as a man is who I hope to be when I grow up. I measure myself against who he is in the world. He’s not perfect - just ask my mom about his “sock problem” - but he is my role model for how to treat people and how to exist in the world.

When I was 6 years old and getting ready for my first day of school, he sat me down on the bench by the door and tied my shoes and said the same thing to me he says every year - his yearly “Tim Talk” as mom calls it:

“You look your classmates in the eye, Kai. You speak to them with respect and honesty and kindness. I don’t care if they did you wrong, or if you are having a bad day. You always treat everyone you come in contact with as if they are special to you, as if it’s the best part of your day. You smile at your teachers, your classmates, the janitor. You laugh at bad jokes. You congratulate people on their accomplishments. You become friends with everyone and learn about them. What makes them excited and scared? What are their favorite things? Who are their favorite people? You be the one everyone smiles about when they remember. okay?”

All three of us live and die by this advice every day. We are all well liked by our classmates, teachers, coaches, parents neighbors and friends. Our parents - mom by telling and dad by showing - gave us the foundation upon which we stand and live.

My mom taught us how to love big, my dad taught us to love small.

My mom taught us to hold tight, my dad taught us to leave space.

My mom taught us to be confident, my dad taught us to be humble.

My mom taught us to grateful, my dad taught us to be of service.

My mom taught us to be loud, my dad taught us the value of silence

My mom gave us a love of nature, my dad gave us a love of sports.

My mom believes in second chances, my dad prefers to measure twice and cut once.

My mom taught us about forgiveness, my dad taught us about loyalty.

My mom taught us to be strong, my dad showed us how to be vulnerable.

Dad sends flowers to his ex-wife on her birthday every year. He loved her a long time before mom came along and while it wasn’t always pretty, he thanks her for loving him and letting him go.

He and Kojo and then later Jack and Diane (Di’s chinchillas) never missed a tea party with Diana and her real or imaginary friends.

Dad dances with mom in the kitchen when her favorite song comes on the radio.

He came to every recital and game, chaperoned every field trip and dance.

He knows all of our secrets and gives the very best advice. We don’t always follow it, mind you, but he gives it freely whenever we ask.

Most importantly, he showed us that he loves our mom. They’ve given us three kids infinite lessons on how to love and be in a loving relationship. We are so lucky and blessed to have these amazing creatures as our parents.

So everyone, please raise your glasses, bottles, and cans and let’s celebrate our parents - Lucy & Tim Bradford.

things were busy as of late and while yura has never once minded it (to her, being busy was better than not), she did feel sad that she didn’t really have the time–or energy–to do something more for alec’s birthday. but to be honest, she also wasn’t sure what she could do especially after he had gifted her the couple rings for their anniversary. as someone who was always competitive, she couldn’t help but want to do something better for her boyfriend (although–and she would not admit this out loud–it’s mostly due to her wanting to because he deserves it) so it was killing her inside that she was not only stumped on ideas but time.

in the end, she settled on sending him her ‘gift’ through kakaotalk for now and she would think more carefully about a physical present so once she had the time and the dorm was quiet, she hurries to the bathroom and double checks she locked the door after ensuring no one was around outside. she’s glad no one seemed to see her along the way–hopefully–or they might question why she was bringing a cupcake into the bathroom.

then she opens her phone camera and fixes any stray strands of hair, making sure everything was in place before taking a deep breath. she can’t believe she was going to do something like this but for alec, she could be a little embarrassing. it’s not like anyone would see this but him, anyways, so after another moment to gather herself, she sets up her phone on the counter then pulls the cupcake out of its packaging, sticks a candle in and lights it up, then immediately hits record on her phone once she was done.

