Hope You’re Happy
I miss the way we used to be
Back when it was the world against you and me
I had your back and you had mine
Everything I thought was fine
I really thought that we would last
But before I knew it I was in your past
So many things I used to write
It would keep me up at night
Things about how to get you back
Finding out what my body lacks
And everyone said I was being rough
But I knew I wasn’t good enough
Some days I feel like I’m getting better
Even though I wish we were still together
I wish I could hold you in my arms
Despite all the pain and harm
I know that things are better this way
But still I have this to say
I hope you’re happy
Even if you don’t think of me

List of Every Brandon Rogers Characters Ever
Tumblr media
I don’t know why I did this. It took 4 hours. I haven’t seen ever Brandon Rogers video (shocking, I know) so some are missing. I purposely didn’t add any parody characters (the Kardashians, Annabell, M3GAN etc), but if you notice any BRCU characters missing, please comment so I can add them.
And obviously the characters not credited are played by Brandon Rogers.
David July is credited as David Burton on this list. I’m not sure when they changed their name, as they are credited as both on Brandon’s videos.
I can’t remember who Debbie and Doyle are but I must of put them on this list for a reason

BTW, Bazil (who plays Cheshire Cat) is a trans man who goes by he/him. Just letting people know because people are misgendering him and I assume it’s because they don’t know his pronouns.

Seeking test readers To heck with it, I posted it! 😀😱
⭐Cluster Luck⭐
(featuring Mario, Mallow, Geno, and Croco)
HI HELLO I have never published a fanfic on the internet before, ever in my life. But between starting to read Brandon Sanderson novels and my favorite game being BACK AFTER 27 YEARS... I've been on an all-time creative high.
If you like the idea of any of these things:
• Geno being otherworldly, going full nerd about a star critter, and getting slightly riggity-wrecked
• Mario cursing in Italian and generally having a terrible time of things
• Mallow being surprisingly emotionally intelligent and occasionally more perceptive than the adults
• Fluffy, fluffy fluff (but also action!)
...then I made this fic for you.
You can read it here! I hope you enjoy it! And if you'd be so kind as to let me know what you think, it would make my little dweeb heart very happy! 💙

I'm laughing so fucking much at Daniel Greene slowly losing his sanity at the weirdest opinion article ever and like...what are u even reading Daniel? The fact that the title is "Brandon Sanderson is your God". I'm just expecting someone to jump out of the somewhere and explain this is a joke.

What you dont like about sanderson writing?! I'm starting to read his books and so far i like it, but i always appreciate other opinions
that’s fine, I’ve already stated plainly on my blog before that I can recognise why his books are probably enjoyable for a lot of people because he structures his stories in ways that make them very readable. a lot of people probably enjoy his plot twists too, although I always thought he was very cruel and cynical with his storytelling (re: specifically with how he pokes fun at himself and the genres he’s working with in a manner decidedly meant to evoke ridicule. like… where is your fucking whimsy! he has no respect for the artistic process of writing besides telling stories - and as a writer myself I can’t abide that kind of an author being paraded around as an aspirational figure) and very disconnected from reality (specifically with respect to Reverse Misogyny, Reverse Racism and Oppressed People Should Find A Middle Ground With Oppressors. it frankly disgusts me) besides being just terrible at handling any theme even if I can concede that some of his ideas are good (on that note, I think his worldbuilding is also very overrated, constituting a mish mash of different concepts that don’t quite cohere. you can tell that he used to run dnd games). I just think his stories are probably more comparable to pjo, writing and skillwise, and I enjoyed one of them better (it was pjo). I also outgrew young adult long ago, which means his works could never appeal to me even if he wasn’t Like That (whatever That means when you’re a kind of very privileged white mormon guy who has a very protective fan base). The problem that is the terrible quality of his work also mostly stems from pumping out 500k-1 million words a year. it’s just not possible for any of that to be very good, I’m sorry. at one point quantity does very much become indicative of quality. no good or sane writer would publish any of that material unless it was heavily, heavily edited (his books are not well edited either, but I feel sorry for whoever his editor is). I don’t think there’s a single line anybody could pull from his works that I would find poignant, meaningful or quotable precisely because of his tendency to put down on paper anything and everything that occurs to him (there’s a reason why his works read like a disjointed stream of consciousness). his works also convey the sort of smug, contented state of confident self-possession he’s managed to reach where he’s comfortable publishing any piece of bad writing (I’m saying this after reading the first couple chapters of tress of the emerald sea, so I don’t think anyone can really accuse me of not reading his recent and therefore, supposedly, better works) because he has an established fan base that’s ready to eat it up. he also does suck at writing women. like a lot. it’s a conversation that nobody is really ready for even when they critique the deplorable depictions of oppression and class dynamics in his books - his male characters are always the real stars of the show and are clearly very dear to him besides being the vessels through which he inserts a lot of religious commentary that specifically stems from his background. he also does (consciously and unconsciously) insert lot of conservative rhetoric in his books when he’s writing his female characters.
whatever - I’m not stopping you from enjoying his stuff. but to put it very crudely, I think his stories also suffer from the same issues that the mcu does.

