Hi loves,

I have had this blog for quite some time now. When I started out I didn't know what I wanted out of this experience but I knew that I wanted to be honest to myself and write down what felt true to myself. Now with some time to myself, I have realized that I want to convert this blog into a mental health support page. I am not yet fluent in all the mental health issues but I am learning and along the way I want to share some tips with people here. If my posts help even a single person , I will feel extremely grateful and fulfilled.

Hope we can help each other out.

Trigger warning : panic attack

I woke up this morning feeling a bit disoriented and dizzy. Wasnt even able to stand up. But i had work to go to...so i decided to ignore everything and get ready. Slowly the dizziness started increasing but i knew if i didnt get ready and acknowledge that i m going through something, i would have to call up my boss to tell him i cant come in. That thought terrified me for some reason.....so i kept going through my morning routine. The dizziness got so bad that i couldn't hold my head up and i had to lie down with my phone in my hand , my boss's number on the screen and tears in my eyes...waiting for a couple of minutes to gather the courage. By now....my hands had started tingling. Finally, i called up my boss to let him know i cudnt come in today and he responds that there is no one to fill in for me. Now my chest started hurting. I called up a colleague and asked for help and he readily agreed. I informed my boss and he gave me an off easily. By now, my vision was swimming ,my head was hurting , i was extremely dizzy and had chest pains. I had to acknowledge now..that i was having a panic attack. The problem is...every treatment i know about anxiety attcks...revolves around deep breaths and i had no issues in breathing. I had no idea what to do. Despite that I tried deep breathing exercises. It didnt work. I took my medicine. It didnt kick in immediately but it started working after sometime. And right now...i m still dizzy ,still have a head ache, still hav some tingling in my hands. But it is better than before. What i dont understand is why did i wake up in the midst of a panic attack. Was it a dream that triggered it? Was it my subconscious going haywire with negativity? Or was it not a panic attack at the beginning but i triggered one by thinking about calling my boss. Would i have been fine if i just sucked it up and went to work? I dont know...and i dont understand how i can help myself. Coz thats all i have....i m the only one who can help myself coz no one else understands my problems.

It is heart wrenching to know that louis lost another person close to his heart. I came to know a couple of hours earlier about fizzie's death but was hoping for it to turn out a rumor. Sadly, she passed away at the young age of 18 and was found in her apartment. It is suspected that she had a heart attack. May god give strength to the entire family to cope with another loss.

Louis Tomlinson is no longer at Epic Records and has found a new home with Arista Records, as per Variety.

According to their Thursday (February 21) report, sources revealed that the former One Directionbandmate is also signed directly to Simon Cowell’s Syco label, despite moving within the Sony Music family to Arista. The label was relaunched in 2018 as part of Sony’s joint venture with former Island Records chief David Massey. Massey has worked with a string of young stars, including Shawn Mendes, Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers, so the shift could provide a nice home for the singer.

Earlier this month, Tomlinson teased new musicvia Twitter, writing, “Just heard the master of the single. So excited for you all to hear it!” He also admitted that he’s been away from the spotlight to spend some time catching up with family and friends. Nonetheless, he seemed motivated to work hard in 2019, writing, “Hope you’re all ready for this year. Let’s make it f**king huge.” Over on his Instagram account, the British singer recently delighted his 13.7 million followers to glimpses of him in the studio.
