Ugh I binged I don't even know how many calories I ate 2 meals today and so many snacks definitely has to be a 2000 or more cal day good thing I burned 900 calories working out but now I feel it was a waste I feel gross hears what I ate
4 home made rice paper rolls
Eeach had 2 shirmp and 2 peaces of chicken with Spinach green onion and sprouts
2 fiber one brownies
Less than an handful of oats
I think 6 peaces of Russell chocolate
A small Carmel frap with Almond milk
Chocolate crossaunt
Half a chocolate cake pop
And half a homemade tuna sandwich
It had mayo Mustard relish boiled egg with romaine Lettuce on whole grain bread of course didn't use whole mixture
It's been a long time since I've binge this bad. Is it the 900 cal burn workouts? Should I stop that, or maybe it's just because things have been a little stressful lately? idk, but either way, I've got to try and fast as long as possible and I'm making soup tomorrow cuz my sons throat has been hurting so it's a good time to start a fast cuz there will be broth in my house for the next 2 to 3 days

your BMR is probably about ~1600-1700 which is how many calories your body burns just pumping blood through your body etc etc. 900 cal workout could be pushing it a bit much :( go slow and be sure not to injure yourself!
Thanks for your answer. It was an elliptical workout, so it was not too harsh of a workout. I listened to my body, took breaks as needed, and drank water. I'm 160. I have plenty of fat to help my body get thew the day, lol, but I am not going to lie. I'm pretty tired right now, and workout hunger is horrible. Ugh,

Yes I have ana but I'm also a mom and my child comes before that this means that I sometimes have to stop my workout or even cut it short to take care of him some days I have to up my calorie intake to keep up with him and work it off while he's sleeping I sit with him at meal times to make sure he is eating properly and doesn't end up like me even if that means I have to eat with him or at least make it look like I am I do everything I can to make sure my disorder doesn't effect his childhood even if that means I have to struggle with ana thoughts

Word of advice if you're thinking about purging please don't it just makes you binge more then purge more then becomes a viscous cycle speaking from past experience I don't really do it anymore but I still have times where it happens once you start it's really hard to stop and it's not worth it at all
