MEALSPO!
what i eat in a day :)
Breakfast-> 20 g of oats, water, some coconut flakes, vanilla protein powder and almonds (rafaello oats) (im unsure of the calories since my parents made it, bjt im pretty sure it can be low calorie)
Lunch-> roasted veggies (cauliflower, brocolli, todu and mushrooms) estimated: around 70-120 calories
Dinner-> protein yoghurt, protein powder and half an apple estimated: 115 calories :)
≈ 500? cal
Sorry for estimating my calories guys, i can't mesure anything since my parents are lately suspicious of me..

If you didnt eat okay, thats great! Butt if you do eat 3 low cal meals in a day(possibly high protein) you'll loose weight faster, and your parents wont be as suspicious of you.. :) Also make sure to eat in front of people, im scared of doing that, but i do it so they dont force me to eat later!!

Hey guys, sorry for not being active. I was admitted to the hospital, i was actually doing fine, but i relapsed again 😭😭, okay but here are some tips!
1. Eat protein->Idc if its high in caloroes, protein keeps ur muslces and makes your metabolism faster which means that youll loose weight easier
2. As hard as it is, eat 3 low calories meals a day (i usually settle for oats, a salad and yog)->once again it boost up ur metabolism, which means:weight loss
3.eat smaller portions-> less likely to consune too many calories
4. Protein powder is actually worth it.-> keeps you full, and keeps ur metabolism running
5. Do exercise, but do not overdo it-> crushes your metabolism
6. Eat atleast 500 cals->once again metabolism stuff
7. vitamin C serum-> ana can make ur skin age faster, votamin C serum keeps u lookinf young and beautifull <3
8. Buy vitamins(usually 0 cals) ->keeps your body running
9. Wear baggy clothes
10. Please for the love of god dont puke->, it ruins your digestion, your teeth, hair and face, a better way to purge is def exercise. We wanna be skinny, not ugly😭
11. Fiber, Fiber and Fiber! - >You need it to poo, and to stay full.
12. Drink green tea and pepermint tea->helped me stay full than any cig or coffee ever could
13. Take care of yourself - > now, to be skinny and gorgeous, you must look presentable, right? Take care of yourself, and dont workout every day, youll end up in a weight plateu..
14. Dont fast-> honestly it just fs up ur metabolism, and you lose muslces.. Which means youll gain all the weight back, so get that protein ig
15. Eat nuts-> high in protein and healthy fat, which means your nails and hair wont be as weak!

42g of eggwhites->24 cal
snacks-> 6 grapes(20 calories 😭)
all together-> 74 calories
burnt->130
final-> -56 calories:)

Lunch -> smoothie bowl :) (i took 41 g of cantaloupe, 8 g of blueberries, 3 tablespoons if roasted sugar free almond milk!) 25cals!
dinner: nothing
snacks-> bubble gum! (around 2 cals??)
burned-> 116 calories
ate->27
all together-> -99 calories

HELP! HOW DO I FAST W/O MY PARENTS KNOWING
I'm 15 year old vegeterian, so i mostly eat healthy, my calorie limit is 50-100 calories, yet i wish to fast, but my parents are EXTREMELY suspicious of me,
so they always force me to eat, in case i say im not hungry they start some drama, and in the end i MUST eat, i can't puke, i can't throw away food, since the only bathroom is near their room, and i share a room with my sister, so she would probably snitch on me, can't give food to the dogs, since they're outside and it would be suspicious.
School just started, so it's easier to have just one meal a day, but as i said, i really really want to fast... I can't always lie and say that i bought food, since i don't really have money...
I really need help :(
How do i fast without them realising?? or them being suspicious of me..?
