I send to have a teacher I was close with. After she moved is actually how my ed started because I felt I had no one to talk too. She eventually found out about my ed (a friend of hers , who is my new teacher , told her) and she’s been super supportive

once I accidentally told a teacher I was close with that I hadn’t been eating, a few days later we were talking again and then we hugged and as I was leaving she said “have a good thanksgiving and don’t eat too much.. oh wait, actually, make sure you eat a lot!” so like,,, maybe when we hugged she felt that I had gotten thinner and that’s why she thought of it?? Idk, I just think about that a lot.
