Not much going on today. Just a much needed pedicure and I’m so glad I’m going to this nail salon close to my house, I really like them.

I wasted several hours watching Netflix. It was a documentary and of course I couldn’t stop watching. Meanwhile I have a whole bunch of things to do at home and now I’ll have to do everything tomorrow. At least I have most of the laundry done, just have to wash towels.

Had leftovers from last night and made a quick trip to Walmart. Tomorrow I’ll get up and will have no time to mess around.

it’s been a week since i started counting calories and quit drinking coke and on top of getting used to these new meds that dehydrate me i feel like i am constantly exhausted, constantly nursing a headache, and constantly bored. i didn’t realize how much of my day was spent eating for just something to do. i plugged into my calorie counter what a normal day eating looked like for me before i started taking better care of myself and jesus christ i really was eating at least 3500 calories a day! that is DISGUSTING.