Brandon likes festivals.
The UK? Not so much. It’s not that playing Reading and Leeds isn’t an honor. It should be. For a little band from Arizona, playing a festival overseas should feel good, like an accomplishment. And it does. But–
Well, Brandon’s bored. Very bored, and the weather isn’t helping. He’s used to the sunshine that even the worst places in the US can offer. Over here, Brandon’s pretty sure he hasn’t seen the sun at all. Endless clouds, endless fog, endless…
Gloom.
It had taken a major toll on his mood, even if the day itself had been good so far. They’d played their set to an energetic crowd. The fans that had shown up specifically for Blind Faith had come, taking their place at the very front of the crowd. The crowd had been infectiously ecstatic, singing along and moving to each new song. Even the ones who clearly had no idea who they were had seemed to enjoy themselves. And after, the band and some friends had gone back to the bus for their usual post-show party. It was good. It was fun.
… So why does Brandon feel like this?
He’s restless, antsy. As much as he likes staying in and partying, it doesn’t feel like the move tonight. So Brandon slips out. The rest of the guys don’t seem to notice. Evan’s busy talking to some blonde chick he’d brought back with him. The guys from Significant Other – Kyle, Trent, and the others – are too preoccupied with the bottle of Patrón Brandon had dragged out. So, he’s able to slip out without much of a fuss.
It’s getting late. The sun hasn’t quite set, but it’s sinking lower and lower into the sky. The festival’s still raging on. Maybe this is what he needs. To get out, get out of his own head, and listen to some new music. Then maybe Brandon won’t feel so weird. At the very least, it’ll be an hour or so where he’s distracted. The rest… he can sort that out later.
It takes a bit of walking, but eventually Brandon reaches the nearest stage. Or the crowd for the nearest stage, anyway. The next band is just coming on. Brandon doesn’t recognize them or their logo, a heart wrapped in thorns. He also doesn’t recognize the first song as they start playing, soliciting an uproar of cheers from the crowd.
The band doesn’t have much in common with Blind Faith. Where Blind Faith is all loud guitars, obnoxious drums and Brandon’s wailing vocals, what this band does is more... refined. The singer, Brandon pinpoints pretty quickly, isn’t American, though he can’t place the accent. What Brandon also pinpoints fairly quickly is that this is a man of craft. Everything he does has purpose. Every note, every lyric... it has meaning. He’s a storyteller who’s mastered his craft, one that believes every word that leaves his own mouth.
What the bands do have in common is women.
When Brandon is on stage, he’s a beacon of energy. He'd once been called a ping-pong ball, and admittedly, it’s true. Brandon never stops moving. And with each song that passes, and the wilder Brandon gets, the more women scream. By the end of the night, when he lays on his back and belts out the final notes of their closing song, he’ll be covered in whatever bras and panties find their way on stage.
As he watches this singer, Brandon sees him doing the same thing. He's locked eyes with a woman in the front row, singing to her as they finish another song -- some number about eternal love. The woman’s openly weeping, reaching her hand out towards him. It’s… captivating. Personable. And the crowd’s going insane. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in passion. Brandon guesses this man could lure any woman here back to his bed if he wanted to. He looks the part. The sleeveless shirt he’s wearing perfectly shows off his tattoos, and with his long hair…
Brandon turns to the woman next to him in the crowd.
“What band is this?” He asks.
The woman (clearly a fan, judging by the wrist tattoo) replies quickly.
“Rakkaus,” she says. “From Finland.”
Rakkaus.
Brandon has to meet them.

