Photography is a tool that helps to inscribe individuals, objects and places in the construction of our memory. However, in an image, various circumstances will determine the unconscious discrimination of certain elements. Through this exercise I explore this phenomenon seeking to provoke the questioning of the personal processes that lead us to the registration and partial permanence of an identity in the image.

Exhibited at the first edition of the contemporary collage festival —and good vibes— Paste Up mx at the Casa Equis gallery.

The creative studio Concrete Nature Studio, based in Glasgow, United Kingdom, edited Out of office publication oriented to photographic production that reflects on the profound changes and social restrictions during the 2020-2021 period of the Covid-19 pandemic. Divided into two volumes were printed in risograph by Oot Blue Print⁠⁠ in Edinburgh.

Among a list of collaborators from different parts of the globe two of my photographs were selected, one of them was used on the cover of Volume 1.

@society6 published their first fanzine entitled Whiteout, under the command of producing single ink graphics.

My work kata was selected, it’s a Japanese word that describes the detailed patterns in combat movements in choreography, it’s a practice without opponents, done alone or with imaginary opponents.

Series of digital collages based on quotes from the book El laberinto de la soledad by Octavio Paz, published in 1950.

The other does not exist: such is rational faith, the incurable belief of human reason. Identity = reality, as if, after all, everything had to be, absolutely and necessarily, one and the same. But the other cannot be eliminated; subsists, persists; It is the tough nut to crack on which reason leaves its teeth.

Ditches, a film by argentine director Francisco J. Paparella through the independent production company Río Azul Films.

The austere portrait of Zamora, a rural worker exiled in Argentine Patagonia, in a town surrounded by femicides of teenagers thrown into ditches once they were dead. Through hard work, Zamora tries to atone for his guilt. A graphic essay portraying the force of nature outside against the force of nature inside.