“happy birthday to you~” she quietly sings while holding the cupcake in front of the phone, the food taking up half the screen and her smiling face filling up the other half. “happy birthday dear alec! happy birthday to you,” she finishes with a small cheer. “now make a wish and blow out the candle!” obviously, he can’t, because it’s a video so she does it for him–after giving him a few moments to make a wish if he wanted to, of course–and laughs. “i’m sorry we can’t celebrate in person on the day of but i hope this will do for now! i’ll make it up to you when we’re both more free, i promise,” she adds on before giving a wave to the camera. “i’ll see you soon, okay?”

she hits the record button again, ending the video, then moves on to the second part of her gift: a series of photos she’d send in a row after she had sent the video. the first is a photo of just her hand (the same one she wears their ring on) making a finger heart, the second is a slightly bigger heart she makes with both her hands, and the final is one of her making a heart over her head with her arms.

it’s then that she notices the time approaching midnight and since she wanted to be the first to greet him, she waits until the very last minute before she starts sending her messages.

     the messages that pour in at midnight are honestly somewhat surprising. it’s not that he hadn’t expected them, but it’s also that exactly—he hadn’t really expected them. he had been on twitter just before and had been following along in one of the hashtag trends that his fans had made for him and had just sort of been grinning to himself as he read it. some fans were a bit over the top, and of course there were trolls who used the hashtag to say mean things but he was pretty good at just skipping over them. 

     after talking to his parents, he scrolled through the notifications carefully and smiles to himself when he saw the one contact name he had been looking for in particular. not that he would’ve held it against her if she had been late, but he’s pleasantly surprised that she’s at the very bottom of all the notifications, indicating the timing that she had been first. 

     it warms his heart to know she was putting this much effort in, despite being insanely busy with crystallis things. 

     he clicks into her chat, reading the messages and raising his eyebrows when a video loads instead of anything else. pressing play once it’s loaded in kakaotalk, he has to bite back a smile as he watches it on low volume, trying his best not to let out any noises because of how cute yura was being in the video. this is a rare image that he doesn’t see on her very often, and when the video ends he quickly clicks on the down arrow to save it to his phone. he knows she wouldn’t mind, since they both know he would never share it with anyone, and it’s for him anyway. 

     he wants to keep it forever. 

     the pictures load next, and his grin only widens slightly when he sees the ring on her hand and the photos that follow it. he unashamedly saves those too, making a mental note to favourite them in his photo album so he could look at them when he was feeling down or anything. god, could he love her any more than this? his chest was feeling warm, his heart full and that’s when he sees the audio message pop up. 

     he had been about to type a message, but he keeps his words to himself for now, deciding to reply at the very end when he had listened to the audio too. 

     her opening words have him anticipating, and it’s not for nothing when she says the words he had been hoping to hear. he’s pretty sure they’ve only ever said it to each other in person a few times, probably only enough to count on one hand—though that was because of how busy their schedules were and not because they hadn’t wanted to say it. but he makes sure to end most days with those words, and starts some mornings with them if he can because he just wants her to know that he does love her and hopes that her days start and end well. 

     he doesn’t think he’ll ever get sick of hearing them and he hopes she doesn’t either. 

     the rest of the message is just as sweet as the beginning and alec finds himself grinning from ear to ear as the voice note ends, and he stares at his phone for a moment before he starts typing quickly. he’ll have to figure out a way to save the voice note later, but right now he’s just giddy that she had sent it to him to begin with.

I recently broke up with my boyfriend of one and a half years. He was my first boyfriend, my first everything. I broke up with him because of months of misery due to his cheating habits and p-rn addiction. On August 1st at 1:03pm he had called me a “dumb bitch” after I made some upset comments on how he canceled on me for his friends. Out of pure built up rage, I broke up with him. We had been off and on for the month of July but this was truly the breaker for me, as well as finding out he cheated on me again. The first few weeks I was overjoyed, I was finally out of the thing that had caused me so much pain over the last year. He continued to call and text me as he had claimed “we were still friends.” For the most part I ignored his efforts to reach out to me except for one day when I answered and he first said “I wanted to tell you something but I'm worried you’ll get mad.” Of course due to my nosey nature this had made me want to know even more, therefore i continued to ask him what it was. 

“I had lied about watching p-rn all those times. I wanted to see what reaction you would have.” 