Queen of Nothing
Dark, cold, bitter and lonely
This is the world that we’ve made
Don’t turn your nose and act like you’re holy
Slowly we all see your façade start to fade
No different than me
You are a sinner
Soon you will see
The pain that you have delivered
Why do you want to hold me
Does it really give you a rush
Sitting high on your throne with a broken crown
Looking at all the dreams that you’ve managed to crush
Gone are the days I help when you fall
To make your skies clear
In this delusion where you think you have it all
Losing this power is what you fear
You’ve become the Queen of Nothing as you stand there alone
Judging those who come before you
Silently casting your stones
Knowing that they can accomplish what you could never do
You are no longer a problem that I have to care for
Thankful that I am under your control no more.

ik I've said similar things before but I still cannot believe how many critics thought so poorly of antiviral specifically in ways like "too ham fisted & unsubtle 1/5" bcus while like yes it's very on the nose with a lot of its points it also IS a film that has so much to say that's beyond just the stuff that's on the surface level. there's so much it brings up but leaves for you as the viewer to explore & think about on your own. there's multiple essays worth of thoughts buried in single lines

Try though I may not to get invested in people who are Perfect Strangers to me just because they have an affable online persona, I do find myself very endeared to Brandon Sanderson. I have read none of his books, but I think his YouTube videos are very enjoyable and I am much relieved that he has both vocally affirmed his support of LGBTQ+ people in general, and trans people specifically, and has apologised (in a way that seems very sincere and earnest to me) for clumsy and unintentionally homophobic things he has said in the past. Which is, like, more than can be said of some fantasy authors.
#I knew vaguely that he was a member of the church of lds and was like... wary#but he seems to be taking the position that if mormonism is going to get less hostile to lgbtq+ people#that can only be accomplished by sincerely devout lgbtq+ allies staying in the church and making it a more inclusive and welcoming place#which I like... feel is misguided#but also I was not raised mormon and do not have a mormon spouse and family and I am not a sincere believer in the mormon faith#so it is very easy for me to say 'just don't be a mormon anymore'#he also says some stuff I feel is reeeally misguided about how it's good actually that dead people can be baptized mormon#and that mother theresa was good#and communism is bad#but like... I think he is a sincere and kind person who is trying his best#and I appreciate the honesty of him saying 'I believe these things and I won't pretend I don't'#I like when people don't humour me and really do try to be my ally instead of just repeating the party line so I don't think they're Bad#and given that his views on the queer community have evolved#I don't think it's impossible that he could realize a few years down the line that it is not okay to baptize the dead into your religion#but also as I said up top: brandon sanderson is a complete stranger to me and I should not devote this much time and mental energy#to trying to better understand his true character‚ values and beliefs#because that is not relevant to me or something I can ever know#@me just enjoy him being enthusiastic about writing fantasy novels on youtube in an unreflective and uncomplicated way‚ you big weirdo

