Worn at the Naboo lake retreat, which was filmed on Lake Como in Italy, Padmé’s velevt dressing gown was made by hand-smocking more than twenty yards of panne velvet, the process taking more than a month to complete before we could start making the dressing gown. The sleeve seams are covered with vinatge woven metallic braid, and the robe has a vintage beaded tassel detail on the back. It is worn over an embroidered white chiffon shoestring-strapped nightdress. - Dressing a Galaxy: The Costumes of Star Wars

Friends, predictably, The Shadow Of A Dream is going to take me longer than I thought to finish. Maybe I subconsciously don't want it to end? Another week or two and I promise it will be done! Please accept this snippet as my apology while I try to work through the rest.

“Obi-Wan,” Anakin said, sounding so much more desperate than he’d intended.
Obi-Wan’s worried eyes met his. Dear one, are you alright?
The question floated gently between them, soft and soothing, but Anakin didn’t respond; instead, he sat all the way up and followed his earlier impulse, reaching out with both hands to draw Obi-Wan into a kiss.
Oh, force. The meeting of their lips was lightning striking a dry forest, a bright, thunderous flash that made sparks fly. Flames sprung up all around him, small at first, but growing with the eager press of Obi-Wan's mouth; it was everything Anakin needed, and he clung to Obi-Wan, his fingers curled tightly into Obi-Wan’s robes, a whimper pulled from his throat as one of Obi-Wan’s hands moved to cradle the back of his head. That touch was so careful and reverent, like Anakin was something fragile, something to be kept safe. Their bond rang with that same protectiveness, and for some reason it brought tears to Anakin’s eyes.
He fought valiantly against the emotion that threatened to spill over, kissing harder, sliding his tongue into Obi-Wan’s mouth. Obi-Wan groaned into him, and his free hand came up to rest in the center of Anakin’s back, an anchor and a lifeline, supporting him just as he began to feel the strain of keeping himself upright.
It was Obi-Wan who finally broke the kiss, but he only pulled back a fraction, just far enough to meet Anakin’s gaze. Anakin released his grip on Obi-Wan’s tunic, and he lifted his hands to either side of Obi-Wan’s face, sliding durasteel fingers back to trace through the hair above Obi-Wan’s ear. Force, it felt good to touch him. With Obi-Wan under his hands, Anakin could almost make himself forget how close they’d both come to losing this, losing each other.
Obi-Wan turned to nuzzle Anakin’s palm, pressing a soft kiss into his skin. Anakin shifted forward, seeking his lips again, but this time Obi-Wan stopped him, bringing their foreheads together instead. “Darling,” Obi-Wan murmured, “you shouldn’t be sitting up.”
Anakin huffed, but the small prickle of pain in his side told him that Obi-Wan was right. “Sorry,” he mumbled, brushing his nose against Obi-Wan’s.

The third time he does it, smoothing invisible fingers along Obi-Wan’s inseam, he knows he’s gone too far. Or rather, he’s gone just far enough; Obi-Wan gives him a mild, even look that says enough to fill a datachip, and Anakin fights back a guilty flush of victory.
Or, Anakin’s impatient. Obi-Wan makes him wait—but gives him a little help.
