I’ve started a challenge with my brothers
From April 1st to July 1st whomever can lose the most weight/ smaller waist size gets $50 from each of us.
I think I have a good chance of winning seeming I’m an expert in caloric deficit and I’ve been exercising much more as of late.

No exercise
Heavy snacking
No focus
Schoolwork done
Gaming done
I actually hate days like these where I don’t have a plan or structure. Feels… uneasy and unproductive.

I’m already down 13 lbs.
Deficit + Weights = noice
I’ve been going to the gym 3x a week and running one of the other days. My average calorie intake is about 1300. Could be lower, but considering my avg before was 2100… I’ll take it. Plus I’m drinking a ton more water too.
With school in session, and plenty of hobbies rekindling interests. I hope to be healthier AND happier

I hate pizza.
It’s a weakness and making substitutions like caulidough or vegan cheese or whatever is not the same ☠️
My partner came home (without telling me) and brought a pizza with him. It’s been a long while since we ate out, but I already had my calories max for the day, I have ballet later to balance the 1100. But pizza.
I had 3 slices. 660 calories worth of pizza.
It tasted good, but I feel all of my excess skin and fat. I really hate myself right now.
But I have ballet tomorrow, tomorrow is a run day and core focused workout. It will be okay.
It was just today.

Today has been productive and exhausting
I had 1210 calories and did my arm day with a 10 minute warmup run burning about 340 calories. I start ballet tomorrow too! Exciting
I still feel disgusting and hideous and fat- but one day at a time…
I had my therapy appointment 🤷‍♀️ I don’t really know why I’m there

Happy Saturday
I started my weight training today- we did legs ☠️ I’ve never hated any equipment before. But yeesh— stair-masters are my enemy.
I did
Leg presses: 3x 15 110lbs
Leg extensions: 3x10 70lbs
Leg curls: 3x12 75lbs
5 minutes on the stair master, 10 minute son the treadmill
I are 1384 calories today, i think my period might be starting soon because all I wanted today was sweets☠️
Tomorrow I’ll just do some cardio at home, and go for 1100 calories or less

So another day done!
I just finished a dancing workout! Dancing is the best exercise, no one can change my mind.
I’m at 1237 calories intake with 220 calories burned from dancing for a total of 1017 calories for the day!
Higher than desired, but much less than normal!

Half way through my day— I’ve had 843 calories so far, I’m going to do some weight training when I get home (maybe)
I feel mad about yesterday, but today is better and that’s what matters right now

After having a super successful day- running, calorie deficit- my loving boyfriend bought me a small milkshake and some mozzarella sticks. Which are my favorite stress snacks and I hardly ever have them.
With school starting next week and work being hectic he knew I loved them. But…
After the fact I counted the calories…
956 calories. For 5 mozzarella sticks and a small shake. 956. 956. ☠️
I’ll just see myself right off the edge of a cliff.

Well….
After being sick yesterday and purging. Twas a fine line between actual tummy sickness and and the eating disorder 🤷‍♀️
I ended my day with 700 calories (pre purge) and I slept for literally 14 hours soooo.
I signed up for ballet again. I’ve missed it dearly, and I’m starting some minor weight training ✨

I ended my day with 1220 calories.
We spent a lot of time running errands and getting stuff done today, but it’s easy to have higher intake when your boyfriend buys Costco hotdogs for lunch. I am happy we walked around a lot today however.

So we begin the journey once again.
My caloric intake was 1087 calories today which is considerably lower than most days.
I went for a 2 mile run which felt wonderful!
I’m starting ballet and weight lifting soon and I’m very excited
Tomorrows goals: 800 calories, 2 mile run, meal prep
