let the water run, and add a few drops of lavender essential oil. i always add salt to my bath as well, but that's up to you~

so, what ive been getting on your spiritual path is that you're currently in a phase of internal growth. there was a lot of plants & earth related sayings in that reading ✨

it would seem that you are growing and coming into your own personal beliefs more and more if that makes sense. that might lead to some phases of withdrawal, just because as growth is beautiful, it can also have some fear tied to it, the fear of the unknown on which light is being shown~

hey! so, a while ago, i answered this ask about how to incorporate weed in your craft. but since it really dates back and i wanted to write a more in-depth post about it, here it is

first of all, a quick reminder that psychedelics have been used for a long time in different shamanistic and/or polytheist cultures. you'd smoke herbal blends to help getting in trance states ; they could be used in ceremonial ways as well, in temples and such.

so, weedcraft, huh ? let's talk about stuffs you can do

x keep your stash in a glass jar, with a crystal of your choice (i personally switch it up every once in a while, i currently have a smokey quartz)

x cleanse your smoking gear, like bongs, glass filter tips, pipes.. i mean it physically (dirty glass is awful bruh) but also energetically through incense, stones, visualisation whatever your fav cleansing method is-

x blow the smoke on a sigil, or any kind of spell to activate it

x there are tons of smokable herbs you can look up! i think as of now blue lotus and lavender are my favs, but take the time to research and (safely) try for yourself-

x use specific strains to associate to specific intents

x some deities & spirits will enjoy some bud as an offering, you can also do spirit or deity work while you smoke or light meditation

x charged water! most of y'all know that a bong embodies the 4 elements, so if you're looking to bewitch your bong hit, using moon water, sun water or any kind of charged water is a cool thing to do

final notes

while smoking, you may find it easier to enter meditative and/or trance states. that means it's very well-suited for seid-work, readings, astral travel, or any kind of practice that relies quite heavily on intuition. also helps with all creative endeavors, so if you're into art, may it be doodling, sigils or devotional pieces this might be a nice addition~

Hi, I’m M. I’m very new to the witchcraft lifestyle and often find myself drifting away from it, but am always pulled back by nature. I am very interested in Lucifer. Growing up as a “Christian” (more a label for myself than actually believing in it) I was taught to despise him. However, symbols of him pop up around me constantly and I feel a deep sense of freedom when I think about him. Sorry for this being long, but could you possibly do a reading on me and Lucifer?

Hi sorry if this is a bad place to ask this but I've been trying to find materials to read or listen to to learn about rune magic/Norse mythology that sort of thing and I've been struggling to even know what to look up, I was wondering if you had any recommendations/advice? thank you have a wonderful day!

howdy there! sorry for the wait, but i'll try my best to give you some useful resources~

in terms of research, what i'd say is, take your time, ask other witches around, and always be sure to do background checks on authors that write about norse paganism, because fkn sadly there are lots of alt-right, fascists, white supremacist and all that BS going around. i wouldn't be one to say that books are the ultimate resource, cause you can find some really interesting stuffs online as well.

"the viking way", by neil price is an amazing and very well-rounded book to read, just know that it's quite long and sometimes hard to follow if you struggle with attention troubles (ik i do)

the poetic and prose eddas are considered a basic let's say, but be sure to take them with a pinch of salt. i'd also suggest that you look into most norse sagas, they're really interesting.

ive really enjoyed "road to hel", by hilda ellis davidson but this is more specific (very easy to find a PDF version of it though). "nine worlds of seid-magic", by jenny blain is also really interesting if you're interested in that sort of things. ive heard lots of good things about "vikings" by neil gaiman as well, who's an author i really enjoy but haven't gotten around to read it myself due to previously mentioned attention troubles.

aaaannnd i can't answer that ask without talking about jackson crawford. he's a youtuber who posts really interesting and in-depth videos about norse paganism, deities, vikings and all that. AND he wears a cowboy hat, so what more can you ask~
