Shiro from Voltron the legendary defender lost his arm to Galdra experiments
Runaan from The Dragon Prince is not guaranteed to lose it but that was almost black, so...
And Eda from The Owl House lost her arm when she put on a sigil and the only way to save her was to TAKE IT OFF