Does Blame the Hero Still Occur in The Current Timeline?
In the most surmised form, the events of Blame the Hero can be summarised as followed: in 2033, Blame purchases and uses a time machine. A series of subsequent events occur, and the time machine ultimately ends up in the hands of Abraham Lincoln, who now resides in the late 1970s.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The short answer is that I believe the events of BtH are doomed to occur over and over again in an infinite cycle WITHIN The Original Timeline. I believe that every single instance of The Original Timeline existing always leads to The Current Timeline. However, I do not believe the events of BtH occur in The Current Timeline. This may seem quite obvious at first, but there are some sub-events that make the situation quite nuanced. Here's an excerpt from this post that contains some initial thoughts of this idea.
Tumblr media
Firstly, let's account for the perspectives of the three iterations of Sebastian/Blame/Grandpa.
As I've established by now, I am a huge truther for Stuff & Sam occuring in The Elmer Revolution Timeline, just 15 years before the actual revolution begins in 2033. This is where the 2018 iteration of Blame comes in; yes he was initially from 2033, but he decides to stay in the year 2018 after encountering another version (Main Character Blame, who later becomes Grandpa) of his 2033 self. The important takeaway from this is that Current Blame is fully aware of time travel and it's implications, but decides against getting his tattoo changed in favour of re-living his life all over again in the year 2018, and gives his time machine to Main Character Blame. Current Blame is going to continue to age, and be 38 in the year 2033. He will have no incentive to repeat his past actions; meaning, he won't buy a time machine again and travel back in time and do those actions all over again.
Sebastian Hernandez on the other hand will grow up to be 22yros in 2033. Hold this thought for a second.
Remember: MC Blame (Grandpa) is from The Original Timeline, whereas Current Blame is from The Lincoln Lives Timeline.
So we know how MC Blame ends up in The Current Timeline as Grandpa, but how does Current Blame residing in The Elmer Revolution Timeline still end up also in The Current Timeline? Well, we've gotta remember that every single Timeline is operating off the Canon of the one that came immediately before it; they are NOT variations of The Old Timeline.
Let's also account for what happens to the time machines across the story too.
In ADATB and Episode 1 of BtH, Main Character Blame uses his time machine to travel back to 2018. Although it initially gets lost, eventually used by the Mingeworthies to travel to 1865, used by Delores Cowpussy to return to 2018, it ultimately finds its way back to him when he mugs Helen Brownstein and successfully convinces his younger self to get a different tattoo. In episode 5 of BtH, he loses the time machine again (this time in The Abraham Lincoln Lives Timeline) prompting that aforementioned cycle to also occur in this timeline too. He hopes to retrieve it from the Mingeworthies before they travel to 1865 this time, and although he's successful, that time machine is broken.
Current Blame, coming from The Abraham Lincoln Lives Timeline with his own time machine, drops it in the tattoo shop whilst brawling with MC Blame. This is what allows Tattoo Shop/Eldest Elmer to do his whole 1942 endeavour and create plans for The Elmer Revolution. Elmer returns the time machine to Blame, and this is the time machine that is utilised for the rest of the story until it ends up in the hands of a pensive Abraham Lincoln in The Current Timeline in the late 1970s.
Unfortunately, we're gonna need a very stark detour here but I promise it's necessary.
Starting chronologically in the year 1942, what changes to the framework of the canon occur in The Current Timeline?
Grandpa exists. He meets Clarissa, and has his daughter Kathy with her. He also meets Donna, and his son Elmer with her too.
Sometime in the late 1970s, Abraham Lincoln and Hitler randomly appear mid-brawl in an elementary school one day while Bryce Tankthrust is confessing her love to Bobby Best. Hitler drops a book, which Bryce retrieves, and decides to run away with Bobby and have a happily ever after with him. Yes, Bobby is sent to an orphanage for the rest of his adolescence, but the two of them eventually reunite in their early 20s. Bobby never goes to prison, never swears revenge against Bryce, and never has the motive to nuke the entire planet in the year 2033.
