2. how loosely/strictly do they use the word friend?

- loosely, but mostly because he doesnt really verbally make the distinction between "yes, i know this person well and we have a positive relationship" vs "i have met this person once and have had a Vaguely Positive conversation"

ex. considers neve (sister in law) a very close friend, like a sister to him, considers thresh (another party member who he gets along with) a friend, and considers npcs hes had positive interactions with "friends" (meaning they just get along well, rather than actually being friends. if that makes sense)

he is only slightly hesitant to describe people he knows Definitely Do Not Like Him in the sense that hes like "yeah we're....friends, you could say that"

4. whats a hobby they used to have that they miss?

gawains main hobbies are exercising, cooking, and hiking. i think he likes writing or drawing but hes terrible at it so he doesnt do it often, he also likes working with his hands, so he'll occasionally try woodcarving (which he is also terrible at, but likes it enough).

in the campaign, he's essentially exercising every day so he's satisfied with that, he hasnt gotten to cook much besides a stew, and i don't think he's gone hiking for a good long while, so i think hiking :]

for the past 10ish years he was with family and mostly indoors and right now he can't just fuck off and go take a quiet hike in the middle of nowhere, so. though he has fucked off and gone on a four hour jog so lol

12. whats something that makes them laugh every single time? be specific!

ITS BEEN A WEEK AND I CANT ANSWER THIS IM SORRY genuinely nothing comes to mind. i think alot of jokes in general would either fly over his head or get a vague huff of laughter and if it does get like, a full bellied laugh, its probably rare
