(I love giving multiple nicknames regardless of their actual name!) My ‘child’ who is actually named Nala gets called seal 🦭 way too many times, she has plenty other random nicknames

Nala sounds like such a sweetheart!

Everyone loves bean and she’s such a sweetheart she’d probably cuddle with anyone 🥹 So the story of how Ellie got her many nicknames over the years since we’ve adopted her they just kinda happen, since she’s deaf we like to think she just knows we’re talking about her.

Now the way she got her nickname bean is because of the pads of her paws they just look like little beans

She’s a staffie and they have the nickname “land seal” because they do generally look like one if you think about then look at them.

Her other nicknames include

-> elliebelly

-> bubba / bubs

-> land seal 🦭

-> bean / beans

-> stinky (because if you have dogs you know their farts can be so bad 😂💀)

-> cuddlebug she loves snuggling into my side just to sleep or just lay there it’s so sweet 🥹

-> piglet ( she breaths loud because she old bless her and it sounds like a little piggy sometimes)

-> spot or patch (she’s got two massive patches on her stomach and left back leg that are brown and shes bridal white hense why she’s deaf it’s common in her breed and it’s a bittersweet story how we adopted her because she is deaf no one really even considered adopting her but my sister found her on the rspca website and we went to go meet her and the rest was history.

The funny thing is the first time we met her I was really scared and we’re talking like almost 8 years ago we adopted her she jumped up in front of me, sniffed me and peed on the table and to be honest it was quite funny because we didn’t expect it. 😂 She has so many that we don’t really call her ellie anymore 😭😭

Aaron isn't angry that you've called, or rather, your friend has called to let him know you need a ride. He's told you before thousands of times, even before you were together, that it didn't matter the time, he'd come pick you up no questions asked.

This time, though, he does have a question.

You don't see him as he walks up to the bench you're sitting on outside, too lost in your own thoughts. But your much more sober friend does, looking at him like he's an angel sent from heaven.

"How much did she have?" Aaron asks her, and your head turns at his voice.

"Aaron!" You gush, and he's already lunging forwards to hold your waist as you try scrambling off the bench for him.

"Too much." Is all your friend responds, fondly exasperated, "And it was all too strong."

"I can tell," Aaron hums, peering down at where your chin is pressed into his chest, your dreamy, hazy eyes staring up at him as you blink slowly like an affectionate cat.

"Hi," You blurt, voice washing over him like a beam of sunshine. You turn your head and cement your cheek to his chest, peering back at your friend excitedly, "This is- he's my boyfriend!"

Aaron feels his cheeks grow hot.

Your friend snorts, "I know. That's why I called him."

"Oh," you gush, only parting from Aaron's grip to smear a sticky kiss against your friend's cheek, "Thanks."

"Come here," Aaron prompts you, one hand on your arm as your friend tries righting herself from how you'd nearly tipped her over, "Come on, sweetheart, let's go home."

"I wanna go with you," You plead, and Hotch chuckles.

"You are. Come on, honey." He pulls you towards his car when you don't move, waving a grateful goodbye at your friend who looks all too eager to resume her night of drinking, "Why don't we get you in bed?"

You giggle, "And then we can kiss!"

You've schemed like it's a crime, like you'll have to shut the curtains and lock the doors before daring to lay your lips over his. While he eases you into the car you're still rambling, giving him a very detailed report of where you'd like to kiss him.

"And then your belly," You reach out to pinch his stomach through the t-shirt he's donning, and he lets out something between a yelp and a scoff, "Love your belly, Aaron."

"Mm, thank you," He clicks your seatbelt into place, lips dotting against your cheek, "I love yours, too."

Thankfully, you keep your hands to yourself when he shuts your door, and he doesn't have to worry about chopping off any fingers. But when he settles into the driver's seat you're staring at him with wide, starstruck eyes, gentle fingers on your cheek where he'd kissed you.