The Mingeworthies lives are relatively similar in The Old Timeline vs The New Timeline until 2016. This time, Bryce Tankthrust is now president instead of Donald Trump between the years 2016 - 2020. They never end up adopting/stealing Cockwaddle from Jurgen Klausvonschwitz, who instead grows up normally with his father.
The point of denoting these changes relates to a simple question: would Sebastian Hernandez (then Blame) in the year 2033 want to get his tattoo changed? We know he still gets the gang sign.
Here are the two schools of thought:
Yes, Sebastian Hernandez in The Current Timeline decides to change his tattoo.
Sebastian would purchase the time machine off of Craigslist and travel back to the year 2018. He would lose it again, as that particular plotpoint has no reason not to still occur. Whether it would end up in the hands of the Mingeworthies is debatable, and I considered exploring the possibility that is does, but without Cockwaddle I don't believe they'd have any reason to be at the beach on August 3rd 2018. Moreover, Jurgen would have no incentive himself to want to travel back in time to figure out the kidnappers of his child, as Cockwaddle was never kidnapped. MOREOVER, Cockwaddle himself would not travel back in time now, because the whole "that date" situation relating to his kidnapping/being forcibly disabled no longer happens whatsoever. Therefore, the scientist would never be shot nor come to the beach on August 3rd whatsoever, meaning he doesn't take the time machine from Dick Flicker, which means the Mingeworthies have nobody to steal it from in the first place. I think it would be extremely funny if Dick Flicker DID actually "sell that piece of crap on eBay," but I'll get to that in a moment.
This particular theory, although semi-outlandish, does have a few pros.
It would explain why there's a Blame (22yros) in The Current Timeline in the year 2018 and onwards without demanding an explanation of how Current Blame in The Elmer Revolution Timeline translates over to The Current Timeline too.
Under the assumption that This Blame's time machine was sold on eBay, he is left stranded with no way to return home to 2033. However, it also means that Tattoo Shop/Eldest Elmer never learns about time travel, which means he never makes plans for The Elmer Revolution, so that never takes place either.
It provides some clean conclusions on certain events definitely not happening, essentially making The Current Timeline a fixed timeline. While I love this theory for this reason, the next one does have a bit more weight to it imo.
No, Sebastian Hernandez in The Current Timeline does not change his tattoo.
In Episode 7 of BtH, (also The New Timeline if you wanna keep track, albeit in an extremely newborn/beta version) Hitler is murdered by Bobby Worst in the late 1970s before Hitler gets the opportunity to even invent a time machine this time. Yes, Abraham Lincoln still has THE time machine, but it's arguable that Sebastian Hernandez in 2033 would never be able to buy a time machine off of Craigslist in the first place. There is the assumption that the time machine Lincoln has IS the one that eventually ends up on Craigslist though, in which case this is the catalyst for the above theory occuring; that's how Sebastian would obtain the time machine in the aforementioned theory. In this theory we do not have to worry about time travel being involved in ADATB in The Current Timeline at all, which makes things infinitely simpler. It still explains why the Elmer Revolution never occurs, but we'd still need an explanation for how Current Blame transfers to The Current Timeline.
My theory for this? TBD!
All of this to say that The Current Timeline essentially becomes a fixed timeline after the events of BtH. The events of BtH don't need to happen in this timeline, but they also physically cannot happen no matter what forces try to intervene.
So what implications does this have? I will go more in detail in a specific post, but it primarily relates to the events of Stuff & Sam in The Current Timeline, funny enough. The BRYCE finale gave us quite a bit to work with regarding the Elmer cloning hearts stuff, and also the factoid that S&S allegedly occurs BEFORE 2016 now... in this timeline. I will make a post in the future detailing a revised version of S&S that contains what I believe to happen in an amended canon compliant to the current timeline way.

