So when I was in grade school, my favorite teacher (with whom I've remained friends with to this day) bought a bunch of goldfish for our biology class to keep as pets. They all died rather quickly due to unforeseen circumstances, but during our time with them we grew attached to one goldfish in particular. When he died, we gave him a Viking funeral and I was tasked with writing and reading aloud his eulogy. My teacher announced over the intercom that morning, "Whoever would like to attend the funeral of Mr. Clinkingbeard's freshman biology classes' pet, Chuck Norris, please come to my classroom during the 12:00 lunch period."

I ended up standing on top of one of those black, stone-top science tables giving a eulogy to a group of about 200 teary-eyed students of varying ages.
