Does drinking milk (1,5% fat) end my fast? I haven’t really thought about it until now bc since it’s a liquid I should be able to drink it? I drink it with flavoured straws to make my fast easier.
(I’m wondering about a normal fast and not liquid)

Na wstępie zaznaczam że nie chce się z nikim wykłócać ale chętnie poczytam wasze opinie w komentarzach!
Chciałabym się odnieść do osób która „chcą” być motylkami. Chodzi mi tu o takie osoby które nie mają JESZCZE zaburzeń ale chcą schudnąć kilka kg i postanowiły że głodówki będą fantastycznym rozwiązaniem i wtedy też zaczynają przeglądać nasze blogi a czasami nawet zakładają własne. Moim osobistym zdaniem tego typu blogi powinny być skierowane wyłącznie dla osób już chorujących i trudno mi tu zaakceptować osobę, która nigdy wcześniej nawet nie miała styczności z ED i nagle postanowiła sobie z dnia na dzień rozpocząć prowadzenie takiego bloga. Oprócz tego mam trochę żal do zaawansowanych już motylków które z jakiegoś powodu chcą pomóc takim osobom zachorować. Przepraszam bardzo ale dla mnie to jest po prostu chore żeby zdrowym osobom mówić o naszych sposobach i wgl. Nasze blogi powinny być miejscem tylko dla nas, żebyśmy wszyscy mogli się wspierać i zaakceptować naszą chorobę, a nie, żeby nakłaniać do tego inne osoby.
Przepraszam jeżeli moja wypowiedź jest w jakiś sposób niejasna albo bezsensowna, ale piszę ją mega na szybko plus jestem przemęczona, ale mam nadzieję że zrozumiecie co mam na myśli. Przepraszam też za błędy w interpunkcji.
Nie narzucam nikomu mojej opinii, ale zachęcam do jej rozważenia i dyskusji w komentarzach.

I really need help, so I’ve been loosing so much hair that it’s half the thickness it used to be. Is there any possibility to make some of it grow back? Like hair care, some vitamins, smoothies or other LOW C@L foods? If nothing really works, does recovery help? I’m not rly considering it rn but maybe in the future

My tips to prevent binging🥗
1. Distract yourself as much as possible, go on a walk, do homework, take a shower or watch a mukbang
2. Since we often feel dirty after binging, make yourself clean! Take a shower and brush your teeth and even clean your room
3. Sleep
4. If you’re stuck in that binge cycle, take a break from fasting and eat omad or even twomad. Being hungry and deprived of food and nutrients causes crave food extra. By eating ”normally” you won’t feel like that. It will be hard in the beginning but it’s better than binging. While you’re at it try eating metabolism boosting foods!
5. Think back to what motivated you from the start , thinspo and mealspo, maybe grosspo and fatspo, to get back on track

This year motivated me enough to actually follow my new year resolutions because I was able to reach my LW but I binged everything back. I learned by my mistakes and now I know what to do and how to prevent binging.

If this upsets you in any way BLOCK DON’T REPORT
I feel pretty weird bc I have a competition between me and my friend, only I know it’s a competition and it’s about how much less I eat than her. Until now that was the only thing but now we also started going to the gym and now I want to go more than her. The problem is I can’t go 4 times a week so for me I’m loosing which destroys my motivation bc I can’t do anything about it. And even worse I had a binge month so I gained 3 kg but at least she is still bigger than me..
In case someone is having the same competition then I have “found” some things to ensure you win.
1. Start eating your food when your “opponent” is half done
2. Offer food as much as possible
3. Never accept food from them
4. Eat cleaner food than them
5. “ I’m not hungry but you have some, I can take a coke” (zero ofc)
6. If going out order a little or something you’ve never eaten before and say it was disgusting