The words that stole my soul away. Having him try to explain to me that all my sorrows were wasted on a lie killed me. I was enraged. I hung up and ignored him. After 3 days, his messages and phone calls continued to come in. I was still incredibly upset by this new idea he had just given me. Before I had completely forgotten about him but now he runs through my head every second of the day. I found out about his p-rn addiction on June 1st. 2022, 3 months into dating. At first I had tried to act like it didn't bother me, although it was eating me from the inside out. The thought that I wasn't good enough for my boyfriend intensified every issue I had ever had with myself to incredible rates. I had been clean from s-lf h-rm for 3 months until that night, 3 nights later I attempted after being told he had done it again. On the 29th of June he was on vacation in Florida and had told me he did it again. I had also found out he had cheated on me with 2 girls that month as well. Throughout the summer I continued to receive news about his addiction. On September 7th 2022, it was my 16th birthday and he had given me a promise ring with my birthstone on it, a sapphire. He had promised to love me forever, remain faithful and always be there for me. It had been weeks since he had last watched p-rn and I was hoping it had finally stopped.

A couple weeks later, I gave him my virginity. I wanted to make him happy and even if that meant I wasn't totally ready, I would still do it for him. After we were done he told me he had watched p-rn the 3 days prior. I broke down in tears. I had given this boy my everything for him to not be able to get other women out of his head. After that breakdown it had finally stopped to my knowledge. I did not have solid proof of his addiction or his cheating although I had suspicions. Such as my friends telling me he had been texting other girls behind my back, him refusing to let me use his phone (which i had previously been allowed to do) and him making comments about other girls.

On our 1 year anniversary, we both cried. He had put no thought into my valentines day gift, anniversary gift or promposal. He had even forgotten multiple of our anniversaries. When I'm upset I tend to lash out and become angry. He told me that night was the first time he had ever thought about breaking up with me. 

After the doomsday call, 3 days later I answered another of his calls to tell him to stop. I was completely heartbroken by the news he had delivered days earlier. I asked him to stop contacting me as he had hurt me so badly. He blamed me, and said that I had hurt him even worse by the occasional cursing and name calling. To which i responded that maybe i wouldn't have done that if he hadn't hurt me as bad.He told me he hated all my friends and that they were fake, liars and using me. He claimed that he was the only person that would ever love me. I stood up for my friends obviously and told him to never contact me again, to which he responded “I'll talk to your brother then.” I instantly call my brother and tell him to block my ex.

A couple days later I noticed one of my life-long friends had unadded me on snapchat. He texted me later that day on instagram telling me i was “too much drama.” My “friend” had been going through a tough time so even though he had been rude to me and my other friends I was still there for him the whole time. This friend had even asked me out on a date a week after I broke up with my ex, which I responded no to. I asked him why, as I couldn't think of any drama I was a part of. Besides the news my ex had shared. My “friend” told me that he was siding with my ex. I had been there for this friend through everything he had been going through and he hadn't once asked me if I was okay after the breakup.

The next week pasts and a friend of mine told me my ex had been talking about me behind my back. I asked him about this as she was not the first one to mention this. He has denied it but I have screenshot proof he has. He has continued to talk about me for the past couple of weeks. He then contacted me telling me he had found a new girl, he told me this 2 days after meeting her. He had said that he could finally be romantic and how much more he liked her compared to me. She looks exactly like the girls he cheated on me with. My heart broke even more. He has known this girl for less than a week and he had already done everything with her that I had begged for him to do with me, that he claimed he couldn't.

He proceeded to call me one night just to yell at me. He told me he never loved me and that he truly hated every aspect about me. 

I had spent over 2 years of my life on him and had given him everything for him to tell me this. He hasn't left my mind since. I don't know why. I don't miss the misery I felt. I just miss the things we used to do, when he claimed to “love” me. For him to tell me he is now doing all the things I had begged him to do with a girl he met 4 days prior because he “loved” her. But after knowing me for over 7 months before dating he couldn't even like me. I had begged him for a necklace for my birthday, christmas, valentines day and our 1 year anniversary. He tells me he is getting her a necklace. I had asked him if he would want to go to a Red Hot Chili Pepper concert, he stated that he wanted to go just not with me. I'm now going to that concert but with my dad, he tells me he had bought him and his new girl tickets. 

I contacted him the other day just to get a reaction out of him. He talked to me normally and then all of a sudden told me to stop texting him. I had mentioned how it was funny that he couldn't love me after 2 years together but he could love this new girl after 4 days together. I responded to his rage by saying “You are the one who responds in seconds, clearly you are hiding something.” The week prior he had been texting and calling me to tell me he still loved me, I had completely moved on, until he mentioned the porn. Quite interesting on moving on in that case.