Vampire fanfiction Clark Kent human x Richard Grayson vampire no capes or tights but fangs and might alternative universe fic.
Clark pov
It was dark and I heard chains rattling my hands and feet are bounded in iron no light came where I was, I moved around as far as the chains would let me move around. I wanted nothing but to brake out of these chains.
Suddenly a light came through and I could see more of my surroundings, I wasn't ready to see what was on the floor Richard was not moving clothes full of dust and became like rags. I touched him and he was cold and stiff as a board he is in chains as well.
I stroke his long black hair my glass cracked and mangled on the floor. I looked to where the light was, A figure stood by an entrance but I couldn't determine who it was.
I understood though me and Richard are being in here because someone doesn't want us to be together, That this is a scheme to split us, One of us down one of us ruined I got the message loud and clear someone wanted us apart and it wasn't just now it is when Richard and I first met this is their plan but I couldn't determine who I was in the dark with all this information.
Nothing was clear except the feelings I got inside that this is someone's plan from the very start. I shook Richard to wake up but I knew this was not going to work I knew I had to wake up.
My eyes flew open and the nightmare slipped away from me. I breathed in and out I didn't forget a thing I remembered everything this wasn't just a nightmare this is a warning this is a sign that someone wants to break us up.
Someone trying to separate us I just don't know who. I have to watch for that person because they are out there and I don't know who.
I looked at the time it is already lunch time my sleeping patterns are so irregular since I've lived here with Richard, My routine of being a teacher has been erased my strict clean cut life of a normal man is now been replace with this mystic of the supernatural and the unknown.
I didn't know anything until I met Richard I started to get that gut feeling that guided me here. That guide didn't start until I met Richard and it wouldn't start if I chose the teacher's life.
I smelled bacon and eggs food wafted in my nose this alarmed me only me and Richard lived here and have the key to this house. I got up immediately and went into the hall descended the stairs grab an umbrella and went to the direction of the kitchen.
"Put the umbrella down Master Clark." Alfred said. His back is turned not turning around how did he know I was there holding an umbrella when he didn't even turn his back to even look behind him.
I put the umbrella on a chair near the sofa. "How did you get in here." I am still riding my shock as I was surprised it's Alfred we left him in Texas, We haven't heard or seen him since then. "I needed to see how you boys are doing. And I got in here because I was able to get in I don't need keys and such things Master Clark if I am a servant a butler to werewolves and vampires I should be able to get in this old house." I stared at the older gentlemen for a while I needed to be up to speed on what he was saying to me. "Did... are you a werewolf." Alfred laughed at that. "No I am a wizard and I've been this way since the moment I was born now how do you want your eggs." Alfred answered holding a spatula turning to look at me.
I didn't say anything for a brief moment registering what he said. "I see. May I ask if anyone followed you all the way to this small village of Ombersley. I need to know Alfred If you're a wizard help me." Alfred watched me with something more than just seriousness it moved him in ways that I have no business in knowing.
"Are you being followed."
"I am not sure. Someone wants to split me and Richard up." I told him. I knew this was reaching because I haven't gotten an actual prof yet so me saying I knew I needed something to back it up with but if Alfred said he's a wizard than me explaining about this won't be run around.
"Do you know who."
"No."
"Are you sure."
"Yes."
"But you know this how in what form."
"I had a nightmare."
"Dreams are a person's guide if this is what you see then it's true." Alfred said. I sat down this whole vampire thing is getting to be more and more difficult as I start to unravel more and more problems.
The door bell rang and Alfred made an annoyed sound as if that very disturbance made everything worse, That wasn't true though. "Who could that be Master Clark." I knew it was Donna at the door.
"It's the neighbour Donna she just wants to say hi." I got up off my seat and went to the door.
And I was right. "Hi Donna." I said. As she walked in tupperwear in hand walking in like she is familiar with are home.
"Oh who's this."
"He's Uncle Alfred." I lied.
"I am Donna I hope you like chocolate chip cookies Alfred." She smiled genuinely at him.
"Well I just came to just drop by and say hi to you Clark but I need to run off and do errands I will see you again. Have a nice day Alfred." She said as walks out as quickly as she came in.
"Clark that's a werewolf I know you can't tell but Donna's no normal soul she's a werewolf." I was shocked she wasn't a vampire like Thor that's for sure the sun would have eaten her alive.
"What are you saying."
"I am saying we are in someones territory."
"Friend or foe."
"I am not sure yet."
All of those things don't sound good to me they all sound bad they all make me feel out of place and I feel that Donna was watching us all along.