"Are you alright?" He frowns, worry creasing his brow.

"You kissed me," You whisper, and Aaron wonders if you've forgotten your nearly year-long relationship, "You kissed me!"

"I'm sorry," Aaron laughs, "Was I not supposed to?"

"Do it again," You beg, sticking your warm cheek out for another serving, "Please?"

"There," Aaron murmurs after three kisses have been pressed to your skin, one at your temple, another at your cheek, and the last on your chin, "You can have more when we get home."

"Really?" You gush, eyes sparkling with unbridled excitement, "Promise?"

"Promise," Aaron nods, and he can't help from smooching one last time at the tip of your nose, "And there's a bonus, to hold you over."

Blade: Blade got dragged to your little bakery shop by Kafka one day, after she was raving like mad about how amazing the food was there, and how ‘simply adorable’ the owner was. Not that Blade had any interest in food, or you. But as soon as the two of them walk in you’re there, shyly greeting them and hoping they find everything to their liking and Kafka can’t resist giving Blade a little ‘I told you: cute’ nudge. He’s not interested, or at least, that’s how he acts. Yet he always seems to come by with Kafka, whether she’s using her spirit whisper ability on him or not. You find him a little intimidating, not gonna lie…but you just have this sort of positive feeling in your chest when you see him. Even though he never orders anything for himself, he stares at you like he wants to kill you, and he’s always following around that scary woman… Still. You liked him. Even if he was a bit…odd. Maybe Kafka will set you up on a date sometime soon.

Jing Yuan: you…you didn’t realize he was THE general of the Luofu. You just assumed he was out shopping for sweets with his son: the little blonde boy by his side. So you treated them how you did everyone. Quietly, shyly, sweetly. And he instantly knew right away you didn’t recognize him, and he liked that. He didn’t need to be treated with pomp and false flattery, and you had nothing like that for him. He asks for your recommendation, and he enjoys the way your face lights up when you get to talk about your bakes. He surprises you (and Yanqing) by shrugging his shoulders and declaring he’ll simply take one of everything. He becomes one of your regulars, usually visiting simply with the intent to chat with you, though he never leaves without buying something for himself or Yanqing. You like him. But it takes you an Embarrassingly long time to realize one of your favorite customers is actually THE General of the Luofu. You do your best not to act different around him when you learn the truth, but it’s kinda hard…

Wriothesley: He has a thing for supporting small businesses, and not only is yours amazing…he’s learning to really grow attached to the owner too. He thinks it’s just a feeling of loyalty or something, not a little crush he’s developing… When you first met him you were very surprised that the DUKE himself would visit your humble little shop. But you did your best to treat him like you did everyone else, and he really appreciated that. He just keeps coming back. And you don’t mind the business, and you Especially don’t mind that he’s such a handsome and charming recurring customer of yours. It doesn’t take him too long to confess how he feels about you, and the two of you start dating. Now he has even more of a reason to stop by and bother you before work.

Neuvillette: he heard about you from a few of the Melusines…and he figured it wouldn’t hurt for the chief Justice to stop by after work. Of course you were Shocked to see THE Chief Justice in your humble little bakery, but you did your best to act natural, and he genuinely appreciates your efforts to treat him like a person and not the Chief Justice of Fontaine. He doesn’t really have much of a sweet tooth, but he does enjoy the sweets you make. He can’t frequent your pleasant little bakery often, but he makes time for it when he can. And he enjoys the little chats with you he gets to have. It’s…nice to chat about the weather or the muffins in stock as a change of pace from his usual, much more intense conversations. Sometimes he buys snacks for the Melusines. It’s such a sweet gesture, and soon you’re very comfortable talking to him, you wonder why people consider him so unapproachable… I think he’d really be into your meek personality too…he loves how humble you are…but unlike Wriothesley it’s hard to imagine Neuvillette accepting he has feelings for you… Give him some time. He might open up to you. Eventually.
